Happy Anniversary Kustom9

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're visiting the Kustom9 event for their 12th anniversary round, and you know what that means - free group gifts :) Their group is free to join, and you'll see signs at the event with a sample giftbox which is wrapped in tan paper and tied with twine. There is such a wide variety here, and as usual I am very grateful to all the generous designers while I offer huge congratulations to the organizers for keeping this wonderful event going for a full dozen years! Let's wish them continued success, and enjoy our shopping and gift gathering :)

My first look this evening is our {COLD-ASH} HAILEY Henley Cami (Halloween) gift. Isn't it cute? Personally I love the simplicity of the stripes, like you know what it's a nod to on first glance. There are regular and tucked versions (tucked are tighter at the hem to wear with mesh pants) each in sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Our neckline has a little notch, and the back is scooped a little lower for a flirty touch.

Next I slipped into our True Damage-COCO SWEATER RED group gift, in such an autumnal color. The style is a classic for sure, and it's got great texture with a soft knit. There are Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes included. I think the long sleeves are just right for the cooler weather :) We're finally getting some of that here in RL by the way, and I wish it could stay this temperature all year long.

If you can't decide which of the shirts in this photo you prefer, the really good news is they are both included in the same free gift :) That would be our Cattoza - K9 Birthday Gift, a duo of cropped tees with some distressed spots like on the hem and the left sleeve. Versions 1 and 2 are each provided in sizing for Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. As with the first two photos, I've paired these with the blue pair from the Delizio marketplace gift which is an entire fatpack of jeans in BOM layers along with Maitreya and Omega appliers. 

Time to get flirty with the Bipolar - Via Body - Black Gift! As a matter of fact, it is revealing enough that I had to employ some 'modesty flowers' that I added in Photoshop to the breasts. The one-piece bodysuit comes in Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with a HUD for the details with 16 colors. The details include the clips on the front straps, and the edging you see all around. I intentionally chose lighter colors for contrast, to make that more noticeable I hope.

One last look of the night, we wrap things up in the beautiful "CATARSIS" Anniversary Dress. Its vibrant red hue really suits the playful style, corseted and very loosely laced in the back with extra short hemline. We receive sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh bodies in this thoughtful gift.

Hair note of the night: I headed over to a new event called Lewd Station to grab Truth Hair's newest release, which is called Oui Oui and consists of the hairstyle I'm wearing tonight as well as a French maid costume. The headband comes in the same 2 rigged sizes as the hair itself, and the dress is your classic black dress with white apron attached :) I was afraid it would cost twice as much as usual because of the clothing included, but it was actually their regular price which I find to be very reasonable compared to other big name hair creators. If you're interested, I would like to mention that the Lewd Station event is an adult region and an adult event, meaning I saw all sorts of NSFW things ;) The colors were almost startlingly bright there, so it was rather like Lisa Frank took some special gummies then decorated it. With the XXX stuff, I almost want to call it a Lisa Frank sex dungeon, but then I'd owe many of you apologies for tainting your childhood memories ;) This is just encouraging some of you to want to go there even more I bet, LOL, and for those who prefer not to visit adult areas, I'm sure it will be for sale at Truth's mainstore when the event closes.

It was a day of rearranging things here, as my friend with whom I have the longstanding Thursday plans each week to play Hello Kitty together needed to switch that to Wednesday this week. That means my Wednesday outing is moved to Thursday, not a problem at all fortunately :) I'm just happy to get to have fun with her each week no matter when, as she is a kind soul and a good friend. I had pizza for dinner which was bought by the slice so no leftovers for tomorrow unfortunately, but it was certainly delicious. Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is packed with more goodness from the Uber Event, as we are still in the early days of their 10th anniversary round and we are celebrating with gifts. The gifts are free with no group necessary, just look for the shiny gift boxes at almost all of the displays. Uber always brings us impressive creations from talented designers, so it is a pleasure to honor them on this special occasion. As I mentioned last night, you need to visit each side of the event's layout separately, so don't miss anything :)

My first look this evening is the flirty Seniha. Yeyu Dress // Pack 4 gift. Its bodice has open bra cups, and the dress is very snug fitting to show off every curve. We receive Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh body sizes, as well as a HUD that has lots of color choices. It actually shows 40 colors in rows of 8, with a bottom row of patterns, but the only buttons that worked for me are the 4th row across of 8 blue and teal hues. I'm guessing "Pack 4" in the name is a reference to that :) Please note I am not complaining and would never do so about a free gift, just explaining in case you are surprised as I was upon clicking buttons but not seeing a response from the dress, LOL. 

I also picked up the sporty [[ Masoom ]] Soul Seeker Suit Purple gift, which gave me 80s flashbacks in the best way! The strapless bodysuit is provided in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Mounds, Juicy Boobs, and Juicy Rolls bodies, with BOM tintable leggings for each size too. The HUD included lets us pick from 12 colors for the rope of our belt for added versatility. The BOM leggings are very easy to tint, just right click from inventory - edit, then click the texture tab and click the color which is defaulted to white. That will open a color picker that will immediately tint the item as soon as you select one, then you can adjust with the slider and customize the hue.

Two gifts combined for this look, so let's start from the top. That would be the neve gift - crimson Uber tank top, a sporty ribbed knit racer-back tee that is gathered in the front and has a wide elastic band beneath the bust. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn bodies, with a 12 color HUD. I really like how it looks with the skirt, KILLJOY Synastry Skirt UBER GIFT PBR ONLY. So the name will give you a big hint about this moody floral pattern, you will only see it if you're able to use a PBR compatible viewer. The skirt fits Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Juicy Rolls mesh bodies. Did you notice the two little buttons on the front of the waistband? I do love fun details :)

I kept the neve top on and changed skirts, to the intricately crafted True Damage-I do care Skirt Fatpack. This charming mini skirt has a slit on the left side that shows woven metallic straps peeking through, in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. There's also a HUD included that offers 11 colors of plaid patterns, giving a hint of school girl but definitely all grown up ;) 

My final look of the evening is the generous Yasum gift called Nasira. Its top and skirt are each included in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The top is cropped with pockets on the short sleeves, and the ombre skirt is slit in the middle front all the way up to the top of the thigh. Also noteworthy is the golden chain on the right side, draped and with a charm of YD for Yasum Designs dangling from it. So fancy!

It was...a day. I'm trying not to be dramatic and spout about how much it sucked, lol, so I am going to simply say that obstacles were encountered and I did not go on my previously planned outing, but there is a chance it will happen tomorrow instead. My mood is the pits so I'm sorry if any of this post seemed flat or low energy, it is not a reflection of the wonderful gifts I'm sharing in any way :) I hope you're all having a peaceful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

More Pride At Home

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it is my pleasure to show you more gifts you can find at the Pride At Home event region. There are lots of kiosks that will introduce you to LGBT+ friendly businesses in SL, and they have treats available for all visitors with no group tag needed. The event lasts throughout the month of June, and there is a hop & shop where you can teleport to each participating store (the At Home part) to see what sales items they have created just for Pride month. I am proud to be an ally and it makes me happy to see the SL community coming together and supporting each other ♥. Please be kind to each other, not just this month but all year round!

My first look tonight features the *LD* Be Proud Gift Set FATPACK from LittleDiamond. The top and shorts fit eBody, Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, and the gift includes a HUD with 4 texture choices each for the top, shorts, and lace/hearts. There are different images on each texture for both top and shorts, with various color combos for the bow with cute dangling hearts. I wore this outfit all over the grid while working on some gridwide hunting for next week's posts :)

Next I slipped into the "deluge . may top - PRIDE GIFT" for a sweet summery look. This top comes in sizes for eBody, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with an 8 texture HUD. The choices on the HUD are 4 different rainbow images on either black or white backgrounds, so I decided to reflect that by wearing one of each backdrop color above. The jeans are probably familiar to you if you've read my blog before, as they appear here in various colors quite often :) These are the blue pair from the Delizio fatpack that is a free gift on the marketplace, several hues in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Maitreya and Omega. They come in handy for tonight's post since I have more tops to display...

This cozy looking shirt is our Justdd Pride Edition gift from True Damage. It is provided in Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite body sizes, in a warm taupe color with a circular print of the rainbow pride flag embossed upon it. I appreciate the loose fit, as sometimes I feel like most of the clothing in SL is skin tight and I enjoy variety.

I found two charming gifts at the ELEVEN display, their Marie Top in v1 on the left above, v2 to the right. They each consist of sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and honestly I cannot decide which one I like better! The "Be You" of v1 gave me 70s flashbacks in style but a timeless reminder, and the teddy bear wearing rainbow striped shades beneath a heart-studded rainbow is just too adorable. So pick them both up for free and you don't have to choose between them :) Just deciding which to wear first I guess will be our biggest challenge.

For my final look this evening, I figured you should get a better look at the wonderful Beaumore 'Pride' Mesh Nails gift. Their 'Rainbow' nails gift made an appearance here last night, and while those were more pastel colored I would say these have a vibrant beauty all their own. The unpacker HUD lets you select just the size you need from Freya, Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, or Maitreya bodies/hands, then clicking that button delivers a folder with all 4 available shapes and a color HUD. There are almond, coffin, square, and stiletto shapes, and each nail can be colored individually in your choice of 5 designs. The rainbows are similar to each other, as the yellows are to themselves, but you can do all 5 nails on each hand as yellow or all 5 as rainbows if you wish, or mix and match to your heart's content. I am wearing the stiletto shape on the left side of the photo (my avi's right hand) and the square version on the right side.

Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we explore the Uber Anniversary Hunt, where we visit each participating designer's mainstore to find a free gift inside a gift box wrapped in light brown paper and tied with twine. This is a fun alternative to the usual way of celebrating an anniversary with gifts at the event itself at each display, since Uber and it's camera sims are always so crowded especially when it first opens. The hunt lasts for the same timeframe as the event, so we have until the 22nd to find all the prizes. The theme is for them to coordinate with the items each store has for sale at Uber, so some are bonus HUDs that can only be used with the offers we can purchase there. But there are plenty that work independently, like accessories such as shoes or earrings, while a few are separate clothing pieces. My recommendation is to be sure to check any store you buy the Uber offer from, since their prize should suit your new purchase wonderfully. The list of stores on the Uber website has landmarks for each and the hints to find our goodies, so you will need to have it handy when you head out on the hunting trail.

My first look combines two gifts, so let's take it from the top ;) That would be the SEUL - Julian Cardi - Orange hunt prize, a fuzzy cardigan or buttoned sweater that has slipped gently off one shoulder. It is provided in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing, with a HUD for the NY applique that lets you pick from 14 colors each for edging and the main body of the letters. I chose black with white trim to match the Artha Leather Skirt Star prize from Pseudo. This tight mini comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I really like the stars, and the versatility of the neutral colors!

Next I combined a few more hunt prizes for a very flirty look. The top is the prize from !ElvenElder called !EE Agastache top Uber Hunt gift. It includes Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Signature Alice mesh body sizes, with a HUD that offers an impressive 23 colors to choose from. The gathered sleeves fall just past the elbow, with the main blouse barely covering the bottom of our breasts. I paired this with the AVEC TOI - Consume Panties prize which consists of latex and leather versions each sized for Legacy and Maitreya bodies. There is a latex HUD with 36 shiny colors, and a leather HUD with 10 choices for those pairs. I am wearing latex on the left and leather on the right above. I am also wearing a beautiful tattoo prize from #KIRA TATTOO named BEA, which comes in 50%, 75%, and 100% opacities in system/BOM layers as well as an applier for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, Signature, and Legacy bodies. The tattoo is on our left hip and thigh, with pink blossoms and a pocket watch with "Love is in the movement" written down the side. I had to read that a few times because at first I thought it said love in the moment, and honestly my vision is not great so I am still not certain ;) It is gorgeous no matter what!

This stunning satin dress is the prize from Deviant Behavior called DB - Night Slip (pink). It comes in a single mesh size that fits my Maitreya body perfectly, and is a bright pink shade that makes me think of lipstick. I do love spaghetti straps too. 

With autumn almost upon us, I am very excited about this Mona Set Black prize from True Damage. It is worn as a single mesh piece even though it has the appearance of a sweater layered over a tank top with a skirt beneath. It comes in sizes for Alice, Freya, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 2 colors for the tank top and 4 solids plus 4 tartans for the skirt. This means we get to mix and match to suit our personal tastes, which is important for being comfortable in our clothing I feel. Naturally we choose our clothing to start with, but I enjoy the ability to tweak things and select colors or textures that match my mood or favorites.

Well, I had a 5th outfit ready to go but somehow I did not save the photo, so I guess that will be part of tomorrow's post ;) It happens every now and then, since I am far from perfect and very much only human, and I still had plenty of treats to share in this post. It was otherwise a fairly quiet Labor Day holiday here, quite literally since despite hearing fireworks on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights I did not notice any this evening. Maybe my neighbors ran out of things to blow up :P  Usually rain doesn't stop them, and they start when it is still broad daylight around 5:00 PM, so I was surprised at the silence. I'm sure the local dogs are grateful, not to mention anyone with anxiety or PTSD who might not enjoy the sudden noises. Tomorrow I have a chiropractor visit scheduled, and will be calling to schedule an appointment with a dermatologist to find out what to do about the rash I get every time I'm in the sun, with or without sunscreen. So my week will be busy but not particularly exciting, although I am still in the midst of Twisted hunting in SL :) I do enjoy it, even if it is tough, since Xan and I get to really put our teamwork to the test.
