13Event Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to invite you to the 13Event, where you will find a fantastic selection of sales offers and free group gifts. It probably will not surprise you that I am focusing on those group gifts tonight, which you can claim by joining their free group and clicking all the gift boxes at each display. My first look this evening is the S-Pearly dress from Suna Design, which is a flirty style with front and back both created of straps linked by narrow bands in solid colors to match the floral print of the skirt. The dress comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing, with a 6 color HUD so you can change the look easily. 

Next I slipped into the FF Original - Dress Alexia SKULL IV which is the group gift from Fatal Fashion. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Tonic Curvy mesh bodies, with a playful pattern of skeletons dancing about. That could give it a slight Halloween flavor, but it does not look out of place any time of year if you enjoy the Goth vibe.

[ LsR ] is offering their Sexy Treshi Sport Dress as the event's group gift, for which I am very grateful :) This long tank style dress has pinstripes down each side to match the color of the trim outlining the neckline and arm holes, and speaking of colors there is a HUD with 8 combinations of hues. They all say QUEEN on the front with the number 69 on the back. The dress comes in Freya, Isis, and Maitreya mesh body sizes.

The gift from BlackLace is their provocative VIVI DRESS BY BL, with a daringly asymmetrical hemline that rides high on the left thigh and an intricate sheer bodice. It is provided in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minimizer mesh bodies. This is clearly not your basic little black dress :)

My final look of the evening is a flirty one, starting with the :::WATERMELON:::Helix Outfit  group gift. It comes in system/BOM layers and can be worn by classic avatars or BOM-compatible mesh bodies, and has solid teal sections on a translucent dark material. I also added the SPT-Beach gift from Spirit Tattoo, which is also a system/BOM layer so it was very easy to wear with the outfit. I included a closer view so you could catch the details of the surfboard in front of the waves and sun. I really like the upper ribcage placement, probably quite painful in RL but we get to enjoy the magic of SL with pain-free body art.

My day went pretty smoothly, with the podiatrist appointment being slightly less painful than I'd feared. Apparently going there consistently is training my toenails to grow correctly or at least somewhat straighter, so they are easier to deal with. Enticing Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more Boo at Blacklace hunt prizes to share, this time all created by ~Blacklace~ themselves :) The hunt at the Blacklace Mall lasts for just about another week, until the month ends and we celebrate Halloween. There are samples of the free pumpkins we are seeking at the hunt signs, which is always helpful, and there is a sign in the courtyard with pictures of many of the prizes. The weekend also brings us bargains thanks to the Saturday Sale, and I will be showing you this week's offer from Entice which is available for several more days with lots of options and potential savings. Weekend at Blacklace

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features more prizes from the Boo at Blacklace hunt, since there were so many treats to find all throughout the Blacklace Mall area. Three stores have free gifts hiding inside carved orange pumpkins (samples at the hunt signs) and I was very pleased with what I found. From casual to formal to sexy, there is a little something for every fashion taste, and most are Halloween themed so this is the ideal time to visit :) The hunt runs until the end of the month, so just over a week remaining. I also went hair shopping because I was in need of some retail therapy, LOL, and was craving a fresh new look.

If you saw yesterday's post, I wrapped it up with one of the prizes from [TinRoof], and now I am starting this post with the other two :) The t-shirt on the left is their "Lunar" T-Shirt and the "Libra" is on the right. Each shirt comes in standard mesh sizes, as well as eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. The gilded images on the front are similar but distinctive, with a crescent moon on Lunar and a woman holding scales on Libra. That is my dad's zodiac sign, so I recognized the symbolism immediately :) They both look great with my favorite Delizio jeans, one of several colors available for free on the marketplace in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Omega and Maitreya.

~Blacklace~ is known for high quality lingerie, so their first prize of 8 is just as delightfully flirty as I expected. It is their Trussed lingerie's Halloween version, and the daring bra and thong are each included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. There is also a HUD with 3 colors each for the bows and laces of the bra, and 3 patterns for the fabric of the bra and the thong. This allows for a lot of personalization to get the look you wish. Because of the revealing nature of the laced bra cups, I had to add modesty flowers in photoshop after taking these photos, those white flowers are not part of the outfit at all.

Next I found this adorable ~Blacklace~ Jamie: Boo PJs, another prize that is just right for Halloween. The tank top (which says BOO on it) and cozy pajama pants (decorated in fun seasonal images) each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, while even the matching slippers are included in an unrigged version that can be easily adjusted to your feet. All ready for snuggles!

This tantalizing slip is the ~Blacklace~ Tiane-Halloween hunt prize, especially textured with the holiday in mind. It comes in Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD offering 3 color/texture choices each in sheer or non-sheer versions. The sheer part is the lace of the bodice, which I have as sheer on the right but not on the left. Either way it is still plenty revealing and is quite a treat.

For my final look of the evening, I slipped into the ~Blacklace~ Ava-Halloween hunt prize. Its corset and panties are each sized for the Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and a HUD is included with 2 textures each that you can mix or match. The one on the left above looks to be an old movie poster, and on the right are some grinning monochromatic skulls. Both patterns have the same black trim, which complements them both very well.

Quick hair note of the night: I visited Magika to try on a demo of their newest style, then started trying on others, and wound up purchasing their playful Lyric hair. Its HUD has dozens and dozens of colors to choose from, and options to part the hair on the left or right. There is a barrette accessory that you can hide (as I did) or choose from 2 textures for it, and there are unrigged bangs that I am wearing here because I do have a fondness for them in general ;) The short style is great for blogging since it won't hide my clothing, and I enjoy the loose waves.

It was an enjoyable day here, with good weather and a fun visit with my parents for dinner. I am also looking forward to the farmers market tomorrow, where the lunch this week is Mexican themed with several dishes made by a family from Guadalajara. I'm getting cheese quesadillas with their handmade corn tortillas, yum! I've got my mask all clean and ready, and I have another style mask ordered that I am hoping will be here in time for next week's visit. Hiya everyone! Tonight is a part 3 post, another look at some of the many wonderful prizes from the BOO! at Blacklace free hunt. Just look for the pumpkins that are set for sale for $0L (if it's not for sale, it is just a decoration) around the plaza area between stores. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am so pleased to share more of the prizes from BOO! BOO! At Blacklace

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some terrific prizes to show you from a free hunt I just discovered this morning, BOO! at Blacklace. It is sponsored by Blacklace Lingerie, Blacklace Beauty, Tin Roof, EccentriciXi, and Simply Poised Poses & Props, so there are gifts from each among the 34 prizes to be found. You can find all these treats (no tricks!) inside pumpkins, scattered around the plaza outside the stores where there is a cart sale going on. There were also some in the new releases area, and I suggest checking upstairs there too as well as behind things and above, even in trees. Not all the pumpkins you see are for sale for $0L since some are decorations for the season, but you will find them easily by hovering over and seeing that they are for sale. I'll tell you a little secret: I derendered each after I found it, so I wouldn't keep "finding" it again and getting confused ;) Just right click -> more -> derender -> temporary I believe is the sequence for that from the wheel you see when you right click. Tonight's post features some of the many gifts from Blacklace.

My first look is called ~Blacklace~ Sahra: Boo and has a really fun pattern with sayings and images just right for the season. It includes the nightie and a lace thong (I am wearing it, honest, it's just not visible here LOL) each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. Even the black bow attachment is included, but since it's separate you can decide if you feel like wearing this with or without the bow. I really like the way the right strap has slipped down the shoulder a little bit, such a flirty little touch.

We Are On The Guest List

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some treats to share from The Guest List, a cart sale with a free strawberry hunt on the Flawless sim. For each round you will find an exclusive offer at each cart for $100L or less, and most carts have a free strawberry that holds a reward for finding it. Those delightful gifts are what I will be showing you this evening (and next), and I must say it was very pleasant to explore the cart sale and find the berries while seeing the wonderful items for sale. 

This beautiful gown is in the strawberry at the Applique` Chic cart, their AC Halter Dress Purple. It includes standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions. That fabric is certainly eye-catching with those softly colored flowers and greenery!

This is two prizes combined into one fun look, starting with the amusing @rOrO prize called Tie Dye Boob Tee. Before putting it on, I expected a very short or low cut shirt that barely covered the girls, instead I burst out laughing at the traditional style tee with the interesting artwork. It brought out my Beavis & Butthead type sense of humor, that's for sure! Find the berry and you will get this shirt in Maitreya and Physique sizes, if you already have an alpha layer in your inventory I'm sure it would work with the classic avatar body as well. The leggings are our gift from Loordes of London, called Motya Leggings #17 and are a simple black in standard mesh sizes. They are the perfect foil for a brightly colored top, as you can see, and will go with nearly anything in your inventory.

Summer is definitely not over (not that it ever has to end in SL) so this prize from Blacklace is especially handy. It is called Splash: The Guest Gift and includes two colors of this same sexy bikini in system layers plus an Omega HUD. You can switch the colors if you wish and wear the blue top with the green bottoms or vice versa, whatever suits your mood. I appreciate the little details like the clasp in the back of the top, and the soft looking band at the waist. Also I am on quite the floral kick lately, so the pattern on the bottoms really caught my attention.

You should actually find 2 strawberries at the Blacklace cart, the other containing the Blacklace Beauty Citrus Nails I have been wearing for all these photos. They offer 3 shades of sliced citrus fruit, looks like lemon and lime and orange, on HUDs for Maitreya and Omega. They are richly glossy and made me crave a tall glass of ice water with slices of any of these fruits floating in it, or a popsicle in one of these summery flavors.

Hair note of the night: Truth Hair VIP group gift for August is here, and with bonuses! If you are in the group ($350L to join I believe) there are some gifts in the group notices from yesterday, starting with the Elie hair seen here. It has a Stylist HUD with choices of each side behind the ear or not, behind the shoulder or in front, and the hair pins on or off. Another terrific aspect is the new Rainbow HUD with some really wild and exciting color combinations, and the bangs (worn here in all but the first photo) were re-released with the Rainbow HUD as well as July's gift being re-released with the new HUD. Lots of reasons to join if you are not already a member of the group, it is an investment I will never regret as a huge fan of Truth's. I personally love bangs so I will probably add them to any style that doesn't already have them, and would have gladly purchased them if they were not a group gift.

Jewels Isle Halloween Hunt

Hiya everyone! This morning I visited the Jewels Isle sim to check out their Halloween Hunt for this year, and I am so glad that I did! The prizes are tucked inside purple hats, you can see an image of them on their blog, and they are between $0L - 10L for a fun variety of goodies. There are previews for most of them on the blog, and I was pleasantly surprised at how many are generously free. I am showing some of those $0L ones here, hope you enjoy as much as I am.

This first look is actually two of our prizes, the outfit being from Blacklace and the bag from Poet's Heart. The pajamas are named Shara Skully Zuri Hunt Set, and the camisole and pajama bottoms are each included in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. The adorable purse is Poet's Heart Halloween Critter Bag, and this treat comes in versions with and without a hold pose. 

From casual to formal, let's have a look at the gift from Merivale, called Gothic Dusk. This beauty has a ton of components included, and is suitable for classic and mesh avatar bodies. The top and bottom are system layers and appliers for Omega, TMP, and Tango, and for all that luscious lace there are 5 sizes of skirt panels plus left and right skirt attachments, a center brooch skirt, the derrier bow which brings the flexi too, and the cuff frills you can see on the right. The shrug is also in 5 sizes, and the gold bead necklace and bracelets are included too. Even the mesh lace mask you see on the right is included, this is one fully loaded free gift!

Ever An' Angel has this wonderful Hazy Day sweater hiding in their hat, standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions included. You can almost see in the back view that this soft sweet top has a slit in the back, clear up to the neckline. It is mostly hiding beneath my hair, but still an alluring touch for sure.

One last glimpse of the night, these daring lashes are our free prize from Oceane and are simply called Halloween Hunt Mesh Lashes. The top lashes and bottom lashes are separate pieces (one piece for both top, a second for both bottoms) and can be easily adjusted independently to suit your personal eye shape and size. The fantasy styling with autumn colored flowers on the lash tips are perfect for Halloween or any time you wish to make a big impression.
