Enchantment Nevermore

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some free hunt prizes to show you from the Enchantment - Nevermore hunt. The prizes are hidden in prims shaped like a raven, extremely suitable for the hunt name and theme :) We get to search each participating store by using the hints given on the website and from the sample raven on the hunt sign in most stores, and the prize folder includes the landmark to the next stop in almost every case. I'd genuinely forgotten that it used to be hunt standard to do that, LOL, because the websites generally are easier for the organizers to keep updated. Quoth the raven - nevermore, and find all these goodies by the end of the month ;) Sorry Mr. Poe, but I had to paraphrase your classic line there to add the helpful info.

First I slipped into the flirtatious YUEBIN - Luminara - Enchantment Hunt prize. This brand creates clothing for all genders, which is reflected in the sizing for the dress and the panties. Each piece has original and PBR versions, and the panties have versions with or without bulge. All of those will fit Anatomy M, Belleza Jake, eBody, eBody V-Tech, Waifu, Legacy F, Legacy M, and Legacy V-Tech mesh bodies. I'm wearing the PBR here, and it gives a deep maroon snakeskin texture that responds to your local lighting. So intriguing!

I kept that lovely dress on and added our wonderful BMe Mechanical Nevermore Wings prize from BlueMoon enterprise. These charming double wings are intricately created with a touch of steampunk (see those gears?) and flap gently on their own. They're also unrigged so you can adjust them if they need to be nudged up or down, or closer to your body, etc. :) I think they look fantastic with this dress and its bare back.

Get ready to explore the [FAME] store triply well, as there are three generous ravens waiting there with a trio of easy to combine gifts. The Dress - Eared / Gift starts us off with plenty of bunny ear shapes including the bodice, and a daring open back that shows off a bit of booty cleavage. Of course we need some undies, so their Panties - Eared / Gift come in very handy. You can't see them here but I promise they are under there ;) It probably won't surprise you that the third treat is called Stockings - Eared / Gift, thigh high fishnets with side seams and solid feet with ear-adorned garters attached. All three of these ravens will give you Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn sizes of their respective treats.

If you need a beverage to boost your energy with all this hunting, the AseRiz - Drink octopus prize has got you covered! I think my new friend here is either stirring my drink for me or wants to steal a sip...or maybe go for a swim? I'm loving the spooky vibe, which is a little early for me but I also know lots of people who are into it year round. The prize has a holding pose built into the cup, but also includes 2 poses for you to use if your AO doesn't cooperate. 

My final look is comprised of 5, that's right FIVE wonderful gifts from WebDew! The ::WD:: Ellifain Hunt Edition will give you a nice tour of their store while you track down all the components, and I am a huge fan of theirs so I had a great time looking around. We start with the axe, which has several random holding poses it cycles through while attached. Then we have the sleeves in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes, then the top and panties in the same sizing plus a Perky version for the top. Another raven has boots in the same body sizes, then the final one gives us the full skirt in the same size set. I recommend adding the parts one at a time to see the outfit bit by bit, then decide what combo suits your mood or destination. 

Are we ready for the weekend? I think I am, although it might involve more mouse activities that would not be pleasant. The mouse traps are baited with peanut butter, and this time we are using the humane type so I might get startled if they get caught but at least it won't be gross. I had a nice dinner at my parents', although a bit later than expected because their appointment ran late. The laundry related leak is taken care of, and a huge clog has been resolved :) Not sure what exactly my weekend will hold, but I am going to try to catch up on sleep and probably read since I haven't made time for that much lately. Pirates Plunder Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring a terrific free gridwide hunt from SL Syndicate called Pirates Plunder. These are the same fine folks who annually bring us the Scoop N Score, Green Freaks, Crypt Crawl, and a few other entertaining hunts as well as sales events with an impressive array of designers. For our current Pirates Plunder, a black X marks the spot as our hunt object, trimmed (shadowed?) in teal green which does help its visibility. Some are sized fairly small, while others are bigger than our avi's heads, and since there are no hints we are just perusing each store and poking around to see where that X could be :) Their website has a list of the participating stores with links in alphabetical order, and the number of prizes since a couple of them are offering 2. It just started on the 6th and wraps up on the 20th of August, so we've got just under 2 weeks which is plenty of time since Xan and I were able to find all the prizes in one shot of 2 hours or so. We did have a little assistance as someone with a lovely pony avatar was on the hunt path along with us and we wound up working together to make sure if one found the prize, the others noticed. It was a pleasure, and her cute reactions made it even more entertaining than usual. The hunt prizes mostly match the theme and have some tongue-in-cheek touches, and even the names of your folders when you collect them have lots of booty jokes and pirate speak to make you smile.

For my first look this evening, I am wearing one of the two awesome gifts from Web Dew. Their ::WD:: Pirate - Gray outfit consists of the top, pants, belt, and coat each in sizing for Kupra/Kups, Legacy/Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. Then the hat, choker, and boots are all unrigged so we can adjust them, and the choker has a resize script built in. There are even 2 HUDs to tweak the look, the main "details" HUD offering 8 colors apiece for the top, closures, belt, and metal, and the choker HUD letting us select from 8 colors for it. So much fun and versatility!!

Our other prize from Web Dew is their ::WD:: Pirate - Watermelon outfit, which is a lively color variation of the gray set in the first photo. We receive the same pieces and sizes, with just the one HUD for our choker with 8 metallic hues to choose from. I left the coat off on the right here so you could see that strapless corset top without it and really enjoy the style. I am a big fan of Web Dew in general and look forward to their prizes from every SLS hunt round :)

Next I got a bit creative, wearing a belt as a skirt and hoisting a pirate flag above it ;) The top is our Normandy-YoHo Tube Top prize, a simple clean style adorned with classic skull and crossbones we associate with pirates. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, Mounds, and Teacups mesh bodies/mods. Then I added the AseRiz - belt Asia Hunt prize, which is labeled skirt belt on the vendor image inside but that also shows it worn over a pair of panties so I am definitely not at my most modest here ;) There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, all in that flowing diaphanous golden fabric. *chef's kiss*

The flirty skirt belt came in handy to show off another top, our ASH. -Scratch Top prize. The high neckline is a fun contrast to the slashes across the front (Wolverine?) and diagonal hem that bares a touch of underboob on the left, all in a deep brown leathery fabric. We receive Belleza X Classic, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Mounds sizes of this beauty. You can certainly wear it with lots of pants, shorts, or skirts you already have in your inventory as well :) The rear view shows off not only the solid unscratched top's back, but the fuller panel of the skirt/belt along with how sheer it is.

For my final look of the evening, I had my very first experience with the alpha tab of the Legacy mesh body HUD to comfortably wear our prize from Tea Lane (and yes, that is a good thing because learning is always positive!). Their stunning ~TL~ Gunpowder Gertie Coat has a vibrant color combo of the yellow/orange pattern trimmed in deep purple, with gold buttons and a softer purple flower at the lapel. It comes in a classic M size as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. No Legacy, so I am wearing the Maitreya which was a close fit and I just had to alpha out my arms and hips and it worked out really well. I tried on other sizes too, and a few were also similar enough that I could have done the same with those too. 

It's been a challenging day, partly due to the storms rolling through the area that caused my power to glitch out earlier and knocked Xan's out about an hour ago (he is about 3 hours away by car). The storm system that was supposed to come back my way in a few hours seems to have shifted away, so that's a big relief, and I am just sending occasional encouraging messages to Xan while he waits for his power to be restored. He is safe, that's what matters ♥. I did go out earlier but my stomach got uneasy and the anxiety ramped up, so it wasn't a rousing success but I got to the nearby destination and back even if I felt poorly. It's a challenge getting my body and brain to cooperate for these baby steps I'm taking to be able to go out comfortably, and this felt like when a hockey team wins 8-7 and it's like well their goals were great but the defense sucked so it was a technical win but still bleh. There's always room for improvement :) Still waiting for my doctor to get back to me with referrals to therapists in the area who have been successful helping similar issues, and can do televisits while I am struggling. At least in SL I can simply teleport wherever I want and my avi never gets motion sickness. I hope you're all having a pleasant day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Call of Lovecraft

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features several wonderful offers and gifts you can find at the Call of Lovecraft event, which has a $25L hunt in addition to sales, gachas, and free gifts. The lore of Lovecraft brought us the fascinating Cthulhu mythos, and you will see many nods to that here at the event. The event closes its doors on the 21st of November, so you have until then to enjoy the sights and shopping opportunities. I initially saw it listed as ending on the 4th which would have been considerably less time, so I hope my new information is the accurate one!

My first look is from [Ari-Pari], including two gacha prizes and a free gift. Their gacha includes 12 possible prizes to win from each $50L play, 2 of which are rare and the rest commons. There are 6 colors each of the dress and shoes you see here, the Lilith Dress and Lilith Shoes, both of which I am enjoying in Violet. The rares are red, but honestly they are all gorgeous and well worth playing for :) The dresses include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, while the ankle strap shoes come in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High versions. As for the free gift I mentioned, that would be the charming Lilith Necklace which includes 3 metals but I am wearing the Silver. The others would be Gold and Rose Gold, equally pretty with the rectangle of onyx adorning it. 

This dramatic Victorian style gown is the gift from ANTAYA called Black gown "Lamia". It has been created to fit the Maitreya mesh body, and has a sleek satiny texture with high neck and long sleeves, contrasted by a dainty wedge of lace both front and back beneath the neckline. 

(BYRNE) is offering a terrific free gift as well, their WitchHouse Outfit-Twilight. The jacket and skirt are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The flirty style of the jacket really caught my eye, as well as that deep blue color with embossed pattern.

Next, a look that called for the use of modesty flowers ;) It seemed to be the best way to give you an eyeful of the AseRiz gift called Tattoo Amira without giving you an eyeful of parts of me that are generally not featured on my blog. So our lovely golden tattoo includes a system/BOM layer as well as appliers for Omega, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink bodies. There is a wide range of compatibility there! I also needed to show you the back view, so you could tell that the design continues around and even extends down the spine a bit. 

My final look of the evening is the Call of Cthulhu tshirt female (yes there is a male set too) from VI Naidoo. I did not see a store name listed anywhere on the display, but that is the creator's name :) There are 4 different versions (low, medium, high, untucked shown) in each size of Alice, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Maitreya Petite, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. That is an impressive array of sizes! For some reason the Maitreya versions were too small for my lower torso, with the exception of the untucked, which is what I am happily showing you here. What a whirlwind of a day! The farmers market was so enjoyable, and I did see several dogs in costumes plus a couple whose costume must have been simply "adorable dog" ;) There was plenty of delicious food, and the weather was brisk but not uncomfortably cold. My new mask was waiting for me in the mail when I got home, LOL, so I hope to have it washed and ready to wear for my appointment on Wednesday. More HYIS Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more free prizes from Hunt for Your Inner Slut 16 to share, now once upon a time using that word in connection to myself would have offended me but I believe the internet has taught me that language is flexible and the meanings of words can evolve. For me it is a reflection of that inner mischievous playful side, the one who laughs easily at naughty jokes and can appreciate the power of mutual desire. I hope you can enjoy the humor of searching for golden cocks (the male member, not the rooster) in two dozen different stores. You have until the 15th of May which should be plenty of time to explore these locations. I also have a few poses from Verocity for Hello Tuesday to show you, a bit later than I anticipated but they are usually there for more than just 24 hours. Whew!

This first outfit is a great find for the season, from Crash Styles and it is called {CS} N'Bloom HYIS Spring Outfit. The halter top includes standard sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, while the strappy skirt is provided in standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, and TMP versions. The matching wedge sandals offer a nice range too- Belleza medium, Maitreya medium, Slink MID, and TMP high sizes are included. I am wearing the Slink mid's here and they fit like a dream. I love the bow and rings on the back of the halter top, very intricate and airy looking.

The golden willie at MadCatCreations is hiding two different dresses for us, in various shades of one of my favorite colors. On the left you can see MCC sexy 16 dress, which comes in a standard fitted size along with Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique versions, and just look at the shimmer of the latex texture! On the right and in the center, two different views of the MCC ruffled flowers for inner slut, provided in 8 fitmesh sizes including standard, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. The mixture of patterns is surprisingly lovely, the color theme keeps it from feeling too busy. I love the various cutouts and the bold bow.

Continuing the unintentional bow theme, this stunning dress from Syren's Song is called Jinx White and features a touch of corset lacing in the back, and a bow at the end along with one on the front. The dress includes a fitmesh version plus sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and eBody. The color contrast reminds me of a tuxedo, and really accentuate our curves beautifully. I decided to add a terrific pair of earrings I found on the hunt, the Raven Earrings from Aseriz. The majestic birds are perched on what looks to be a bronze disc, dangling from a few chain links and an amber gem on the lobe itself. I am fond of birds as my blog title indicates, and these are a lovely addition to any outfit.

For my final look of the evening, I get to show off not only another HYIS prize but some great poses as well :) The outfit is the Black Zaga Set from ***Sexy Princess** and includes the bra and shorts each in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP fits. The polka dot pattern gives it a retro feel, and that strappy top goes so well with the low cut boy shorts. As for the poses, they are this weeks' offering from Verocity at Hello Tuesday, where you will find the Shandi Pose Set at $25L for the set of 6 poses with mirrors so 12 total. That is half price and an amazing bargain! From left to right you can see Shandi 1M, Shandi 3M, and Shandi 5M. The M stands for mirror, so for that first one if you need to face left instead of right just choose Shandi 1 from your folder instead. Mirrored poses are a delight, and one of the many things I appreciate about Verocity. 

My day was decent, with the most noteworthy thing being a bizarre dream (nightmare?) that someone had a vendetta against me because of something that happened in 1990, a sporting event and not anything I had any control over other than I did really truly attend it (Summer Slam). I tried to explain that 27 years is way too long to hold a grudge, so it was definitely set in the current time.
