Treats from Selene Creations

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to Selene Creations, whose group is currently free to join. They have several lucky boards for the group, as well as a wall filled with group gifts for free :) When you land, please walk in, go upstairs, and head to the back right room. They have several vendors that we can arrow through, and then we click the central/largest image for the menu with "deliver" as an option, thus receiving it for free with that group tag. The gifts are labeled by month, which is helpful to avoid duplication and to know if your newer body's size might be available or not. For example, the older ones won't have Lara X, but still show their sizes in the image that I have 1 or 2 bodies (Maitreya, Legacy usually) that will look fantastic in the gift :) I know that some people are quite loyal to their body version and don't like to switch, and that is absolutely everyone's personal decisions to make. I always make a point to list the sizes of each item I share, so you know before you get there if the clothing will work with your particular favorite body. With all of these wonderful gifts here at Selene Creations, you can bet I'll be sharing more soon!

It seemed logical to start with the most recent gift, the [Selene Creations] gift april 2026 dress. This strapless mini is designed to hug every curve, with a really fun blue and gold leopard print :) There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies included. I'm sure I've got plenty of pretty gold jewelry in my inventory that would go great with this, and blue or gold shoes would look 🔥. 

Our [Selene Creations] gift february 2024 is a super sexy dress that is cut daringly high on the left side, and cinched with a pretty belt tied above the bared thigh. We receive sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Hourglass, Kubra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs bodies. I'd definitely add a C-string (coochie cover?) for a little modesty before heading out in public, but fortunately I've got plenty from other revealing outfits. I love the shade of lavender and those gorgeous hibiscus flowers!

Another treat you won't want to miss is our [Selene Creations] gift july 2025 dress. The mix of solid and patterned section is so eye catching, and the intricate artwork reminds me of the inner leaf of a book :) This beauty fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies.

Next I changed into another gift with an intriguing pattern, this time monochromatic daisies. It's the [Selene Creations] gift march 2024 which looks like a dress but is actually a separate top and skirt, which does allow for the possibility of mixing things up with other wardrobe staples if you wish. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Legacy Classic, and Reborn mesh bodies provided. The sweetly ruffled shoulder straps caught my attention as much as the wrapped skirt which also sports a fun ruffle :)

One last look of the evening, we have the glitzy and glamorous [Selene Creations] gift decembre 2024 dress. Its sequined texture is a showstopper for sure, and looks especially pretty in this color :) Claim this gift and you'll receive Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. 

I joked with Xan earlier that I was going to forget how to blog after two nights off in a row, LOL, but it's all good :) My appointment went well Friday and I got a very low dose of muscle relaxers for my neck and shoulder, which does seem to be helping a little. The farmers market was windy but nice, with tasty food as usual :) I even enjoyed my therapy session this evening, so all in all a pleasant weekend here. Lost In Emotion

Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the shopping district for three events all organized by Media-SL.com, whose free group tag will also allow you to claim many group gifts. There are areas for the LOOK Event, VERSUS Event, and Last Chance Event, and each set of stores outside the events has signs in front of most of the doorways that you can click to receive a special gift. I enjoyed walking around the various areas and seeing what everyone is selling, so the gifts are a nice bonus. My title should tell you that I am listening to random 80s music as usual ;) 

First we have a sexy gown that you can claim just inside the doorway of the LOOK event, simply called Group GIFT LOOK EVENT 3. There is no landmark inside so it is not clear who designed it, but I am grateful to whoever it is :) The gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing.

From formal to casual, next we have the playful Spring 2020 Gift from Abigail's. It consists of their Gabrielle top in Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya sizes, paired with Megan pants in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. I can easily envision wearing this while hopping around the grid while hunting or maybe fishing, just generally enjoying SL.

This treat comes from Phoenix, and is their Twisted Minidress Maitreya. Based on that, I am sure you can guess what mesh body it fits ;) It includes a HUD with 6 embossed texture choices on a black background. They all look terrific on the tank style dress with its daring thigh slit.

I am also very impressed with the group gift from LOODS7, who are new to me so I am pleased to "meet" them :) This is their skull dress blue, and when you click the sign outside their store you will receive this in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. That royal shade of blue looks lovely with the black lace overlay and trim, doesn't it?

My final look of the evening is a stunning strapless mini from Selene Creations called Capucine Olive. The back may be a solid sheath of satin, but the front is crisscrossed satin above sheer lace in all the right places. Our gift includes sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Signature Alice bodies. Just add your favorite shoes, and you are all set to head anywhere in sexy style.

This week has felt really long for some reason, not necessarily in a bad way but just like time is moving slowly. Swank Spooktacular Goth Hunt

Hiya everyone! I visited the Swank event earlier, and was really pleased with this month's offerings which include a Spooktacular Goth Hunt. You will be looking around their large showroom for black roses, which with my windlight settings looked more like dark gray, purple, and a dash of deep red thrown in (gorgeous either way!) which are set for sale for $0L. There are a few dozen scattered about, not just at the designers' displays, so keep an eye out and enjoy. I even went on the scary ride and explored the haunted house at the end.

You will surely turn heads wherever you decide to wear this prize from (BYRNE) called Liz Dress-Crimson Spooktacular. It is included standard mesh sizes, and as you can see there is an impressive amount of detail to this style. I completed the look with another prize, the shoes are from GHOSTYSS and are named Carrie, with a rigged pair and a non-rigged so you can edit it. I'm wearing the rigged on Slink high feet and they fit perfectly.

[Aleutia] has two versions of their Akasha dress in Charcoal tucked into their hidden rose, and each comes in standard sizing plus a fitted version. I blogged them for the Wash Cart Sale last month with various colors of this same stunning style, as a matter of fact :) For some added zing, I chose to accessorize with the prize from Heartsdale Jewellery, their [HJ] Radiant Ruby Set. This consists of the striking choker and earrings I am wearing here, and like so many of these gifts it works beautifully for the season without being limited to it.

Here you see another terrific prize, this time from [MUSE] and their Enchantress Gown. This elegant beauty is provided in plenty of mesh sizes (standard, fitted, Freya, Isis, Venus, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP) to fit just about any body, and just look at that lace design. It looks terrific from the back too, with that brief train and the gently crossed straps.

Speaking of crossed straps...our gift from Selene Creations is called Lilith 2 Orange, and as you can see there is a very eye-catching harness of straps here that form a pentagram which is ideal for the season. When you find their rose, you can claim this gift in standard mesh sizes.

If you have noticed flashes of color on my nails and wondered about tonight's manicure, well good news! They are the gift from Luna Body Art and are called Black Cat Slink Nails HUD. You will find 10 different colored backgrounds on the HUD, so your lucky black kitty will look sharp no matter what color/s you decide upon. By the way, yes I do consider black cats to be lucky rather than unlucky, as my best friend has had a few solid black cats who have all been wonderful companions for her.

Anniversary Gifts From The Instruments

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have another event's anniversary to help celebrate, The Instruments is having their 2nd anniversary and most of the vendors are generously offering presents free to all, no group needed. The event runs until the 27th, so you have almost 2 weeks to head over there. Enjoy!

I couldn't resist starting off with a lovely tribute to Prince in the form of this gift from Selene Creations. I listened to Purple Rain a lot back in the day, so it was quite a treat to see the photo from the album cover immortalized here. It's included in several fitmesh sizes including standard, Belleza, and Slink. I accessorized with another anniversary gift, the Kawaii Bara Choker from !IT! which includes a HUD that offers resize options plus 16 flower colors to choose from. Personally I love the winged heart on the choker itself, and any added versatility from a HUD makes me smile.

If you're in the mood to twirl around in some fluttery flexi, be sure to pick up the lovely Sand dress by Lyrical B!zarre Templates. It includes the skirt and system layer pants and top, along with an Omega applier. 

In a similar color scheme as that last gift, we have a short and sassy number from KL Couture called Julia Brown, with a resizable belt to fit over any of the standard mesh sizes of dress included. That subtle paisley print on the blouse goes so nicely with the hounds-tooth on the skirt.

Another fun anniversary gift is courtesy of Two Foxes, their Lorraine Dress in an intriguing pattern that reminded me of Spirograph (am I showing my age? LOL) or perhaps a crocheted layer over a classic sheath dress with cuffs and collar. This comes in standard mesh sizes plus a fitted version, so it sounds like a good fit for many of you.

I am wrapping up the evening's post with a sexy bodysuit which is our gift from Katak, their Maillot Body Black in system layers as shown along with appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, and TMP. I also decided on some playful pops of color, in the form of the gift from (CW) and their Layka jewelry set. It includes the necklace, bracelet, earrings, and ring with resize scripts for your convenience, and I greatly enjoyed the look. 

Nail note of the night: LUNA has out a terrific gift for Slink nails, their Music Instruments Gift with a HUD featuring 5 different designs of various musical symbols on either a black or a white background, so 10 options altogether. There are separate HUDs for Slink hands and feet, but I'm hoping most of us have upgraded to the body parts that are compatible with either :) It's great that they include both though, just in case. 

Yesterday was more tiring than I expected and my family visit was several hours longer than planned, hence my need for finally getting some sleep which cut out my blogging time. Swank Spring Collection Group Gifts

Hiya everyone! There are always a wide variety of events happening around the grid, and tonight I'd like to give you a glimpse of the Swank event's Spring Collection round, more specifically the wonderful group gifts offered. Their group is free to join, and a few of the gifts are available without the group tag. You never know what bargains will catch your eye while you visit, so I hope you enjoy it.

This first outfit is our gift from CST Designs, their Carefree Seamist which includes the short sleeved mini dress (check out those cute back pockets!) in standard sizes plus a fitted version, and matching Slink flats decorated with little flowers. Included but not shown is a silver ringed belt, I couldn't resize it and it was way too big for my hips (a problem I don't usually have in RL, heheh) but it is very cute if it fits you.

Here we have a very sexy style with an adorable image on the front :) This is our gift from Selene Creations, their Brooke Sorry, in standard mesh sizes. Those straps on the sides reveal a lot, and if you do find yourself needing to apologize to that special someone I doubt they can resist the combo of your alluring self plus that precious girl asking forgiveness.

Next, I love this comfy cozy Bea Outfit from ~CaL~ as their gift for us this round. With fitmesh sizes in standard, Belleza, and Slink, this one piece looks like three. I'm loving the plaid and the pop of pink really brightens things up. This is an instant favorite for me.

Want to brighten things up even more? LUXE Paris clearly has that covered for you. Their gift is YELLOW DAY Ladies Tee and Skirt, with a fun psychedelic pattern on the shirt and that great yellow trim on the flouncy skirt. The tee comes in standard sizes, while the skirt is provided in 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya sizes so it should fit you wonderfully. Sometimes in spring we really need these vibrant colors to shake off the cold and embrace the freshness of the season!

My last look of the night is this amazing K&Q VOID Checker Dress, which includes 5 standard sizes, 5 fitmesh sizes, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions too so you can coddle your curves no matter what size they are. The straps are intriguing, and that black panel in the back really accentuates the view.

Nail note of the night: Luna Body Art has a lovely gift for us as well, their Hawaii Slink Nails with 6 base colors adorned with a multicolored hibiscus design. The background colors are a nice variety, so it worked well with all the various outfits tonight.

Magical Midnight Manias

Hiya everyone! I had been busy yesterday clicking Midnight Mania boards, and when the clock struck midnight SLT I was positively showered with goodies! So exciting, I simply had to share.

First up, we have this sexy sweater dress from Selene Creations, and I had to show you both views front and back, so you could see just how sexy a sweater dress can be. That is an open weave in the back, and the sides are very open, not to mention the hem being very short. This doesn't leave much to the imagination, hehe, and the texture makes it look so touchable. No group is needed for this board.

This beauty from Black Hole Sun is another example of exquisite texturing, and you know I'm quite fond of all shades of purple. The bodice is just incredible on this dress, it's almost hard to believe that it is a one piece mesh gown. This midnight mania board is no group needed.

Need something hot for a wild night out on the town? This might be just your ticket! Have a gander at Entice's latest Midnight Mania board prize, the Only You Dress in bronze. This stunner shows flashes of skin in all the right places. For this board, you don't need to be in their group, but there is another board nearby that you do. 

I really do love Shanti's style, the whole boho gypsy vibe is one that I especially enjoy. This dress from one of her two Midnight Madness boards has such a sweet pattern of tiny stars and flowers, it is subtle and alluring. I did have a bit of a problem with the alpha as you can see near the hem, my thighs decided to poke through and say hello. Changing sizes of dress didn't help, sometimes it does but usually moreso if a dress is tight there. I really wish I knew more about alphas and if there are ways to adjust them! I loved the dress too much not to show it though. No group is needed for this board either.

I had a busy but enjoyable Friday, and am expecting to have a busy but also fun Saturday, and I hope you all have a terrific start to your weekend too :) But first, be sure to visit your favorite stores and give their Midnight Mania boards a good slap!
