Wonderland Treasure Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are headed to Wonderland Beach where there is a St. Patrick's Market and Treasure Hunt until the 17th. That is why I hurried there as soon as I found out, the limited time remaining ;) All other plans immediately change in a case like that, so I began my search for pots of gold containing all sorts of thoughtful treats for all who find them. They are short, rounded, brown, and filled with golden coins, so be sure to check in each storefront and on/near the carts of this event. Now there is also a trivia version of the hunt by A&A hair, so if you click a pot of gold and it asks you a question instead of delivering a gift, you know you found one of those instead. I tried answering in local chat but did not receive anything, so I have no idea if I missed something since I wasn't intentionally working on that one...there are signs with notecards to help you though :) A few prizes were in other objects, like one in a small light green box and another in a pouch that had hovertext indicating there might be a gift inside. My suggestion is to explore carefully and enjoy the lovely scenery while seeing what the vendors have for sale this week. 

My first look is the eye-catching TrendZy Apparel prize called TA Tatiana outfit black and white. It includes the dress in 3 classic sizes (S, M, L) and 3 fitmesh sizes (S, M, L) for classic avatars as well as versions for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, and Voluptuous bodies. The fingerless gloves come in Maitreya, Ocacin, and Slink versions, while the knee high boots (with fishnet built into the top) are provided in Altamura, BBL, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. You can wear all at once, or mix them up however you prefer with favorites already in your wardrobe. 

The traditional color for the upcoming holiday is green of course, so claiming this [L.T] Roxy Catsuit - Green from Lori's Threads was not surprising :) It comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, with a 9 color HUD for the laces. The scooped sides are a flirty touch, and our catsuit has just the right hint of shimmer to the fabric. 

ATLANTIS DESIGN chose a lovely prize with a touch of green for us, their Fallina 5 sleeveless dress. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I was drawn to the pointed waistband and the broad stripes, both real attention grabbers. 

This prize feels like spring and St. Paddy's Day to me with that soft background color decorated with 4 leaf clovers. It's the prize from Mara's Mysteries (in a box, not a pot of gold) named *MM* Peggie Shamrock Dresses in 21 sizes. 10 of those sizes are for classic avatars (5 standard and 5 fitmesh) with the others fitting eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. I couldn't resist sharing the rear view too so you can see that cutout and bow in the back.

My final look is a romantic one, thanks to the Clover Babydoll prize from AlmaMiranda. Its camisole and panties are each included in a classic M size as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous sizing. The camisole is partly sheer, and the panties are fairly modest coverage with a cute clover on the front. I decided to accessorize it with the Tastic prize called Music Rocks Necklace-With Hud. This striking necklace has a studded strap with metal chain looped through the end and a beautiful music note pendant dangling from it. The aforementioned HUD offers 6 materials for the strap, and 4 metal tones to choose from. 

It was a long day here, and I am still processing yesterday's bad news so my state of mind is not quite what it should be. Love & Camouflage in New Orleans

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several treats to share with you, starting with the treasure hunt at the Love & Camouflage in New Orleans event which is open until the 17th of February. We are looking for mardi gras masks here, which will give you a gift for free when you locate and click each one. There are stores in the buildings along the walkway that have prizes, as well as the carts and displays along the path. One of the prizes reminded me to let you know about Grumble's new store location, which I decided to do by sharing a group gift you can find there :) So we are visiting just two locations total, with plenty of excitement at each. 

First look of the evening, we have the flirty Dark Heart Dress treasure hunt prize from Atlantis Design. It includes standard mesh sizes as well as sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. I love the texture of various sized hearts that look 3D!

Next we see another treasure hunt prize, this time from TrendZy Apparel. Their sexy *TA* Cammy Red Star Dress and Shoes is free when you find their mardi gras mask, and starts with the shiny mini in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. The perfect way to complete the look is with the matching deep red shoes, in sizing for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. 

I combined two prizes for this look, but of course you can wear either component with whatever makes you smile. The outfit is the Kelly Set 4 from Sands Design, whose top and shorts are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes. The top has an opening in the front that is laced loosely enough to show off some midriff skin, and the shorts really hug those curves. I thought the Grumble prize brought just the right touch of whimsy to the outfit. It's called Alicia Boots-Rainbow Hearts, and these stiletto heeled ankle boots come in sizes for Alice, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Hourglass feet. 

The awesome boots from Grumble are what reminded me to visit their new location, as they have moved into the sim of the same name as the store. I couldn't resist sharing one of the group gifts found there, for the Inventory Trends group which is free to join. Their lovely Edge Dress-Black is sleeveless with a flared skirt beneath a drop waist, which is a very flattering style. Greetings from a winter wonderland! The snow continues to fall, and will be doing so all through the night and most of tomorrow, so it is pretty out but very cold. I didn't actually go outside, just peeped through the window to see how much had accumulated. Tomorrow I am looking forward to a hockey game in the evening, and in SL there are hunts and events starting for the new month so there will be plenty to explore. More Black Friday Bazaar Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are continuing to delve into the many gifts available at the Black Friday Bazaar 3. This event is brought to us by Evil Bunny Productions, so it is the Evil Bunny Hunt group (free to join) whose tag you will need to have active to claim all these treats. Just look for the black drawstring bags at nearly every display, next to a small framed photo of the gift, and give the back a click to receive its contents. There are some really impressive finds among the gifts, as well as among the many selections for sale that are discounted by 25-50% until the event closes on the 1st of December. 

My first look of the evening is our gift from Starlight Apparel called .{SA}. Roux Dress & Belt. Each piece comes in sizes for eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. It is nice to have them as separates so you can wear the dress without the belt if you prefer :) The teal color is a classic beauty, and I think it would go well with all sorts of jewelry and styles of shoes. 

Since Black Friday is traditionally the start of the Christmas shopping season, it makes perfect sense to find some themed offerings among these gifts, like the one from Dragonmoon Designs seen here. This is their [DD] Christmas Fun, a flirty mini with slits both front and back that create short panels for the skirt. The pattern reminds me of Christmas sweaters, sometimes called ugly although I find them very endearing :) The gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizing. 

The gift from ATLANTIS DESIGN, Too Much Wine, gave me quite a chuckle :) The top reads "I'm on the naughty list because I wine too much" and the I in Wine is a wine bottle. I appreciate the play on words with wine/whine, and I know several people who would wear this in RL too. The tank top and PJ pants are each provided in fitmesh standard sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, with an additional size of eBody for the top. 

Next we go formal and seasonal with the Donni's Dollies gift, DD Marronda Gown-Rudi Purple. Its full flared skirt is hiding the platform sandals that come with it, in the same pretty purple as the solid top and background of the skirt's pattern. Did you notice the reindeer on the skirt have a red nose? It must be Rudolph, here with some holiday cheer and tiny pops of color. The gown comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, while the sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet.

My final look of the evening is an extra provocative one, thanks to the Prism Geisha Sheer Lingerie by Jezzixa RED. This set consists of the semi-transparent lingerie and matching solid black thong panties, each in a standard fitted version for classic avatars, along with sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. With all that skin revealed, it seemed like a good time to display a gift of body art. The tattoos are the gift from LOVE LACE DESIGNS called ::LL:: Sweet Tattoo {OMEGA}, and it is an Omega applier for the upper body. There are bows on each inner wrist, various sweet treats on each arm, and the word "Sweet" on the upper chest with a cupcake on one side and a wrapped piece of candy on the other. It is such fun to experiment with tattoos in SL, pain-free and easy to change on a whim. 

This morning I was pleasantly surprised to be able to make a hair cut/color appointment for tomorrow afternoon, since I expected a much longer wait with people wanting it done before Thanksgiving even if their time with family would be via video (facetime, zoom, etc.) but I got really lucky. I have to find a book to bring since I don't really want to touch magazines that others have touched, possibly coughed or sneezed on...I was already a bit of a germophobe before our current situation, although I did usually read their magazines and just wash my hands after. It is embarrassing to admit that I am a bit nervous, but at least you know I am not being careless. My hair loses its shape and its natural waves when too long, and I think I will feel a bit better about myself in general if my hair doesn't look so awful. My stylist is a very kind and friendly person, and I will get to see new pictures of her young grandkids who are simply adorable. Around The Grid Hunt

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take a look at some of the dozens of $1L prizes available through the Around The Grid in 80 Days 8 Hunt. They are hiding inside clusters of palm trees, as a trio of them serves as the hunt object this round. You can also purchase the prize for $25L from the hunt object on or very near the sign if you prefer not to hunt, and it is nice to have that option available. The hunt runs for 80 days and started a couple of weeks ago, so you have until the end of September to find whichever prizes catch your eye. You can use the hints from their website to guide you, and that is also where you will find the landmarks to go from store to store. 

This first look caught my attention because of my love of birds, especially parrots. It is the female prize from Georg Bellic Design, and I specified that since there is a male prize included in the same cluster of palm trees :) This is their Sandy Dress, and she comes in sizes for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The cutouts on the sides are a great detail, and so are the unique straps of the back.

Atlantis Design's palm trees hold two versions of this delightful Dotty 1 dress, with and without the dot pattern on the top. Each version is provided in Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes. The deep color really makes the folds of the skirt stand out, and I love the high-low hemline.

Sunflowers create such a cheerful look, even with this image being just half of a very large bloom :) This is the prize from Sweet E's called Purple Sunflower Tessa Dress, and it is trimmed in wide golden lace which adds to the regal nature. Beached Bunny Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several more treats to share from The Beached Bunny Hunt 10, which are just $1L each and hidden inside beach pails. You can see a picture of it on their website, and that is where we get all our landmarks and hints to guide us through the hunt. I have been randomly choosing the ones to show you from among some really terrific options, based on the preview photos also provided for most of the prizes. Are you ready to help that silly bunny again?

My first stop of the evening was -Ema's Secret-, whose prize pail contains their Aiko Bodysuit in two versions. Ice Cream is on the left above, Unicorn on the right, and they each come in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I love the cutout in the front, and the high leg cuts that really accentuate long legs.

Not all of the prizes are swimwear, for example this charming Baby Blossom Blue dress from Atlantis Designs :) When you find their $1L pail, you can claim the pretty floral strapless mini in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The soft color shades are so nice for summer, yet I can certainly see wearing this at any time of year.

This sensual dress is from ART & FASHION, their prize named Summer Lovers Mini Dress. There is a sketch on the front of two faces in a kiss, above two tiny holes on each thigh that mimic the two longer slits on the back. This beauty is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing.

I had to slip one bikini into the post, after all it is summer ;) The prize from Love Lace Designs is their ::LL:: Lovely Bikini Hunt Item, a two piece swimsuit in pretty pink with lighter pink hearts. It comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, and has such a pretty ruffled neckline above all those straps.

My final look this evening is found inside the hunt object at anny's Fashion, and is called [AF] Belielly Denim Dress. There are 4 colors labeled Pattern 1 through Pattern 4, each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. I am wearing Pattern 2 on the left and 4 on the right, so they are different shades of denim with distressed areas. This pail was a bit smaller than the others so it took me a bit to find it, but the hint helped as usual :)

It is a hot and stormy night, and I am a bit jumpy from having a little caffeine, so the thunder is making me flinch pretty often. Down The Rabbit Hole

Hiya everyone! Tonight we are going Down The Rabbit Hole, as that is the name of the event that has just opened and is waiting to delight you. Alice in Wonderland is one of those classic tales that has been immortalized in literature and film, with a wide range of interpretations to provide inspiration for the designers. The event is organized by Evil Bunny Productions (as in Evil Bunny Hunts) and they did a marvelous job decorating the location, and all of tonight's looks are group gifts for their free group. Your tag will say "I'm Evil!" which gave me a good chuckle, and almost all the displays have a gift bag with the event's name on it and a framed image of the gift next to it. Just click each of those to receive your gifts :) Some of these treats are themed while others are not, so even if you are not a huge fan of Alice in Wonderland you have an excellent chance of finding things you will enjoy. 

We start with the gift from [WitchCraft] which is their Rose Red Dress with bonus footwear. The dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, which matches up exactly with the sizes of the laced up stiletto boots. The strapless mini is trimmed in black with edging, belt/bow, and even a sheer black layer underneath the red floral fabric, coordinating just right with the shoes.

Next I slid into the Applique` Chic group gift called AC: Graphic Summer Dress Pink. This cutie has a bold color contrast between the white and hot pink, and the slender attached belt accentuates our natural curves beautifully. Blue is another color strongly associated with the Alice in Wonderland story, thanks to the title character's signature clothing, and that probably inspired this +Uni Boutique+ gift. This particular Alice Dress is certainly more mature than the character though, as it is styled like two pointed panels connected at the top and loosely tied on each side at the waist. My final look of the evening is a charming blue dress too, the .{AC}. Poppy - Winter Dress Sky gift from Aurora's Closet. While it has long sleeves and a high neck, the short fluttery skirt will keep you cool in this warm weather, not to mention showing off a whole lot of leg :) The gift includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and has a luxurious plush texture that looks like it is begging to be touched.

It was a hot and humid day with scattered rain, so I was happy to be able to stay indoors near fans. Tomorrow I am not so lucky, as I do have an appointment to attend, but it should be a decent enough day regardless. I have a mask ready and plenty of hand sanitizer, and the people at this medical office are very nice and seem thorough trying to protect everyone. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am delighted to show you some more Womenstuff Hunt prizes, all of which are hidden inside red t-shirts with white high heels on the front and the All 'stuff logo on the back, for free or just a single linden dollar. This is the ladies' path of the 5 All 'stuff Hunt varieties, each with its own color of shirt and theme for the prizes you can claim. The website is handy as it will show you the hunt paths with landmarks, hints, information if a store needs to be skipped, and which prizes have been created exclusively for this hunt. We are in the second half of the month so time is starting to catch up with us, but you still have nearly 2 weeks to find these wonderful prizes. 

The evening's first look is our free prize from Atlantis Design, called Aisha Red. This sleeveless sheath dress has a beautiful texture, and is provided in a standard fitted version for classic avatars plus sizing for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

Next I got my flirt on with the Illustrious hunt prize called Macy Dress. This revealing mini looks like two parts connected in the front with a large bow, and has a fun ombre from red to black. The free prize includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies.

I also found the prize at CHANGED SEASONS, their adorable Mirella Jumpsuit that is decorated with bold dots. This colorful short suit comes in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. It is great for summer, and free for everyone who locates that t-shirt.

I was also lucky enough to find the shirt at I.M.C. so I could claim their free Woman's Hunt Dress June 2020. It is an elegant combination of solid black long sleeved top and boldly colored patterned skirt, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I would love to add a simple necklace or earrings when I wear it out somewhere, just a touch of gold I think would flatter it :)

My final look this evening made me feel like royalty, and might be just the right choice for you if you have plans that call for something formal. It is the free prize from PHE: which is their Candy Gown pink, and wow is it stunning! The full length strapless gown has a brief train in the back, and a partial layer with a generous dusting of sequins and sparkles. The prize consists of Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes for those very popular mesh bodies.

More Raindrops on Roses Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more Raindrops on Roses Hunt prizes to see, since there were too many for just one post :) The prizes are just $1L each if you search for the hidden ones, or you can purchase the prize for $25L from the rose (hunt object) near the sign. No matter which you choose, these prizes are worth way more than what we are paying for them, and there is a wonderfully romantic theme to most of them. 

The Sissy Bar hid their rose with a mascot of the sim they are located on, and it contains their (TSB) Criss Cross Lace Up Shirt and Skirt. Each piece is provided in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique body versions. I am a fan of details, like the pearls in a heart shape on the ribbed top holding a trio of roses, and the X laces on the skirt above tiny slits at each thigh. 

My next visit was Atlantis Design, where I found this playful Candy Heart dress inside their red rose. It comes in a standard classic size, as well as versions for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. On its soft pink background, you will see multicolored heart balloons and rows of gems that look like raindrops, and it is wrapped up in a big bow thanks to the bright pink belt.

Artic Storm has a daring outfit waiting in their hidden rose, the *AS* Isabetta Red Hearts. The dress and matching pantyliner (like a thong with no strings) are each provided in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. The matching thigh high boots come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. This is one of those looks that works great for Valentines Day without being limited to it :)

I feel like we all deserve to treat ourselves to some romantic lingerie from time to time, even if we the only one who sees it, just as a reminder that we are beautiful :) For just $1L you can find the hidden rose at Applique` Chic (or $25L for the one at the sign without having to hunt) and claim their AC: Rosey Lingerie RORH in two colors. The pink and red nighties with built in panties (see the strap in the laced opening on the right) each come in a Maitreya mesh body size, and have similar floral outlines with tiny polka dotted backgrounds. I love the bow in the back, too, another special touch.

My final look of the evening comes from Witch Cafe, a store that is new to me but I was glad to notice they are taking part in a few hunts this month. The prize is their Juliette Dress - Roses, which is for the Maitreya mesh body and has a bold floral pattern. The retro style looks great with the roses and the deep green background color, and I am excited to share more looks from this store in the future.

It is a rainy evening here, and the rain is going to continue for the next couple of days so my area is under a flood warning. Some roads get worse than others, so most locals tend to learn the best ways to get around the worse areas, and my backyard has a drainage system that the township put in way before I moved here.
