Dreaming With Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're back at the Doves Dream event, with lots of exclusive offers and a group gift at nearly every display. The group is the same as for Palomma Plaza, an all free bounty of gifts where The Free Dove used to be. We lost Palomma "Dove" Casanova in 2023, but her spirit of generosity lives on as long as we still honor her memory :) Her RL birthday was the 11th which was the opening date of this annual event, and we have until the 11th of April to complete our shopping and gift claiming. I've got tons of treats to show you from this sweet event, so this is part two of who knows how many posts ;) 

I started the evening with our MadCatCreations gift called MCC - woman - tank dress pink latex. They also have a men's gift too, and a full perm version at a different booth, so that's a triple thank you to them :) Our tank dress comes in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, Mounds, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The texture  is such a fun one, with the highlights from the shine of the latex!

Our ALWAYS BLOSSOM Teresa Dress Spring Colors gift has several pastel hues on their HUD that we can choose from, but black is also an option if you prefer :) There are a total of 5 colors on that HUD and the ability to adjust the sheerness of the solid (non-lace) portions of the dress, so it is quite versatile. The dress itself fits Erika, Legacy, Bombshell, Free, Perky, Lucy Body, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Ncore, Prima, Petite, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The lace portion does reveal some booty cleavage back there, lol, so choose your destination wisely ;) I say that because I don't want anyone kicked out of their favorite hangout or shopping spots, no shade intended.

I added a little something extra for this look, an additional gift as a matter of fact :) The OH PAIR ! CATALEYA DRESS GIFT is a cleverly designed minidress with straps that create sexy cutouts, and those sheer lacy sleeves are so pretty. We receive sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. My addition is the stunning .:UIS:. Chest - Angel 01 BW tattoo from Urban Ink Studios, which is one of 2 gifts I found from them :) It is provided as BOM layers in 60%, 80%, and 100% opacities, and I'm wearing the 80% here. I always recommend trying them each on and deciding which you personally lean towards, I mean they are all in there for a reason :) The angel's wings stretch so gracefully across the collarbone area, and a strapless top would reveal this artwork nicely too.

Next I changed into the Asteria "Jojo" Gift for Doves, which consists of the dress and a separate halter so you can wear them together or enjoy the dress on its own. Each is included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Senra Jamie mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that has 4 metals for the harness hoops. The dress color makes me think of mourning doves, as they are a creamy grey rather than a bluish tone usually, and I adore the style of this dress both with and without the harness.

I am one of the rare people out there whose life gets busier on the weekends rather than during the week, so they don't have quite the same party feeling for me. Not that they're bad or anything, but I do spend most of the week at home usually. So tonight was dinner at my parents', and tomorrow morning is a farmers market that I can't wait to visit :) I've been concerned about my friend's husband (also a friend, the couple from my Thursday gaming nights) who had a medical procedure done today, but he is home and recovering so that is a huge relief. Tomorrow's featured lunch vendor at the market is the hot dog truck, and their special for St. Patrick's Day is a hot dog with corned beef, kraut, Swiss cheese, and green mustard...that's about 4 reasons for a big hell no from me, LOL. I miss Irish potato candies, which I used to get each year from one of the vendors who has retired. Recently found out they are mostly a local thing, so I'll explain that there is no potato involved other than the shape - cream cheese, powdered sugar, and coconut mixed and rolled into small balls that are then rolled in cinnamon. I'm probably missing an ingredient there, vanilla perhaps. I haven't made them myself in about 30 years so it's hard to recall. ACCESS HW Winterland

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm inviting you to the HW Winterland event from ACCESS, where the ACCESS group (free to join) will let you claim lots of generous gifts from stockings hanging at most of the displays. If you're amazed that I'm still finding more and more events with holiday gifts to share, LOL, I would say that A) so am I, yet B) that speaks highly of the generosity of SL's designers. I'd even add a C), buckle up because I'm still finding new ones somehow!

My first look is the Dernier: "Nathalia" Dress - FATPACK. This sleek and generous gift has a cinched waist that means we need to add the provided alpha layer, and there are 15 colors and 4 gloss levels to choose from on the HUD. Our mini halter dress with the crossed straps will fit Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies.

Honestly, my jaw dropped when I tried on our LEROY - Blair Dress v2 - Red Dahlia gift! Look at that shine, and those sweet pinstripes that accentuate our curves :) There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. I feel like the vibrant red hue is terrific for Christmas, but will also come in handy once February rolls around and brings us Valentine's Day. No laughing, time is flying so fast lately that it really will be here before we know it ;)

This stunning look is our Asteria"Claven" HW Winterland GIFT. Our [Brior] Akari Knit Sweater - HW WINTERLAND gift gives me such a cozy and warm feeling, which I particularly needed this weekend :) The cropped red sweater has pale gold seasonal designs like baubles, candy canes, and wrapped presents, and goes surprisingly well with the skirt from the prior gift I shared above. Of course, we all have tons of other options in our inventories to pair it with, so have fun deciding! My final look of the evening is our cleverly crafted cherry // Yuni Dress & Belt #8 gift. The design of the bodice is simply amazing, and our lace-edged sleeves are attached by the most slender of straps for a playful feeling. The dress and belt are separate pieces, in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I'm still trying to decide what to call this pretty color...pale red, deep coral? I love it and really need a lip gloss in RL of this shade :)

Oh my goodness, let me start by apologizing for the delay on this post, which would normally have been Friday night and I usually take Saturday evening off. However, a nasty storm system whipped through here on Friday and knocked out the power, and the generator decided to kick the bucket. Did I mention how freaking cold it is too? So I went to dinner at my parents' a few hours after the power outage started, and wound up spending the night. Yes I had to pop back home to pack some things in the dark and cold, lol, but it was worth it to be warm and safe. My parents are very kind, and I am incredibly grateful to them for taking me in again as they did over the summer when the AC conked out. The power company didn't expect to have things restored until 11PM tonight, like a couple of hours ago, but fortunately they got things handled before noon :) So after letting the house warm up (47 degrees in this room was too bleeping cold!) slowly, I got some more rest and am now able to post these photos I took in the wee hours of Friday morning. I'm also struggling to not be angry with the housemate in whose name everything is related to the generator and who dropped the ball several times on getting it repaired, but that negativity would just harm my own mental health so I must let it go. Elsa was right ;) I have so much more that I wanted to share around Christmas and simply had to switch my 'night off' instead of taking an extra, especially when every time I think I am aware of all the potential events, SL says "hold my beer - with built in Bento pose". *deep breaths* I hope you are all having a magnificent weekend, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

FLF Bday Bash

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to celebrate, thanks to the FLF Bday Bash '24. The general theme is camping, and there are free group gifts we can claim by clicking the lanterns at each display. The lanterns have a camping feel, and the group is the FLF or Fifty Linden Fridays group, a sales event that has been a huge part of SL for 15 wonderful years now. I'm so happy for them and their longevity, and glad to be able to share some gifts and tempt you to do some bargain shopping while you're there :) The event just opened, and runs until the 13th of September.

My first look of the evening is the beautiful Asteria "Hope" FLF'24 Bday Gift, consisting of both the one-shoulder top and choker seen above. Each fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Senra mesh bodies. I'm loving that twist in the front, and the bold flower on the choker! 

Next I slipped into the "Edna" Top-Jacket White gift from KLEIN. This snowy colored pairing can be worn together or separately, on Classic, Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Senra mesh bodies. The top is a slender tube, while the jacket is cropped and has 3/4 length sleeves so it is still suitable for warmer weather. I couldn't resist adding a pop of color though, thanks to Kibitz and their gift FLF bash Beads necklace. This treat comes in eBody, Lara X, Legacy, and unrigged versions, all delicate teal beads with a small golden clasp in the front. The choker fit means that they will go well with many different necklines, meaning the outfit possibilities are endless :)

One more top I couldn't resist sharing is the Palette - Amore Top [Peach]. This sweet and sassy shirt is tied on each side and gathered all around with pretty ruffles. Inside this gift, you'll find eBody Reborn, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I'm wearing all of these tops so far with my favorite marketplace freebie find, the Delizio jeans, which is a fatpack but I'm wearing the white ones here. System/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega in 9 colors, very versatile and much appreciated.

I'm also eager to show off a couple of dresses, like this lovely Valentina E. Anya Dress Hazel gift. The color is a deep bronze-brown that does remind me of hazel eyes, and the tiered skirt is a beautiful touch :) Our strapless beauty comes in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. 

My final look of the evening is the wonderful gift from Vague. called Chontei Dress - FatPack. One slender strap goes from the left bodice over the right shoulder, and the left side has two daring openings showing a little extra skin. There are sizes for Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Peach, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies, plus a HUD offering 12 pretty colors. I appreciate the variety, and think this dress was the perfect excuse for utilizing my Legacy body again this evening :)

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was decent, although I wish the weather were a bit cooler by now. Therapy was another deep dive, and we decided that to ease the burden on housemate, I invited my mom to go to the park this week as an outing. She agreed and chose the day (Thursday) so I think things are looking good :) I'm looking forward to it, and it's been years since I've been in her old minivan so it will be a bit of a sentimental journey too ;) It is important that the outings are something I actually want to do and not just tolerate, so they are more motivating and beneficial. Welcome Back Womenstuff

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got good news about a longtime hunt returning to the grid. The Womenstuff Hunt, last seen in summer 2022 (and even that was a revival after the groups changed hands) is back with over 100 participating stores offering free prizes. The one catch that keeps it from being utterly free is the $50L fee to join the Womenstuff group, which is necessary to claim the prizes. Please visit the 'Stuff lounge and join the group if you aren't already in it, then you can click the sign to obtain a HUD that can teleport you to the stops and provide hints. The HUD is essential since that seems to be the only listing of participating designers, and it is handy to use it to teleport around. The hunt object used to be a red t-shirt, well now it is a lovely red bag in a squared shape with a circular handle. Some have been shrunken down to a really tiny size, so those hints are going to be very helpful! The HUD has arrows to turn the pages to each store, then a ? for the hint and a pushpin for the landmark. The teleport symbol looks like a circle with lines radiating upward, okay it's hard to describe actually LOL but it is on the lower right of each prize image. With 106 prizes, that makes the total cost less than a half a linden dollar per gift :) I'd already been in the group for ages, and highly recommend staying in if you can spare the group slot because I'm hopeful that this hunt goes well and encourages them to do it again soon. Many of the gifts include Lara X sizes, so many in fact that I'm wearing that body this evening.

My first look of the evening is the revealing "Inna" Blazer Vest-Orange from Asteria. Their prize will fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, Senra, and a Classic and Curvy pairing that could be Gen X or possibly Tonic. We also receive a HUD with 15 textures for the inner (collar), 12 colors for the panties plus an on/off option, and 4 metals. The open sides are held in place with playful straps for an added fun detail :)

!APHORISM! has a terrific prize for us too, their Steph Shirt & Skirt Gold Ltd Ed outfit. The top and skirt each come in sizes for Gen X Classic, Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD for each. The shirt's HUD has 24 choices for collar and cuffs, 12 for the buttons, and a pattern or plain option for the gold color of the main fabric. The skirt HUD has the same pattern/plain choices available, so we really can personalize this look nicely.

Time to get sexy with the :: pm :: Adriana Lingerie Set -2 colors- prize from purplemoon! There are beige and choco versions each of bra and panties, all in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. You could mix and match if you wish, but for once I felt like keeping things streamlined ;) The bra has lovely flowers across the top, and the lacy texture on both is just beautiful.

I also found the bag at Vulnus and eagerly claimed their Abas bikini prize. The top and thong are each provided in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. They are both tied in place with slender straps and fun bows, and I really like the dreamcatcher pattern on the fabric. I know, there's barely enough material there to even see the print that well in this picture, lol, but trust me that is what it is ;)

My final look of the night is the charming JUMO Originals - JOURDAN Gown Summer prize, just right for an evening out, perhaps this coming weekend :) There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Maitreya, and Signature mesh bodies, plus a HUD with 6 colors and a bonus of 2 chokers in different widths. The details make the difference here too, like the deep plunging neckline and central slit on the skirt, lace embroidery at the hem, and a shimmery built in belt. The BIG choker is the one I'm wearing on the right, and I chuckled when it reminded me of the big salad of Seinfeld fame. If you have a different necklace you'd prefer to wear with this beauty, I'm sure it will look just as nice too since that neckline can frame a wide range of styles.

I'd say that it was a quiet day, but only in the sense of my not going out...it was rather noisy from all the fireworks tonight 🎆. The weather was decent enough for it, so I'm sure the folks in the neighborhood who were outside watching were able to enjoy them. I don't hate fireworks, just the loud noises catching me off guard can be off-putting and the worry for pets and humans who might not handle the sounds well. I also witnessed a misfortune in my childhood of a neighbor's girlfriend getting injured by their fireworks, let's just say she no longer has all 10 fingers. That makes me think they should be left to the pros, or at least people who are 100% sober adults. I am looking forward to my parents' tomorrow for dinner, our version of a BBQ, and just checking in to make sure they are both doing okay. There are still tiny firsts happening to them regularly, like this will be the first BBQ without planning on setting food aside for my grandma. She usually cooked extra and now has to scale down a bit, or I may wind up with lots of leftovers. Happy Birthday ACCESS

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to celebrate the ACCESS Event's 6th birthday, which we are doing in the usual SL way :) That means there are gifts galore for all visitors who have the ACCESS group tag active, in pretty teal boxes to match the event's logo. There are plenty of gifts for the guys here too by the way, especially in the middle area of the large room, so have fun and bring all of your friends.

My first look of the night is the Asteria"Eve"Top&Skirt gift, which I absolutely adore :) We receive the cropped top and fluttery skirt each in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Senra mesh bodies. Next I paired two more generous gifts, so let's start from the top ;) That would be the ELEVEN - Caddys Top [1], which has a playful layered look and fits Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The front says "Lil'baby" in white. I think it goes really well with the edgy Over - Shatter Pants - Fatpack gift, which is unisex as there is a mix of male and female sizes - Jake, Legacy F, Legacy M, and Maitreya. There is also a HUD with 6 color choices, so we can adjust to suit our personal tastes. 

Our gift from Cynful is their dazzling Femme Fatale Set - Red outfit, a cinched-waist romper and top to layer beneath. They are each included in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with a very detailed HUD. That lets us select from 8 animated neon images for the top (or you can choose none) and 8 metals apiece for the straps and zipper as well as on/off options. The neon buttons aren't labeled, so you get a fun surprise each time you click and apply one :)

I must say I always appreciate receiving gifts from Kaithleen's at any event they are a part of, and thanks to their Cassandra Dress - Copper here I'm sure you can see why. The sheer strapless gown with dramatic high-low hemline comes in Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, Waifu, and Waifu Rolls mesh body sizing. There is also a HUD which offers 20 colors apiece for 3 sections, which are the neckline trim, hem ruffle, and the edging on that ruffle. As a bonus, there is also a set of BOM panties included (packaged separately) in black, nude, pink, white, and tintable. It is nice when designers add a little something for modesty in case it is desired, and we can always leave it off or remove it.

My final look of the evening, the Oracle - Vanity Dress - Rainbow gift, is timely because of Pride month as well as being just extra sexy! There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy Roll, Mounds, and Waifu mesh bodies included, as well as a HUD with both textures shown above. If the HUD defaults to your hand instead (it did with me, and I know sometimes that's an SL glitch) just remove it, right click - add to HUD and choose where on your screen you prefer. Am I the only one getting Lisa Frank flashbacks here? :) That is not a complaint at all by the way, as her colorful creations were a big part of my childhood.

Whew, I am a slowpoke this evening it seems. I went out later than expected for my little outing, and that just delayed everything so I am feeling irritated towards the person whose decision it was. They literally could not care less of course, so all I can do is either rush and make mistakes, or go slowly here and ask for your patience.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing off more FLF-O-Ween group gifts, as there were simply too many for one post. That is the case with most of the events I've been enjoying lately, as I'm sure you've all noticed, and October is as busy as it is spooky when it comes to events with gifts :) The Fifty Linden Fridays group is free to join, and its tag will let you claim more than 100 gifts from carved pumpkins (orange, green, or purple) at each display at this well-decorated event. With so many $50L sales items available, you can get your wardrobe and living space ready for Halloween without putting too big a dent in your linden balance, which I greatly appreciate. 

My first look is the lovely Gorsimi - Lex Set (HALLOWEEN EDT.) gift, whose top and skirt layer together perfectly. They are each provided in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Mounds sizes. The solid black of the top is a perfect backdrop for the silver cross attached at the throat above the keyhole opening, and the ghosts flitting about on the skirt are certainly a playful touch that I'm enjoying greatly.

From ghosts to skeletons...I excitedly changed into the Vague. FLF-O-Ween - Gift, which is a fishnet dress atop a bodysuit that looks like two pieces from the front but one from behind. It all wears as one sexy piece, in sizing for Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Peach, and Reborn mesh bodies. The rear view shows that it is a thong, but the fishnet and its sexy seams keep that slightly less visible.

I kept that on to show you some accessories, all of which are part of the #LuLuB! - Gaia - Fatpack gift. The picture turned out wider than average so please give it a click to expand :) So the gift contains aura and a candle with holding animation each in darkness, fire, golden, nature, pink, and purple versions, with spell candles in English and Spanish. I'm wearing the golden aura and nature candle to the left, and pink aura with purple candle on the right. Yes, I found they mix and match quite nicely :) The spell candles are also held, but when you click them you'll receive a folder with a notecard that gives instructions for a RL spell for the new year. I'm not familiar enough with witchcraft to be certain but I'd guess there are ways to tweak it for other times of the year, or you could just hold onto it for a couple of months.

Next I slipped into my ever-handy Delizio jeans (marketplace freebie, white pair shown of several shades included) to share the [JUSTICE] MIRA HALTER - FLFO Ween - GIFT. At first glance the pattern looks like classic roses on a dark background, but look closer and you'll see that the roses are looking back at you ;) That's right, they have eyeballs in each bloom, and there are what might be wings with dark feathers in the pattern as well. We receive sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Legacy Petite, Maitreya and Maitreya Petite bodies of this intricately styled dramatic beauty.

For my final look of the evening, I'm pleased to share the Asteria"Misha"Purple outfit, which has 3 components each packaged separately. The choker, sweat dress, and garters will all fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The choker and garters have metal HUDs with the same 4 options for each, while the dress has a HUD for its built in panties - 8 colors or an X to hide them completely. I love the colors here, and am curious about the year chosen 1987 for the middle of New York and Empire State...it's not ringing a bell offhand (I was 16 and a few states away from NY as I still am) so it could be personal to the designer or simply random. 

Today turned out to be a fairly rough day for me, so I'm still in recovery mode and hoping things in this post all made sense and came out well. I have an ingrown toenail that I suspected might be infected, then this morning I stubbed it. OUCH. Being clumsy is sometimes a nightmare, and let's just say I saw evidence of infection when I changed the bandage which was initially there to provide a little padding. So as soon as possible I must battle agoraphobia and get my toe to the doctor, while feeling ill and terrified. Sound fun? The housemate is out of town until Thursday, so I cannot even get there yet and have not called to schedule anything, however they are usually good about emergencies or urgent visits. This is the third infected ingrown nail I've had in the past several years, and the other two were each within days of a visit to have all the nails trimmed so this wasn't me neglecting my health, just really cruddy timing. FLF Birthday Bash

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm delighted to invite you to the FLF Birthday Bash '23, which is the 14th birthday celebration of the Fifty Linden Fridays sales event. It is such an impressive milestone to reach, out of the 20 years that SL has been around, so of course I was excited to be able to share some treats with all of you :) Naturally the name of the event comes into play with a bounty of $50L offers, deeply discounted from the original retail price of these creations, and for the birthday bash you can join their free group if not already a member and claim lots of wonderful gifts. These are at each display in a purple skateboard, just click each one you see and receive your group gift :) You can't miss the bold purple color, and most are set to the group tag but a couple were for sale for $0L available to all visitors. Every time an event celebrates a birthday or anniversary, it leads me to marvel at their longevity and I get a little SL-sentimental from all the amazing memories.

Do you want to believe? Our gift from *NeverWish* certainly does! It is their I Want to Believe Crop Top, which says exactly that (I want to believe) in white across a fading X so possibly a reference to X-Files, yet I feel that it can apply to many things if we so choose :) It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. Of course I needed a lower portion of the outfit, so I gratefully slipped into the PROMAGIC Ananda Skirt Yellow gift. I feel like that sunny hue is having quite a moment lately, and this flirty miniskirt is a particularly bright shade of yellow that draws attention just as much as that cheeky rear view ;) There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and J-Rolls included. For many destinations you will need some undies for modesty, and for this combo I'd go with black to match the shirt.

Next I kept the sassy skirt on but changed tops, showing you both of the cheezu. 2023 FLF B-BASH GIFT options. Their hera top comes in versions a (left) and b (right), fun cow prints with a dainty bow at the center of the neckline. Each of those will fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies with ease. I am a fan of just about all animal prints as nods to nature, so these were instant favorites.

It amused me that Lady Marmalade came on the 70s music channel I have on, just as I start describing this pair of gifts that are both worthy of a sexy power ballad :) The top is our Vague. Jadori Top gift, which comes in sizing for Kupra, Kupra Squeezed Corset, Legacy, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy bodies (no Maitreya, so I swapped back to Legacy body before starting to take the photos). There is also a HUD that lets us pick from 14 wonderful colors, so the gathered tube top is as versatile as it is alluring. Then I tried on the delicate Asteria"Juhi"Panties-Purple gift, whose wings in the front made me think of a golden snitch because of the roundness of the fabric beneath it. There are Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes of this thong styled panty in my favorite color.

Leave it to Entice to remind us that summer is time to be sexy with their charming Malibu Bikini v2 - Smoke gift! The itty bitty top and bottoms each come in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, with a great texture on this tiny triangles of wispy plumes of smoke on a dark background. Please pass the sunscreen!

The evening's final look is a gift paired with a sales item for a playful combination. The dress is our Raquel Dress gift from ELEVEN, whose sassy cat on the front elicited quite a chuckle when I zoomed in. The short t-shirt style dress has built in panties, and is included in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. Of course I had to share a closeup so you could see what I was laughing at :) Then I added the Entice - Walking On Sunshine Sandals Set - Pinks for a pop of color, one of 8 sets available (Blues, Coastal, Desert, Earth, Mono, Pink, Reds, and Sunset) at the birthday bash for $50L apiece. If you really want them all, via fatpack, it is also discounted at $299L so it's like getting two of them for free. I used the Blues set for the closer view inset, just for added variety. The sandals come in Gen X, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, with a HUD that offers 3 main colors plus two (black or white) each for the soles and insoles. The closed toe but open heel makes me think we can easily enjoy this style year round, and the many potential colors make it a great wardrobe staple.

Hair note of the night: this is another Truth Hair collaborative effort with the brand FAGA, and an especially affordable one since it's also found at the FLF Birthday Bash for $50L per individual color pack. It is called Lonely, and has the sides pulled back on a feathery shoulder length style that reminded me of my late 80s hair. I had fun playing with the stylist tab of the HUD as well as the tinting of the hair accessory, and was glad I picked up both the blonde and redhead packs.

Another day and another virtual appointment here, as my busy week marches on. This was the family doctor, and went pretty well with lots more apologizing for the prior call she forgot to put on the schedule. We are slightly adjusting some meds and trying a couple of new things, with a lot of talk about tomorrow's first therapy session. It is both exciting and nerve-wracking for me, as any meeting with someone new can be for an introvert even without all the anxiety issues, but I am doing my best to stay positive. I have to make sure the video chat program installed properly on my ipad, and of course that it's fully charged so the session doesn't get interrupted by tech fails. ACCESS Anniversary Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we head to the ACCESS Event, whose current round is their 4th anniversary celebration. That means lots of free group gifts from many of the participating designers, including several for the guys so be sure to share that information with anyone you know who wears a male avatar. This round is open until the 8th of July, so you have time to visit and pick up some demos (and those group gifts!) then return to do some shopping. All of our group gifts are inside teal giftboxes with black ribbons, and the ACCESS group is free to join so they won't cost you a single linden. 

First I tried on the beautifully flirty Diversion - Nixie Mini Dress - Gift. This strapless mini has a sheer embroidered bodice and flared skirt that is dusted with golden stars. It is provided in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I really enjoy the combination of dark purple and gold!

I also found a wonderful gift at the ERSCH display, their -KrissDress-blue-. There are sizes for Freya Perky, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies included, with a very generous HUD for the right side. This HUD offers 88 different colors, so the portion of the top can be nearly any shade you can think of :) The chic style is complemented by the versatility of being able to change colors with a simple click.

I noticed quite a few tops among the generous gifts, so I changed into the white pair of Delizio jeans (free marketplace fatpack) and dove into the tops! On the left I am enjoying the Palette - Millie [Peach] tank top, whose very cute cropped style comes in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies via unpacker HUD. This way you only need to deliver the size/s you will use, instead of having a bunch of extras in your inventory. Then we see the Aury T-shirt // Yellow gift from Seniha. on the right, with kitty ears and whiskers on the words "GOOD meowning". The gift includes sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Legacy Petite, Maitreya, and Maitreya Petite bodies, with a 30 color HUD for the tag on the left sleeve. You can see it in teal above, which I chose because of ACCESS's signature color.

Next we have the "Off-Line" x "Nats" Crop Top / Fatpack, a generous collaborative group gift. The top has a plunging squared neckline and pert collar, and is provided for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The HUD offers 28 fun colors, so you can pick your favorite shade or match a wide range of pants and skirts. 

My final look of the evening is another top with lots of possibilities, the "Nomi" Harness Top - Purple from Asteria. The harness portion is attached to a bra top and has heart shaped clasps both front and back, with draped fringe on the bottom layer. It includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, with a HUD for the bra with 8 colors and the option to hide it entirely. As a huge fan of purple, I would say this might be my favorite among all the gifts if I absolutely had to choose just one. The good news is that I don't have to :) 

It was a weird day, dealing with a stubborn family member who was making the weekend plans a bit difficult, but I think things are mostly settled now. This time the troublemaker was my dad, who wants to decide what everyone else is allowed to eat on Friday and then 'borrow' my houseguest to help him with a computer problem. That second part is still to be determined, between houseguest and my father, as I am not loaning out my friend like a lawnmower. Oh well, I am still very excited about the upcoming weekend and just keeping my fingers crossed that it all goes smoothly. Time For CozyFest

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm delighted to invite you to CozyFest '22, a Fifty Linden Fridays event with all the wintry sales and gifts you could wish for. The Fifty Linden Fridays group is free to join, and with that tag active you can click the gift boxes (tan with purple ribbons and bow) at each display to claim all sorts of generous treats. You can decorate your living space or your avatar ;) The weather lately has made me notice the warm and fuzzy type fashions and home decor items more, so I had a wonderful time browsing the displays here and was pretty fortunate to get in on opening weekend. CozyFest lasts until the 4th of February, so we have over 2 weeks which means you can take your time and pick up demos then return when you wish.

My first look is the sale item from Entice called Sparks Belted Sweater Dress, which comes in an array of individual colors for $50L each (regularly $300L). Next I changed into the Apl.Blossom Maggs Top. No3 gift, a fun long sleeved crop top with opening in the back that is tied closed with a pretty bow. This gift includes Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes. It goes really well with the 1313 Mockingbird Lane gift, (*<*) 1313 Natasha Leggings - Slurple. These body-skimming pants are very versatile, with a HUD that offers 16 options for the waist and trim plus 24 for the stripe. There are 8 colors in two textures each for waist and trim, 3 textures so you can go sheer lace for those slender panels down each leg.
