Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings some more prizes from the Kiyomizu Sumnmer 2018 Hunt, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall where you need to look for hidden ninja cats in any store with a hunt sign. Clicking one of the floating ghosts on the sidewalks outside the stores will bring you to a personalized website that shows you which you have found and where you still need to look. They are hidden amazingly well, so be sure to look behind and even inside things, and don't be surprised if they shrink or flatten out in their effort to camouflage themselves. This hunt runs until the 8th of July, so you have about a week to find all these cute and generous kitties.
First we have the MeltingDots Paisley Top & Skirt, each provided in standard fitmesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is even a HUD included with 6 colors of the pattern, 6 matching solid colors for the buttons on the top, and arrows to adjust the texture scaling (make it smaller or larger). It is also worth noting that MeltingDots is a freebie store, very helpful for newer players or anyone who wants to explore some thoughtful gifts.
Shop Ichiko has a lovely look for us, just find and click their ninja cat to claim their Summer 2018 Top & Skirt in Pink/Black. It is a single mesh piece with the appearance of two, in sizes for Maitreya and Slink. No matter the season, sometimes I just really want a fun, flowery look to wear so I am very pleased with this prize.
My floral craving can be fulfilled beautifully with this prize too, the Hapi*Rabi Leah KSH dress. It includes Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya sizes, with a built in solid belt and ruffled lace trim. I picture this one as a go-to when a spontaneous date offer pops up (either making the offer or accepting it) and we need to get dressed in a hurry. Add your favorite shoes and perhaps some jewelry, and off you go!
The prize from Karin is this terrific Tank & Skirt, an easy to wear single piece in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a Classic version. I truly appreciate that for every round of this hunt, Karin has cats on their gift as an homage to the ninja kitty who holds the prizes, and in this case we have a few summery blossoms as well.
For my final look of the evening, we see a pair of tops from KANALOA BEACH, which incidentally is a great place to wear all these fun bikinis we have been picking up from various hunts :) On the left is JEX back crop top CH (checked?) and on the right JEX back crop top FL (floral?), each in a Maitreya size. I love the bow on the back with its ribbons cascading down to the bum, such a flirty look that will go with your favorite jeans or you can dress up with a skirt. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination. Here I paired them both with the Delizio jeans from the marketplace, that amazing gift of theirs that you'll see on my blog quite frequently. It was an interesting day, starting with an outing in 90+ degree weather at 10am, but I got home and indoors as quickly as possible. Then strange things started happening, technology acting really funky and things disappearing when I clumsily dropped them. Looked everywhere with a flashlight, they simply evaporated into thin air. I also thought I heard a whisper when I was completely alone, so there's that too. I might need Ghost Hunters or an exorcist, LOL! Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Kiyomizu Spring 2018 Hunt again, where we explore the Kiyomizu Mall and some of the mainstores to find hidden ninja cats offering great prizes. With each new season I find myself looking forward to the new round of this hunt, and I enjoy the opportunity to visit old favorites and new participants alike. With over 70 stores taking part, there is a wonderful variety for all. Just remember to click a floating ghost in the walkways of the mall to get your personalized website that shows which cats you've found and where you still need to search. As for my title, well the song came on the 80s station when I was struggling to come up with a title and I have always been fond of the song and its message.
Tonight's first look is two prizes from the same designer, but found in different locations. Karin has a branch in the Kiyomizu Mall that hides the ninja kitty with their Skirt with Suspender dress inside, in sizes for standard, Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The other is a red and black design, so they can be worn with plenty of your favorite outfits for a fun and casual flavor.
POZA MART also has a beautiful gift waiting for us, their Maxi China Dress in Red. It comes in a Slink size that conveniently worked well with my Maitreya body, with a lovely floral pattern trimmed in deep gold. The bright color is sure to bring happiness to any day.
Next we have the gift from MIYABI J-Style, their OneP Retro Butterfly dress. Tonight I am showing off some more prizes from the Kiyomizu Winter Hunt, the tricky hidden ninja cats that you have until the 8th of January to locate at the Kiyomizu Mall and some of the mainstores. Just click a floating ghost to get to the webpage that will show you where you still need to find them. They are really talented at hiding, some are tiny and some are flat to slip behind posters or even into walls. Fortunately when you find them and pet them gently, they reward you with terrific hunt prizes so it is worth the challenge of discovering their hiding places.
POZA MART has a sweet gift for us, their Maxi Long Sleeve Dress in a deep navy blue with white trim and plaid tie. There are 2 sizes included: an eBody/Classic version and a TMP version, and I am wearing the first one which fit very well on my Maitreya body. The dress reminded me of a school uniform and a business style, almost at the same time, so there are many occasions this would be suited for.
For this look, I am enjoying two very different tops from two locations at the Kiyomizu Mall itself. On the left you can see the [satus Inc] Rye Tied Straight Top Sushi, a version of which was shown in a recent post from their mainstore and in black with a different design on it. There is something so charming about this warm, cozy coatdress from M&A. The lace trim catches my attention, and so does that pretty bow on the collar.
Our prize from Karin has a beautiful secret, a layer of vibrant print fabric beneath the skirt. At first glance it looks like a simple strapless black dress with a flared skirt, but as we move while wearing it the stunning pattern shows. This gift includes standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions.
My final look of the evening is from the prize at MeltingDots Freebie Store, a delightful layered Lace Dress with plenty of sizes for just about every body: standard fitmesh, Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine each for the inner and outer layers. There is also a HUD that offers 10 colors to tint the set, two of which you can see here. I urge you to pass along the landmark for this store to any newer residents, as there are some wonderful gifts there for classic avatars, and upstairs has information (some in Japanese, some English) on places to visit within Second Life that some newcomers might not be familiar with yet, like I was so tickled to see a sign for Inspire Space Park upstairs! Hiya everyone! Since autumn will be arriving any minute now, it is certainly a good time to enjoy some seasonal hunts. One of my favorites is the Kiyomizu Hunt, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and will have you searching the stores there along with some of the mainstores. The best way to find out where all you need to visit is click a floating ghost on the sidewalks outside the stores, which will open a website that shows you which hidden ninja cats you have located so far and which you still have to find. The kitties are wearing their best solid black ninja costumes for us, with their cute faces poking out, possibly so they can see us better and giggle at our search efforts ;) This hunt is fairly challenging since there are no hints and they can be resized, a few were small enough to fit in someone's eye on a poster, or flattened enough to fit behind a display poster or a wall. Tonight I am showing you a few of the wonderful prizes you can find just by clicking each hidden kitty, completely free with no group needed.
M*Motion actually has two cats hiding in their store, so if you give them both a click you can receive the C17-26 Crop Long Sleeves Top and the C17-26 Pencil Skirt, each of which include standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. The pretty colors and the vibrant print are stunning, and the style is a nice selection for when the weather becomes cooler.
I feel like this photo should have a hashtag that I woke up like this...what I really did was happily slip into our prize from **milky-way called 17-10 Boyfriend's Shirt Kiyomizu Hunt which comes in standard fitmesh sizes along with Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. The shirt has a pair of light blue panties attached that perfectly match the pinstripes of the shirt itself. I am definitely ready to snuggle on a chilly night in this cute outfit.
I really enjoyed this gift from LAMP-YA which is called The Force Women's Tshirt. It comes in standard mesh sizing and there is a men's version include too, so either avatar type can keep calm and use the force in style. I added a versatile pair of jeans from the marketplace that you have probably seen on this blog before (and will again, since it is a favorite of mine) from Delizio that are a free gift in system, Omega, and Maitreya appliers in several colors.
Polka dots have been really appealing to me lately, so the gift from the ninja kitty at Shiorin's Mart especially made me smile. It is simply called =CS= Kiyomizu Hunt Prize Autumn, and is a sleek shaped sleeveless dress in Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. It made me think of a disco or a dance floor, certainly fun ideas and may inspire where I wear it next.
Karin's gift is their Mini Frill OneP designed especially for the Kiyomizu Autumn 2017 hunt. Tonight I get to share two of my favorite seasonal events, The Wash Cart Sale which just started and runs until the 5th of July, and the Kiyomizu Hunt which I started sharing last night. The Wash Cart Sale features dozens of talented designers whose carts offer $10L items which is a tremendous savings, and many of these items are exclusive to the cart sale or brand new releases appearing here first. The variety is impressive too, clothing for men and women and even children's sizing, plus accessories and home decor among other selections. The Kiyomizu Hunt starts at the lovely Kiyomizu Mall, as I mentioned yesterday, and you are looking for ninja cats in the mall stores along with some of the main stores, the best way to navigate is to click one of the floating ghosts above the walkways and it will give you a personalized website with locations you found cats, and the ones you still need. The signs are scripted to tell you exactly how many cats are in each store if any, which helps greatly and always impresses me for keeping the hunt meticulously organized. Fantastic free prizes too!
The first cart my virtual tour is visiting is Artic Storm, whose mainstore is on this very Wash sim where the cart sale is held. One of their many offerings that caught my eye is the Xia Boho Summer Pink outfit you see on the left, the top comes in standard mesh sizes plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Ocacin sizes. Now the lovely dress on my right is another bargain from Artic Storm, their Gerry Dress Blue Eyelet which includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, eBody, and a classic fitted version. Just $10L for each of these pretty choices, or maybe you will pick another new favorite from their cart.
Next we have two of several tempting selections from Entice at the Wash Cart Sale, a bikini and a matching cover-up. The Just Like Fire Bikini - Blue comes in Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique sizes, and I really enjoyed the bright color and the little details like the bright white trim and the tiny bows on the back and hips. This beauty is only $10L, and for another $10L you can pick up the Just Like Fire Cover-Up - Blue which comes in the same sizes as the bikini and is a loose fit with sexy dips in the front and back. You could wear the bikini by itself and look terrific, and you can pair this cover-up with just about any bathing suit or bra/shorts set in your inventory, but it is so helpful to have a matching set when you want one. A little more hunting rewards to show you, this is our Kiyomizu hunt prize from Frangipani Garden called *FG* Stripe Dress #01 Purple. It consists of a Classic/Maitreya size, a Maitreya Autohide version, and a Slink size along with the alpha layer for classic bodies. The nice deep purple stripes are accentuated by thin red trim around the high empire waist, and I really like the flowing style. Just find the hidden ninja kitty and it's all yours.
Another purple gift found at the mall itself is this beautiful Blouson OneP from Karin, actually a lighter shade like lavender. Whew, I have only been home from the hospital (visiting) for a couple of hours, and I am one tired little magpie. I was feeling casual today since it is Sunday, so I quite enjoyed the selection of Relax Lounge Wear outfits at the Mishmash Fusion cart at the Wash. This is Spring Dragonfly, and there are other color/pattern options as well, just $10L each. The outfit comes in 8 fitmesh sizes which include Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and Maitreya versions along with standard mesh sizing, and I love the little drawstring bow at the waist. The Artist Shed is offering some adorable pouffes at the cart sale, so in the spirit of relaxation I chose to have a seat on their Vintage Spring Pouffe in Hydrangea. There are 4 versions available on their cart for $10L each, and they each have a different animated sitting pose inside so you can pick up a few and scatter them about (copy permissions so rez as many as you need) and enjoy the variety. I may have broadened my definition of casual here, as these lingerie sets from JellyRoll are wonderful for unwinding at home. I love the little ice cream cones, and the background pattern reminds me of mint chocolate chip. One of my favorite stores in the Kiyomizu Hunt is Karin, ever since discovering them at the Kiyomizu Mall a few years ago I have been impressed with their texturing and beautiful clothing. Their prize for us this hunting round is this lovely Blouse and Skirt in a soft lavender shade, with clever cat silhouettes hiding among flowers. One last look of the evening, this is our hunt prize from POZA MART and is called Lady's Suit in Navy.
