SWANK Keeps Giving

 Hiya everyone! Tonight there are several more group gifts from the SWANK Event's 12th anniversary round that I am eager to show you. Just join their free group and explore both floors of this impressively sized event area, clicking all the pretty glass and gold globes you see at so may of the booths :) We have until the end of the month, so that's just over a week to complete any purchases and claim all these generous gifts. As always I am so grateful to all of the designers for providing treats to make us smile and to make our wardrobes and homes look fresh and new.

I decided to start with some denim, but on the dressy side :) Our AVAgirl - Poppy gift is a sweet sleeveless dress with a solid denim back, and the front will be your choice of 12 floral denim patterns via the enclosed HUD. The shoulder ruffles stay solid just like the back, and I am a huge fan of all of these patterns! There are dress sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, and handy BOM thong panties in black to wear beneath. 

If you are a big fan of little black dresses, but want one that has some extra pizzazz, meet the GGVG SHINNY HEARTS DRESS COLORFUL :) This gift comes in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a sparkle enhance lights add-on, which I am wearing to show off those little foil hearts to their best advantage. Speaking of showing things off, that neckline is doing wonders for my cleavage! I love a crossed halter neck, and that revealing back is an absolute plus as well.

Versatility is one of the things I look for most in an outfit, so the LUXE Paris WEEKENDER gift is a thrilling find! It consists of the pullover top, pants, skirt, and boots all in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. Also included are the BOM tights I'm wearing on the right and the tote bag you see on the left, so we can have lots of fun trying all the pieces on together to see what combo matches our current mood. The knit texture of the tights really work for fall, and I always appreciate chunky heeled boots any time of year.

Casual does not mean sloppy or those clothes that are so broken in that you only wear them indoors; especially in SL it simply means informal and no ballgown type looks :) With that in mind, I think the ABBY OUTFIT by BA Store gift from Black Angel is the perfect way to make casual look exceptionally classy :) The tube top, jeans, fur coat, and heels are all designed for Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, with a handbag that has a built in hold pose as seen here. There's a HUD included too with 25 choices each for our top, heels, jeans, fur coat, sleeves, and handbag, so mixing and matching is a cinch. I like being able to make the coat and sleeves different colors (went with subtle shade differences on the right) so it looks like a vest or layered pieces. All the color sets are the same except the jeans, which are various denim hues in blues and blacks. My inner 80s teen approves ♥.

My final look of the evening is the Fatal Fashion - Outfit 667 - NUDE gift that has us beautifully accessorized. The dress, belt, and shoes are each included in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu sizes, while the necklace and matching earrings are provided in a bright yellow gold that has the same metallic hue as the chains on the belt. The only thing I'd need to add before heading out is a pair of panties, since the places I go are generally not adult rated ;) It's probably safer to wear BOM undies at all times since people can derender your mesh clothing and take screenshots. The marketplace is a great source for free BOM (older system layer) underwear of all types :)

Just another manic Monday, LOL, but I've got my week planned and most of the little details ironed out so that is a huge plus. An annoying part of anxiety is that uncertainty can increase symptoms, so a game plan makes things feel calmer and more secure :) Things have been busy in SL too, which is exciting and means there will be lots more to share very soon. Swank Celebration of Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're headed to the SWANK Event for their June round, Celebration of Colors, with a Pride hunt. Gifts for the free group are "hidden" in many of the booths on both floors of this event, and I put that in quotes because most of the hunt objects (rainbow striped plaques shaped like a flame) are easily visible. A few are tucked behind signs, but those vibrant colors are hard to hide I guess ;) Many of the gifts are Pride themed or at least very colorful for the celebratory theme, but it isn't required and there is a fantastic variety among them. I've always enjoyed this event and the generosity of the designers, so I am a very happy magpie tonight. There are gifts for men and women, fashions tend to be on the outer ring and decor on the inner areas.

We start things off with the charming [C.YFashion]*PRIDE2024*Mini Dress gift, which is one piece but gives the appearance of two, well three if you count the belt on the skirt :) There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 10 textures apiece for the top, belt, and skirt, so we can mix and match our Pride and love patterns.

Sometimes we need a little sparkle in our lives, so the *SC* Rona Glittery Dress Fatpack gift from Soho Chic is ready to make that happen. That's because it has tiny twinkling specks that are probably easier to see on the left above, more visible in person because it is an animation. The dress comes in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, along with a HUD that lets us choose from 22 textures each for dress and bow. Half of these are solid colors and the other half are the subtle lace overlay you see on the right. They both look amazing on this sweet sundress style :)

This flirty look is our #SHOOSH - Rainbeau Bikini & Cover FATPACK gift. We layer the bra, dress, and panties to create the outfit, all in sizes for Lara X, Legtacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The first HUD has 4 tabs (arrows at the bottom) with 30 choices for the bra, 20 for the bra trim, 30 for the panties, 20 for the panties trim, and 20 for the bows on the sides plus the ability to hide the bows. I always appreciate a nice pop of color, but of course this one has such special meaning behind it that it's irresistible to this fervent ally.

I feel like there's a tornado in my brain today, LOL, thanks to a persistent whirlwind of thoughts, plans, and questions. I've been trying to plan my week, but that involves others who do not always make it easy. I should be receiving my new contact lenses in the mail (for until my cataract surgery) and I'm actually very eager to see if they make any difference at all :) The weather is a bit milder, although I was unable to go to the farmers market yesterday due to a lack of sleep and upset stomach so I haven't been outside. Sweets for SLFO Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring some of the many stores who are a part o the SLFO (SL Frees and Offers) group, looking for treats available for this particular group. You can usually find them near the red and white SLFO group joiner sign, which you can click for a link in local chat in case you aren't already a member of this free group. I'm sure you can tell that I highly recommend them :) I've shared their gifts here many times before, and fully intend to do so in the future from time to time. 

First up, we see the flirty ALWAYS BLOSSOM Nicole Amethyst Jumpsuit. This gift is up on their 3rd floor, so you'll want to click next to the elevator doors where it says the floor and description to teleport up there. This one piece outfit is designed for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a strip across the bust and a playful opening beneath to show off some midriff. If you're a fan of purple as I am, this color is a bonus reason to pick up this terrific gift :)

Belle Epoque has an intriguing outfit for us to claim, their Stephy GIFT. Who knew that black and white tweed could be so flirty and versatile? The top, sleeves, and skirt are all provided in sizing for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The sleeves being separate is handy so we can choose to leave them off if we wish, although I'm really enjoying the way they are surrounded by crisscrossed laces that mimic the sides of the skirt. This brand is so consistent with high quality and style that I am not even surprised, just impressed :)

We all need some humor in our lives, so the Tastic-High Five Top gift just might bring some to your day. There is also a matching gift for the guys, and they both read "Some people just need a high-five...in the face...with a chair" with a woozy looking emoji. Now I'm not one to advocate violence, but I also did spend much of the late 90s watching wrestling in person that often involved chairs and other accessories (ECW, if you know you know) so I did think of scripted entertainment. I would never take this shirt as instructions, but I will wear it as a warning that I am not in the mood for someone else's nonsense (the block button is my only weapon). My dental visit went pretty smoothly yesterday, but I was certainly too tired and groggy to even think about attempting a blog post last night ;) As for today, well it was nice until a few moments ago when the housemate informed me that the dreaded house-pest guest is coming this weekend, bleh. That makes my safe space feel so much less safe, as he is a peculiar and unfriendly type person who sets off all my inner alarm bells. Housemate has been friends with him for over 30 years though, so I don't think I am genuinely in danger other than the usual cat dander from his clothing giving me allergy and asthma issues for several days. It's just one of those things, and I'm mostly annoyed that somehow the dentist wasn't the scariest or worst part of my week after all. Spooky Swank Sweets

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us back to the pumpkin hunt at the Halloween SWANK Event round, with all gifts free to claim with your free SWANK group tag. These pretty pumpkins have the event's logo in gold on the front, carved so they are able to be lit from within by a glowing candle. Some are smaller than others and up high or down low, but mostly they are fairly easy to spot at many of the 200+ store displays. I always have a wonderful time visiting here, and deeply appreciate the generosity of all the designers.

My first look is a pair of treats from AnaSTyle that work well together but can also be worn with anything else you might have on hand :) Their Annalisa Orange - SWEATER is cut low and zippered in front, in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. It's a lighter hue than our Anastyle - Annalisa Orange - Pants gift, which made me think of persimmon even though I've never had one ;) These come in a similar set of sizes - Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I think that the Bombshell and Perky variations of the Legacy body are just for the upper torso though, so these would fit the same? Both pieces have a lovely sheen, and are flirty without being overly revealing.

Speaking of sex appeal, be sure to pick up this *ASIA* FLORENCE pink outfit when you want all eyes on you! The dress and separate sleeves each come in sizes for Belleza Classic, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, as well as the coordinated heels to fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet. The very pale shade of pink on the sleeves and center of the dress looks so pretty with the more mauve shade on the sides of the dress and our shoes. Anyone else think of Prince with those ruffled sleeve cuffs? Probably just me ;)

I can never resist a dress with a slit skirt, like this gorgeous [Mow] Miyu Dress Colors gift. There are sizes for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies provided, along with a HUD that offers 8 pretty colors. The fishnet waist inset is a great touch too, all very flattering and we can dress this look up or down with our accessory choices.

I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world...sorry for the earworm but the LUXE Paris BARBIEMANIA Womens Ensemble has got me singing! It starts with the brightest pink and purple strapless dress imaginable, plus matching boots, both in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Lara X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Then we can add the BOM leggings which are a fun white floral lace pattern, and the heart shaped handbag that comes in versions with and without a holding pose. Also included but not shown - a blonde ponytail hairstyle that will also give strong vibes of our favorite fashion doll. It would make a really fun costume for Halloween, and we can easily wear it without the handbag or the leggings if our mood or personal tastes dictate so. 

The final look tonight is a simply delightful gift from Malizia called Allison Dress 05. It's not the only gift I'd found from them either, so be sure to check all around both floors of the event :) We receive Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes of this cutie, with its bare shoulders and softly ruffled edges. If you've ever looked at something in SL (or a video) and thought "ooohh I wanna touch it!" then you know how I am feeling from looking at this ;) I've also got to compliment the color, minty and bright yet soft, perfect for any time of year.

Today felt like a weird whirlwind, so I'll try to explain as briefly as my verbose brain lets me...on the way to my haircut appointment, we heard a tire on my side making a weird noise. It was just 10 minutes to the salon, and he checked the tire while in the parking lot to find not one but 2 nails in the same tire. Good news - they didn't puncture the tire itself, just in the tread, especially reassuring since all 4 tires are brand new. Haircut turned out fine, my curls are back to life and my head feels lighter, LOL. Then all hell broke loose in the HKIA (Hello Kitty Island Adventure game) community as the company released info that the long-awaited update for all platforms other than Apple Arcade will be a paid DLC instead of the free addition we'd been told all along. This is a month after a $15 DLC area that was new to everyone, and of course the original expense of the (incomplete) game itself. The Apple Arcade people are taking the standpoint that they pay $10 a month to play so they spent way more than the rest of us, so they deserve it for free (there is no additional purchase price ever for that platform). The rest of us are pointing out that you get hundreds of games for that $10 a month, so you're not paying that fee for just this game like we would be. To make things worse, the company is limiting social media comments and removing any negative responses on discord, facebook, etc. which feels very dismissive. They know it's a crappy decision, and I think most people will decide against the extra expense. If I have to try to summarize: harmless nails in tire tread, haircut success, gaming drama that has many steaming, myself included. Swank-iversary Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking a peek at several more generous group gifts from the SWANK Event and their 11th anniversary round. Join their free group and you can click all the pretty globes (clear with golden logo and number 11 inside) to claim treats of all types from men's and women's fashions to accessories to home decor and more. There are over 200 displays on both floors of the building to explore and appreciate, with some designers having multiple booths so you will wind up with more than one gift from several of them. My first look of the evening is a flirty treat called *ASIA* LAURA blue. Our dress and matching heels with built in thigh high fishnet stockings are each included in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The fishnet panels on the dress are so revealing that I wound up deciding to add some 'modesty hearts' in photoshop (so they are not part of the dress, not in SL whatsoever) to tone things down slightly for the blog. When I do this, it's not a judgment or criticism, just a personal preference of mine. I love having a full outfit ready to go!

I mentioned in a previous post that V8 Underground has more than one gift awaiting us, and this is their lovely **GYNA ROYAL SEA URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** :) This gift includes the top, skirt, and heels that will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I wanted to call the top strapless meaning lack of shoulder support, lol, but it does have straps beneath the bust that wind around and are tied with a bold bow :) That goes really well with the bows on the ankles of our heels, don't you think? 

Next I'm feeling steamy in our [COSMOS] Cleo Outfit Set since it makes me think of sunny beaches. There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies each for the top, skirt, and panty. We also receive a HUD so we can choose from 4 colors for each piece, meaning I couldn't resist some mixing and matching :) The sheer skirt is wrapped and tied like a scarf or sash, ready for us to slip it off when we dive into the pool or ocean.

Our LUXE Paris WORDY Dress is particularly fun because I don't usually get to describe clothing as talkative ;) I see the brand name among the repeating words of the pattern, as well as Life and Love, so if you stare long enough you'll probably notice some other words popping out for you. We receive this slim fitting maxidress in Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies.

My final look tonight is the shimmery and versatile [Enchantress] Adis Dress Gift. Well, tomorrow is time for chapter 4 of my dentistry adventure, so I'm taking the evening off from blogging to unwind from stress and nitrous. This is a simpler visit, removing the temporary crown and making sure we are still infection-free, then getting the permanent crown in place. I am still on the nervous side because I would be even for a basic cleaning, but I also know that I will be in good hands with kind people. Colors Of Swank

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some more wonderful SWANK Event group gifts to share, as we are partway through their Celebration of Colors round for Pride Month. The gifts are plentiful as always, with over 100 designers on two floors of this impressive event. We can find treats for just about everyone as there are male and female fashions and accessories, plus home decor that helps us spruce up our living spaces. I think my premium house could use a little updating in a few rooms, maybe by swapping out some furniture or adding a pretty rug. Meanwhile I am having so much fun trying on all the clothing gifts! As a reminder, they are calling it a hunt (but they are not hard to find!) and we are looking to click all the rainbow striped flames we see. My first look of the evening starts with the [LABELITA] Pride Gift, a cropped sleeveless top with heart shaped cutout to show off cleavage. These flattering denim jeans have suspenders that dangle down each side, and an optional add-on tag to hang from the left front belt loop. We receive the jeans and add-on each in Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, with a HUD for the jeans with 20 denim hues and one for the add-on with 12 words or phrases imprinted upon it. Randomly I chose PIZZA above, lol, but Bad Ass was really tempting too. If none of them speak to you, you can always leave the add-on in the folder unworn and enjoy the jeans alone :)

It's the gift from Black Angel, consisting of a diagonal single strapped top and high waisted short shorts with dramatic cutouts that remind me of window blinds. If my photos look a little darker tonight, it may be because I updated Firestorm and the lighting is all changed and I am still working on getting it adjusted to suit my personal preferences. I never dealt much with windlights or EEP before, so now I feel like I'm trying something new to me while being thrown into the deep end as it's critical for taking photos.  Hiya everyone! Tonight felt like a good day to relax and explore the Marketplace to look for interesting gifts. It's great if your weekend either RL or SL is going to be a busy one, so you can unwind (either before or after) and shop from the comfort of your own home. We can access the marketplace from any browser, or inworld you can find it in the menu up top of your viewer. I use Firestorm and it's under Content then SL Marketplace, easy peasy :) We can add our choices to our cart and then check out whenever we're ready, so if you are undecided you can pop something into the cart and then remove it before checkout if you change your mind. Searching uses terms (boolean operators) of NOT, AND, and OR, which must be capitalized that way, for example "Maitreya NOT demo" should in theory bring up items for the Maitreya body without demos. Some listings get around that by typing _demo_ or d-e-m-o, etc., but it is still worth trying :) Are you ready to see some of what I found?

First we see the gorgeous Leannah's Boutique ~ Fuscia Sequin Gown PBR gift. Isn't that texture amazing? There are sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies included of our mermaid style gown with slender straps that cross in the back. The sequins are brought to life by the PBR, so you will need a compatible viewer to see this one correctly. I'm also a big fan of the color, as with all shades of pink or purple :)

Another great free find is the PStore Top BLACK &Jeans BOM Gift. The top and jeans are both on the same BOM or system tattoo layer, so it takes just a mere second to wear this sassy outfit :) I was drawn to the intricate texturing, like the lacy overlay on the top and the distressed spots and rivets on the jeans. With this monochromatic look, you can accessorize in kind or add all sorts of wild bright colors instead if you wish, when choosing your footwear and jewelry.

I must admit, when I added the IKWE Boutique ShainaVera Formal Gown Red gift to my cart, I had next month in mind. When cupid visits in a few weeks, you can enjoy this for an elegant date for absolutely free :) We receive sizes for Freya, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Peach, and Reborn mesh bodies of this sleeveless wrapped gown with playful slit on the right side. I'm thinking silver or gold heels would look great, then jewelry in whichever metal tone your shoes are if you'd like to add some sparkle.

My next look is very exciting, because of its versatility and the fact that it is part of a rebirth of a beloved brand. The Kiwi Co. is formerly known as Blueberry, and there is a notecard included in this Holidays Gift / Skirts & Tops explaining that with a landmark to the new store. There are classic textures and PBR versions for every piece included - the top in Gen X, Legacy, Pinup, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn and Waifu sizes, plus the skirt that fits Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn bodies. This is a fully loaded folder, and continues with HUDs for each. The top's HUD offers 40 colors each for the top and the buttons, while the skirt HUD has 16 denim shades to choose from plus 40 for the built in panties and the ability to turn them on/off, and even 7 metals for the buttons down the front. You know by now how fond I am of HUDs for turning one outfit into many possibilities, and anything denim is going to make me smile as well :)

My final look of the evening is the LUXE Paris ALABASTER Jacket, Short and Bralette v2 gift, yes another fantastic free find on the marketplace. The bralette, jacket, and shorts are each provided in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, along with a floppy hat that is not shown. It is so intriguing that all 3 parts have different textures or colors, yet they work perfectly together :) The bralette matches the belt attached to the shorts, whose simple white hue is the same as the background of the jacket. I'm also loving the gold trim on the jacket, reminds me of fancy China like a formal tea set.

It was a quiet day and evening (at least until the fox outside started barking and crying just now) so I am just trying to prepare for the weekend. I've got an outing planned tomorrow, and therapy Sunday, with more snow on the way Sunday that will bring about 5-8 inches my way. Just a Little More Swank

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got a few more terrific treats to share from the SWANK Event and their pumpkin hunt, which is really an exploration and a chance to pick up lots of generous group gifts by clicking golden pumpkins with their logo. You will need their group tag active to claim them, but it is free to join so all of these treats are yours entirely free of charge. This round ends on the 31st, so we need to make sure we've done all our shopping and gift finding by then :)

Did everyone have a fun Tuesday? I know, they aren't usually anything special, and mine wasn't either...just a quick outing to a dollar store again. It was okay, but I think going later and therefore in the dark made it more stressful since I've reached that charming stage of life where my vision is affected at night. Still Swanky

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm diving back into the Swank Event gifts, as I have tons that I just can't wait to show all of you. The 10th anniversary round is open until the end of the month, and in that time they have established the Swank event as a reliable source of top designers offering new releases at great prices. They also do love a good celebration with group gifts for all :) These treats are found in gold and glass baubles/balls with a number 10 in the middle, so even their containers are beautiful. I also want to remind you that there are a few men's gifts among these treasures, so spread that news and bring a male avatared friend or two.

My first outfit of the evening is the [4U] ~ CASUAL Collection ~ 002 gift. This charming bare-shouldered top and ripped jeans are each provided in Freya, Isis, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, and since they are separates they can be worn together or individually with other favorites. The floral pattern on the blouse is mirrored in the blossoms on the right front pocket area of the jeans, a noteworthy detail just like the built in belt of our pertly cuffed jeans.

Next we see the AXE-DRESS GWEN / 06 which is one of the gifts from the AXE Store. This beauty includes the well-matched top and skirt in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. Then we can pair them with neutral black heels that fit Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Slink feet. They have gold at the ankle and draped down the heel, which matches the clasps on both the top and diagonal hemmed skirt. 

This sexy outfit is our *ASIA* FIONA pink gift, and it is sure to turn heads! The dress and panties are provided in Belleza Classic, Belleza Classic Dainty, Belleza Curvy, Belleza Curvy Dainty, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, and Reborn mesh body sizes, with towering heels that fit Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet. The fingerless gloves are a BOM layer and they are no-copy, which I mention since they will not unpack correctly unless you rez out the package and open it the traditional way. That should serve as your reminder that anything you add to unpack that is labeled "no copy" may not be delivering all of its contents, since we are technically copying those items into our inventory and you cannot copy an item while it's attached to you. I love unpacking HUDs, but I've learned over time to be careful and check those permissions :)

Another terrific gift I get to show off tonight is the LUXE Paris CONGO Dress. Its bare shoulders are great for these in-between weather days where it is still warm but occasionally breezy, and the bold stripes are interspersed with animal prints to great effect. This gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes.

My final look of the night is the Ahlure - Clara Outfit gift, just in time for autumn with those long sleeves and lush knit pattern :) The top and skirt each fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and we also receive a HUD with 12 colors each for the top, skirt up, and skirt low. The skirt up refers to the broad waistband, and the skirt low would be the remainder of this pretty pleated micro mini skirt. What type of color combo would make you happiest for this outfit? I like contrasting the waistband and skirt, but all tinted the same makes for a very sleek appearance that also looks wonderful.

It was a quiet day and an overly politics-filled evening, LOL, so I am very much looking forward to heading into SL later to unwind with Xan and prepare my next blog post. It's 77 degrees in my office right now, so I don't think Mother Nature is ready to let go of summer just yet...perhaps like me, she's having hot flashes :P  My feet are chilly though, oddly enough, so I think I'll be donning some slipper socks in a moment.
