Spooky Swank Sweets

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us back to the pumpkin hunt at the Halloween SWANK Event round, with all gifts free to claim with your free SWANK group tag. These pretty pumpkins have the event's logo in gold on the front, carved so they are able to be lit from within by a glowing candle. Some are smaller than others and up high or down low, but mostly they are fairly easy to spot at many of the 200+ store displays. I always have a wonderful time visiting here, and deeply appreciate the generosity of all the designers.

My first look is a pair of treats from AnaSTyle that work well together but can also be worn with anything else you might have on hand :) Their Annalisa Orange - SWEATER is cut low and zippered in front, in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. It's a lighter hue than our Anastyle - Annalisa Orange - Pants gift, which made me think of persimmon even though I've never had one ;) These come in a similar set of sizes - Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I think that the Bombshell and Perky variations of the Legacy body are just for the upper torso though, so these would fit the same? Both pieces have a lovely sheen, and are flirty without being overly revealing.

Speaking of sex appeal, be sure to pick up this *ASIA* FLORENCE pink outfit when you want all eyes on you! The dress and separate sleeves each come in sizes for Belleza Classic, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, as well as the coordinated heels to fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet. The very pale shade of pink on the sleeves and center of the dress looks so pretty with the more mauve shade on the sides of the dress and our shoes. Anyone else think of Prince with those ruffled sleeve cuffs? Probably just me ;)

I can never resist a dress with a slit skirt, like this gorgeous [Mow] Miyu Dress Colors gift. There are sizes for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies provided, along with a HUD that offers 8 pretty colors. The fishnet waist inset is a great touch too, all very flattering and we can dress this look up or down with our accessory choices.

I'm a Barbie girl, in a Barbie world...sorry for the earworm but the LUXE Paris BARBIEMANIA Womens Ensemble has got me singing! It starts with the brightest pink and purple strapless dress imaginable, plus matching boots, both in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Lara X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Then we can add the BOM leggings which are a fun white floral lace pattern, and the heart shaped handbag that comes in versions with and without a holding pose. Also included but not shown - a blonde ponytail hairstyle that will also give strong vibes of our favorite fashion doll. It would make a really fun costume for Halloween, and we can easily wear it without the handbag or the leggings if our mood or personal tastes dictate so. 

The final look tonight is a simply delightful gift from Malizia called Allison Dress 05. It's not the only gift I'd found from them either, so be sure to check all around both floors of the event :) We receive Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes of this cutie, with its bare shoulders and softly ruffled edges. If you've ever looked at something in SL (or a video) and thought "ooohh I wanna touch it!" then you know how I am feeling from looking at this ;) I've also got to compliment the color, minty and bright yet soft, perfect for any time of year.

Today felt like a weird whirlwind, so I'll try to explain as briefly as my verbose brain lets me...on the way to my haircut appointment, we heard a tire on my side making a weird noise. It was just 10 minutes to the salon, and he checked the tire while in the parking lot to find not one but 2 nails in the same tire. Good news - they didn't puncture the tire itself, just in the tread, especially reassuring since all 4 tires are brand new. Haircut turned out fine, my curls are back to life and my head feels lighter, LOL. Then all hell broke loose in the HKIA (Hello Kitty Island Adventure game) community as the company released info that the long-awaited update for all platforms other than Apple Arcade will be a paid DLC instead of the free addition we'd been told all along. This is a month after a $15 DLC area that was new to everyone, and of course the original expense of the (incomplete) game itself. The Apple Arcade people are taking the standpoint that they pay $10 a month to play so they spent way more than the rest of us, so they deserve it for free (there is no additional purchase price ever for that platform). The rest of us are pointing out that you get hundreds of games for that $10 a month, so you're not paying that fee for just this game like we would be. To make things worse, the company is limiting social media comments and removing any negative responses on discord, facebook, etc. which feels very dismissive. They know it's a crappy decision, and I think most people will decide against the extra expense. If I have to try to summarize: harmless nails in tire tread, haircut success, gaming drama that has many steaming, myself included. Swank-iversary Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking a peek at several more generous group gifts from the SWANK Event and their 11th anniversary round. Join their free group and you can click all the pretty globes (clear with golden logo and number 11 inside) to claim treats of all types from men's and women's fashions to accessories to home decor and more. There are over 200 displays on both floors of the building to explore and appreciate, with some designers having multiple booths so you will wind up with more than one gift from several of them. Have fun and prepare to do lots of unpacking after you visit ;)

My first look of the evening is a flirty treat called *ASIA* LAURA blue. Our dress and matching heels with built in thigh high fishnet stockings are each included in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The fishnet panels on the dress are so revealing that I wound up deciding to add some 'modesty hearts' in photoshop (so they are not part of the dress, not in SL whatsoever) to tone things down slightly for the blog. When I do this, it's not a judgment or criticism, just a personal preference of mine. I love having a full outfit ready to go!

I mentioned in a previous post that V8 Underground has more than one gift awaiting us, and this is their lovely **GYNA ROYAL SEA URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** :) This gift includes the top, skirt, and heels that will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I wanted to call the top strapless meaning lack of shoulder support, lol, but it does have straps beneath the bust that wind around and are tied with a bold bow :) That goes really well with the bows on the ankles of our heels, don't you think? 

Next I'm feeling steamy in our [COSMOS] Cleo Outfit Set since it makes me think of sunny beaches. There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies each for the top, skirt, and panty. We also receive a HUD so we can choose from 4 colors for each piece, meaning I couldn't resist some mixing and matching :) The sheer skirt is wrapped and tied like a scarf or sash, ready for us to slip it off when we dive into the pool or ocean.

Our LUXE Paris WORDY Dress is particularly fun because I don't usually get to describe clothing as talkative ;) I see the brand name among the repeating words of the pattern, as well as Life and Love, so if you stare long enough you'll probably notice some other words popping out for you. We receive this slim fitting maxidress in Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies.

My final look tonight is the shimmery and versatile [Enchantress] Adis Dress Gift. It is loaded with great details like the single long sleeve, bare left shoulder and midriff, and that playful slit on the thigh to show off yet another peek of tantalizing skin. Well, tomorrow is time for chapter 4 of my dentistry adventure, so I'm taking the evening off from blogging to unwind from stress and nitrous. This is a simpler visit, removing the temporary crown and making sure we are still infection-free, then getting the permanent crown in place. I am still on the nervous side because I would be even for a basic cleaning, but I also know that I will be in good hands with kind people. Swank Celebration of Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is brought to us by SWANK Events, whose current round is their Celebration of Colors themed Pride event. Not only do we get to shop some amazing offers, but we can join their free group and claim dozens of hunt prizes by clicking all the rainbow-striped flame plaques we can find :) They look like they were carved from a plank of wood then painted, and have a square in the middle with either the default "Gift" image or a photo of the contents. There are over 100 designers on two floors, many of whom have multiple booths, so you can imagine the sheer number of sales offers and gifts we get to enjoy. Among them you can find clothing and accessories for men and women, home decor, and much more.

My first look is the lovely [COSMOS] Joyce Dress / 20 Colors Fatpack prize. It has a deep V neckline, unzipped with a heart zipper pull, such a fun detail! There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh bodies, as well as a HUD offering 20 dress colors and 5 metals for the zipper. I'm giggling to myself because I accidentally chose colors here that are very close to my high school's colors, and Tuesday is 37 years to the day since I graduated.

I also found this beautiful ESSENCE:Zara dress/fatpack inside one of the rainbow flames :) It fits Kalhene, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, and includes two HUDs - hearts and solids - which each offer 20 colors in their respective styles. I used the hearts HUD on the left above, with tiny heart shaped openings that really add a special touch. Yet it looks wonderful in solids too, especially with that intricate set of straps that tie in the back :) The side slits on the skirt add extra flirt factor too.

Hawker's House is always very generous at these events, offering male and female sets of gifts which each contain several possibilities. Their *HH* Ladies Mesh Cartique Cropped Sweater Ecru package also contains the Sarai High Waist Pants Pink, so it becomes a full outfit :) The cropped and wrapped sweater comes in classic sizes S, M, and L, with additional sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Then the pants are included in 5 classic and 5 fitmesh standard sizes for classic avatars, plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. There's a separate box with the *HH* Ladies Mesh Ingrid Double Strap Heels that I found to be a dreamy match for the sweater in particular, thanks to both neutral colors that appear on them :) These fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mid height feet.

The third package inside the ladies' gift from Hawker's House is the *HH* Ladies Mesh Eyelet Ruffle Powder Blue/Pieper Jeans Shorts Acid Wash pairing. The top is just adorable with its summery style, looking breezy in that soft pastel hue. It comes in classic M and fitmesh M for classic avatars, as well as sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Our denim shorts are low cut and have a brief inseam, with slight fraying to give that really cozy, lived in look. We receive a similar set of sizes for them - classic M and fitmesh M, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous sizing. I'm always looking for outfits like this for summer, so I am a happy magpie.

My final look of the evening shows what happens when you get to urge to drape yourself in sheer lace :) It is the *ASIA* NAOMI green gift, a daring dress in a seafoam shade that is guaranteed to command attention. There are sizes for Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Slink Hourglass mesh bodies provided, along with a HUD that lets us choose from 2 metals for the closure on the left hip. I will suggest adding panties and pasties if you are headed somewhere that would frown upon visible private parts, as I try to be respectful of 'house rules' wherever I visit in SL, and RL for that matter. I just happen to be in my private skybox while taking these photos ;) Honestly I think it would make fantastic lingerie too!

It was a calmer day here fortunately, and the housemate is achy as I'd unfortunately expected but probably didn't do any serious damage when tripping and falling last night. *knock on wood* The hockey playoff game was a blowout, but there are still a few games remaining (best of 7, now at 2-1 so at least 2) and I expect it to be more of the same exciting and intense style of play. The weather is going to be much warmer this week, so I am considering a salad for tomorrow's dinner after one of my outings for the week. Love My Planet Fair

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some treats to share from the Love My Planet Fair/Hunt 5, which is a wonderful celebration that also raises money for schools in Kenya. I've always appreciated that the SL community is very willing to support charities in general, and this one (Harambee-Gwassi) is very helpful for kids who need help getting a start in life with education. This event has several free gifts as well as a $3L hunt, and many items for sale are set up to donate a percentage to the charity fund. If you're going to be spending lindens anyway, why not do it in a way that also helps people? :) The fair is open until the 10th of March, so about a week and a half remain to stop by and shop/donate.

My first look is the EC I Love You Dress v2 gift you'll find for free at the Emerald Couture display. The bare shouldered, extra short dress comes in sizing for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. I'm also head over heels for the sheer ruffles on the sleeves and hemline, with a romantic golden print over the deep crimson background color. 

Follow your dreams - go back to bed! That's our advice from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. on its gift called FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS Tee :) I've definitely had a lot of days like that this week especially, and bed can be a comforting oasis in the chaos. I'm always fascinated by how some SL clothing really sends my imagination soaring!

I must admit, I am feeling some level of emotional overload tonight...it's not any one single thing either, just a general feeling of burnout from things I should do, things I can't do, things other people are doing...and for anyone else out there feeling stressed out, I can only say I am sorry and I commiserate. I'm staying home tomorrow because my stomach is not really enjoying the stress, so no triumphant return to the farmers market this week :( Otherwise I have no concrete plans other than SL exploring with Xan. Superb Swank Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is full of gifts from the SWANK Halloween Pumpkin Hunt, but don't worry if hunting isn't your jam...the golden pumpkins with Swank logo carved into the front are easy to find. Many booths have them prominently displayed, and we just need the free Swank group tag active to be able to click them and claim our treats. We have until the end of the month, yes Halloween day, to finalize our purchases and pick up all these wonderful gifts :)

My first look definitely lives up to its name, the TO.KISKI - Mady Sexy Dress Dove. You can probably tell that from many angles, the top is quite revealing, and the short hem is lifted on the left side to show off a little cheek. The gift includes sizes for Legacy, Perky, Pinup Bombshell, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies.

I'm having Stranger Things flashbacks and I love it! The #SHOOSH - Dustybun Outfit [FATPACK] gift is a flirty set whose cropped top and sporty shorts each fit Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 20 colors for each, tinting the sleeves and neckline of the top and the main fabric for the shorts. Sexy Hellfire Club is of course a reference to Stranger Things (a DnD club), and Dustybun was the nickname given to one of the characters by his girlfriend :) I know the fifth and final season of the show is in the works, but no idea when we can expect it.

Next I shimmied into the sexy *ASIA* HELEN red gift. The top, shorts, and heels are all sized for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, while the leggings are BOM so they will work with any of those brands and more. The floral lace pattern is so sexy, and goes really nicely with the satin of the rest of the look. 

Do you love purple, and need a creative look for your next Halloween party? The {Le'La} Dracona Costume V3 gives a playful mix of bat and dragon, and even includes a snuggle buddy ♥. This amazing gift is a brilliant nod to the action hero, with sleek leather coat and boots in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The pants and gloves are BOM layers, and we also receive the shades I'm wearing and both guns with built in holding poses as shown. Now we just need someone in a Neo costume, and to dust off our favorite quotes from the movie :) Oohh maybe you can find someone to dress up as Agent Smith! 

It was a busy evening, and for my outing I went to a local Hallmark store and found a really cute card to congratulate my cousin and his wife on their new baby. I'm hoping to get a gift card of some sort to tuck inside, not sure what would be the most useful though...torn between basic Amazon, something that'd provide food, or something baby-specific. I feel like I'd want hot food delivered while I was that busy with a newborn, but they didn't do a baby shower so I suspect there could be things they need for little Noah that a gift card could help with. The hardest part of my outing was the way home, which is not uncommon for me unfortunately. Still Swanky

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm diving back into the Swank Event gifts, as I have tons that I just can't wait to show all of you. The 10th anniversary round is open until the end of the month, and in that time they have established the Swank event as a reliable source of top designers offering new releases at great prices. They also do love a good celebration with group gifts for all :) These treats are found in gold and glass baubles/balls with a number 10 in the middle, so even their containers are beautiful. I also want to remind you that there are a few men's gifts among these treasures, so spread that news and bring a male avatared friend or two.

My first outfit of the evening is the [4U] ~ CASUAL Collection ~ 002 gift. This sexy outfit is our *ASIA* FIONA pink gift, and it is sure to turn heads! The fingerless gloves are a BOM layer and they are no-copy, which I mention since they will not unpack correctly unless you rez out the package and open it the traditional way. That should serve as your reminder that anything you add to unpack that is labeled "no copy" may not be delivering all of its contents, since we are technically copying those items into our inventory and you cannot copy an item while it's attached to you. I love unpacking HUDs, but I've learned over time to be careful and check those permissions :)

Another terrific gift I get to show off tonight is the LUXE Paris CONGO Dress. Its bare shoulders are great for these in-between weather days where it is still warm but occasionally breezy, and the bold stripes are interspersed with animal prints to great effect. This gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes.

My final look of the night is the Ahlure - Clara Outfit gift, just in time for autumn with those long sleeves and lush knit pattern :) The top and skirt each fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and we also receive a HUD with 12 colors each for the top, skirt up, and skirt low. The skirt up refers to the broad waistband, and the skirt low would be the remainder of this pretty pleated micro mini skirt. What type of color combo would make you happiest for this outfit? I like contrasting the waistband and skirt, but all tinted the same makes for a very sleek appearance that also looks wonderful.

It was a quiet day and an overly politics-filled evening, LOL, so I am very much looking forward to heading into SL later to unwind with Xan and prepare my next blog post. It's 77 degrees in my office right now, so I don't think Mother Nature is ready to let go of summer just yet...perhaps like me, she's having hot flashes :P  My feet are chilly though, oddly enough, so I think I'll be donning some slipper socks in a moment. Celebration of Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some more SWANK Event group gifts to share, from their Celebration of Colors round that is packed with generous treats. The gifts are found in rainbow flame plaques, so they are ready to help us celebrate Pride month with their generosity. I have so many more goodies from here to share! It's going to be a multi-post story arc, LOL, but I will try to mix things up and intersperse other locations and designers in between them. It is important to note that the theme is not mandatory so not all of the gifts are bright colors or even more than one hue. But I am grateful for every single one of them, whether they appear here in the blog or not ♥.

My first look is our :::WILD:::Fashion Coco Mini Fringe Dress, one of several from this generous brand. The tight and shiny strapless mini dress comes in sizes for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, in a stunning shade of green with some marbling on the texture. The layer of fringe on the front brought back so many fond memories of 70s and 80s fashion, timeframes that will always catch my attention and live on fondly with me.

:::WILD:::Fashion Desiree Gown is an equally beautiful gift from this designer, strapless with a full skirt and playful side cutouts that are laced and tied with a fun bow on each hip. It is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. Isn't that peacock feather pattern so captivating?

I also couldn't resist showing off the *ASIA* GIORGIA beige gift. The single sleeved dress is gathered and tied at the right hip, with a sparkly animal print for added visual interest. It fits Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. The swimsuit has purple trim on rainbow striped fabric, cut high on the hips to create a thong in the back. The above-the-knee boots are included too, in bold red with black platform soles. For my final look of the evening, I slipped into both versions of the LUXE Paris PRIDE Dress Black and White gift. I love the halter neck strap and the opening on the right side, so flirty! Of course we can't resist those rainbows this time of year, or ever ;) 

So I did go out briefly today, and saw a question posted on an agoraphobia forum about how often a person needs to do exposures to see any results. The vast majority said 2-3 times a day, which would be ridiculous for driving but maybe doable for just leaving the house and walking down the street a bit. I'm still startled at the thought that I'm doing 2-3 exposures a week rather than per day if that is a common recommendation, and will need to ask the therapist about it since he's the one treating me. Love My Planet Fair

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Love My Planet Fair & Hunt at the Harambee-Gwassi charity store, so there are lots of wonderful offerings with a percentage of the purchase price being donated to charity. It helps fund schooling in Kenya in areas that are greatly in need, and I am always glad to assist by bringing attention to the hard work they do :) Isn't shopping a little nicer when you know that it's for a good cause? There are also donation kiosks in the event area if you wish to give them some lindens directly. So the hunt has $3L prizes in cute hearts with faces on them, and many designers at the fair are offering free gifts for all visitors with no particular group tag necessary. I'm delighted as usual with the gifts I found and am eager to show you a handful of them here!

First I tried on the lovely AnaSTyle - Raissa Green outfit, which is yours for free just for visiting their booth :) The sheer sparkly dress is provided in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, while the strappy sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. They look great together, and I would happily wear either with other wardrobe staples too, which is always a plus in my book. 

*ASIA* ROSA is another don't-miss gift for sure! The top and skirt each fit Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, with nicely coordinated slouch boots for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique feet. There's a good chance the boots will fit the other bodies too, especially if you alpha out the feet :) We could also choose to layer a top of some sort (bra, tank top) under the opening of the sweater if it is showing too much for your personal comfort. The colors caught my eye as much as the style here, so pretty.

I can't decide if the EC Nyssa Dress Aqua gift from Emerald Couture makes me look more like a modern flapper or a modern go-go dancer, but either way I'm all in! This dress brings the sequins and shine, not to mention feathery fringe at the hem, and the plunging neckline is a real showstopper too. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I'm very happy that the skybox Xan and I live in has a dance ball system, so I can show off some moves for him AND this dress!

Telsiope's Couture also has a flirty free gift for us called Kennedy. This strapless mini dress fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, and we get to select from 9 purplish shades thanks to the included HUD. Since that is my favorite color in general, I am easy to please with this gift :) 

My final look of the evening is a cozy top that's had a bit of an update since I saw it last :) The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. gift of their WOW Tee is a rerelease in their new sizing HUD, so in addition to 5 standard mesh sizes it now also fits eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Lara X Petite, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Unpack just the brand you need, and I suggest hanging onto the unpacker HUD in case you ever add any other mesh bodies to your rotation. I admit I may have discarded some Legacy-only clothing back in its earliest days because I didn't know I would own the body someday. Ouch. It's hard to make good decisions when you're in "must reduce massive inventory" mode ;) Now these special HUDs are a lifesaver, and a space saver to boot. I really love the classic comic style of the WOW image, in vibrant colors to really get the message across too!

Mystery Fair Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing some gifts from an event I've visited before and adored, the Mystery Fair & Hunt 3 by Harambee hunts. This round takes place until the 15th of November, and in addition to fantastic sales to benefit the Harambee-Gwassi charity for Kenya, there is also a $3L hunt for fairies as well as the gifts I'm sharing this evening. We are so fortunate to be able to find wonderful prizes and gifts, then do some shopping that donates funds to a very worthwhile cause. It is a pleasure to see folks in SL helping each other with RL issues like this, and there are definitely some impressive designers taking part so I enjoyed my visit as I hope you will also.

My first look of the evening is the gift from Emerald Couture called EC Soraya GG. This boldly styled dress has just one sleeve and a diagonal sheer section both front and back, with our choice of 4 animal print patterns via HUD. The dress fits eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Bring out your wild side!

If you are not quite ready for the change of season, be sure to claim the [C.Y<3Fashion] *HALLOWEEN 2022* DRESS to keep things spooky. There are 5 different designs included (Black & Red, Orange Cemetery, Skeleton, Skull seen on the left above, and White Blood on the right) each in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Maitreya, and Tonic Curvy bodies. It's only a few days past the actual holiday, so I don't mind sharing this in the least :) The next holiday has already been making appearances that I've seen in group gifts etc., so I'm getting ready for that also ;)

I simply love the gift from [Ari-Pari] which is their Hallows Plaid Outfit. The cropped t-shirt with heart cutout goes so well with the pleated plaid miniskirt, and they are both included in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn sizing. We also receive a handy HUD with 5 choices for each, solid colors for the top and matching plaids for the skirt. As someone who's always been drawn to hearts, the top caught my eye immediately, then the entire ensemble just whispered "cute and casual" to me.

Ari-Pari's skirt came in handy to help me show the next gift, LGW * Lyla Top - PK231 from Let's Get Weird. Not only did the store name make me smile, it also made me think "thanks for the invite but I'm already there!" :) Their gift is a layered denim top over a cropped sweatshirt in two varieties, 231A on the left and 231B on the right, with a pair of orcas on A and a handful of mushrooms decorating B. Each of these comes in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I was initially going to switch to a pair of jeans but when I put this on with the skirt, OMG instant obsession! Denim is always versatile so you can wear these tops with a whole host of pants, jeans, skirts, or even shorts if it gets a little warm one fall day.

For my final look of the night, I slipped into the fantastic *ASIA* GILDA black outfit. This gift includes the top and skirt each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with matching peeptoe heels to fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. The top has bare shoulders with detached sleeves, while our skirt brings the drama with a short hemline in front but long train in the back. The rear view also shows off the lacing in the back of the top, for yet another playful touch.

I'm definitely ready for the weekend and some relaxing :) Dinner at my parents' was nice, looking at old pictures again and discussing our weeks. My body seems to be adjusting slightly better to the new medication, so we'll just have to see if it winds up helping in the long run. My mom mentioned that the older of the 2 cousins responded that he and his wife will be there for Thanksgiving, but the younger did not so she texted him again yesterday with no reply yet. Since I won't be there either it doesn't directly affect me, but I'm still going to help my parents plan the foods and will need to know if he and his wife (she is Muslim and has some related food restrictions, both are pescatarian like his older brother and sister in law) will be part of that planning. The weather is chilly but the forecast looks sunny and pleasant this weekend, and I hope you've all got a beautiful weekend ahead too :) Many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
