SWANK Keeps Giving

 Hiya everyone! Tonight there are several more group gifts from the SWANK Event's 12th anniversary round that I am eager to show you. Just join their free group and explore both floors of this impressively sized event area, clicking all the pretty glass and gold globes you see at so may of the booths :) We have until the end of the month, so that's just over a week to complete any purchases and claim all these generous gifts. As always I am so grateful to all of the designers for providing treats to make us smile and to make our wardrobes and homes look fresh and new.

I decided to start with some denim, but on the dressy side :) Our AVAgirl - Poppy gift is a sweet sleeveless dress with a solid denim back, and the front will be your choice of 12 floral denim patterns via the enclosed HUD. The shoulder ruffles stay solid just like the back, and I am a huge fan of all of these patterns! There are dress sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, and handy BOM thong panties in black to wear beneath. 

If you are a big fan of little black dresses, but want one that has some extra pizzazz, meet the GGVG SHINNY HEARTS DRESS COLORFUL :) This gift comes in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a sparkle enhance lights add-on, which I am wearing to show off those little foil hearts to their best advantage. Speaking of showing things off, that neckline is doing wonders for my cleavage! I love a crossed halter neck, and that revealing back is an absolute plus as well.

Versatility is one of the things I look for most in an outfit, so the LUXE Paris WEEKENDER gift is a thrilling find! It consists of the pullover top, pants, skirt, and boots all in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. Also included are the BOM tights I'm wearing on the right and the tote bag you see on the left, so we can have lots of fun trying all the pieces on together to see what combo matches our current mood. The knit texture of the tights really work for fall, and I always appreciate chunky heeled boots any time of year.

Casual does not mean sloppy or those clothes that are so broken in that you only wear them indoors; especially in SL it simply means informal and no ballgown type looks :) With that in mind, I think the ABBY OUTFIT by BA Store gift from Black Angel is the perfect way to make casual look exceptionally classy :) The tube top, jeans, fur coat, and heels are all designed for Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, with a handbag that has a built in hold pose as seen here. There's a HUD included too with 25 choices each for our top, heels, jeans, fur coat, sleeves, and handbag, so mixing and matching is a cinch. I like being able to make the coat and sleeves different colors (went with subtle shade differences on the right) so it looks like a vest or layered pieces. All the color sets are the same except the jeans, which are various denim hues in blues and blacks. My inner 80s teen approves ♥.

My final look of the evening is the Fatal Fashion - Outfit 667 - NUDE gift that has us beautifully accessorized. The dress, belt, and shoes are each included in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu sizes, while the necklace and matching earrings are provided in a bright yellow gold that has the same metallic hue as the chains on the belt. The only thing I'd need to add before heading out is a pair of panties, since the places I go are generally not adult rated ;) It's probably safer to wear BOM undies at all times since people can derender your mesh clothing and take screenshots. The marketplace is a great source for free BOM (older system layer) underwear of all types :)

Just another manic Monday, LOL, but I've got my week planned and most of the little details ironed out so that is a huge plus. An annoying part of anxiety is that uncertainty can increase symptoms, so a game plan makes things feel calmer and more secure :) Things have been busy in SL too, which is exciting and means there will be lots more to share very soon. Paparazzi Goodies

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post will have you looking for cameras, which appear on the Paparazzi group sign which is nearby each of the gifts I'm sharing. This is a wonderful multi-designer group, currently free to join, and brings together lots of brands with notices about their new releases, special sales, and more. They can also offer a gift for the group if they wish, and that's what you will be seeing in this post :) You might want to take pictures too, just not skulking in the bushes like the RL paps ;) I do have a Lady Gaga earworm as a result of course, but just about every song I think about gets stuck in my head eventually so that will change many times before I wrap things up.

First up, we see the lovely Ozana Set by BlackbirdLace. This gift includes the top and skirt, each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The monochromatic print of the top has an elegant feeling with edgy twist, and the belted skirt is a breezy choice for any time of year.

Fatal Fashion has a fun and casual treat for us called ::FF:: Top & Pants Melliny. The knotted t-shirt says SEXY on the front in graffiti style lettering, and the jeans have a snug fit with lots of bright golden zipper detailing. These pieces will both fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. I think the warm color of the shirt feels autumnal, and I always look for new casual sets to wear when the weather cools off. 

This flirtatious look is our DM ~ Alissia Set Gift from DM Design. The top and panties are separates in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Classic, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I do appreciate the fun animal print for a wild weekend, and the sheer striped ruffles are a wonderful touch!

Next I've changed into the eye-catching {Le'La} Leo Bodysuit Set Gift. That sapphire blue color is gorgeous, isn't it? The bodysuit and garters are each provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy mesh body sizes. I love the silver chains attached and draping in the front and both sides. Please remember that I'm wearing nipple covers, so the sheer sections of the bust might be a bit more revealing than my image might show. 

For my final look of the night I've added a stunning gift from LUMINESSE jewelry. Their LUM-Abundant Love Aqua Pendant reminds me of peacock feathers somehow (and yes, that is a good thing) with amethysts dotting the aqua hearts so beautifully. The necklace is adjustable and has a resize script built in, so just give it a click to change the size and right click - edit to move the positioning. I nudged it down and rotated it a little but kept the size the same for this photo, and I think it suits my shape well :) There are so many styles of shirt or dress that we can wear this necklace with, I'm excited to add it to my virtual jewelry box.

Yesterday was a busy but decent day, and my appointment went smoothly so all is well. The extra stops after were annoying but necessary, which is a huge part of adulting lately anyway ;) I could really tell how bad my vision is getting from the cataracts while in the car (as a passenger only) yesterday and today, so I really do need to get all that moving along. Avangardista Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to check out some gifts for another multi-designer group, as you know how much I enjoy these tours across the grid. The Avangardista group is currently free to join, so all these lovely gifts are yours for absolutely no cost. I'm a devoted bargain hunter, so it makes me very happy that these gifts are such high quality. Some folks may see the word freebie and think it means it will be something old, inferior, not worth picking up...but I am determined to show you that there are plenty of gifts out there that we can truly appreciate :) I spend most of my lindens on hair, skin, and cute animal companions, LOL, so it's not that I am trying to exist in SL without spending real money. I do make use of tip jars and charity donations too, since frugal doesn't mean stingy. Okay, so are you ready to see some wonderful gifts?

Our first stop of the evening is MONOMANIA, in their new location (or it's a new branch?) where their thoughtful gift is called Elegance Cream. This outfit includes the satin top and belted loose pants, each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The matching sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet, so we have the ideal pair of footwear already selected for us :) The only thing I might add is a necklace or bracelet if I feel the urge. 

If you are a loyal fan of the original Maitreya body, the Petry Model --> Dress UB gift seems to have you in mind. That would be the single size included of this beautiful dress with floral bodice and lacy layered skirt, and I am really delighted to find this treat. I know there's been some disagreements in group chats over Lara 5.3 vs. Lara X, some who say they'll never wear Lara X and others who switched over permanently with no intentions of using 5.3 anymore. I'm fond of both for various reasons, already have a large collection of clothing to fit 5.3, but have seen some incredible designs that are only for Lara X too. So they're both regulars for me, along with Legacy, so I have to look to see what HUD I've got attached to remember what the heck body I'm wearing sometimes ;) 

Hilly Haalan has a fantastic gift for us in their gift building, so please use the teleport board to get to the building (or follow the red arrow from my link) and look for the Avangardista sign on the back wall. There you'll find the [hh] Avielle Set waiting, with 2 blouse versions and the matching skirt. All of these fit eBody Curvy, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The HUD is a doozy, offering 20 colors each for the top main and top straps, 10 for the sleeves in lace and upper ruffle in lace, 20 for sleeves plain and sleeves ruffle plain, 10 for lower ruffle in lace and 20 for it in plain, 20 each for skirt and their straps, plus 2 metals each for top eyelets and skirt eyelets and buckles. If you just went "umm what??" we can summarize as every portion you see here has either 10 or 20 colors, with 2 metal tones. The top's two versions are with and without the longer sleeves, so you can try them on and see which you prefer.

For some metallic shine, I suggest grabbing our T.B.O.M:Giulia Lace Mini Dress gift from The Best Of Me. This sexy strapless minidress has a black lace inset that plays peekaboo with our cleavage and belly, while the solid fabric has a playful reflective nature to it. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies provided, as well as a HUD with 15 color choices. This feels like a club dress to me, something to go dancing in :)

Our final stop this evening is Fatal Fashion, where I found the stunning Top & Skirt Flor gift for us high on the wall with many other generous goodies for various groups. This crimson pairing of one-sleeved top and diagonally hemmed miniskirt includes sizing for Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies each, so I swapped back to my Lara X from the 5.3 I'd been wearing thus far. This is such a flattering style with fun details like the dangling laces and the way the sleeve loops around the thumb :)

Why am I chilly again? LOL, the answer is that Mother Nature has lost her dang mind I guess, but it's 45 out and 68 in here. It's been averaging about 75 in my room so that is lower than I'd have expected. My week is all topsy turvy, as we wound up switching gaming night from Thursday to Tuesday because I'll be getting my hair cut then instead. I thought I would be lucky to get in next week, never dreaming this week would be possible, but I'm taking advantage of that good luck :) We are still getting used to the new DLC in Hello Kitty, City Town, and it's very detailed so there is much to learn and experience yet. It is exciting! My friend and her husband always keep me laughing, and I so appreciate getting to spend time chatting with them. Gifts from Inventory Trends

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features another multi-designer group of which I am so fond, this one being called Inventory Trends. It's so handy to have several stores sending group notices to one place, and you can read through to find out what's new or on sale at many places at once :) Meanwhile we have gifts for this group tag in many of the stores, making it even more worth the time to visit them. Clearly I can't resist the chance, lol, and sharing my findings with all of you is the real treat for me.

My first stop was [K-Style], where their FLAVIA DRESS #DELUXE2 gift immediately caught my eye. The dress is uniquely styled with asymmetrical hem and midriff cutout, and of course that single strap that goes over the opposite shoulder is a clever detail. The dress and a pair of panties are each included in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that offers 45 plaid prints. That's an impressive amount, and we texture both pieces at once for simplicity. Somehow I chose to avoid the plaids that were heavy on blue or green, too reminiscent for me of my school uniforms ;)

The [GIULIADESIGN] -ELVAZ- FAT PACK gift has 4 denim hues inside, packed separately and numbered 1-4 to keep them organized. Each pack includes the top and skirt in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I'm wearing denim 2 top and denim 1 skirt on the left, with denim 3 as the top and denim 4 skirt on our right. I know they're fairly similar, but #2 leans green, 1 is the darkest with a blackish hue, and 3 and 4 are deep blues. 

SL must have decided that I needed even more denim, and I am pretty darn happy about that :) The Fatal Fashion - Top & Skirt Yumiko gift for Inventory Trends is a fantastic set that includes the top, single sleeve jacket, and belted miniskirt, all sized for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. Since the top has a shadow for the jacket on it, you probably can't get away with wearing the top solo; however if you wanted to swap the tank top out for a BOM layer shirt I think that would work out quite nicely. Of course the top and jacket combo will look just as chic with your favorite pants too :)

My final look of the evening is a stunning treat from ART & FASHION called INNAMORATI OUTFIT. I googled and that means "lovers" in Italian, which makes perfect sense when you look at the silhouettes on the front of the minidress ♥. We receive the dress, sheer sleeves, chains, and boots, all in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, plus the headband and choker which are unrigged. If you look at the rear view, you'll notice lots of straps across the back, the thicker of which are the chains mentioned. Since they are separate from the dress, you can omit them if you prefer, just like the sleeves :) That is the fun part of accessories really, even the headband or choker can be left off if you are not in the mood or it doesn't suit your hairstyle. I'm impressed by how well the outfit suits the name, as it really does feel and look so romantic!

Yesterday was fairly stressful, but I have to look at the positives here and focus on the improvements I have made in getting out of the house. Less than 3 years ago, I couldn't be in the car without strong panic attacks, let alone going to all the places I have been visiting. There are still things I'm putting off that are huge sources of fear and anxiety, but I have faith that I will get there eventually. Meanwhile I had a really fun time playing games and chatting with friends this evening, and I've got a nice dinner with the parents coming up that I always enjoy. Posh Event Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to the POSH Event, where they're having a Valentines hunt for their free group members. We're looking for heart shaped padlocks, which can be pink or red, then all we have to do is give them a click to receive a special treat :) Because of the theme, I would suggest getting there before the 14th, although I believe this round is open until the 17th. Either way, there's lots of terrific offerings for your shopping pleasure in addition to the fun hunt.

BlondeQueen has an impressive 6 prizes hidden for us to find in the event area, so let's start with two of them :) The #1 BQ::Loveline T_Shirt:: Red Love is the cutie on the left, while the right side shows #2 BQ::Loveline T_Shirt:: White Rose Heart. Each of these are provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, and all six have different images on the front that are just right for Valentine's day. As for my pants here, those are a prize too! the Uni-qu3 *Ginevra pants*::Red are a light brick shade, very low cut in the front and actually pulled down (full moon LOL) with "Why Yes I am Sexy" written across the back. Turning around to show them would have hidden the front images of the shirts, in addition to a gratuitous butt shot, LOL, so I'm leaving that to your imaginations this time.

I randomly chose two more BlondeQueen prizes to share because I simply couldn't resist! These cozy tees are slightly shorter in the front and scooped for a rounded hem in the back, just as flattering as the tiny edging on the neck and cuffs. The #4 BQ::Loveline T_Shirt:: Yellow Pierce Heart is on the left, and #6 BQ::Loveline T_Shirt:: Pink Writing Heart is seen on the right above. Did the words in the pink shirt's heart make you sing? "I Will Always Love You" is a powerful classic ballad, thanks to the genius of Dolly Parton and (re)introduced to most of us by Whitney Houston. 

Instead of life handing me lemons, this hunt handed me a pair of flirty bikinis from the same generous designer, so I made lemonade this doubly fun photo :) DOLLZ LEOPARD LIPS Bikini Babe is the gorgeous swimsuit on the left, with a side view of DOLLZ Red Bikini Babe to the right. Because they are the same brand and style, they come in the same sizes - Erika, Kupra Bimbo, Lara X, Legacy, Muneca, Peach, and Reborn mesh bodies. The leopard lips print reminds me of a reverse stamping technique for nail polish, where some stamping plates have the inverted option so in this case you'd do the leopard pattern beneath and then stamp the black over it. It's something I have seen videos about but never tried myself, no hand-eye coordination here ;)

I was so excited to find the ghost.Nelly Special Fatpack prize, as versatile as it is flirtatious :) Our top and skirt each fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and there is a HUD for each piece with 4 texture choices to choose from. The side panels of the skirt are sheer in all four prints, so I think a C-string (strapless crotch cover) would be a handy addition to provide a little modesty down below. You probably have tons, as I do, but if not I'd suggest a quick search on the marketplace.

For my final look of the evening, I tried on two of the 3 Fatal Fashion prizes, which are all stunning mesh nails. The FF Original - Stiletto Long Bento Nails - SL09 is on the left, with the SL04 version on the right. I'm giggling that it looks like I am nibbling on the point of a thumbnail, but they're just so long that the pose made me poke myself in the lip a tiny bit ;) These mesh nails are quite easy to wear; just use your body's HUD and add the corresponding size from the folder. They are designed for Belleza, Kalhene Erika, Kupra/Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink mesh bodies. I am a fan of hearts no matter what time of year, so these are absolutely going to be making random appearances in my daily outfits :) The rainbow set feels like June to me for example.

I had a really nice evening chatting with my friend and her husband for our early gaming night, just relaxing and enjoying each others' company. We play two games together now, and I've got a fun tip for anyone playing Animal Crossing New Horizons...if you have people over (it might require 3 people total) and go to sit down in the coffee shop to have some coffee together, make sure whoever sits last has 0 bells on them. They can deposit it all before they visit. Then Brewster will ask them about their coffee and they should say they're paying for everyone, to which he'll reply that he'll give the coffee you can afford and water for the rest. That's right, broke customers get water, LOL!! If you have 200 bells, one person (the first to sit down in our case, which was me) gets the coffee and everyone else gets good ol' H2O. Let me tell ya, I am still cracking up over our thrifty beverage experience :) One of my old villagers randomly moved onto her island this week, and was quite enthusiastic to see me again. They'd told her they came from *my island name* so it was a good reason to visit hers this week. Tomorrow I'm going to a farmers market that is further away than I've been in a while, so I am taking the day off from blogging to really have time to prep and recover.  Hiya everyone! Tonight's post takes us on a tour of several stores who are a part of the Mesh Body Friends group, and are currently offering gifts for that group tag. They also get to send notices to the group with info about new releases, sales, and events they take part in, so we get to find out lots of very helpful news in addition to the possibility of gifts :) Just look for group gift sections in stores, then check for the sign that matches the logo of the group...many of these designers are part of several multi-designer type groups such as this one, so you might find bonus treats if you're in lots of groups (as I am). Our first stop is Fatal Fashion, where we can claim the flirty Dress Leuris as our MBF gift. The brick red fabric goes so well with the golden trim, from zippers to rivets to tassels atop each side! Our gift includes sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I'm so impressed by the style, with crisp lines and little openings to make it visually intriguing.

Another show-stopper of a gift is our [ConTrato] Duna Skirt & Top. Each piece is provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Pushup Bombshell, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD with 3 colors for the full outfit at once, with white being the color not shown above. The gold chains on the front straps are a wonderful touch that really pop with every color!

This gift has a little secret, but I'll happily tell all of you ;) The .:KF:. Cida Top & Skirt gift from KyaraFashion has a built in Undress Me script, so you can allow others to undress you with a menu on clicking, or set it so only you have the ability to peel it off. The top and skirt each fit Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, in that lovely blue shade with a bit of shine. It is a fun coincidence that this outfit also has gold chain trim, feeling like I subconsciously sought them out but it truly was just luck :)

[DieselDeluxe] has a very generous gifts room for us to find the Melani Outfit Top & Skirt 10 for MBF among many other group's treats. This is actually a single mesh piece with top and skirt linked together and worn all at once, in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The bright white bows are so cheerful, and really stand out against the gold mosaic top and deep red and black plaid skirt. 

My final look this evening is a bit on the daring side, thanks to a sheer shirt and short notched miniskirt. The *PF:: Becky2025 gift from Pearl Fashion will fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 11 colors for each piece. Some colors are more sheer than others on our shirt, and did you notice the subtle pattern? It looks like constellations, stars with the shapes they are named after traced between the dots. I'm not knowledgeable enough in astronomy to recognize specific ones though, sorry :) I added the 'modesty flowers' in Photoshop to provide a little extra coverage, so those are not on our gift or even in SL whatsoever. I'm sure it would work well to wear pasties beneath if you wish, probably either white or flesh toned would be my choice.

It was a decent day here, and I am expecting to hear from my houseguest in the next half hour or so that they have arrived back home safely. It's sad to see them go, but it is not 'goodbye' but rather 'see you later' since they will return for Thanksgiving weekend :) Tomorrow I am probably going out but the plans have not been ironed out yet, so we shall see. November is a bit of a lull between Halloween and Christmas seasons as far as SL events and hunts, so things are quiet and there is less available for me to blog. So you can expect more of these multi-designer groups' gifts, and possibly non-free items that are still affordable. How would everyone feel about paid groups from time to time? Redeux Halloween Sales

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is full of treats from the Redeux Halloween Sales 2025 event, where in addition to wonderful timely sales offerings you can also find free group gifts. Just join their Redeux VIP group (free to join) and click all the pumpkins you see that are wrapped with a black ribbon. I do recall one that was just the word GIFT on a wall, and another might have been in a flat box like a sign in the front of the display, but mostly they're in the pumpkins :) This is the seventh year of this fun event, and it's decorated just as spookily as I'd remembered, so come visit and get some frighteningly good gifts and bargains!

First up, I am sharing the [Witch In A Box] Brielle Outfit gift that captured my attention with the slightly raised shirt and fluttery short skirt. The top, skirt, and separate belt are all provided in sizing for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, along with a HUD that offers 3 colors each for top and skirt/belt. The skirt is a solid texture, and the shirt has has a subtle print of a ouija board on it that is both timely and brand-appropriate ;)

This sexy number is the [UNC] Patty Outfit - Halloween gift from Uncontrollably Fashion. Its teeny tube top and fluttery skirt are each provided in fitmesh standard sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. There's also a HUD for the top with 6 sayings, including Hocus Pocus and BOO! as I'm showing on the left and right, respectively. Now I am wearing my Legacy body and you may notice that is not listed in the sizes...I tried on several others out of curiosity and found suitable fits :) It never hurts to try, and I would have changed bodies really quickly if nothing worked out.

Next we've got a combo of gifts that is so sizzling hot that I had to bust out the modesty flowers in Photoshop ;) That would be because our Faida - Angie Halloween is a sheer wisp of cobwebs formed into a sultry tank top with pretty ruffle on the neckline. There are sizes for Cinnamon & Chai, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Maitreya Flat Chest, Slink Hourglass, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies included. It pairs remarkably well with the sassy *PF::Halloween2025 Skirt from Pearl Fashion, with its built in thong panty and studded belt. The fabric has an orange pattern that looks like carved pumpkins (but my eyesight is garbage lately so please forgive if I'm wrong) and the back of the hem is lifted to show off some cheek. We receive sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Love Aphrodite, Love Momma, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, Juicy Rolls, and Jelly Belly mesh bodies. 

Spells&Charms is here to prove that Halloween can be represented in pastel tones too, with their gorgeous gift called {S&C} Mystic Witch Dress. The satiny slip dress is designed for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and we also get a HUD with 6 dreamy textures. I did notice in trying them all out that one is not matching the HUD and is actually a sheer solid color, lol, but the rest are like you see above with clouds, stars, and the occasional crescent moon shape peeking through the wash of pastels. I'm sure you can tell how much I love this ♥.

Do you need some long stiletto nails with spooky skulls for this time of year? If you just nodded, then be sure to grab our Fatal Fashion gift! Their FF Original - Nail_NH - 07 set of mesh nails is a terrific and versatile addition to any Halloween outfit, thanks to the 10 colors we get to choose per set of nails (meaning both thumbs, both index fingers, etc.) via HUD. Today was a challenging one, thanks to a stubborn housemate and a whopping dose of anxiety in the car. We went out much later than planned, and I was a shaky mess by the time we arrived at our destination. I did well in the store itself, distracting myself with looking at all the things, but the way home turned out to be even more challenging than the way there because it was dark. Somehow the darkness really makes me more scared to be in a car, and I'm not sure why other than my poor nighttime vision because I'm getting older. The timing was bad, but I need to focus on the fact that I got further than I have in like 3 years and survived :) I will never be one of those people who loves being in a car, going for a random ride, but that's okay and I don't need to be. Swank Pumpkin Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some treats to share from the SWANK Halloween event round, which is themed Goth Event and Pumpkin Hunt. The pumpkins have the Swank logo in gold on them, and are free for the members of their free group. I know it says hunt, but I promise they are not difficult to find :) Most of the displays have one, and a couple were smaller or tucked up in a corner for example, but the vast majority are easily spotted and clicked. There are over 200 displays here from a terrific assortment of designers, with treats for everyone to appreciate.

My first look of the evening is our Ahlure - Shelby Outfit, a gift that's sure to turn heads. The jacket, dress, and boots all come in Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu sizing, with a BOM pair of thigh-high stockings. There's also a HUD with several tabs, offering 12 textures for the jacket fur, 8 dress colors, 3 dress metals, 8 boots colors, 8 strings colors, and 3 boots metals. As you can see from the rear view, the dress is split on the side for a little bit of peek-a-booty ;) 

I found 3 prizes from V8 Underground (2 female, 1 male) and the one I'm sharing tonight is called **EMPUSA DEMON CONCEPT COSTUME COMPLETE OUTFIT**. Isn't she devilishly beautiful? There are Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu sizes each for the dress, sleeves, and boots, and we receive loads of accessories as well. The horns, collar, and earrings are all adjustable, and the staff has the built in holding pose you see here. As for the wings, they are bento animated with a HUD to turn that animation on and off, so if you need your wings to stay still for a bit (like taking a photo...) you can control that very easily. This brand is a go-to for costumes, so be sure to grab their landmark and see if your Halloween needs could be fulfilled here as well.

Next we're wrapped in gilded glam with the [GIULIADESIGN] - Colette-05 gift. Our dress and separate sleeves are designed for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, and Petite X mesh bodies. That shimmer is so alluring, and the style really shows off our shoulders and cleavage. I also really like the use of seams to add shape, details always catch my attention :)

No matter what the calendar says, we can always find places to make use of swimwear in SL like this sexy [ZENESSA] Vanilla Swimsuit gift. The one piece suit has a thong cut and lots of slender strings connecting the top and bottom, very flirtatious :) There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Also included is a HUD that offers 20 colors each for the main and the seams, along with a transparency button you can click to choose solid or 7 percentages to adjust the sheerness. I kept it solid on the left and just 5% sheer on the right, barely noticeable on the small bit of fabric shown.

My final look of the evening made "Go Go Power Rangers" zip through my head ;) It's our Fatal Fashion HALLOWEEN - Outfit H160 (Ranger Red) gift, and has a very classic design made more modern (sexy) as we do see so often in Halloween costumes. This gift consists of the dress, gloves, and boots to fit Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We even get a pair of silver earrings to jazz things up, large hoops that will go nicely with lots of other outfits as well. The boots surprised me by being suitable for the kitten heel height rather than completely flat feet as most boots are, fun because I have always liked that particular heel height in RL. 

It was an exciting day here since I got to do the online gaming with a friend, and chat with her and her husband on the phone about our weeks and such :) Of course my hockey team decided to lose their season opener to the reigning champs, so the evening did take an annoying downward turn that I am not genuinely upset about. I mean it's a bummer, sure, but it isn't enough to ruin my mood or anything. I'm looking forward to dinner at my parents' tomorrow, and then I have a full weekend of plans too. So we're in full swing of the busy season in SL, as this month seems to be a busy one each year, much like December. Stylish Swank Sweets

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is chock full of SWANK Event group gifts, from their 11th anniversary spectacular. You'll need their free group tag active to claim these, just click all the globes you see with the golden 11 inside and the event logo. There are so many designers and just a plethora of gifts, I feel like I could easily blog nothing but this until the end of the month/event ;) The urge for variety prevents me from doing so, lol, but I really want to encourage all of you to visit and invite your friends both male and female since there are treats for all.

First up this evening we have the V-Twins - Ruby Outfit gift. The brand specializes in biker wear, and I must say this really shows that off well :) Our jacket, top, skirt, and panties are each provided in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with 2 HUDs to cover it all. The first HUD has 12 colors each for the jacket, jacket arms, top, and panties, plus 4 metals apiece for metal jacket and metal bikini. Then the skirt HUD offers 12 colors each for the skirt, skirt edge, opacity 25%, and opacity 50%, along with 4 metals for the skirt metals. Everything is on labeled tabs across the top once the HUDs load their scripts.

This lacy creation is our gift from JUMO Originals called ELLIE Dress Special. Isn't it gorgeous? The single shoulder strap is trimmed in lace, much like the bodice and the hem. We receive Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Signature mesh body sizes, as well as a HUD with 8 textures. Those include 4 colors in either solid or floral. I will say that the lace on the bust is just see-through enough that for some destinations you may want to add some sort of pasties beneath to ensure the nips are peeping through ;)

Speaking of lace, the VIONA - Ballet Dress Outfit gift has some options that give us a sheer lacy look too :) It could just be because I've been watching Dancing With The Stars (rooting for Robert Irwin and Danielle Fishel!) but this top and skirt combo are giving me tango vibes and I am captivated. They will fit Freya, Isis, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. Of course there's a HUD tucked in there as well, with 10 sheer and 8 solid color options for each piece. We can mix and match, but for some reason I was feeling matchy-matchy it seems.

Next I got to wear my favorite color, thanks to our Ruxy-Isabella Purple gift. It's worn all as one piece, with the look of a corset, blouse, and shorts, in sizing for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies. The corset and shorts are accessorized with golden bows, and the blouse has such pretty ruffles and poofy short sleeves to go with the full pockets on the shorts :) Such a unique and playful look, don't you think?

My final look of the evening is a striking set of pointy nails, so pointy in fact that one thumbnail is accidentally piercing my lip ;) Our FF Original - Nail Bento Stiletto Glitter - Purple gift from Fatal Fashion is designed for Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Slink, and Tonic mesh hands. They're very easy to wear, just use your body's HUD to hide its built in nails and add the mesh set from this folder. This set includes a HUD with 2 textures, with and without glitter, so you can decide which one suits your taste and your outfit any time you wear them.

I went to the local Dollar Tree earlier, hoping to find those hand sanitizer sprays that sell out so quickly each time they stock them. They were out but the employee was kind enough to tell us when the truck comes in, so we can try again soon. Otherwise I'm thinking about my dad turning 82 tomorrow, marveling at how fortunate our family is to be able to help him celebrate it soon. Did all of you know that the Twisted Hunt will be returning in October? Someone in a group chat mentioned that it's a one-time thing, so not permanently back but at least we get to enjoy the difficult but worthwhile challenge once again :) I've missed it for sure.
