Hiya everyone! Happy Valentines Day to each of you, and plenty of hugs to thank you for taking the time to read my posts :) It really means the world to me. Tonight I am continuing my coverage of the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt, with more glimpses of the wonderful prizes to be found hiding in the bow/arrows at each store. Just wear the group tag (free to join) and the magic glasses you can claim at the participating stores or at the hunt HQ where you'll find a bonus official outfit (mens and womens included) as well. Lots to see and enjoy, so let's get to it...
Many of the prizes are red, but this beauty is a standout in neutrals. It is our prize from NILSY simply called Lace Dress, and comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink). It has a soft flow to the design, flattering without being overly revealing.
PeKaS has gifts for the men and the women, and this is a look at their Urban Redhood for the ladies. It starts with the crop sweater in 5 standard sizes, and the fun skirt in 3 mesh sizes, and also includes the bracelets for the left and right wrists as shown. There are also a pair of rigged mesh boots (up to the knee, laced in front) that are not seen here because I couldn't adjust them to fit me decently. There was considerable shin poking through, lol, not pretty, and the alpha sections for my legs were not quite matching. If you do not wear a mesh body, they are probably terrific, and the entire outfit will be well suited to a classic avatar. I don't say this with any criticism, as I have not been a mesh body wearer as long as most and I am still sometimes an outsider for not having a mesh head. Different strokes for different folks :) I try to cater to everyone in my blogging choices but sometimes it is simply not possible.
This versatile gown is our prize from Vero Modero (same sim but a few thousand meters below PeKaS from the prior photo) and is called Fuzz Gown Partial Mesh. There is the gown itself with a dramatic dip in the neckline, shown alone on the right, in standard mesh sizes. On the left you can see the two feather attachments, upper and lower, one of which has that lovely golden belt with bow attached.
One last look for the night, this is a head turner from the hidden bow & arrow at Paris METRO Couture. It is named Venti Cup III Red, and has the fun of flexi as well as the modern convenience of appliers. I started in SL before mesh clothing was a thing, let alone mesh bodies, so I still remember being amazed at the way flexi skirts would swirl around us and make dancing a visual delight :) This starts with the base in system layers or appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. There is a skirt panel in standard mesh sizes, and then 3 skirt attachments that have some neat spiraling designs, much like the slashes on the body itself. Each tiny movement generated a whirlwind for the skirt, I really enjoyed that.
A hair note and an eye note: the hair is the other part of the newest Truth Hair VIP group gift for February, this is HoneyAna with the loose braid across the back and down one side. Their hairstyles tend to be my favorites, and the group gifts (not free to join but so worthwhile!) are each such a treat. My eyes are a hunt prize from this very hunt, from Inkheart and called Loving Eyes in Fantasy which is just one of 4 terrific varieties/colors found inside that bow and arrow. I will show a closer look soon, just wanted to mention it today because they are so photogenic that I found myself noticing them a lot in tonight's pictures.
Well it was certainly an interesting Valentines Day here, not terrible but not romantic. The food was decent, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at that restaurant again though, but my fellow diners (at least 3 of the 4, see not romantic) were very pleased with their meals. That is a relief to me. I hope whatever you each did today was enjoyable, magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

There are more lovely prizes to share from the Moolto.com Madness Hunt 2016, and as I explained yesterday you'll need to join their free group and visit their hunt headquarters to pick up a pair of magic glasses so you can see/find those cupcakes with their big toothy grins. They are also wearing glasses, but theirs are pink and blue male and female symbols, one on each eye (yes, the cupcakes have eyes, but that works considering they also have teeth!). With your group tag and your magic glasses, you can claim all sorts of generous gifts like the ones I showed last night and the ones below, plus many others.
This first dress is perfect for Halloween, but certainly not limited to it. If you like what you see, please head to Paisley Daisy and find this Day of the Dead dress in their cupcake. It comes in 8 fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink so it will fit your favorite curves wonderfully. I was intrigued by how most of the color seems to be in her features (chin, lips, around her eyes) rather than the makeup itself, it is an attractive effect.
Another terrific seasonal gift can be found at La Gazza Ladra, this Hell'o'Pumpkin dress. Their clothing is all original mesh creations so I'm guessing this prize is as well, and it is included in standard sizes. I love the swath of green for the wide belt that reminds me of a pumpkin's leaves, and the texturing is charming.
A little black dress is a critical part of many wardrobes, and in SL they can be like potato chips...you can never have enough! This prize from Tiffany Designs is a striking LBD called Adore Mini Dress with Appliers in Black, so it won't surprise you when I tell you that it includes both system layers and appliers for TMP, Omega, Slink, and Belleza for the top and glitch pants. The skirt consists of front and back panels, each in standard mesh sizes, and you can edit the texture offset (there's a very helpful notecard with instructions) if you need to adjust the height of the panels, as I did. Those babies were riding way too low and I was grateful for the ability to fix that.
One last look for tonight, you will really need to see this in person to appreciate it but I humbly present glimpses of Kiss of the Spider Woman 16 by Paris METRO Couture. You can see that I am surrounded by floaty flexi, as well as a spider web backpiece. The base of this stunning dress is the top and glitch pants in system layers along with appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, and the skirt is 3 parts (left, right, and center) so I added each separately. The spider web comes in the darker version shown (hoping it would show better against my background) and a lighter shade. I have always felt like flexi was meant to move, so this beauty should be worn dancing among other things :)
Whew, what a day! After 3 times logging out and back in, I came to the realization that the inventory lost when I crashed (75% of it, including all poses and any hunt prizes I picked up prior to today) were not coming back without a fight. So I really winged it here for this post, then I spent some time researching the problem. I discovered that the only remedy was to clear cache and go somewhere quiet to let it rebuild, well I had an appointment and other things to do beforehand so I only let about 80% come back before I had to skedaddle. My next goal is to reduce that inventory's grand total so it doesn't have to take so long!! The appointment went really well and I'm feeling fairly good, just ready to relax now and enjoy time with Xan. Hiya everyone! I am pleased to be able to share another path of the Firestorm Spooky Nights Hunt tonight, this time it's Path 3 the Haunted Path which takes place on their Firestorm HS2 sim. Please remember there are 5 different sims that each contain their own path of the hunt, and the hints on their blog are quite helpful :) So here we have a sampling of the many terrific prizes to be found in the 30 hidden skulls...
First we have a lovely gown from Paris METRO Couture, found in prize #05. Salsa Pink Amber Rose Gown consists of a system layer top and glitch pants with appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, plus the center, left and right flexie skirt parts shown. With the Firestorm viewer's logo being a phoenix, the colors are perfect for that and Halloween.
It's no secret that Sn@tch is one of my favorite stores, so I was definitely excited to see a prize from them in this hunt. This is #07, The Countess Slip Dress in wine, beautifully textured and ideal for a night out. The color is a nice choice for autumn, isn't it?
Yes, we have another fantastic dressy gown! This is prize #12 from Shack, and is called Limited Edition Jolie Gown - Spooky Nights, and I love the gold lining of the skirt as well as having the belt and trim as part of the texture itself. Standard mesh sizes are included.
For a shorter dress that is elegantly simple, be sure to find skull #30 so you can claim this prize. Grumble has provided their Fitmesh Off-Shoulder Cashmere Dress in Passion, several sizes included. I decided to show it accessorized on the right, with one of the 3 fall rope scarves included in prize #19 from [SWaGGa]. Their gift is comprised of a Halloween version, along with type 1 and type 2 which is the one I'm showing you here. They are unisex, so we can all have fun with them :)
You probably won't want to accessorize this outfit with a scarf, hehe...I'm thinking all it needs are a pair of stilettos and maybe a come-hither glance ;) This is our beautiful prize from Carrie's Lingerie, and is prize #08 in this hunt path. It comes with system layers for corset, bra, panties and garter, along with an Omega applier for all these lovely components. I used the HUD on my feet for the stocking layer to great effect as you can see.
No nail note of the night, as I'd stuck with the Slink default HUD for simplicity. My hair is one I've shown before, a graceful updo from Truth's discount room that has optional color change flowers, not shown in any of tonight's photos.
