Hiya everyone! One style that has always spoken to me in RL and SL is Boho in any of its forms...hippie style, earth mama, flower child, whatever images that conjures for you. So it is exciting for me that there is an event in SL that celebrates that style, and this is the 4th year of the Boho Culture Fair so I have been lucky enough to visit the previous ones as well. Most of the stalls have a gift for $0L or $1L in a nicely wrapped gift box, and I am showing you just a few of the thoughtful gifts tonight.
This is a free gift from Stars Fashion, and is more body-conscious than we might normally see from boho fashions, but everyone has their own interpretations of things and I definitely enjoy seeing that variety. This includes both standard and fitmesh sizes so you should have no trouble finding a great fit. The pattern across the bodice has a Bohemian flair to it for sure.
Another delight I found is this *PB* Floral Mesh Backless Dress, which is $1L and includes several mesh sizes along with a HUD for two pattern changes, both shown here. That rear view is quite the revealing surprise, isn't it? :) Not overly naughty, just an unexpected peek of skin on the sides instead of the bum cleavage that we find more often.
If you crave something pretty for beneath your clothing, or instead of outerwear in the right setting, this set from .sass. is an amazing free gift. You will find inside their pretty gift box the system layers shown along with Omega and TMP appliers, and I am loving that color. I also found a stunning matching ring, courtesy of Duh! in their gift box. This is their Boho Turquoise ring, free and fantastic with the bold look and attractive setting.
J&A Rock Culture certainly has the season in mind as well as the fair's main theme, combining them in this spooky free gift that includes the Fire Spaghetti Strap Top and the Wings Jeans, plus a bonus Halloween necklace in mens and womens versions. The clothing comes in several mesh sizes, and all of this is included for free.
One final goodie for the evening, we have a Boho Ruffle Mini Dress from the gift box at MOoH! and this beauty will only cost you one single linden. The colors and the style are so fun, and it does come in standard mesh sizes.
Nail note of the night: one of my favorite places to find great manicures is La Boheme, and with that name I'd have been shocked if they weren't participating ;) Of course they are though, and for just $1L you can pick up their [LB Romance Pink] in a trio of HUDs which include one for Maitreya, one for Slink & Omega manicures, and one for Slink & Omega pedicures (but the Slink mani worked for all 20 of my nails). The design is a French manicure in several base colors, with tiny pink roses (stems and all) across the tips. They are sweet and elegant, well worth the single linden.
I started this earlier in the day than usual because of a busy evening, and I'm glad I did or else I'd be tearing my hair out right now even if it was a good reason and a fun evening :) Spent time with my adorable 89-year-old grandmother, we played Uno and chatted so it was very heartwarming. I'm the only granddaughter (out of 3 grandkids) and she's my only remaining grandparent so I cherish time with her. So extra mushy magical magpie hugs for everyone tonight!! ;)

Hiya everyone! I have some more gifts from The Aloha Fair to show you, a mixture of freebies and dollarbies as that decision was left up to the designers. Yesterday I focused on free gifts, today is mostly the $1L ones. There are plenty to enjoy from a wide variety of designers there.
These jumpsuits are both found in the surfboard from B!asta, so for $1L you get two beautiful outfits in breezy colors. I love the hibiscus print on them, and the colors are terrific.
At MOoh! you will find this delightful little dress in their surfboard for a single linden. Those ruffles and that color, so fun for the season and great for everyday wear or something a bit fancier too if the mood strikes.
It wouldn't be a summery event without plenty of bathing suits, so if you'd like a sweet mesh bikini with a refreshing watermelon print on it, head on over to the Rir stand. For just $1L you get standard mesh sizes plus a fitmesh Slink size for each the top and bottom. As you can see, it's sexy but not too revealing, nice rear coverage, and that lace in the front is a fun addition. Speaking of additions, I accessorized this with some cool shades from J&A Rock Culture. They are a free gift and come with a HUD for 4 different colors, two of which you can see above and the other two are a cheery yellow and a pretty blue.
For those days when you're feeling sassy, head on over to .Sass and grab this free pair of t-shirts with their logo on the front and a message on the back that you've been sassified. This gift provides both system layers and appliers for Omega and TMP in each color.
Finally I have two playful free gifts from surfboards, a cute hand fan from Duh! and a Summer Camp shirt from {D.o.R.k.} that comes in system layers only. I tried camming in to read that banner beneath the words Summer Camp, but no luck, so that remains a mystery to me. The fan has an animation built in but my AO overrode it easily so it's fine if you prefer no animation.
Nail note of the night is the same as yesterday's, another free gift from the Aloha Fair courtesy of Kitty's Claws. I'm still loving those 10 floral patterns, and the HUD itself is quite fun.

Hiya everyone! I had fun choosing more prizes from the enMESHed Into Summer Hunt to share with all of you, lots of goodness so I hope you enjoy!
This darling dress from HolliPocket not only has fun little studs decorating the front of the skirt, but the wash of rainbow colors down the side is terrific! They are #36 in the hunt, so find that popsicle if you want this beauty. I accessorized with the prize from Barefoot Apparel #12, their 'solar' aviator sunglasses which include a HUD for 8 color choices of lenses. The pinkish color works wonderfully with the dress!
I found another lovely bathing suit (I've shown you a few in the first posts from this hunt) and dressed it up with a couple of other terrific prizes. The bikini is from B Barbie Style (#13) and the fun colors look even more jazzy with the pretty bows on the hips! My fishy handbag is the Going Swimmingly Clutch from DUH! #3 and this is their pink/yellow version...you also get a red/navy version and a turquoise/orange. The sweet watermelon necklace can be found in popsicle #31 at Gachapon!
For another laid back summer look, I am enjoying the romper from #22 Cupcake Clothing, while kicked back in the chair from True North Designs. Their popsicle is #11 in the hunt, and you'll also find in there a small round wicker table with a solid blue tablecloth to match this terrific chair with several pose options. Now to accessorize, I had a hard time choosing from among 3 unisex surfer necklaces found at !IT! in 3 separate popsicles there, all #41 and each on a different floor of the store. You can see closer views of the various necklaces on the left.
Our prize from #15, OMG! Inc, is a very cool combination of sweet and sexy, cute and sassy...it is a leather corset dress with dainty blossoms scattered around on the skirt. What could possibly make it better? How about a HUD with 8 color choices? :) I'm showing you just 3 of them, so you can get an idea.
Finally we have a wild leopard outfit from TRUM (Tots R Us Movies), #39 in the hunt. I had some trouble with the corset and skirt not playing nicely together, separate mesh pieces, but your results may vary since your shape surely will :) I love the matching sunglasses that are included.
