Final Fling

Hiya Everyone! Tonight I have my final post of prizes from the Moolto Spring Fling 17 Hunt, and a beautiful assortment it is. This is a free gridwide hunt, just join their free group and wear your tag, click any sign to pick up the glasses, and wear them to help you see/claim the terrific gifts hiding inside yellow & pink butterflies. The hunt runs until the end of the month so you have plenty of time to enjoy it and claim these lovely gifts.

My first look this evening is from Black Rose Designs, a draped halter mini dress named Grace. She comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, and Werewolf, along with a HUD for 10 color options. In the spirit of spring I chose the pink and the green to show you, there are other fun choices like red, black, and white to name just a few. 

For my next photo, I was excited to have a perfect opportunity to show off two prizes at once in a very playful way. The tattoo is from Sinful Curves and is named *ScS* Pankha Tattoo, in system layers along with appliers for TMP, Maitreya, Belleza, Physique, and Omega. They are beautiful detailed scrollwork on the arms as well as the torso, I really do love that placement beneath the breasts. Speaking of breasts, mine are covered by our prize from HolliPocket, their Hearty Pastehs in Dotty Babyblue. There is a system layer and Omega applier for each of two styles, with and without the bows you see here. The jeans I am wearing in this and the next photo are my favorite freebie find from the Marketplace, the Delizio jeans (system layers, Maitreya and Omega appliers, several different colors included) that I have blogged many times before and will continue to do so :)

I kept those jeans on and the tattoo so you could see how pretty it looks peeking from underneath our clothing, as I show you the prize from K Creations. This is their Spring Pink Top which includes standard mesh sizes and a sunflower prim labeled "add me" which you can always omit if you prefer the tank top without the additional flora. The deep color makes the knit texture stand out nicely, and the flowers are an attractive way to add an extra pop of color. I would like to offer an additional hunting hint, not a giveaway but simply to point out that at many places it is wise to check outside the building as well as inside. 

Perhaps you were hoping to find something floral but more dressy, well then please head to Applique` Chic and find that butterfly to claim their Tree Blossoms Dress. This gorgeous gown comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Also included is a HUD with 6 colors to choose from, two of which you can see above. This style is exquisite, with detached collar acting as a choker and those sexy high slits on both legs. 

One last look of the evening, this striking dress is our prize from BYRNE called Space Blossom Dress. It is included in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink sizes each in two varieties called Petal (shown on the left) and Grass (right). The pattern certainly suits the name of the dress, and I do like both colors so it will be hard to choose each time I wish to wear one. Just find the hidden butterfly and this beauty can be yours too.

Whew, I am slow tonight! This has been a very busy and tiring day here, but I so enjoyed time with friends and family that I feel it is well worth any drowsiness now. I will wrap this up with a wish for a beautiful day/evening, and slightly sleepy magical magpie hugs to each of you!!

Weekend Hunting

Hiya everyone! Tonight is another few peeks at prizes from the Moolto Spring Fling 17 Hunt, a free gridwide hunt that will send you searching for yellow and pink butterflies, and you will need their free group tag as well as a pair of glasses (click any sign to claim those for free) to enable you to "see" the prizes. There are 31 stores taking part this round, with a few skips so be sure to keep an eye on their website to see where you are heading next, as well as those handy hints. For this post, I have clothing, a tattoo, and nails to share which are all prizes from this hunt.

This dress hiding inside the Get Frocked butterfly is such a pretty style, feminine and flirty with the dark colors and floral pattern. Those straps that remind me of a halter are great too, and you don't need a separate necklace when the dress has a built in collar like this. It comes in standard mesh sizes, which worked out very well with my Slink Physique body. 

Vero Modero has a sleek skirt set in earth tones for us as their hunt gift, called Sera Set Army Green. The top and skirt each include standard mesh sizes, and make for a classy and alluring look. 

I had to get creative with my Photoshop brush presets here, lol, as I decided to bare it all while photographing this amazing unisex tattoo from TAOX called Peace Around The World. There are system layers as well as appliers for Adam, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, TMP, Vista Hand, Belleza, Brazilia Doll, KL, and Signature. I used the Slink HUD which had buttons for dark, medium, and light for the various zones (torso, legs, hands, arms) and I am wearing the medium intensity here. The back says Around The World down the spine, and I'd like to mention that the ends of my hair have a bit of transparency so they are slightly interfering with the heart/wings on the shoulderblades but please rest assured that the actual tattoo is perfectly fine. This is such an intricate look, I simply couldn't bring myself to hide any with a bikini or lingerie so I opted for having to censor the photos a bit. Xan says it looks like I have a bunny tail, LOL, so of course now I can't unsee that ;) 

Here is a closer look at the nails I mentioned in the beginning, these are the prize from LUNA Body Art called Ombre. There are HUDs for Slink and Vista Bento, and each offers 10 designs which are 5 colors in solid or ombre. I am still wearing the Slink stiletto nails as you can see, an addition to the Slink bento update that is also compatible with Omega along with all your favorite Slink nail appliers.

Still Spring Flinging

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more Moolto Spring Fling 17 Hunt prizes to share, as I mentioned yesterday you will need to join their free group and pick up their free glasses to help you "see" the prizes. The hunt item is a pretty yellow and pink butterfly, and the website has hints for locating most of them which always helps. It is also a good idea to check the site before setting out on the hunt trail since there are notes on there of a few stores who aren't ready yet or dropped out, so you can make sure you head to the correct next stop.

First up, we have a pretty knit strapless dress from TM(s)H called Spring Flower Dress. It comes in sizes for Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique, and includes a HUD for both texture options seen here. It fascinated me how the same tulip image and dress style looked so soft in blue, yet bold and sophisticated in red.

GLITTER has a fun gift hiding inside their butterfly for us, this playful Angel Corset w/Feathers Tail Mesh Nude. It comes in standard mesh sizes, and since there were no panties I am wearing the ones from my Slink Physique's HUD on the layers tab, one of their 3 lovely default offerings, but you probably have something suitable in your inventory already either for your favorite mesh body or the classic avatar. This is such a pretty look with those lush feathers, and the soft pastel peach shade is quite alluring.

Lots of variety in this post tonight :) This next look is a bright casual outfit from PeKaS called Urban Jasmin. It includes the vest and bell bottom jeans in standard mesh sizes each, and there is a system layer shirt provided as well. For everyday wear I shall select something from my inventory to layer underneath the vest, but for the picture I realized it was covering enough as it is. I think the two different tones are a great choice, it might be a bit too matchy if the entire outfit were the same exact pink. I also would have been happy with a black or blue denim on either part of the outfit.

The last glimpse for the evening is a better view of my nails, which are our prize from TASHI called Spring Time. The gift includes HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, and there are 5 designs that each have a slash of color somewhere across a white background. I also would like to note that I am wearing the stiletto nails included with the Slink Bento update from March, all I had to do was add them and the regular nails hid themselves, then there is a HUD to choose one of 3 lengths, of which this is the medium. They are compatible with all your old Slink manicures, and you can use the Omega installer just as you do with their hands so I can use Omega nail appliers as well. Easy peasy, and it was nice for a change of pace.

Hair note of the night: Truth Hair is having a 10th anniversary sale, and if you're willing to battle the crowds, you can save 70% on everything except the newest releases! Regular hair packs are $75L each, and I gratefully picked up a few this morning including Bexley in gingers which I am currently wearing :) My suggestion is to go to their marketplace store and get your demos that way, so you can decide exactly what to purchase beforehand. That should make your visit briefer, less dealing with lag and running over people to get your favorite styles. I had a similar wild experience for their Black Friday sale last year, it helps to know what you want and try on demos in the comfort of home where things rez quickly and cleanly.

My houseguest should be arriving in a few moments and is staying until Monday evening, so I will be a busy bee for this weekend but I am looking forward to it. Things like farmers markets, a birthday party, time with family...some of my favorite activities, really. I hope all of you have enjoyable plans for this weekend too, whether it's going out on the town or relaxing with your favorite beverage while binge-watching netflix. Have a Spring Fling with Moolto

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you a few prizes from the Moolto Spring Fling 17 Hunt, a free gridwide event that will just need a free group tag and a pair of free glasses to "see" the prizes before you can click them to claim them. The prizes are hidden in lovely yellow and pink butterflies, there is a sample on many of the signs as a hint giver while the primary source of hints is the hunt's website. Xan and I picked up our glasses from different signs at different locations and I wound up with a pair labeled 2016 that were like blue goggles, while Xan's were the heart shaped red/pink ones from the Valentine hunt a few months ago, yet they both worked just fine so don't worry as long as you pick up any pair since they must have the same script inside. He looked handsome in either style so it was all good ;) There are a few prizes for the men as well as the ladies, so not only did he get to help and provide excellent company but he got some nice gifts as well. I also have a special offer to show you from LIVIA that is found at The Makeover Room event, some gorgeous eyeshadow at a generous discounted price.

Our first stop, Wicca's Wardrobe, is offering the outfits you see on the hunt sign as their prizes, and here I am wearing the female version (there is a male version in there too). The Anna shirt and Sheryl pants are each included in plenty of mesh sizes: standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP. The male version is a similar color scheme but a more rugged look, I think they each have a bit of country western flair to them.

If you crave something a bit more dressy, head to Posh Pixels and find their hidden butterfly so you can claim their Odette dress with matching shoes. The dress includes standard fitmesh sizes along with Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions, while the shoes are for Slink High. The flattering style is in a perfect soft shade for spring, reminds me of the sky on a clear, warm day.

This eye catching gown is our prize from Just Evolve and is named Leilani. She comes in sizes for Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink, and as you can see the texture has rich colors and the appearance of sequins. The slight train is a terrific touch, adding even more elegance to this gift.

One last look for the evening, this is another dress by Posh Pixels but hiding at the Moolto.com headquarters and is named Yancy. In standard mesh sizes, this dress provides a bright splash of color and a sexy slit skirt, with a built in belt to wrap things up. I am also pleased to show you a closer look at the LIVIA::Brooke Eyeshadow you can find at The Makeover Room, until May 26th. I am using the Omega HUD here, whose purchase includes tattoo/system layers, but you can also choose the Catwa or Lelutka HUDs for just $75L each. There are 8 striking colors of eyeshadow, along with that perfectly winged black liner, so you can choose a shade to match any mood or outfit. On the bottom of the inset I hid my head's eyelashes for a clearer view, and the touches of brown are the shadow built into the skin I am wearing. Also worth mentioning are the amazing eyes from *Inkheart* which you can pick up for a mere $1L as their hunt prize for the Peace by Peace 1 Hunt. They are tucked inside a puzzle piece, and include 4 sizes for system, mesh, Omega and Genesis appliers.

Moolto at Nala Designs

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a final set of prizes from the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt for you, and what makes them extra special is that they are all from the same store, Nala Designs. They have generously put out 12 gifts in those hidden bows/arrows, scattered about their lovely store! I will suggest the usual tips like look on top of things, beneath things, outside, above doorways, that sort of thing...generally good advice for any hunting endeavor in SL. I have really appreciated this hunt, see my posts from the past several days for more details and more peeks at the many prizes.

This is two of our prizes, whose names are similar enough to indicate they pair well together, but can certainly be worn individually as well if you prefer. The dress is their Alma Green which is provided in 5 standard fitmesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. The boots are the Alma White, which come in 5 mesh sizes (probably for the ankle part, they fit my Slink High feet perfectly in all sizes) and I noticed that they are more green than white so I am wearing them with the green dress. Never fear, the name being a bit off is not a problem because the next couple of prizes I am showing you are the reverse :)

This sweet set is the Alma White dress in the same 8 fitmesh sizes as the Alma Green above, and the boots are named Alma Green but as you can see, they do seem to be the white versions instead. I simply moved the folders into the matching dresses so I will remember which to wear them with, now they are copiable so you can always put a copy with the corresponding dress and move the originals to your boots folder or footwear folder, however you sort your inventory. I really like the chevron or zig-zag pattern on these dresses, so playful!

Speaking of playful, this beautiful prize is just right for the season of love, or any other season. Cassy Red comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and I really enjoy the long sleeves with the short skirt and off-the-shoulder styling. Showing some skin, but not too much. The strappy sandals are yet another great prize, the Cassy Red Heels for Slink High. They look like they will make a nice neutral for plenty of your favorite dresses, skirts, or pants. 

Two more treats from those hidden bows and arrows here, starting with the elegant Sabine Teal dress. This style is quite slender, so I went with the largest of the 5 standard mesh sizes included. That color is so pretty, and really flatters my auburn hair. The shoes are also named Sabine but in Navy, for Slink High feet, and are another generous prize. I rather like that they are in the same blue color family but not quite matchy-matchy, sometimes it is fun to break out of the mold of perfectly matched color from head to toe.

This striking ND *Tarsy* Pink-Ball Gown is found in 3 different prizes, a few of the many sizes in each bow/arrow for a total of 5 standard fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP. Yet another prize holds the Tarsy Pink High Heels for Slink High, which were hiding beneath the dress so I included a peek in the inset. They are an alluring sheer material scattered with gems, and will look equally fantastic with anything you decide to wear them with. I am thinking of wearing mine with the Cassy Red dress above sometime, to crank up the vavoom factor ;) 

It has been a full day, longer than I anticipated but there were things accomplished that were well worth the effort. I will categorize it simply as family issues, not problems just things that needed to be taken care of for everyone's benefit. Tomorrow will be extra busy for me as well, but I am expecting it to be enjoyable :) Plus I will be catching some more new Pokemon, several of which are birds so I am very pleased about that. Thursday Love in the Air

Hiya everyone! We are one step closer to the weekend, and I am still greatly enjoying the prizes from the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt that I have been sharing with you for a few days now. It is a free gridwide hunt, you just need the free group tag and the magic glasses you can pick up at the hunt headquarters (with bonus outfits for men and women) or at any participating store. With the tag and glasses, you can click the hidden bow and arrow to be rewarded with a wonderful gift. The prizes have a Valentine flavor but mostly in the form of hearts or the color red, nothing that you can't wear year-round and look amazing.

Speaking of hearts, this sexy dress from Matahari Style is sprinkled with them, as is the included matching necklace. This is the Brisa Mini Dress Hot Candy + Hearts Necklace, and includes sizes for eBODY, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, plus a classic fitmesh Small and a classic fitmesh Large. I am always amused but grateful at the gravity-defying designs we see in SL sometimes, as I wonder how the top stays up :) It is clearly magic.

The very generous prize from LEGENDAIRE is two full sets of lingerie, along with wings and accessories to complete your look. The Angel Lingerie Set starts with the lingerie itself in pink or red, system layers along with an Omega applier in each color. The wings are shiny gold with a built in resize script, and the thick chain necklaces are in red or pink. The heels for Slink High are also in each color, while the bracelet is simply gold and goes with either set. Included but not shown are angel masks in either red or pink. As you can see, there are plenty of fun pieces to combine however you choose.

If you would like a change of pace from all the red, how about this charming dress from 1 Hundred? It is their Weekend Mini in Dark Blue, featuring a small sailor style collar and a crisp plaid pattern. There are 5 standard mesh sizes along with 3 fitmesh sizes simply numbered 1, 2, and 3, so you can experiment with them to find your ideal size. 

Sometimes casual outfits can be extra alluring, such as this lacy lovely from Tiffany Designs. Their ~TD~ Minna Outfit with Appliers in Pink looks like a perfect choice for a slightly warmer day or an indoor activity, with a sheer lace tube top and cropped pink jeans featuring matching lace panels. This gift includes the system layers and appliers for TMP, Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. The clothing is very detailed which always makes me quite happy.

One last look of the evening, this is our prize from Sweet Distractions, called Sheer Halter Sweetheart Dress in Red. The skirt is a traditional flexi prim skirt, while the top and glitch pants are included in system layers as well as an Omega applier. The back of the top is completely sheer and has thin crossed straps, another beautiful look from the many thoughtful prizes in this hunt.

It has been quite a day, I really needed that chiropractor visit which had been delayed a week because of snow. Such a relief to have everything aligned and where it belongs :) My neck was causing a lot of headaches again, so now things should settle down and I can enjoy my busy weekend. More Moolto Love in the Air

Hiya everyone! I have plenty more prizes from the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt to share, and as I have mentioned in the previous posts, you will need a free group tag and a pair of magic glasses to claim the prizes hidden at each location. Just pick up the glasses (and bonus outfits!) at the hunt headquarters, where you can also join the group, then wear both the tag and the cute heart-shaped shades to each location to find a bow and arrow. The hints are on the website, and some stores have hint givers near the signs, I usually check the hint giver if I see one just in case they changed it and the website hadn't been updated yet (standard policy for me for any hunt) which can easily happen if the store moves or the owner rearranges things. What do the hidden prizes contain? Well that part is my pleasure to show you!

This first adorable dress is from Robot Dolly, their "Becky" mini dress. It is a delightful design of hearts in a diamond pattern, and I love the crossed straps that become a belt around the high waist. This is included in standard mesh sizes along with Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions. 

Maybe your plans include an evening at home, and you need something comfy to lounge in while looking your best, well I would like to suggest finding the prize at Robbie Roo's Whatchamagoos. They have mens and ladies versions of their Silken Love Pajamas in their bow/arrow, which both include tops, bottoms, and slippers. Here you see the ladies' pajama top with panty, alone on the right and paired with the pajama bottoms on the left, each piece (panties are built into the shirt) in standard mesh sizes. The slippers have sizes for classic avatar feet plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. They look like soft cozy silk, and I look ready to unwind by a fireplace and enjoy a nice hot cocoa or nice glass of wine.

Once you are ready to hit the town again, the prize from Wicca's Wardrobe will surely help you turn heads. It is their Jenny Dress in Hearts, and you will find included standard mesh sizes along with Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions. The built in belt is a terrific touch, and I am definitely a fan of single shoulder styles.

While many of the prizes are shades of red, this beautiful dress from zanze is a fun change of pace in lilac. It is their I.M. Collection dress for the hunt, in sizes small, medium, large, Maitreya, Slink and Hourglass. The deep plunging back is a treat, and so is the soft sheer layer of skirt over top the sequin patterned dress.

I did recently promise a closer look at the amazing eyes from Inkheart for this hunt, and I am really excited to have the opportunity to do so tonight. These are all from their Loving Eyes line, and there are 4 colors in this generous prize, each in 4 sizes of system eyes, mesh eyes, and appliers for Genesis/Omega. The upper left is Fantasy (the beautiful lavender I'd been wearing for a few days), upper right is Emotive, bottom left is Tenderness and bottom right you can see Hope. The top eyes are both size M and the bottom size S, the difference is subtle but may matter if your eyes are less round than mine. I really wanted to show off the heart-shaped pupils, a very special feature of the Loving Eyes range. Love is in the air, and certainly showing in my eyes!

Valentines Day with Moolto

Hiya everyone! Happy Valentines Day to each of you, and plenty of hugs to thank you for taking the time to read my posts :) It really means the world to me. Tonight I am continuing my coverage of the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt, with more glimpses of the wonderful prizes to be found hiding in the bow/arrows at each store. Just wear the group tag (free to join) and the magic glasses you can claim at the participating stores or at the hunt HQ where you'll find a bonus official outfit (mens and womens included) as well. Lots to see and enjoy, so let's get to it...

Many of the prizes are red, but this beauty is a standout in neutrals. It is our prize from NILSY simply called Lace Dress, and comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink). It has a soft flow to the design, flattering without being overly revealing.

PeKaS has gifts for the men and the women, and this is a look at their Urban Redhood for the ladies. It starts with the crop sweater in 5 standard sizes, and the fun skirt in 3 mesh sizes, and also includes the bracelets for the left and right wrists as shown. There are also a pair of rigged mesh boots (up to the knee, laced in front) that are not seen here because I couldn't adjust them to fit me decently. There was considerable shin poking through, lol, not pretty, and the alpha sections for my legs were not quite matching. If you do not wear a mesh body, they are probably terrific, and the entire outfit will be well suited to a classic avatar. I don't say this with any criticism, as I have not been a mesh body wearer as long as most and I am still sometimes an outsider for not having a mesh head. Different strokes for different folks :) I try to cater to everyone in my blogging choices but sometimes it is simply not possible.

This versatile gown is our prize from Vero Modero (same sim but a few thousand meters below PeKaS from the prior photo) and is called Fuzz Gown Partial Mesh. There is the gown itself with a dramatic dip in the neckline, shown alone on the right, in standard mesh sizes. On the left you can see the two feather attachments, upper and lower, one of which has that lovely golden belt with bow attached.

One last look for the night, this is a head turner from the hidden bow & arrow at Paris METRO Couture. It is named Venti Cup III Red, and has the fun of flexi as well as the modern convenience of appliers. I started in SL before mesh clothing was a thing, let alone mesh bodies, so I still remember being amazed at the way flexi skirts would swirl around us and make dancing a visual delight :) This starts with the base in system layers or appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. There is a skirt panel in standard mesh sizes, and then 3 skirt attachments that have some neat spiraling designs, much like the slashes on the body itself. Each tiny movement generated a whirlwind for the skirt, I really enjoyed that.

A hair note and an eye note: the hair is the other part of the newest Truth Hair VIP group gift for February, this is HoneyAna with the loose braid across the back and down one side. Their hairstyles tend to be my favorites, and the group gifts (not free to join but so worthwhile!) are each such a treat. My eyes are a hunt prize from this very hunt, from Inkheart and called Loving Eyes in Fantasy which is just one of 4 terrific varieties/colors found inside that bow and arrow. I will show a closer look soon, just wanted to mention it today because they are so photogenic that I found myself noticing them a lot in tonight's pictures.

Well it was certainly an interesting Valentines Day here, not terrible but not romantic. The food was decent, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at that restaurant again though, but my fellow diners (at least 3 of the 4, see not romantic) were very pleased with their meals. That is a relief to me. I hope whatever you each did today was enjoyable, magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
