CMH Midsummer's Spell

Each of these come in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes. The full skirt somehow adds to the fairy feeling, and it will look just as pretty if you leave off either/both butterfly pieces. Just think, you don't need to add jewelry when you have nature's accessories!

The magic continues with the $25L exclusive ~Sassy!~ Nymph - CMH Midsummer's Spell offer. Its slightly sheer lacy bodysuit fits Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and the lovely wings I'm wearing here are also included. I'm also excited to share the Blink2Wink - BellaDonna Gown CMH1 dollarbie prize, a strapless gown in shimmery copper. There are sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, and Reborn mesh bodies, each in classic and PBR textures. I am wearing the PBR here and it is noticeably reflective of my ambient light in the skybox I took the photos in. Such witchy vibes with the celestial symbols and pentacle, and I see some branches that make me think nature or herbology at Hogwarts ;) The strapless style and the way it drapes around the waist are sure to get attention as well. 

Baywatch, anyone? :) The Harambee-Gwassi Bunny red-swimsuit with skirt is a $25L exclusive, and I'd like to remind everyone that this store raises money for charity to help fund schools in Kenya. Simply straightforward, reminding us we don't need to diet to the point of illness or feel ashamed of not being a certain size or weight. CMH Drizzle and Dazzle Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is time to hunt for some sparkly diamonds, for the CMH Drizzle and Dazzle hunt. It makes me think of April showers, which make me look forward to the May flowers they bring :) The hunt object is a side view of a diamond, and each designer gets to choose which price and how many to hide - $1L hunt prizes or $25L - $50L exclusive offers. Personally I like the idea of an exclusive outfit at a bargain like that, and the dollarbie prizes are usually quite special too. Cheeky Monkey Hunts has some incredible designers each round, so be sure to peek at their hunt website to see the previews as well as links, prices, and hints to find your shinies. These diamonds really are ready to be your best friend!

I'm singing in the rain...this lovely look is our $25L exclusive offer from Harambee-Gwassi called Purple french Coat set. You do get a lot included for the $25L too, starting of course with the coat dress in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Nhumana, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There's a thong hiding under there that fits Altamura, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, while the matching stilettos fit Altamura, Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique feet. We're not done yet though, as that pretty umbrella I'm holding has 2 versions (solid and the pattern shown) with the hold pose that you see here, and there is even an add-on called Perfect Rain that is certainly living up to the hype :) Feel free to wear just the parts that suit your destination or mood. I always like to remind folks that this particular store is raising money for charity for schools in Kenya, so our purchases should make us feel good as well as look good. 

There is something so soothing about looking outside and watching furry critters scampering around, and I do sometimes see cuties like the squirrels pictured on our CloudNine Her Liquid Sunshine V1 prize (one of 2 dollarbies, His being the other) but my local ones don't usually play with umbrellas ;) There are two versions of this terrific cap sleeve t-shirt, with one slightly lighter blue and reading "You are liquid sunshine" then the darker shade of blue has similar "Liquid sunshine" wording beneath the squirrel duo. Each comes in sizing for Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies.

I never pass up an excuse to visit @rOrO, so paying just $1L for their Ulla Top Spring is almost too easy of a decision. The unique style of softly ruffled edges and halter neckline looks beautiful with the neon butterflies pattern, and they really pop against either the white or black backgrounds. Each of these comes in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The white jeans are from the Delizio fatpack that you can find for free on the marketplace.

For my last outfit of the evening, I chose the Psyche's Pstyles Parasols in the Park prize which can be yours too for just $1L. The top has lovely puffed sleeves and a sweetheart neckline, while the high waisted skirt has delicate pleats arounds its brief hem. Both of these are provided in Kupra, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Mounds mesh body sizes, along with a HUD for each that offers 5 colors. Did you notice the playful pattern of umbrellas? Well they look terrific in any color you select, whether you mix things up or match them to a tee. 

My neck is still annoyingly sore, but otherwise it was a quiet and peaceful day here. I'm still using heat (bed buddy, long microwaveable heating pad) and advil, which help in the moment for sure. Sneezing isn't very fun, lol, and allergy season is hitting pretty hard on that front. Oh well, at least there is no pollen in SL :) Okay there probably is, but my avatar doesn't seem to have a problem with it. A Great Egg-Scape

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to the CMH Great Egg-Scape Hunt, in which the participating stores have decorated eggs (flat prim images) hidden that hold either $1L hunt prizes or $25L - $50L exclusive offers. The designers get to pick which of 3 egg decorations to hide, as well as which/how many price points to offer us :) I'm always excited to see what the Cheeky Monkey Hunts crew has each month, since this is such a talented and creative group and I truly admire those traits. Plus I get to tell you all about ways to save money to find high quality fashions, accessories, decor and more! We start the evening with our $25L exclusive from Adore Amore, which is their lovely Madilyn Sweater Set. It consists of the heather and pink versions of this twisty sweater with long sleeves but lots of bared midriff and cleavage. Each color will fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Both hues have a springtime feeling, which is the time of year that this event will help us prepare for in style :) They'll pair well with so many pants, skirts, or even shorts if you wish, whereas I'm wearing them with the white pair of jeans from the Delizio fatpack that appears here quite often. It's a free gift on the marketplace, so not only do we look good but we save some money too :)

I couldn't wait to show off the CloudNine Her Hop Day T-shirt, which is just $1L and one of two eggs there for that same cost. The other is His, in other words a male sized shirt with the same clever image on the front :) That says "I hop your having a good day!" with a cheeky monkey wearing an Easter Bunny costume. How can I resist the cuteness, or the nod to the hunt organizers? Loving that gorgeous shade of robin's egg blue, and the cap sleeves on the shirt have me ready for that warmer weather. Next I've got two prizes to share, both of which are dollarbies from GoodVibes. Their Monkey Business Lilac is on the left, with Monkey Business Pink appearing to the right, each decorated with silhouettes of more cheeky monkeys ♥. The style is a real head-turner too, with the collar and folded cuffs, accentuated by a corset-like belt and suspenders. Each prize comes in Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizing.

I deeply appreciate the ability to treat myself to something special while contributing to charity, as we all can do whenever making a purchase from the Harambee-Gwassi charity store. The enclosed vendor image mentions it can be a dress or shirt, and when I tried it on I immediately opted to put those jeans back on ;) The buttons down the front do stop above the hem, so I would recommend at least a pair of panties beneath. This cutie fits Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us choose from 7 patterns and 6 belt colors. I love the multicolored bunnies on the patterns, and the checkerboard backdrop makes it extra playful.

I've been trying to get the rest of my week planned, and I think it's finally under control ;) Tomorrow is an outing that I'm already nervous about (anxiety sucks) that will necessitate my taking the evening off from blogging. Then Thursday I've got my typical weekly gaming night with friends to enjoy, so I am really looking forward to that :) We got a small update to the Hello Kitty game that has a few new quests, nothing major but we'll have a good time laughing about that and everything else imaginable. Seasonal FabFree

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I decided to check the FabFree group gift list, to see what I could share that is either autumn or Halloween themed, and I've found plenty that fit that bill :) These are all free for members of FabFree in SL, which is also free to join. They're an amazing source of information, and both the blog and group have helped me in countless ways since my earliest days here over 18 years ago now. I've got so much love and gratitude for them, and it's always remarkable to peek at the list of top designers who offer gifts for their members.

My first look of the evening is our Orange Blessed Minidress gift from Harambee-Gwassi which is a charity store to raise funds for schooling in Kenya. The textures made me think of this time of year, especially with those rich colors! Our dress is provided in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body versions. There is a thong to wear beneath in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, while the coordinating stilettos are designed for Altamura, Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique feet. This is such a thoughtful gift, as a complete outfit that makes getting dressed a breeze.

Our Psyche's Pstyles Heavy Metal Dress gift for FabFree immediately caught my eye, thanks to the orange roses and coppery skulls. This column dress is provided in a standard fitted version along with eBody Classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. It's so nice for this time of year with its hem falling below the knee, and the bare arms could easily be covered by your favorite sweater or shrug :) I've mentioned here often that I enjoy floral patterns year round, and this is a great example of a themed floral for autumn.

Next I headed to Grumble, where I eagerly claimed their Miss Batty Dress gift for FabFree. It's got a great seasonal vibe with cobwebs and bats over a kind of dusky cloud backdrop :) There is also a strong flirtatious feeling because of the wrapped top straps and the daring front slits all the way up to the waist, and I do advise caution with the top because you could get some nipple flashing. There are sizes for Erika, Freya, Isis, Kupra, Kupra Low, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included in this wonderful gift.

Some might consider the .::DS::. Hezly Crosses gift from Dark Salvation to be more Goth than Halloween, but as they began offering it very recently and I do see more of the upside down crosses this time of year, I'm going with it here :) The blood red overalls and white tank top are separate pieces, each in Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I adore this style of short overalls, buttoned on each hip and with all the pockets you'd expect from a classic pair of jeans. I know that some people might be upset by the inverted crosses, but I also know that it was chosen by St. Peter as a sign of humility. It's still certainly warm enough out in RL here to wear shorts too, so very handy!

My final look of the night comes from FLAMINGO'S, their [FLA] Yummy Dress - BLOOD gift. We receive a revealing dress that may have been worn during something ominous, and a matching Yummy hat to complete a baker's style costume. The extra short dress fits Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and comes with a HUD offering 10 colors each for the buttons, collar, sleeves, and pulse (lower portion of sleeve). The hat is adjustable and has a HUD also, 10 colors each for the hat itself and the strap in the back. You may notice the little modesty flower at the hem there, well it is quite short and was showing off more than I was comfy with so I added that in Photoshop. I also chose a pose to obscure the top, where our breasts are supported nicely but in a way that displays the nipples ;) I'm really curious about some of those handprints, like I could have caused the one in the front but that lower left hip one would have had to come from someone else...who wants to provide my alibi? *innocent grin*

Whew, fortunately it was a much less chaotic day here than yesterday, so I am feeling more optimistic and relieved. No nails in new tires, no weird news about games trying to rip me off, and no fighting to untangle my hair :) The seasonal events in SL keep coming, and I've got several leads to check out later and over the weekend.  Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time for the CMH Wild & Free 3 hunt, which means we'll be looking for an image of a lion family in participating stores with prizes and exclusives tucked inside. The prizes are $1L and the exclusive offers are $25L - $50L, and some designers offer more than one so be sure to peep the hunt website :) That'll guide you with the landmarks, hints, and prices, with preview images so you know what rewards you will be able to receive. The theme lends itself to nature, animals, jungles, anything you could describe with either word of the hunt's name, and the designers did a fantastic job getting in touch with the wild side of their creativity as you'll see.

My first look of the evening is our $25L exclusive from Harambee-Gwassi named Kikubi african set. While it has the appearance of separate pieces, it is linked and worn as one, in a classic M size along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. The vibrant colored pattern is just gorgeous, and I was intrigued to realize that the bottom could either be considered shorts or at least a skirt with built in panties. There is a panel in the crotch region there :) I love the lacy ruffles, and the solid ruffle on the cropped tank accentuated by a tiny bow above it. I try to mention each time I blog anything from this store that the proceeds are all for charity to help provide schooling in Kenya, so we get to make a donation while gaining some beautiful fashions.

Adore Amore has a charming $1L prize for us, called .:Adore:. Karley Halter Fishies. The pastel colored school of fish and bubbles makes me smile, and I'm such a fan of halter tops that the fun cleavage opening and pointed hem make this one extra special. Don't leave their store just yet, though, as I've got another treat of theirs to share...

I really like the silky texture of the top with the leather of the panties, the combo feels like double the sex appeal.

My final look of the night is our $1L prize for the ladies from CloudNine which is called Pawsative Woman. I did specify for the ladies because there's also a dollarbie here for the gents in a different hunt object :) Pawsative Woman includes the tee with adorable pawprint pattern in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes, plus a pair of matching BOM panties. Some of the pawprints are outlines and others are solid, and I love the loose fit that can work as either a long t-shirt or a short dress. Am I going to pair this with jeans in the cooler weather? Absolutely! This treat is from the same shopping center as the prior photo, so just teleport once and have fun exploring.

I feel fairly tired tonight, just drained from the past few days and the anxiety over little rodent invaders in my home. Both traps are currently empty, and considering one is at the foot of my bed, I'm considering that a wonderful thing. The weather is still all over the place, which probably affects their urge to be indoors. The weekend was decent, and I had a hard time getting to the farmers market (panic attacks in the car) but still managed to enjoy it some. My upcoming dental visit has me rearranging all sorts of things, so my usual Thursday evening ladies' gabfest while playing Hello Kitty with a friend is shifted to Monday, so tomorrow I'll be in a happy mood :) Friendship is magic, lol, just like My Little Pony taught us?  Hiya everyone! Tonight I am so giddy about the CMH Kawaii Hunt, since kawaii is a Japanese word meaning cute and I am all about the cuteness!! I think the more stressful RL gets, the more tempting it is to dive deep in SL with happy, cute, and sweet themed clothing or decor. This is a Cheeky Monkey Hunts event, with $1L hunt items and $25L - $50L exclusive offerings, all hidden in images of cute cheeky monkeys :) You'll see a sample on the hunt signs at the participating stores, and please have the hunt website open for hints, locations, prices, and photos of the prizes. Some of the designers are offering multiple prizes, so following the correct hint for each can be quite useful. This is a new theme for CMH and it seems to be very popular, with the designers having a field day creating for us, so many thanks to all of them ♥.

My first stop is the Harambee-Gwassi charity store, whose $25L exclusive offer is their Perfect kawaii minidress set with thongs. How precious is that pattern of snack foods with cute faces? The dress fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies. Two thongs (one sitting lower than the other) are each provided in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, however I'm wearing Lara X so I'm going commando here 🤫. It's fine, you can't see anything. The crossed straps in the back of the dress caught my eye, as did the gathered bust and thighs so we have three places tied with pretty little bows.

This lovely look is the GoodVibes Waikiki Womens $1L hunt prize, and it does specify ladies because there's one for the men as well. This cutie has a strapless dress and bikini bottom, each in sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The dress says "SUMMER Vibes" across the front and has really pretty stripes on the diagonally cut skirt, just right to show off the patterned strappy bottoms. 

The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. is an automatic must-stop location in any Cheeky Monkey hunt, and usually offer one prize for each price point. Case in point - their $1L hunt this round is the KAWAII CHIMP Tee, seen on the left above, and their $25L exclusive is KAWAII GOLDIE Tee on the right. First of all, we absolutely deserve a precious primate to remind of us this fun hunt, and this lil chimp is nomming on a banana because it takes a lot of energy to be that adorable. The luxuriously finned goldfish is so beautiful, and making me sentimental as I've had two pets in my life named Goldie. The first one was a goldfish of course, lol, and the second was a yellow parakeet (budgie) I rescued from the sister of a coworker in the mid-90s. Every animal who's ever been a part of my life has left a positive imprint, and that makes me happy.

I honestly don't know whether the stunning colors or the mesmerizing eyes of this design captivated me more! I'm wearing it with one of my favorite marketplace freebie finds ever, the Delizio jeans fatpack. This is the blue pair, one of I believe 9 total, so well worth checking out. 

We've had a pretty stormy day and evening here, so I am enjoying the lull between dire weather warnings and thunder claps. It is pretty exhausting being on edge and then jumping every time the BOOM shakes things. I did go out briefly when one storm had ended, but the next one arrived before I even got to my destination just a few minutes' drive away. If things are calmer Saturday, maybe I can do another outing then :) Tomorrow I'll be playing Hello Kitty Island Adventures with a friend, which I'm looking forward to more than I can even explain. Summer Carnival Time

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm inviting you to the Summer Carnival at Malus Park, with lots of exclusive offers and gifts for $25L or less. The park is delightfully ready for your visit, with attractions like a ferris wheel, free lemonade stand, soda and pizza stations, and even a very pretty photo opportunity for summer :) So come on down and do some shopping, bring your friends and enjoy the new season!

My first look of the evening is the exclusive offer from Harambee-Gwassi which is their Bunny red-swimsuit with skirt. It is just $199L and all their sales contribute to their regular donations for school funding in Kenya. The swimsuit and separate skirt are each provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. We've got a really flirty style with crossed straps, keyhole openings, side cutouts, and high leg cuts :) The skirt adds a fun flounce, and is held closed on the left side by a pretty gold chain.

Be sure to visit the Psyche's Pstyles display, where you can find this lovely gift in the festive giftbox for free :) It's their Moody Sunflowers Outfit, whose tube top and maxi skirt each come in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included, with 3 textures for each piece so we can mix and match. Personally I enjoy the occasional change of pace from pastels for spring and summer, and these rich orange sunflowers look great against deeper background shades.

Naturally, Psyche's Pstyles has a wonderful exclusive offer for us too, which is their Rockaberry Dress for just $200L. I am such a fan of puns and wordplay, so the idea of rockabilly style mixed with ripe strawberries for the name just makes my heart happy :) This beauty is provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Nerido, Perky, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh body sizes. My final look of the evening is a sampling of the many treats you can find at the [ReM] Glitz & Glam booth at affordable prices. The nails on the upper portion of my image (technically on my right hand) are the [ReM] Sinful Nails, one of several sets for $99L each. These fabulous multicolored mesh nails are designed for Belleza Gen X, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies/hands, just use your body's HUD to hide the built in nails and add the correct size from your new folder. As for the soft pink starry manicure, those would be the dreamy [ReM] Lovely Angel Nails which are also priced at $99L. These include the same sizes as the Sinful set, and honestly I had to choose these randomly because I love them all and would have been just bombarding you with photos if I had the time and mental bandwidth ;) I really like the shape too, and am torn between calling them coffin, ballerina, or tapered square because those are relatively similar to my eye. Regardless I am loving every digit and every design.

It was a decent day here, and I went out to a local pizza place but got pasta instead because of a random craving. It was ravioli, baked with mozzarella on top so it was extra cheesy and yummy :) Comfort food for me almost always involves cheese or chocolate it seems.  Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is full of fantastic prizes and exclusive offers for the CMH Baby It's Cold Outside 4 hunt. This round makes me smile because I am not much of a fan of RL winter, but in SL we don't have to worry about being snowed in or getting windburn just for walking out to the mailbox, lol, so I can get deeply into the spirit of the season :) 

My first look of the evening is our $25L exclusive offer from Simple Terms, called Frosted Firs Outfit. Its jacket's pattern of snowy trees in a chilly evening forest immediately caught my eye, and then I wondered if the firs/furs pun was intentional ;) The cozy white fur trim makes me feel so snuggly! Our prize consists of the jacket, pants, belt with wallet, and boots to fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Lara X mesh bodies.

I'm just now realizing that the coat is a different color than pictured in the photo on the hunt website, so I'm thinking it is possible that the bloggers got sent this color by mistake. I had slipped out of it on the right to show you what the romper looks like on its own, just a little more versatility potential :)

The dark blue background is also accentuated by snowflakes similar to our hunt object, emphasizing the forecast calling for hot and yummy beverages. My final look of the night is from Harambee-Gwassi, and it's called Fire-red new year Minidress Stole thong. This is a $25L exclusive offer, and it starts with the lovely red single sleeved dress in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The thong fits Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and our black fur stole is unrigged so we can adjust it if needed. I must admit, that stole is looking like something I want to pair with all sorts of other outfits I own too :) The dress looks great with or without it, so if you wear it when/where it isn't so chilly you can leave the stole at home. Side note, I always appreciate visiting this store because their purpose is to raise money for a charity in Kenya to help with schooling there.
