Hiya everyone! Tonight it is my pleasure to begin sharing some prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt, one of the five paths in the All 'stuff Hunt taking place throughout June. Each path has us looking for different colored t-shirts for Womenstuff, Menstuff, Posestuff, Homestuff, and Kidstuff for $0L or $1L apiece. The shirts for the Womenstuff path are red with a white pair of heels on the front, and the All 'stuff logo on the back, which should help you make sure you have found the current prize :) Previous rounds have had slightly varied shirts, but most of this round's have 2020 in the name which also helps distinguish the proper one even if a store still has older prizes still hiding in their store somewhere. The website will guide you with hints, landmarks, and it even points out which prizes are exclusive for the hunt so if you like what you see, this is the only way to obtain that particular item. Regardless if they are exclusive or not, free or just a single linden is incredibly affordable for these high quality gifts.
My first look of the evening is the free prize from Composer Girls Fashion, called !CGF-*Camilla Denim* W/Beads DRESS OUTFIT W/HUD. The dress is provided in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, with 6 color choices on the HUD. There are also matching ankle boots in each of the 6 colors, for Belleza, Maiteya, Slink High, and Tonic feet. There is jewelry included too, a bracelet and a collar necklace each in silver and gold versions for you to choose from. I really like the beaded strands crossed in the front and back of the dress, and this is one impressively short skirt :)
Next we visit Gaall, where their free t-shirt contains this lovely Berenice Dress. It reminds me of a modern toga, and I love the way the straps cross in the back then wrap around the front to wind up tied with a cute bow at the rear waist. The dress is included in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD offering 16 hues that are all pretty ombres.
The next store in the hunt path is on the same sim as Gaall from the prize before this, so head on over to Vaxer and find their hidden shirt so you can claim this sexy Sunset Dress. It comes in sizes for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The HUD provided offers an impressive 24 colors, all of which look great with this plunging style that reveals our navel in the front and some bum cleavage from behind.
Hawker's House has 2 gifts inside their free t-shirt, starting with the *HH* Ladies Mesh Ruched Ombre Dress Aurora. It features beautiful colors and a charming design on the front, and comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. I appreciate the combination of bare shoulders and long sleeves, just a peek of skin is all we need.
The other gift inside the Hawker's House shirt is my final look of the evening, their *HH* Ladies Mesh Yvonne Shirt Aqua Myst that has a couple of surprises. The shirt comes in standard mesh sizes as well as Hourglass and Maitreya versions, and you will also notice the Keds sneakers in that first unpacked folder...they are unrigged and have a resize script built in so you can adjust them as I did for your favorite flat feet. There is also another unpacker HUD in there though, since you deserve a new pair of jeans to go with your new shirt, right? :) The Nicola Jeans Faded are included in standard mesh sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. They are a slender cut and have a fairly low rise, and I believe we can wear them with a wide variety of tops in addition to the one from this hunt prize.
My plans for the day took a wild swerve, and surprisingly it was not from the weather. My parents had to rush to my grandmother's house to see if she needed emergency medical care, after a call from her caretaker who described some disturbing symptoms. Things were not as bad as the caretaker initially thought, and they were able to talk to a physician who will be visiting her on Tuesday but in the meantime they are doing a simple treatment that should help. I'm keeping details to a minimum because you come here for SL goodies, not gross medical stuff ;) Tomorrow I am heading to the farmers market for its first day back to being somewhat open, outdoors instead of indoors and hopefully with social distancing, so I am a little nervous but also eager to see some wonderful people. Hiya everyone! Tonight is an exciting one, with more terrific selections from The Wash Cart Sale to start the post. There are offers for $10L - $25L at each cart, with an optional $50L special selection too, including clothing for the whole family and home decor among the possibilities. Another intriguing event this month is the Womenstuff Hunt, whose November 2019 round is in full swing :) The hunt object for this round is a red t-shirt with green and brown stripes (pictured on top of the hints page) and they are hidden in participating stores for $0L or $1L. Many prizes are exclusively designed for the hunt, so the only way you can ever obtain them is by finding that shirt. I do suggest you make sure you find the right one, as at many stores I have seen the older ones hiding too. You might already have those, so no sense picking them up again, and the link to the next stop is probably not going to be accurate to the current hunt path.
My first look comes from the Shae's Designs cart at The Wash, which is loaded with separates that you can mix and match. They are the Stacye Shirt and Stacye Skirt, both in Blue Floral on the left above and Chocolate on the right. They are all just $10L apiece, so you can pick up several for variety :) Each includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.
**baci** has a fun selection of clothing on their cart too, such as the $10L dress on the left above called Bonbon Madras. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a fitted version for classic avatars, and includes black and white belts in the same sizing. There are other varieties on the cart too for the same price. I am very fond of purple and glitter, so their $1L gift of Maillot Pailletes is right up my alley :) Pictured on the right above, this present includes classic M, fitmesh M, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. Over to the Womenstuff Hunt, it starts at the Womenstuff Lounge (not necessarily *in* the office though) with prize #000 which is called Womenstuff Power Party Dress. This free prize comes in sizes for Freya, Maitreya, and Slink mesh bodies. Love the colors, and the shoes make for a fun pattern.
Emerald Couture is taking part in the Womenstuff Hunt too, and their free prize is the lovely EC Brenda dress. It is provided in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. It also includes a HUD with two texture choices, both of which are seen above and delightful for this time of year.
My final look this evening is the hunt prize from Gaall, their sheer Lovie Dress. It includes sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a generous 18 color HUD to tint the knit texture to suit your mood or preferences. My visible belly button should give you an indication of how transparent the fabric is, yet not to the point that I felt the need to censor anything since nothing is that clear. The crossed straps in the back are such a delicately pretty touch, and that little dip that is like a rounded slit in the back of the skirt. Nice!
My day wasn't too bad for a Monday, but tomorrow is going to be a little slice of chaos ;) I will be voting in the morning, then dragged along for several errands, probably after 2 hours sleep if I'm lucky. The problem is that I don't drive, so I do not get to pick the time anything ever gets done. I really do want to vote though, so it will be worth the effort. January is a special month for gridwide hunters, since the 'stuff groups are holding an All Stuff Hunt with 5 different paths: Womenstuff, Menstuff, Homestuff, Kidstuff, and Posestuff, each with color coded t-shirts hidden at various stores for either $0L or $1L. I am enjoying the Womenstuff Hunt and searching for the red shirts at the participating locations, and would like to share a tip that all the landmarks are better updated on this google document than on the website at this point. It can't be easy to keep track of 5 separate hunts at once, so the docs are a convenient alternative. I always look forward to seeing what prizes there are in these t-shirts, some of which are exclusives for the hunt.
Tonight's first look is an exclusive prize from Lune~Bleue called LB Frosty Play, and it is a free gift for finding the red shirt. It is perfect for any season, since in warmer weather you can wear the tank and skirt combination (a single mesh piece) and then in cooler climates add the matching coat, each of which are included in Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, a standard and a fitted size. The matching ankle boots and loose socks are each provided too, so plenty of combinations are possible here. I can envision a monochrome look with all silver accessories, or choose your favorite boldly colored accent jewelry to wear with it.
Gaall has a very sexy slip of a dress waiting in their hidden shirt, called Karen Dress, for just one linden. She is included in sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP, with a HUD that offers 15 color choices. There are many pretty pastels offered on that HUD, so you are sure to find something to suit your mood and flatter your skintone.
This beautiful Jelly Dress is our $1L prize from Vaxer, which is on the same sim as the previous prize I showed you from Gaall. This comes in sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. There is a handy HUD provided too, with 12 bold colors for this satin and lace creation. The top is definitely on the sheer side, so be aware of that depending on where you plan on wearing it. I love the tie in the back, with the gently draped strands.
Speaking of dresses with a revealing side, I am pleased to show you RIKKI Azure by MARIPOSA. This alluring gift comes in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, with a facelight and a body light that are needed to show off the iridescent glitter of the fabric. It is materials enabled, so please be sure your viewer settings allow you to fully appreciate this. The wrap style dips pretty low in the back, so there is a touch of bum cleavage happening here :) Did I mention that this prize happens to be free? It is very impressive at any price, but as a free gift it is well worth finding that little red shirt.
For my final look, I am wearing the gorgeous free prize from Tiffany Designs called TD Snowy Mesh Gown. It starts with the long dress in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, and a fitted version. Next we can add the ruffle stole for each shoulder and the long sleeves for some added oomph, then we can add the stone necklace in golden if we wish. Part of the beauty of this gift is that you can wear all the components or just the ones you choose, adjusting for any event or just to give a different look.
It was a cold, snowy, and rather frustrating day in RL, so I am looking forward to escaping to SL later and taking my mind off things. Tomorrow I have an acupuncture session, and then the very busy weekend begins :) The temperature is going to be in single digits or barely double (yes that's Fahrenheit, so brrrr!) so I am ready with gloves and extra layers. Tonight I am excited to show you some gifts from the Boho Culture Fair, where many of the designers are offering treats to visitors for free or just $1L, tucked inside a brightly colored box. It reminded me of the shape you wrap clothing in as a gift, which does make sense. The fair runs until the 11th of November, and is a fun place to explore with special offers and gachas to indulge in, all with that beautiful Bohemian flavor.
I love this first outfit, which is a $1L gift from Vaxer called Trendy. It includes the top, skirt, and belt each in standard sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. There is also a very useful HUD that lets you choose from 10 colors which each have their own design touches. I topped off the look with another gift, the free DreamCatcher Choker w/HUD from SAGA. It comes with a HUD that has a resize function as well as 4 colors to choose from, so you can adjust this to suit a wide range of outfits.
Next we have a sexy $1L dress from Gaall* called Sequins Night Dress, in sizes for eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Classic Small, and Classic Large. It also contains a HUD that lets you choose from 14 different colors or color combinations, all quite lovely. You probably noticed the pretty bangles I am wearing with it, those are a free gift from Indulge Temptation called Margaret Bracelets 1. This sweet outfit is a combination of prizes as well, starting with the MOoH! Tamara Top. As you can tell, I played around a bit more with the Truth Hair gift Makena and the split colors, and the stylist HUD that offers so many possibilities. Next I might try the no bangs option and add one of the previous group gift bangs styles, just for the fun of it. My chiropractor visit did help some, as I'd hoped it would, and he even listened to my lungs with a stethoscope and confirmed that my lungs are clear of fluid. It's just a nasty lingering cough, but it seemed less severe today so I do think I'm on the mend. Hiya everyone! Have you ever pondered how many groups there are, and how many generous designers give those groups special gifts? I know that for most of us, group slots are a tricky thing to manage...so many groups cost to join, and we are so painfully limited to those 42...but there are some I would never dream of giving up, free or not, and I do keep a couple of empty 'emergency' slots. I hope you do too, because now I'm going to show you some lovely group gifts!
If you've been around a while, you might recall Lestat Reuven as being a part of Lemania Indigo's periodic simwide hunts, and then Lestat changed her store name to Siss Boom, then it was closed/reopened several times...the good news is that it is back, across the way from Lemania Indigo's new store Lemonicity. If you join Siss Boom's free group, you too can receive this gorgeous dress with the marvelous hemline! Big fan of the color too, but you don't have to be a redhead to look beautiful in this dress :)
For another very pretty dress, I headed to JayGee and picked up several free group gifts. It is free to join, and there are several available gifts to pick up including this one, Anna, in both pink (shown) and red. These are such generous gifts, several are fat packs of dresses! Lots of goodies for group members in the areas with the group gifts, too, like lucky chairs and a midnight mania and a lucky cupcake and more.
The details on this one, so wonderful! From the color to the texture to the shoulder bows, this is just an amazing dress and even comes with an optional flexi over-skirt which is not shown in this photo. This is from Azul, but you'll have to join the free SLF&O group and wear their tag to get it. There is a joiner right there, so it's simple and soooo worth it.
Speaking of simple, this dress is elegant in its simplicity, and comes with a HUD to change among 4 textures in the same color family including a solid version of the base color. Another SLF&O gift, this is from Karla Boutique.
How adorable is this outfit? The glasses are a delightful touch :) This is one of many available group gifts from GAALL, and I just loved the details and the fun colors. The group is free to join also, no need to hesitate at all!
