Designer News Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some gifts for the Designer News group, which is free to join, from various stores all across the grid. This type of multi-designer group is such fun to explore, with posts to tell us about sales and new releases, as well as the group gifts that many designers will offer in their stores. If you're like me, you will see notices from brands you know and love, and you'll find some new-to-you designers who are ready to impress :) Ready to see what I've found?

Our first stop is Nyxa Atelier, where their gorgeous NY ASYMMETRICAL SPARKLE is our gift. This store actually is new-ish to me, as I'd shared a fantastic pair of mesh nails from them in June from an event. This dress comes in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us pick from 10 lovely dark hues. The deep colors show off the texture beautifully, and I find it also draws attention to that unique style with open left side.

I also couldn't resist the .:AMUI:. "Joy" Dress - 11 group gift, one of several for various groups. The single sleeved minidress looks stunning in metallic argyle with fishnet sleeve and waist. It is provided in Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I hope I'm correct in calling that pattern argyle, which is a type of plaid but I think usually plaid is horizontal and vertical rather than tilted for the diamond shapes we see here. 

Next we see the =Suna Designs= gift called S-Heliya dress red. This formfitting dress has a daring side slit on the skirt, and a sheer lacy bust that made me grateful for the nipple covers I'm wearing ;) They would be visible otherwise, so I do recommend pasties if you are wearing this to a non-adult rated destination. The dress will fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Pushup Nerido, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Mounds mesh bodies and mods. This particular shade of red makes me think of a chili pepper! 

Now let's head to [C.Y<3 Fashion] to grab their adorable "Milly" dress gift :) It's actually a pair of dresses, pink and black versions, which are each included in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. Also provided but not shown are a pair of black shoes that fit Slink feet. The pink version is rather romantic with its pattern of hearts and flowers, don't you think?

My final look of the night comes from BlondeQueen - their playful BQ::Girly Crop Top & Mini Skirt:: 2 colors set. The front says "girl gang" in fun script, and each top and skirt comes in olive/brown tartan or plum tartan. All of those are designed for Gen X Curvy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The wording on the front of the olive/brown tartan is in a pretty caramel color, which stands out as nicely as the hot pink on the plum tartan top :) 

I had a hard time getting decent sleep (kept waking up for no reason) but my support group session went well tonight, so I am doing okay. I think it's been about a year now that I've been part of that group, and I am grateful for the chance to talk things over with people who are also dealing with anxiety and agoraphobia. More SL23B Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is another mini tour of a region from SL23B Shop & Hop, the 23rd birthday of Second Life and its shopping areas. All of these free gifts are from the Buttercup region which is one of the 6 Adult areas, so please keep that in mind as you may see some mature themed items for sale. I mention it not as a judgment call but as a heads-up to anyone who either is not set up in SL to visit adult regions or simply prefers to avoid that type of content. It's an integral part of SL for many people to have the ability to explore things that are not as simple in RL, and that does include some mature topics. That said, these gifts are not particularly naughty, and I'm even wearing the nipple covers included with my skin so they stay safely covered :) Remember, an excellent way to keep track of all the SL23B gifts is with the FabFree spreadsheet that you can sort by type, region, and more by the tabs on the bottom left.

My first look of the evening does have me thinking about the Golden Age of Hollywood theme for SL23B, which I am absolutely enjoying. This is our EF - Emilija Dress - Gold gift from Effervescence, and it looks gorgeous in either traditional (shown) or PBR textures. Each of these is provided in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I was having trouble with the PBR on the lace sides with my lighting, and I don't know if my rented skybox has reflection probes that would help with that so I just stuck to the traditional texturing :) 

This is where my skin's nipple covers really came in handy, LOL, as the [C.YFashion]*NAYA*Set Gift has a sheer lace tube top that will show that darker color fairly easily. This lingerie is actually all one piece, and will fit Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 6 colors each for the top and thong bottom, so we can get playful with the mixing and matching.

I noticed a lot of tattoos among the adult regions' gifts, maybe because that allows them to show images of the body art without blurring any of the body? The DO INK TATTOO ENTRELACS FLORALS is a beautiful design of flowers and vines down both front and back of each leg, with several BOM layers to choose from. We've got fade, fresh (shown) and medium opacities, with the left leg, the right leg, or both legs as I'm wearing above. I usually go with the darkest option for photographs to make them more visible, but usually choose a medium one for routine wear :)

Next I swapped to the Echo & Aura - In The Stars BOM Tattoo which is one of 2 gifts I picked up at their display. We've still got a flower in the center here, with lots of stars and ribbons. I love the touches of blue! We receive upper and lower layers, in faded and fresh versions. If you look closely you can tell that some of the upper tattoo is hiding beneath the clothing, trailing up that right ribcage to the front of the underarm area. All of our artwork appears on the right side of the body, so you can mix it with other tattoos on the left side if you wish.

My final look of the night is this brand's other generous gift, the Echo & Aura - Art Deco Nails - Stiletto. We know that I'm a huge fan of nail art, so it isn't surprising that I couldn't wait to show this off :) These fantastic mesh nails are designed for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh hands, and all you need to do is hide the body's built in nails and add these to your outfit. The gold striping creates a lovely Art Deco look that really suits the theme of the event, but also just looks incredible with just about any outfit.

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was warm and busy but decent :) The farmers market was nice, even if there weren't many vendors, and the nap afterwards was so good. Is that how tell you're getting old, when you enjoy napping so much? LOL! I've got lots to consider after my therapy session this evening, but that isn't a bad thing by any means. Swank Celebration of Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're headed to the SWANK Event for their June round, Celebration of Colors, with a Pride hunt. Gifts for the free group are "hidden" in many of the booths on both floors of this event, and I put that in quotes because most of the hunt objects (rainbow striped plaques shaped like a flame) are easily visible. A few are tucked behind signs, but those vibrant colors are hard to hide I guess ;) Many of the gifts are Pride themed or at least very colorful for the celebratory theme, but it isn't required and there is a fantastic variety among them. I've always enjoyed this event and the generosity of the designers, so I am a very happy magpie tonight. There are gifts for men and women, fashions tend to be on the outer ring and decor on the inner areas.

We start things off with the charming [C.YFashion]*PRIDE2024*Mini Dress gift, which is one piece but gives the appearance of two, well three if you count the belt on the skirt :) There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 10 textures apiece for the top, belt, and skirt, so we can mix and match our Pride and love patterns.

Sometimes we need a little sparkle in our lives, so the *SC* Rona Glittery Dress Fatpack gift from Soho Chic is ready to make that happen. That's because it has tiny twinkling specks that are probably easier to see on the left above, more visible in person because it is an animation. The dress comes in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, along with a HUD that lets us choose from 22 textures each for dress and bow. Half of these are solid colors and the other half are the subtle lace overlay you see on the right. They both look amazing on this sweet sundress style :)

This flirty look is our #SHOOSH - Rainbeau Bikini & Cover FATPACK gift. We layer the bra, dress, and panties to create the outfit, all in sizes for Lara X, Legtacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The first HUD has 4 tabs (arrows at the bottom) with 30 choices for the bra, 20 for the bra trim, 30 for the panties, 20 for the panties trim, and 20 for the bows on the sides plus the ability to hide the bows. We've also got a HUD for the dress with 40 options for the main dress and 20 for the trim. The main dress and main panties are where the patterns come in, otherwise we've got plenty of solid colors to match or contrast the prints with :) 

Our [COSMOS] Leila Dress / 3 Colors Gift is a great choice for when you want to look and feel elegant yet playful. The single long sleeve contrasts so dramatically against the bare left shoulder and arm, and speaking of bare - the midriff opening and skirt slit show off even more skin! My final look of the evening is packed with rainbows on either light or dark backdrops. The LUXE Paris Womens Pride Hunt gift consists of black and white versions of the halter dress, each in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. I always appreciate a nice pop of color, but of course this one has such special meaning behind it that it's irresistible to this fervent ally.

I feel like there's a tornado in my brain today, LOL, thanks to a persistent whirlwind of thoughts, plans, and questions. I've been trying to plan my week, but that involves others who do not always make it easy. I should be receiving my new contact lenses in the mail (for until my cataract surgery) and I'm actually very eager to see if they make any difference at all :) The weather is a bit milder, although I was unable to go to the farmers market yesterday due to a lack of sleep and upset stomach so I haven't been outside. Cupid's Curse Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm bringing you to the Cupid's Curse Event from Difony Events, and if you're familiar with them then you'll already have an idea of what to expect. They bring a Gothic flavor and a non-traditional twist to this holiday season, which is terrific because there used to be some anti-Valentine hunts but I didn't find any this year. Visit the event and you will find free gifts (no group needed) hanging on lantern posts next to nearly every booth, in anatomically correct hearts rather than ♥ this shape ;) That is why I don't mind sharing this after the official holiday, as the gifts aren't themed quite the same as many events or hunts this time of year. It's open until early March, so there is plenty of time to pick up demos and return to enjoy some shopping.

My first look is the [Witch In A Box] Mystic Connection Outfit, which is a versatile and flirty gift. The top and skirt are separates that fit Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and we also receive a HUD that offers 3 colors for each piece. Since they are all neutrals, mixing and matching is simple and fun :) The crescent moon on the back of the skirt appears on the front of both top and skirt, but with the added branches that bring the upcoming spring to mind. Right now it feels like it'll take ages to reach us, lol, but I trust that it will be here soon enough.

I adore the ~Sassy!~ brand and style, so their gift called Rowan dress - swirls was an immediate favorite. It has a playful halter neckline with two front straps linked by triple chains draped where you might normally see a necklace, and there are more chains in the back and at the side notches of the skirt. In sizes for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh bodies, this dress also has a HUD with 6 dress colors and 5 metals for those chains. So pretty!

On the sexy side of the gifts, we have the [C.YFashion]*HEART*GIFT Valentine seen above. The heart-shaped pasties with tassels (and an extra tassel down below!) comprise the mesh bra, which comes in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, while the panties are a BOM layer that will work with all those bodies and more. The texturing is fantastic, with a satiny sheen, straps both front and rear, and gold heart loops. They are about to come in handy again too...

*MARTINES*LOVER1 is a thoughtful free gift with red quilted patterning and gold trim that go together beautifully. This open jacket or coat will be delightful to layer over your favorite BOM clothing like tops, pants, or leggings, and I'm already planning to wear it with a pair of jeans and a tank top. Our gift includes Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Prima, Reborn, and Star mesh bodies.

I'm still wearing those panties in my final look (more obvious from behind), the flirtatious -MicRo- Outfit Black Gift. The cropped short sleeve top has fishnet insets that make it slightly revealing, and the skirt has an itty bitty hem that explains why I'm still wearing those panties ;) It was either that or modesty flowers. It was a decent weekend here, and I am really glad I finally got to go back to the farmers market :) It was either 5 or 6 weeks in a row they were closed because of the weather, I lost track I guess, but it's extra stupid when they used to be an indoor market which would have solved a lot of that. I was so happy to see everyone again, and it seemed to be mutual, plus I picked up some treats I hadn't had in all that time. I did come up with an alternative to Music Choice since I couldn't get their app to work on my tv...it hit me that the housemate has satellite radio for the car and they in fact do have an app for Roku tv :) Tomorrow evening is a support group meeting (anxiety/agoraphobia) and I have no idea what I'll be blogging after that, LOL, but I am sure I will find something. URBAN Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am eager to share some gifts for the URBAN Group, which is free to join and has several participating designers who offer gifts for the group. You'll find lots of news in the notices about their sales and new releases too :) I've been a slowpoke tonight so let's just get right into it...

My first look is the !CGF-*Gwen Brown* Jeans Outfit gift from Composer Girls Fashion. This cute and casual treat includes the sleeveless turtleneck top, jeans, belly chain, and heels, all in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. As for accessories, we have a matching set of earrings, necklace, and bracelet (right wrist) included as well, all adjustable and able to be resized. I'm a huge fan of this brand, as they are so consistent in creating such beautiful outfits that cover us from head to toe.

We jump from casual to formal by visiting Mu-Shi Doll, to claim their lovely MD "Peggy" Outfit - Berry GG. Its top and skirt are each provided in Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, and it was very important to me to show the rear view so you could see that lacy back of the tank top :) The front view shows off the bold opening that bares much of the left leg, draped with a chain so we get to see a little sparkle too.

Across the way from that store is PiNK CHERRY, where .::PC::. "Noura" Bodysuit - Ombre Blue GG is among the many group gifts for various multi-designer groups. We can choose from the silver or gold chained versions (G or S in the name) which are each designed for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The style is definitely for adult locations, and is bound to be flattering for any size or shape.

Don't forget to stop at ANGEL's JEWELRY to pick up their AJ TENDER bikini fantasy FATPACK gift for the group :) Who can resist a bikini with all those intricate straps and bows, especially when you don't need to tie them each time? The top and panties both fit Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and there's also a handy HUD tucked inside with 10 fantastic textures. The hardest part was choosing just two to show all of you, they are all so pretty. It's time to visit the SL destinations guide and check out the beaches category.

My final look of the night is ending the post with a bang, or perhaps a flash ;) The [C.YFashion]FATPACK *PATZY* gift has lots of colors packaged separately (pink, black, green, grey, light blue, lilac, orange, purple, rose, red) containing the dress in sizes for Erika, Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Slink Hourglass bodies, plus the BOM bra in white and the color that matches the dress. So the orange I'm wearing on the left comes with orange and white bra choices for example. In private with that special someone, you can always remove that lovely bra layer. So many great color options here, and they all have the tiny floral pattern and white trim that will match the white bra if that's the one you select.

Thursday is my evening to play games with friends, which takes even longer now that we've added Animal Crossing (New Horizons) back into the mix. It started out almost a year ago now with Hello Kitty, but then ACNH updated things for the Switch 2 and added all sorts of fun content, and there are 4 of us playing so it takes a while to visit everyone's islands and such. I had falling stars in ACNH which means wishing on them (pressing A while looking up) 20x will get us each a beach full of star fragments tomorrow that can be used for crafting :) So I am in a positive mood and ready for dinner tomorrow with the parents. Sweet Swank Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight feels like a good time to check out more SWANK Event group gifts from their 11th anniversary round as we ease into the new week. The gifts can be found by clicking the clear globes with gold Swank logo and number 11 at many of the displays on both floors of this massive event :) Just be sure to have their free group tag active, and you too will feel like you've been showered with several holidays' worth of treats. Since some brands have more than one setup at the event, they might put a gift at only one of them, or put out multiple gifts so you'll see some brand names more than once while you unpack it all. Enjoy the treasure trove!

My first look of the evening is our [C.YFashion]*MEL*DRESS GIFT GROUP, a short mini dress that is not short on sex appeal ;) There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us pick from 6 colors for the main fabric. The wide netting stays neutral black, which looks amazing with any hue you pick :)

I'm feeling groovy in our [If design] Perla gift here, because it's hard not to feel that way when sporting tie dye. The daring dress and tied panties are provided in sizing for Legacy, Legacy Boobs, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. The enclosed HUD offers a whopping 56 textures for each piece, plus the ability to tint the chosen texture so the possibilities are virtually endless. There are plenty of solid colors too, so if the patterns here aren't your thing, you certainly have other choices that should appeal to you.

The Dark Angel : Kara Set Blue gift can be worn two ways, and looks fantastic either way. It consists of a cardigan and strapless dress, in Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. I love the way the paler blue strings tying our cardigan closed match the one beneath the bust perfectly, so we are very nicely coordinated in this outfit. I find it very timely for the upcoming cooler weather too, having the option to add the warmth of the cardigan.

Next I slipped into our flirty KiraStyle // TOP & SKIRT 12 gift, whose top and skirt are each designed for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. The HUD lets us choose from 40 textures each for top and skirt, then 20 colors apiece for the edges/bows of each piece. The bared midriff seemed like a perfect excuse to share another gift, the Malandra - Connie BAD GIRL - BODY TATTOO. It is provided as a BOM layer, and I had to giggle because the crown at the end of the text made me wonder if we are now officially the queen of bad girls for wearing it? I'm usually a good girl type, but SL tends to bring out a different side in me sometimes so I'll wear this crown.

For my final look, I am wearing the versatile Nala Design - Alex Top paired with their Alex Skirt. These are separate gifts, so let's start with (from) the top. It fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Prima Busty, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 8 solid colors and 9 sheer ones. The sheer is that lacy wisp on the right above, and you can guess why I had to make that the rear view ;) Our skirt comes in a similar set of sizes (not quite identical though) of Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Peach, Reborn, and Star bodies, plus a HUD with 12 color options. The pleats add visual interest, and the brief hemline is as flirty as the crossed top.

It was a decent day, with a productive support group session (from the anxiety center my therapist works for) and getting things planned for the upcoming week. My outing tomorrow is going to be picking up dinner at a 50s themed place about 20-25 minutes away, to keep me expanding the limits of how far I'm comfortable going.  Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to return to the SWANK Event and its Celebration of Colors round for June, aka Pride Month. They are calling it a hunt, but we are basically wearing the Swank group tag (free to join) and clicking all the rainbow striped flames we can see :) I can't really say any are hidden, it's more of a fun opportunity to browse both floors of this massive event and claim gobs of generous gifts. It is indeed a celebration, and this party continues until the end of the month.

First I slipped into the playful VIONA-Lunar Dress Set gift. It consists of the bodysuit, neck (collar connected to straps and chains on bodice), and skirt that each fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and a fur stole that is a single size. I'm sure you guessed that there's also a HUD, well that offers 20 colors apiece for the body, fur, belt, aporet (ruffles on shoulders), and neck harness, plus 5 metals. You can also guess that I had a great deal of fun playing with said HUD, lol, as I always do ;) With everything being separate parts, we can wear them all or take off the ones we aren't in the mood to wear.

I also couldn't resist sharing the Malizia - ELSA Dress 05 because of its gorgeous purple hue and its sassy style. We go from a halter neckline to daring underbust cutout, openings in the back and down each side, and end with a very brief hemline :) There are sizes for Legacy, Bombshell, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included.

Pride Month is in full swing with our [C.YFashion]*PRIDE2025*Mini Dress gift. It looks like two pieces but is really just one, in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The enclosed HUD lets us pick from 10 patterns each for the top, skirt, and belt, with 3 metals for the clasps. All of these prints are full of color, and even more importantly filled with love and respect for all.

The color of the moment here is buttery yellow, thanks to Sascha's Designs and their stunning SAS - Mika SoftYellow Outfit. Our gift includes the top/skirt piece (linked to each other) and the half blazer, each in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn bodies, along with the feather stole that appears on our right shoulder. Yes, you can wear this outfit without the feathers, and even slide out of that blazer if you wish :) What a fantastic, creative look this is, very chic and inventive!

My final look this evening is the versatile and easy to wear #RUBY# -PRIDE TOP GIFT 2025-. I do love halter necklines, and this style is very flattering in accentuating the bust and showing off a bit of midriff. There are Erika, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes provided, with a HUD offering 5 fun textures. They are bright and cheerful choices, and I will gladly wear them all before the month ends :) 

It was a quieter day than I expected, because I looked at the dates wrong and the hockey game is Thursday, not Wednesday. Derp! That's okay, I have plenty of things to watch and keep myself amused while I blog :) The weather is definitely summery here, and I am glad to be able to stay near fans wherever I am in the house. SL Frees and Offers

 Hiya everyone! Tonight felt like a good time to explore, so I changed to my SL Frees & Offers or SLFO group tag (free to join) and hopped around to some of their participating stores in search of gifts. As you'll see, I did find several that are available and I am excited to show you and tell you about them.

My first look of the evening is from [C.YFashion], whose gift is called GIULY DRESS. There are 4 colors - black, pink, purple, and white - each included in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The dresses have a sheer lacy midriff and satin top and skirt panels, with those panels being so low they do show a bit of booty cleavage from behind ;) I'm sure you can guess that I am wearing purple on the left above and pink on the right.

I really like the BWC Clementine gift, with its flirty shirt and mini skirt both decorated in pretty polka dots. Both pieces are provided in Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing, along with a HUD that lets us choose from 48 colors for each. There are 'shirt' and 'skirt' tabs on the HUD so just click the one you want to tint, and pick your hue :) 

I've got another case of peek-a-booty to share, lol, thanks to the PETRY MODEL TATTOOED DRESS SWY gift :) It would be a great way to show off a back tattoo as well, or a necklace that drapes down the spine. There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes included, plus a HUD with 10 textures. We've got 5 solid colored options and 5 different patterns, so this flirty halter dress can look like a brand new outfit every time you wear it.

There are several gifts at :::::Oh-Yes::::: for multiple groups, including this 2024001 GIFT for SLFO. It's labeled Womenstuff by name, but I was able to claim it with the SLFO tag and it is near this group's sign on the wall :) It consists of red and yellow versions each in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. You might hear red and yellow and think of ketchup and mustard, lol, but honestly the red is a bit darker and the yellow is incredibly bright like glowing sunshine, so nobody is going to want to squeeze you onto a hot dog ;) Unless you want them to of course, Midnight Magpie doesn't kink shame :)

My final look of the night is the stunning TOG STORE . Norma Dress gift. It's got gorgeous ombre stripes and a gold zipper in the back that ends in a fun star :) We receive sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, as well as a 20 color HUD. You may notice I didn't mention Maitreya Lara 5.3, well that is why I've switched to Lara X just for this photo out of all 5 for the evening. I wasn't going to let a few simple clicks stop me from sharing this lovely treat, since I have the outfits saved with each body and just detach body and HUD, replace with other body and other HUD. 

Thursday has become my favorite day of the week since I started doing Hello Kitty Adventure multiplayer with a friend, combined with a phone call to her so we can direct each other to what we're doing and decide where to go :) We've made a lot of progress, and I appreciate that the game rewards players for leveling up their friendships with others in the game as well as with the characters. The weather is chilly but less rainy for a few days ahead, and as far as I know we should have no trouble going to my parents' for dinner tomorrow.  Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to visit the Winter Wonderland of Gifts at the SWANK event, where their free group tag will let you click dozens upon dozens of pretty giftboxes and claim a bounty of gifts. These gift rounds always make me so happy, and I usually wind up with a separate folder of demos to help me return and do some shopping :) There are some gifts for the guys also, which makes it worth visiting for all of us.

My first look this evening is the #SHOOSH Holly Xmas Outfit [FATPACK]. This gift includes the strapless dress and cape each in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD which offers 10 colors each for the dress with and without sparkles, fur, cape with and without sparkles, strings, bow, and fur with or without the sparkles. I went with traditional Christmas hues on the left and randomly picked a pretty purple for the right, trimmed in white fur.

Another gift I couldn't wait to show off is our [C.YFashion] CHRISTMAS Gift jumpsuit. It has 3 versions (green, red, and white) each packed separately with jumpsuit and fur (sleeves) in sizes for Kalhene, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. The cute Santa hat is provided with each color as well, and it is adjustable. This is a fun choice for anyone who celebrates the holidays in SL in a warm climate, like one of the first homes Xan and I rented was a tropical beach house.

Next we see a little more fur trim, this time on the GAS {Christmas Set Myra - blue - SWANK] lingerie gift. This whole outfit is actually linked to wear as one piece, from the collar down to the garters, in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The sheen certainly caught my eye, and the heart shaped opening over the cleavage, and the black bows really pop against the lighter colors.

Speaking of shine, how about this dazzling Malandra - Fancy Dress Latex Silver gift? :) It almost reminded me of foil at first glance, but that is a latex type reflectivity that is simply stunning. Our strapless dress has daring slits on each side of the skirt, and hugs our curves beautifully. The gift includes eBody Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya sizes.

My final look of the night is the Dark Angel : Morgan Set Red gift. There are three dresses (red, white, and black trims) and the jacket which is more of a small shrug, all in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. As the unpacker HUD allows us to click the brand we need, you'll only be delivering yourself the size/s you need and can hang onto the HUD for future reference :) The dress looks great in all three versions, with or without the jacket, thanks to the diagonal hem and sexy side slit. 

I had an outing today so it was a hectic one, par for the course whenever I leave the house :P  We did a mobile drive-thru order at a newly opened branch of a famous fast food place (not saying the name to avoid advertising for them or coming up in a search somehow) and because they have all new employees there, they were struggling. It was like 3PM so not exactly lunch or dinner rush, and I'd hoped that would make it quicker but that is not my luck, LOL. So the waiting got my anxiety all revved up, just stuck in a line that wasn't moving behind a cop car whose driver seemed frustrated too. The fries were ice cold, which was just as gross as it sounds, but I don't expect gourmet food from a drive-thru anyway :) Edible yes, but top notch is pushing it. Otherwise a decent day, and I'm still trying to come up with a game plan that'll allow me to share some Advent gifts some morning.
