Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Gleaming sim, one of the 6 that are part of the Winter Shop and Hop event. There are a total of 120 designers taking part, all with discounted offers to treat yourself or give to a friend. Most of them are also offering gifts, primarily inside blue gift boxes with white lids that can be clicked to give a free goodie. They include clothing, accessories, and home decor among the many possibilities, and are a great way for these designers to wish us all happy holidays.
My first look features two gifts, starting with the Glitters Top from EVIE. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Legacy bodies, with a HUD that lets you tint the glitter to any color you wish. In the inset you can see a closer view of the fine glitter with a glimpse of the zipper in the back of the shirt. As for the pants, they are the Priya and Pierce Leggings - Reindeer Gift from RIOT. There are mens sizes included along with Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing for the ladies, all with that fun seasonal print. Funny story, Xan and I went to a store last night to look at cute animals (Jian) and there was another shopper wearing the same outfit, both the top and pants :) It made me chuckle as I was not expecting it, and when I pointed it out Xan said they must have read my blog. I replied no, I hadn't blogged it yet, so we decided that she must just have good taste.
I kept the RIOT leggings gift on for this look, but changed into the gift from PinkRayne called Hanne Jumper - Winter Shop & Hop Exclusive Gift. This laced up sweater is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, in a deep mossy green shade.
L&B Swear (of Lapointe & Bastchild) are offering two gifts for the ladies to enjoy, a pair of mini dresses whose colors can be seasonal but certainly aren't limited to December. On the left is the Zoe Dress in Green, while on the right it looks just as pretty in Red. Each includes Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing for those popular mesh bodies. Be sure to click both boxes to receive each color.
Next we see the gift that Seniha is offering at Shop and Hop, their Noah Dress which has a bare midriff, tartan skirt, and bold bow on the back of the waist. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, and Hourglass bodies. This style and color combination are timeless and not specifically for the festive season.
My final look of the evening is a closer view of the nail polish I've been enjoying in all of these photos, the gift from {ZOZ} called Early Snow Gift Polish. There are HUDs included for Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and the store's own ZOZ Bento nails, each with a beautiful array of 12 colors to choose from. The color palette is accented with splashes of snow and a single very clear snowflake that really brings out the frosty goodness. I need someone to do this manicure for me in RL for next Tuesday ;) We do have a long winter ahead of us, so these can be a part of your wardrobe for some time to come.

Speaking of fashionable, I also have a few more group gifts to show you from Cosmopolitan to help them commemorate their 7th anniversary. You'll need their free group tag to claim these, so it's a good thing SL didn't reduce the group slots after all ;) Just look for the gift boxes at each display.
{Melt} is helping us enjoy the summer with their NuRetro Dress, exclusively at DAZZLE and for just $150L. This offer includes sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with a 12 texture HUD in lovely seasonal colors. Birds are a personal favorite of mine, so these two selections from the HUD make me smile. I accessorized with some of the DAZZLE-ing exclusives from Beloved Jewelry from their Selenia collection - the necklace, earrings, and set of bracelets which are each $50L. I am a big fan of versatility, and this gorgeous jewelry brings that on terrifically as well. There is a menu when you touch any jewelry item that lets you choose from 12 metals, 33 gemstones, and 24 pearls, so you can get creative and match just about any outfit you desire. If you look at the inset, the large dark blue stones in the center are the gemstones, while the pale blue surrounding them are the pearls. There are helpful instructions in a notecard too, just in case you have any questions on how to customize your look.
Our next stop is the Cosmopolitan event, which might be crowded on the weekend but it is available until the 15th so no worries there. My top here is the gift from {ViSion} named Tisha, a vibrant pink strapless top tied in the front above a cute ruffle. It comes in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. The jeans are a marketplace freebie from Delizio that are frequently seen on my blog :) I accessorized with the Cosmo gift from Miu called Jade Star Necklace, provided in an unrigged version along with rigged sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Maitreya, and Legacy. There is also a color HUD for the stars, 10 hues each for stars 1, 2, and 3 in rotation. I went with pinks to match the shirt but changed to blue and green with a splash of white for the inset's closer view.
For this image, I decided to compare two gifts that appear similar at first glance, but side by side you can appreciate their unique features. On the left is the gift from adorsy, which comes in a Maitreya mesh size and has that fun single strap and a delicate floral texture. FashionNatic's group gift appears on the right, Sonia Strapless Top in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya. The blooms of roses are much bolder, and the neckline is slightly off-kilter for a flirty style. Honestly I can see both looking charming atop a long maxi skirt, or a playful mini, but jeans or shorts are always a possibility this time of year too.
This gift from Seniha will liven up your summer wardrobe, with its bare back, skinny straps, and daring hemline. It is the Eliya Dress Fatpack, and includes sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies, as well as a HUD that has 30 texture options. There are solids and patterns among them, so whatever your mood may be, the HUD should have you covered.
My final look of the evening features the gift from {ZOZ} called Soft Fall Polish Gift. Such beautiful manicures always grab my attention whether RL or SL, and among the 9 shimmery shades included here I do see a few that will work just as well with spring/summer wardrobes as with autumn ones. (I'm looking at you, lavender and mauve and soft green!) The gift includes appliers for Maitreya, Slink, Omega, and the designer's own ZOZ Bento nails.
Are we ready to dive into the weekend? I am getting there, mentally I am all for it but there are still some practical things I have to take care of first. Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more gifts from the SL 15th Birthday shopping event, which is spread over 4 entire sims with an impressive variety of designers taking part. They are offering discounted selections of their favorite merchandise, and most have a gift for everyone (no group needed) to help us all celebrate SL15B. Tonight's gifts can all be found on the Gilded sim, and they all may still be hard to get in so please be patient if the sim you want to teleport to is full. Clearly the event is well worth any wait :)
For my first look, we have not just one but two gifts from Envious. On the left is their Red Heart Dress, which is included in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, and TMP. The outfit on the right is their SLB15 tank top and panties, each in standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP. It makes a fun souvenir since the elastic band of the panties says SLB15 on it.
Next we have the gift from Silvan Moon Designs, their SMD Well of Souls Gown Set. It starts with the dress and belt, each in XS, S, M, Maitreya, and Slink sizes, and the accessories continue with the collar which is unrigged so you can adjust if needed. The fingerless gloves come in 5 standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink sizes, and there are flexi cape sections for each arm, upper and lower. All these pieces mean you can wear as many or as few as you wish, to make the look your own.
The gift from Bella Moda will have you looking beautiful from head to toe. It is their Distinzione Crimson Cocktail Outfit, and the sassy sequined dress comes in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. The matching platform sandals are in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High, and the gift even includes a matching set of jewelry: necklace, earrings, and rings for each hand. Be sure to unpack the jewelry from inside the main folder from opening the gift itself, so you can coordinate your accessorizing.
JellyRoll has a duo of delightful dresses as their gifts for us, the Slip Dress Black Omega and System on the left and the White version on the right. Each includes (just as the name says) system layers and an Omega applier for the top and pants, plus standard mesh sizes of the skirt panel. The top has great details such as the tiny bows and stitched boning, and the mesh panels are a huge improvement over the days of little prim flaps that had to be adjusted manually and never looked quite right when we moved our legs at all. I think I was inspired to mention that by the fact that we are celebrating 15 years of progress and growth in Second Life :)
The final treat I'd like to share tonight is from {ZOZ} and will decorate your nails with sweet flowers. This gift is called Daisy Trio II Polish, and offers 9 varieties on appliers for Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and Vista Bento. The line of daisies acts as a divider between two colors on each nail, some subtly different and some bold transitions, but all with a bit of shimmery ombre texture.

I have been a reader of the FabFree in SL blog and a member of their inworld group for as long as I can remember, and I am so happy that participating designers are offering gifts to their group members. I had shown you a few lovely presents before, but more are still being added as various stores join in on the fun :) Tonight I have more to share, new additions to the growing list of places to visit while wearing your FabFree group tag (which tells everyone around you I Am Fabulous) and remember, the group is free to join.
This first dress is our gift from .PoshTale. named Margot, and comes in standard mesh sizes. Also included is a wonderful HUD with 16 colors to choose from, and it looks like I inadvertently made this look Christmas-y with the green and red shades I picked ;) The strapless gown is very elegant with the long, loose shape and pretty buttons on the back. I love the soft pattern on the top.
I also visited .Ecko. and picked up this fun Octa Dress, with its slim shape and playful tentacles creeping up from the hem. This gift includes standard mesh sizes.
There are a few gifts at Ollie's Follies, in a special vendor you can scroll through to view the various options. I am wearing the Harlowe Cardi Combo Silver Wine Blend 2 from the Fit Bods pack, which has 9 fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. The pants are the same Fit Bods pack of sizes for the Huez Leggings Gray, and each item has a classic pack with your traditional mesh sizing if you prefer. Since they are all free gifts, if you do alternate between mesh bodies and the classic avatar, there is no reason not to pick up all 4 gifts.
Those sleek Huez Leggings from the prior photo made another appearance here so I could show you this Bea Fitted Top from TheBeautifulOnes. This long sleeved sweater is ideal for the season, with that sexy bared shoulder you can entice someone to snuggle with you and keep you warm if need be. This gift consists of 7 fitmesh sizes, including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink.

It is a chaotic day here in the USA, so I am trying to stay calm and distract myself with things I enjoy. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a few more treats to share from the Cosmopolitan event's 4th Anniversary, where many of the designers are offering gifts to their group members. The group is free to join, and they send notices with notecards filled with images of the fantastic items for sale each round, so it is a good group to be a part of. Last night I showed you a few of the gifts so this is our exciting conclusion.
My first look is comprised of two anniversary presents. The dress is from Elegance Boutique, their Gift Dress Eda in Pink which is included in standard mesh sizes. The color is so vivid, and I really enjoyed the flattering wraparound style. My necklace here is the Meva Cyoko Necklace in Black, their lovely gift to us, in regular, big breast, and flat breast sizes for optimal fit no matter what your shape is.
Various presents seen here as well, my stunning dress is from R.icelli and is called AUDRA Dress. Inside you will find standard mesh sizes plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions, along with a texture HUD with 8 gorgeous choices. Next we have some impressive statement jewelry, our gift from EMO-tions which includes two sets of BAJA jewelry which each consist of earrings, necklace, and armband (bracelet) as seen here. I quite like the mixture of bold stones and delicate metalwork, and both color combinations are beautiful.
If you are looking for even more jewelry, Cosmopolitan is the right place...this is glimpse at just two of the 4 striking necklaces from Asteria inside their gift box. There are brown and red as shown, plus blue and yellow which seem to all have the pretty blue beads as their base.
More jewelry to be seen here, along with yet another of the many colors of that sexy R.icelli AUDRA dress! My necklace is our gift from AZOURY called Petrova Necklace in Blue. This is a great way to accessorize many different outfits, sometimes that added touch can make a huge difference. My bracelets are the Kunglers anniversary gift, which is actually two pairs of bracelets (silver as shown, and gold) each adorned with a single diamond stone. I do appreciate these gifts very much.
I thought you might enjoy a closer look at the eyes I am wearing tonight, as they are another Cosmopolitan anniversary gift. These are courtesy of AG. and called Soft Eyes in Green, provided in small, medium, and large system versions plus mesh and an Omega applier and even a HUD for the mesh versions. I like the gradient of dark to light, which made me think of cat eyes or the moon on a cloudy night.

Hiya everyone! The bi-weekly event Cosmopolitan is celebrating their 4th anniversary this round, and their group members (free to join) scoop up all the gifts. Many of the participating designers are offering a gift in a blue box, just wear the group tag and click all the pretty boxes. Here are a few glimpses at what you can find when you unwrap those presents...
This first dress is a gift from *agp* called Cosmo Gift camouflage, and is provided in plenty of mesh sizes (standard, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Slink, and TMP) in the monochrome print. I accessorized with another anniversary gift, this one from ChicChica called Bugs. These earrings actually made me think more of a pinecone or some sort of Christmas ornament, so if you aren't fond of bugs do not let the name deter you.
This next outfit is a gorgeous gift from Hilly Haalan, their [hh] Brenna Outfit. It consists of both dresses (skirt and top as one mesh piece) in several mesh pieces including standard, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Maitreya, and TMP. The matching heels are included (Maitreya, Slink, and TMP versions) and even the cute clutch in gold or silver. It has a built in hold pose, and they both go well with each outfit style. I love this entire set!
I combined a few more lovely gifts for this look, let's start with the striking bustier. Our gift from Kaithleen's, it is their Denim Bustier in Greenish and includes a zipper HUD for 5 metal colors. The panties are courtesy of Legal Insanity, and their Georgia Panties include a HUD with 4 color options. The panties are provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya. The fur on the right is our gift from Indyra, their Claudette Fur Shrug in Noir. I love how the chain and clasp look like a beautiful necklace.
I was so taken with our gift from LAKSHMI, these beautiful earrings with the stained glass appearance. Another stunning gift can be found in the box from White~Widow, the delicate necklace style tattoo which is included in high, low, and normal versions (pigmentation?) in system layers plus appliers for Adam, Eve, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, Sking, Omega, and TMP.
The lovely nails I have been enjoying tonight are the anniversary gift from {ZOZ} called Angel Heart White. They include several base tones to complement your skin tone (or choose another, whatever you prefer) and in HUDs for Maitreya, Slink, and Omega. There looks to be a slight glitter to the base, beneath the lovely heart and angel wings, and the tips are silvery then satiny white. The glossy finish is an excellent touch as well.

Hiya everyone! I have another fun set of prizes to share from The Autumn Effect Hunt, and I would have to say that it is my favorite season from a fashion standpoint so I'm glad to have so many treasures to show you. I love the rich colors, the plush fabrics, and variety of styles still possible without having to be bundled up head to toe. I'll reach that season in RL soon enough, hehe.
Two pretty prizes here, let's start with the sweater which can be worn 3 different ways. It's prize #45 from Que Bella, and is called Tam~Light Pumpkin. There are system layers (shown) along with appliers for Omega and TMP. I am wearing the sweater with the white lace cami beneath, but there is also a black cami you'll see shortly and the third option is with no cami at all. The skirt is our prize from Grumble, their pleated mini fall skirt, and is #58 along the hunt path. Standard mesh sizes and terrific colors for this season, so this is a great find.
I did promise a look at the Que Bella sweater with the black cami beneath, and here it is looking wonderful. I feel like it has more of a Halloween vibe with the black, but the white gives it a lovely softness so I definitely like both choices. As for this itty bitty skirt, well this is prize #20 from LX Essentials and sure to drop jaws wherever you wear it! There is no alpha layer, and it comes in plenty of sizes including for Maitreya, Slink, and TMP. Seriously sexy stuff!
Speaking of sexy, this is prize #01 from Razor, the beginning of this generous hunt. This is their Slither Dress in pink star, and I love the lacing on the sides. There are several sizes included, standard sizes and ones for Phat Azz, Cute Azz, Cute Azz Thick, Freya, Isis, Maitreya Lara, Slink and Venus. With all those options, one is bound to fit your unique beauty :)
I am wrapping up tonight with some jewelry, which is all from The Plastik #52. Find that hockey puck there and you will receive the Autumn Effect earrings (the small skulls), the Autumn Choker (limited edition for this hunt), Alomora Nosering in Fawn, and Alomora earrings in Fawn with fittings for male, female, and Niramyth. I'm not even sure what that means, but I am sure that this is a generous and gorgeous gift :)

Hiya everyone! For tonight's post I am exploring more of The Autumn Effect Hunt, and I am definitely enjoying the prizes to be found. I kept tonight's photos relatively simple, and I hope you enjoy.
This great layered sweater is our prize from Trashed, #57 in the hunt. It is one mesh piece in standard sizes, and is one of those lengths that it's up to you to decide if you prefer it as a short dress or a long sweater to wear over leggings or skinny jeans or whatever fits your mood. I'm thinking a nice pair of tights for a fall evening, perhaps with a pair of boots.
Our next glimpse is a stunning necklace from ~Tantalum~ (#37) called the Bound Angel Drop Necklace. If you have a gown that is low cut in the back, this is the perfect accessory for it to highlight the style, the jewelry, and the beauty of your shoulderblades :) The chain goes across the front of the throat very simply like a choker, but turn around and you can see the magic. There is a built in resize script if you need it, but I was lucky and had a great fit right out of the box. Quick note, the spot of light near the base of the left wing is ambient light from my home and not something generated by the jewelry itself.
Two fun gifts in this photo, let's start with the shirt...PICHI named their prize (#74) very straightforwardly, The Blue Top. It's a beautiful deep sapphire shade with such lovely lace sleeves, and comes in standard mesh sizes along with a fitmesh option. As for the skirt, it's prize #56 from OMG! Inc. and includes a HUD with 6 color choices, 3 of which are shown. You know by now how much I appreciate the flexibility of being able to change colors with the click of a button, so I am loving this prize :)
I did say I would show you a closer look at these gorgeous nails, so I am very happy to be able to wrap up tonight's post with the gift from -{ZOZ}- who are #47 in the hunt. As a reminder (since I have blogged these already but not with such a good look at them) these are their Silver Leaf HUD which you will receive in Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya versions, and those stunning rings are included as well. They are Silver Leaf rings, right and left, each with built in resize scripts for easy wear. I love how the leaf design on the rings is so subtle yet it does match the leaf on the nails, so they complement each other so charmingly. There are 9 different colors (I apologize that I previously miscounted and said 10, I must have been bewitched by their beauty so much I forgot how to count!) and as you can see, they are all accented with silver striping along with that cute leaf.
Well now my nail note of the night isn't needed, hehe, and my hair is a favorite I've shown before from Magika called Meadow. I'm clearly in a mood lately where I cannot decide on my hair; short or long, up or down, dark or light, I'm all over the map. My skin is the same gift I've blogged the past two posts, the beauty from 7 Deadly s{K}ins called Orchid, this time version 1 with nearly nude lips in the caramel shade. Omega appliers are included along with the Slink hands/feet that I happily used. Then I decided that I prefer these particular lips without the teeth layer I usually wear, more randomness from me.
