Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features several gifts found on the Marketplace for the Stay at Home Club, so you don't even have to leave your SL home to claim these. I clicked one of the photos on the Stay at Home Club website and was brought to a marketplace listing, then wondered who else was offering their gifts on the marketplace rather than (or in addition to) an in-world mainstore. I did a quick search, and well I am pleased to share what I found :) Generosity is not limited to designers with established stores in-world of course, so it makes sense that there are a handful of treats waiting on the marketplace for us.
The gift that started me on the marketplace journey is this flirty Katherine in Paradise outfit from STARVED M DESIGNS. It consists of the tropical top and unbuttoned shorts each in Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. They are quite daring, and the top is particularly unique in its strappy style.
ALPHA FEMALE has 2 Stay at Home Club gifts for us on the marketplace, starting with this delightful Strawberry Shortcake outfit. The very short dress has a daring sheer panel in the front (take a look at my navel to get an idea how transparent) and crossed straps in the back. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The necklace named Xion is also included, along with the matching heels adorned with a heart shaped charm in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet.
Our other gift from ALPHA FEMALE is their Bad At Love outfit. I really enjoy jumpsuits, so this white leather one with built in brown belt makes me quite happy :) The shapely seams are very flattering, and it comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing. The matching boots have bold chunky heels and are provided in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink Mid sizes.
I am a fan of Beautiful Dirty Rich and have shown you some of their group gifts before, so you know they have an in-world store, but also are very active on the marketplace. It therefore was not too surprising to find their charming Kimmi -Cropped Cardigan- gift for the Stay at Home Club on the marketplace :) The sweater is held together by a single button, and is cropped but with long sleeves so it is fun for spring when the weather can still change from warm to breezily cool in a snap. It is provided in standard mesh sizes as well as versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Legacy Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The HUD included offers 12 solid color choice plus 10 patterns, for a total of 22 different options that are all winners in my book.
My final look this evening is a casual plaid blouse from ::Mary:: called Canvas Maitreya, and it is rigged specifically for the Maitreya mesh body. The red and black flannel looks so cozy, and I really liked pairing it with the Delizio jeans in blue which are also part of a marketplace gift. This gift has been around for a very long time and has appeared on my blog many times, and includes several colors in system/BOM layers plus Maitreya and Omega appliers. I wore them in the previous photo too with that cute cardigan, as they are very versatile.
I knew today would not be exactly a picnic, but I have decided that having a section of toenail ripped out with no numbing is not my favorite way to spend an afternoon. It has been several hours and my poor toe is still throbbing, and the neuropathy already makes the nerves overactive so the plan is to stay off my feet as much as possible for the next couple of days. Otherwise it was a decent day, and I am curious to see what the rest of the week holds since a new month is almost upon us. Time is dragging and flying at the same time, so confusing! Our situation is certainly stressful, and all I can do is try to spread kindness and urge others to do the same. You might be alone physically, but thanks to the internet we never have to be alone in spirit, and SL provides a visual way to connect that I am especially grateful for. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some presents for you from the SL16B shopping event, all from the Tinseled Sim which is one of the 5 dedicated to shopping. The entire Second Life 16th Birthday event covers way more than that, it's really something special! I also have a selection from The Trunk Show to show you, the discounted offer from Entice this round.
First up, we have the gift from Tres Blah which is their Ginger Halter Fatpack. That's right, an entire range of solids and patterns via HUD can be yours for free, just for visiting their display! The halter top comes in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Maitreya, and Legacy (classic avatar) sizes, and the HUD offers 16 choices for the halter and 11 shades to tint the sheer bottom. I paired the halter top with a marketplace gift from Delizio that appear here frequently, their jeans in light blue which is one of several shades included in system layers plus appliers for Maitreya and Omega.
The jeans from Delizio also look sharp with the gift from !APHORISM! called Thyme Winter Sweater SL16B Gift. Their gift actually includes the male version (Tyler) too, and there is a HUD provided too with 9 colors for the cuffs. The ladies' sizes include Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya.

The SL16B event has a theme of the fifties, as a throwback to a time of transformation like SL has experienced in all these years. So this gift from ALPHA FEMALE is a perfect choice :) There is a male gift too, so the guys are not left out of the fun at this event. The outfit consists of the top and shorts each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, with the matching scarf in standard mesh sizing and the open toed heels in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high versions.
Time to visit The Trunk Show, where among the great offers you will find this Entice - Love Story dress in 8 individual versions for $199L each (regularly $300L) and the Fatpack for $599L. The fatpack is especially versatile, as it includes a HUD that provides 2 bonus colors as well as the ability to mix and match the dress, bow, and pearls with all 10 colors or patterns. My look on the left is one of the individuals available, and on the right you can see one of the Fatpack exclusive colors for each section.
