Hiya everyone! Tonight I am back to the Womenstuff Hunt 2018, from which I still have plenty of treats to show all of you. They are either $0L or $1L (designers' discretion) and hiding in white t-shirts with a pattern of red heels, a redesign from their previous solid red shirts with a logo on the front. The hunt runs until the end of the month, so you will want to hurry if you haven't started this hunt path yet. The website offers hints, prices, and even the landmarks in case you get lost, so I recommend having it open and handy. Then I have an extra reason for you to be thankful, from Entice for the Saturday Sale.
Lola's Secret has two separate gifts waiting for you, for just $1L each, and they each hold very sexy dresses exclusively for this hunt. On the left you can see the ~LS~ Bailee, included in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The slender tube top, suspenders, and mini skirt are all worn as one piece. The look on the right is ~LS~ Tie Me Pull Me, with a name as seductive as the style. Speaking of playing peekaboo, this outfit shows off quite a bit too. It is our free prize from NoNuts called Icy Dream, and consists of the top, skirt with panties, and skirt without panties, each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The top is lifted on one side, so I used a modesty flower in Photoshop (that black flower covering the nipple is NOT inworld or part of the outfit in any way) and would have needed even more of those if I went with the skirt that doesn't have built in panties. I really like the frosty blue stripes and the fishnet waistband.
Be sure to visit Changed Seasons to claim their free gift called Kenley 2 Pack. It contains the hearts and polka dots versions, each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. They appear to have a separate blouse layer beneath, but they are worn as a unit. The colors of the blouses were so well chosen to complement the patterns just right.
Much has been said about the need for a "little black dress" or LBD as a wardrobe staple, but I actually prefer to have several unique styles of LBD in SL. This free prize from BlackRose called Lina Dress Black throws the idea of basic out the window with that off-shoulder ruffle and sleek sheath style. It comes in classic S, M, & L sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, and Physique versions.
For my final look of the evening, we have this week's Saturday Sale selection from Entice called Flowers in the Rain Lingerie - Purple. If I may get sentimental for a moment, I just really want to take the time to thank each of you for reading my blog and supporting me. It means so much to me, and any kind word keeps me motivated and striving to do my best. I will be spending Thanksgiving with family and friends, from noon until late evening, so there will be no Thursday blog post and I am not sure yet about Friday. Please check my facebook page for an update on that when the time comes, and I'd be grateful if you gave it a like while you were there. It has been a tough year for me in RL in many ways, my own health issues being dwarfed by those of close family members, but we are all somehow still celebrating this holiday together so I am very grateful. I am thankful for anything that makes me smile, which is a very broad statement but includes SL, kind people, cute animals, really a wide range of things. It is a terrific source of information on gifts, sales, and events in SL, and has been for well over a decade. There are many generous participating designers who offer gifts to claim with your FabFree group tag, a handful of which I will be sharing this evening.
First I visited FABOO, whose tagline is Totally Tropical Swimsuits, so where better to pick up a gift that will bring you back to warmer weather whenever you wish? It is called Fab Free Hamptons One Piece, and comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The vivid print makes me smile, and the strapless style is flirty yet with a modest cut.
Another gift that is delightfully colorful is the Belle Epoque { Lere Tropical } dress, which comes in a Maitreya size. I was drawn to the bright yellow bow at the dropped waist, as well as the pretty pattern.
Maybe you are craving something totally different, like a twist on a little black dress. Hiya everyone! Tonight I decided to explore the current group gifts for the FabFree group, short for Fabulously Free in SL. They are the free to join inworld group for a wonderful blog that has been helping residents to find freebies and bargains for over a decade. One of the benefits of group membership is access to an impressive number of gifts from designers all across the grid. All you need is your group tag active to claim these generous presents, and a few of the designers have vendors that will require you to pay $1L but you will be reimbursed immediately. The FabFree gifts are usually near the store's own group gifts, so not too tricky to locate. Are you ready to see the treats I have to share tonight?
My first stop was Ecce Bellus, where there are actually two gifts in one waiting for us. On the left is the Addison Love Letter RED Top dress, while on the right you can see the same in WHITE top. I do make it a point from time to time to show you some of the gifts to remind you to check or introduce you to them, whichever the case may be, because I feel like all residents can benefit from being fabulous and free.

Tonight I couldn't resist showing you some FabFree group gifts, that is short for Fabulously Free in SL which is the name of both an inworld group and an amazing blog that I have been a fan of for many years. They have many designers who offer gifts especially for the members of the FabFree group, as I have shown before from time to time, and I noticed there have been several new gifts lately so the timing seemed right. The group is free to join, and definitely will always have one of my precious group slots :) I know how hard it can be to juggle that limited space, believe me. Another treat I am excited to share is a set of nails from LIVIA, their exclusive offering at the SCALA Yin/Yang Event. I recently featured a free gift from there, and tonight I am showing you the one that is for sale. Both are delightful!
First we have a beautiful gown from irrISIStible that has some special additions. It is called Free Evening Summer Dress + 2 Colors HUD, and also includes a prim belt and headpiece (shown on the right) that also have two different color options on that same HUD. Details always matter to me, and I love the dangling star from the bra that is part of the texture :) I added a gorgeous jewelry set from Beloved Jewelry, their gift for Fab Free group members is called Red Gem Station Set and includes the necklace in two versions, with and without resize script, plus matching earrings that my hair is hiding. The gold links hold gems of red, pink, and white, a very eye catching combination I must say. Their jewelry is always well crafted, with great use of color and shape to provide classic or modern looks.
One last look of the evening, this is a better look at those nails from LIVIA mentioned in my intro and that you have seen quick peeks of in each photo. They are called Crescent Sun Nails and are just $129L for the set, found only at the SCALA Yin/Yang Event until the 31st of July. The HUD offers 8 different designs, all of which you can see on various fingers here, and there are tabs on the HUD for Slink, Omega, Maitreya, and Vista. I love the inclusion of both sun and moon in the designs, it is a clever take on the yin/yang theme, and plan on coming up with many different looks with accent nails and mixtures of these terrific designs. Whether you have been in SL for many years or are a brand new resident (if so, welcome!) you will find plenty of helpful information to maximize your in-world experience. On a personal note, their blog is part of what inspired me to want to create my own blog with those same intentions of guiding people to find affordable clothing and more, so I am eternally grateful for their leading the way. You will need to wear your free group tag to claim these gifts, and they are fairly easy to find especially when in most cases you will be looking for the FabFree rainbow logo sign (click to join the group) above the gifts.
My first stop was BlackRose where I got to enjoy a delightful chat with the talented designer, and picked up the Tank Dress Fab Gift you see above. The style is summery and athletic, and this includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP along with standard mesh sizes. It is short enough that you could certainly add your favorite shorts or capris to create a different look, or to dress it up you could pair it with a bit of jewelry like a bold bracelet or simple necklace.
Next it was off to The Beautiful Ones, where they are offering this Sue Belted Dress in Turquoise. Tonight I have more terrific prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt, a longtime favorite of mine that has 150 stores participating with hidden red t-shirts for either free or a single linden, and many of the prizes are exclusive for this hunt. There is a wide variety among the prizes, one of the many things I enjoy about it.
My first look is the prize from Lemonade Couture and is fittingly named Blazing Dress. The straps provide quite a framework for the colorful fabric, in shades that remind me of the sky at sunrise or sunset, complete with tiny dots like stars. It is included in standard sizes plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions.
This look starts with a really fun top from *HolliPocket* called Herro Titteh in Blueberry Strip. The prize includes system layers and an Omega applier, both shirt and gloves because of the long sleeves, and I love those touches of lace. My jeans are our free prize from Ruca Tease, their RT Floral Jeans. These casual cuties offer standard mesh sizes along with versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. I love the embroidery on the front with its bright red and soft pink flowers, and that slightly cropped length will be ideal for warmer weather.
Graffitiwear has tucked this sweet Springtime Dress in their hidden t-shirt, in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions. The attached belt is laced up in the back, and matches the background of the floral pattern perfectly. This dress has lots of fantastic little details and will be a fine addition to your spring/summer wardrobe.
This is one camo outfit that is not designed to blend in, but to make you stand out and look fantastic! It is the prize from BlackRose named the Alanis Outfit, and includes plenty to wear together or mix and match with anything in your inventory. One last look of the evening is this view of the nails I've been enjoying tonight, our prize from PiNK CHERRY called PC Shiny Stripes Silver for Slink. There are 8 amazing colors on this HUD, and just look at that sheen! The colors reminded me of jelly, and I love the silver tip on each, gorgeous touch. I am sure to get a lot of use from this fantastic free prize.
