TeleportHub Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're taking a look at several group gifts for the TeleportHub.com group, which has a small $10L fee to join. This is to keep out scammers and encourage us to stay in the group, which I gladly do since it's such a helpful source of info and of course the gifts :) These are such generous and thoughtful gifts, and I'm really grateful to all of the participating designers who keep us looking chic even on a budget.

My first look whispers Valentines Day, or at least a few romantic kisses from the lips on both the top and skirt. The .:Bad Rabbit:. Sumry Teleport Hub GIFT includes the cropped turtleneck and slightly asymmetrical skirt, in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I love the pale pink with the darker colored images, complete with ♥ XOXO above the lips, and the fabric has a soft sheen that certainly caught my eye.

I also visited HORL and picked up their lovely Carolin Dress for the group. The high halter neckline and opening in front to show off the cleavage help to make this an outstanding addition to any "little black dress" collection :) There are Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included.

Next I'm feeling so pretty in the ::Sweet Intoxication:: Suzanne Kimono - Cobalt gift! With a high collar, squared neckline, and frog eye clasps down the left side, it is a mix of traditional and modern Japanese styling. We receive sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us choose from 2 colors for the trim. I'm showing both the gold and the darker blue above, and still can't quite decide which one I prefer.

This gorgeous look is our :::FTCOR:::YEN_SET_BLACK::: FATPACK gift, just waiting to help you get ready from head to toe for a fun night out. The dress comes in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, while the shoes fit Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn feet. We even receive the clutch in my right hand, a matching charcoal color with a gold strap that wraps around our wrist.

For my final look tonight, I've slipped into the [LRS] Jolien Outfit which is one of a few gifts they offer for this group. The sweater and skirt each come in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, while the boots include maze sizes and traditional each for all the bodies mentioned above plus an Erika Squeeze version. Because of the pastel colors, the knit pattern on the sweater reminded me of candy hearts at first glance, so I'm really happy to have this as a subtle Valentine nod.

I'm having a rough evening because I'd been hearing mouse-type noises in this room for a few days off an on, honestly tried to ignore them but they are much more frequent and loud tonight. I also saw something small, dark, and moving really quickly out of the corner of my eye earlier, which would certainly fit their description :(  So there's a humane trap a few feet to my left, but it's been used and the housemate said it might be broken, so there's a chance they could get in and eat the peanut butter then scamper away. If I'm here when that happens, I will be screaming like a banshee, LOL! I think I'm allergic to the little pests too, as my allergy symptoms are off the charts for no other obvious reason and this isn't the first time we've heard/spotted them and I've had allergy issues. Sigh. At least my support group session went really well this evening (before the mouse stuff) so I was in a more pleasant mood for a while. Living near woods, especially in the winter, means that mice are a common visitor here unfortunately. Fab and Free

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I kept thinking about the FabFree blog and how much they've helped inspire me over the years, so it made sense for me to explore their group gift listing :) If you join the FabFree group inworld, it is free to join and that tag (I'm Fabulous!) will give you access to so many amazing gifts that will help with your wardrobe and your home decorating. They've got a little something for everyone, male and female avatars, so I would also suggest sharing their website with your favorite guys. They don't get nearly enough free gifts in SL, and they deserve to be treated just as generously. 

My first look is the flirty .:Bad Rabbit:. Litti Top and shorts Aqva gift for FabFree. That color is stunning, and I love the way the top is knotted to lift it up to show off some waist skin. We receive Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizing for our top and shorts, separates so we can pair them with other items if we wish as well. 

I think the [K-Style] FIORELLA TOP & SKIRT #5 gift reminds me of lingerie, probably because of the lace and ruffles. The strapless top and miniskirt are each included in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, and you can find this gift behind the front desk with lots of other goodies for various groups. Such a pretty outfit in a lovely color!

The [Flaneur] Kiara Set gift was the one that helped me realize I'd accidentally worn the cleavage version of my skin ;) That simple shadow makes a huge difference! Kiara includes the daringly open top and zipped miniskirt, in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Nhumana, Reborn, and Squish mesh bodies. The waist of the skirt catches the eye with the slender strand that winds around the back and meets on either side of the zipper.

Over at Violet Skies, their current FabFree gift is the Josie Green Dress seen here. It has a fun floral pattern and darker green fringe beneath the bodice, perfectly matching the large ring that holds top and skirt together. The keyhole opening is framing the cleavage beautifully, and the bare back and sides give us an extra sassy view :) Our gift contains sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Muneca, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with bonus panties that fit each of those brands. 

For my final look of the night, I've slipped into the ~NS~ Millie Top & Skirt gift for FabFree from NoShot, the most recent (July 2025) of a few you can find there for this very group :) The striking purple tank top and slit skirt are each provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I'm a longtime fan of this brand, and I'm sure I have shared several gifts from there over the years so it was a pleasure to do so once again.

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was chilly but nice, and the farmers market was fun but I wish I'd figured out a way to prevent the windburn that just a few minutes outdoors was able to cause. There is just some reddening and tenderness lingering, should be fine in a day or so. The temperature was below freezing, so I was almost glad there were so few vendors there; admittedly there were 2 I really missed and wished they had been there this week though. One is a crochet artist who had asked for suggestions previously and might have been bringing something for me if she'd been there, or to last week's canceled one. I enjoy supporting local businesses and people who take the time to create items by hand, and I've had family members who crocheted or knitted so I've always been impressed by the dedication it takes. I'm so entranced by the butterflies, both the large and the smaller ones flitting about, and the soft peachy pink color is right up my alley.

This flirty outfit is our gift from MONOMANIA called Tonha de Zeca - Plaid White. They've got lots of great gifts for several groups, so be sure to see what other logos there look familiar. This treat includes the top, separate sleeves, and skirt, each in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Pinup Nerido, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. The plaid is intriguing in monochromatic like this, and the short hem of the skirt gives a particularly cheeky view from behind ;)

Next we have the lovely [seeker] Enna Print 03 outfit, a pairing of cropped top and low cut miniskirt that each lace up on both sides. Isn't that floral pattern pretty? Many times we think of bright assorted colors for flowers, but these softer ones are a terrific change :) Our gift includes Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Petite, Maitreya, Maitreya Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu sizing, as well as a metals HUD for each piece with 8 colors. The rivets holding the strings in place are where the HUDs come into play :) Be sure to find a C-string (panty liner) to wear beneath, because panties with sides are probably going to show through the lacing. 

Maybe you do prefer more vibrant colors, so in that case I'll suggest our Carola*Olaia gift. I'm a big fan of asymmetrical styles, and this one's got the hem going high on the right while the top dips from bare right shoulder to full long sleeve on the left. Its belt is a separate attachment so you can choose to omit if you wish, and both will fit Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The enclosed HUD will let you pick from 20 colors each for the main dress, trim, and belt. I matched the belt on the right but from behind it almost looks like I removed it, but again it is entirely up to you if you want a sleek all-one-color look or you want to go wild and tint everything a new hue :) Make this look your own, jazz it up with your favorite accessories and you will look stunning as always.

I'm preparing for a busy weekend, which is slightly unusual for me...I'll be going back to the farmers market I used to go to weekly, for the first time in over 2 years if I feel up to it in the morning. Then dinner at my parents', where my dad is recovering from the procedure for his A-fib (cardioversion) that apparently did not work so he will go back on medication until a new plan is devised. I'll get to talk to them more about that tomorrow, so trying not to worry too much right this instant. Telling me not to worry is like telling the sun not to shine though, LOL, so I'm trying to think peaceful thoughts and take deep slow breaths. SLMB Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is loaded with SLMB group gifts, which is the ^^SL Mesh Body group and costs a mere $9L to join at present. There are plenty of designers who are a part of this group, sending info about new releases, sales, and events, plus many of them offer gifts for the group members at their stores. That is what I'll be showing you tonight, a handful of those lovely treats :) The only hard part would be choosing a favorite, because I adore and am so thankful for every single one.

First we're headed to .:FlowerDreams:. where the Celia Dress can light up your wardrobe, and your room ;) It's got built in lighting because of the materials involved, to ensure you can see the detailed texturing. There are 5 fitmesh standard sizes along with eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. I think the pale green is perfect for spring, like bringing fresh new plant growth to mind.

I must confess that I love any excuse to visit Composer Girls Fashion, because I'm always delighted to find generously accessorized looks like this !CGF-*Satyana* Mauve/Wine Complete Skirt Outfit. Our gift starts with the cropped sweater in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, then we get to add our skirt in the same sizes plus eBody, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing. The over knee boots are provided in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and we receive some lovely jewelry too - earrings and a necklace in gold tones. The necklace has a built in resize script so we can adjust if needed. This whole outfit is so wonderfully detailed, from the leaf designs on each hip to the many straps holding our boots in place.

Next we bring some sunshine with the ART & FASHION - SURREAL GREECE LONG DRESS gift. It has a daring opening on the left side of the skirt, and a single shouldered style for added pizzazz :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included in this wonderful gift. I've seen some truly beautiful pictures of Greece, and now I'm hoping to find a Greek region in SL to visit! The sunny yellow color of this dress is making me smile just as much as the artwork that adorns it.

I also visited .:Bad Rabbit:. and picked up their Outfit Neno Golden gift for SLMB. The vivid colors complement the playful style, a strapless tube top with diagonal hemline and a short ruffled miniskirt with coordinated strappy heels. All pieces are designed for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and our gift also includes a HUD with 2 textures for each. This way we can mix and match as I've done here, alternating the solid fabric and the crushed velvet type print. Pink and orange together make me think of tropical sunsets, or maybe tropical fruits :) 

For my final look this evening, I'm enjoying the sleek [ConTrato] Athena Dress gift. Our new tank dress comes in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us pick from 5 colors of striped patterns. The blue makes me think nautical, but I do like them all :) I'll always appreciate the versatility of color or texture HUDs, so one free gift becomes several at once.

It was a quiet day here, and I'm trying to plan an outing for tomorrow that is turning out to be a hassle and a half somehow. I must continue making progress though, essential for my anxiety. I saw the groundhog outside again, so that is another cheerful reminder of spring being here even if the weather doesn't fully agree. Treats from Palomma Plaza

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is some group gifts I found from visiting Palomma Plaza, as I was feeling sentimental and wanted the comfort of stopping by this memorial to Dove's generous spirit. If you still have a landmark for the Free Dove, they will get you here to Palomma Plaza as well, although you need to join the Palomma Plaza group to get that "Doves Angel" tag. That lets you claim all these amazing free gifts, generously provided by dozens of talented designers. I'm so glad that her goal of helping people is being continued after her passing, she is so dearly missed. I've got treats from Bad Rabbit and from Hilly Haalan to share, so my link should give you a red arrow to the space between these two displays :)

My first look of the night is our .:Bad Rabbit:. Outfit Neno Golden gift. Its top and skirt each fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with coordinated strappy heels in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink sizing. We also receive a HUD with 2 choices for each piece, all of which can be seen above. I couldn't decide if it reminds me of a sunset or a fruity drink, but either way - yes please!

Another lovely gift from .:Bad Rabbit:. is this fun Metalli Dress Aqua-Lilac. What a great strapless style, with such a short hem but loose fit so it looks extra comfy! This gift includes Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Hourglass, Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Bimbo, Low, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Signature, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Mini mesh body sizes to fit a really diverse range. There's also a HUD with both color choices mentioned in the name, so you can decide at any given moment which shade suits you.

You know I simply could not resist the cuteness of our .:Bad Rabbit:. EmoCats Pillow Aqua gift! There are hold and decor versions included, so you can wear one around as I am here, or you can rez the decor one out on your sofa or in a cozy corner of your living space. They both talk when clicked, with 11 different sayings in local chat. You know I'll be snuggling this sweetie all weekend :)

Hilly Haalan is well known for their style and their generosity, so it is my pleasure to show off their [hh] Allegra Dress gift for Palomma Plaza. This shapely beauty is provided in sizes for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, with an impressive 50 texture HUD that has a few patterns plus lots of solid colors. We can really get creative here, and I appreciate it so much!

For my final look of the evening, we have the other Hilly Haalan gift called [hh] Malina Dress. It has such an ethereal quality to it, don't you think? There are 5 standard sizes and a fitmesh standard version for classic avatars, plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. Wait until you see the HUD! It's got 10 colors each for several sections - upper embroidered, skirt embroidered, skirt trim, chiffon skirt, upper plain, skirt plain, chiffon trim, chiffon chest, beads 1, beads 2, beads 3, chest trim, chest wire, and back button. Now the embroidered and plain are two options for the same sections, so you can choose with or without the floral decoration. I did the plain skirt on the right in sunny yellow. The bodice beading is such a fun touch too, being able to choose different colors or just go all the same for a uniform, elegant look. There are no wrong ways to wear this, it's all about your tastes and preferences :)

Well, it was certainly a day...I am still under the weather but fortunately tested negative for the most concerning one, so that is reassuring. I am still bummed about not being able to visit my parents, but putting their health first is important to me. Free is Fabulous

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood to explore a bit, so the FabFree in SL group and blog immediately came to mind. Their group is free to join, and the blog is a wonderful source of information that includes the listing of gifts for their group members :) It is constantly growing and being added to, so you can find all sorts of treats for guys and gals, plus home decor suitable for anyone's living space. I usually go down the list a bit and go with slightly older gifts, just to make sure people are aware of them before they get swapped out for new goodies. This does mean that if you like what you see, you may not want to wait too long just in case :) I will definitely be a proud member of this group for life!

My first stop was La Feminique, where the beautiful Selena May GG awaits all FabFree group members. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies provided, and a HUD with 3 color versions of the summery citrus sliced pattern you see above. This is such a flattering minidress, especially the crossed straps.

Our gift from *Flamingos*  is their Clementine Top&Skirt - Pink set, packed separately but meant to pair together perfectly. The top and skirt each fit eBody, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Peach mesh bodies. The top's HUD offers 10 colors each for the sleeves, ribbons, and corset, while the skirt has a HUD with the same 10 hues for the trim and ribbons. Very cute for this time of year, don't you think?

I also picked up a fantastic pair of pretty dresses, the *Glitter Bunny* Xara Dress gift for FabFree. The pink and purple versions are each included in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Star mesh body sizing. There is even a men's gift here too, so spread the word to any male avatar wearers you know :) As for Xara here, I love both color ombres and am going to have a very hard time deciding which to wear out first. 

Next we have the sassy .:Bad Rabbit:. Knitty Dress Gray + Soft Red gift, a fun mix of sex appeal and unique styling. The dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies, and we receive a HUD with both color choices shown above. The dress is delightfully asymmetrical, with most of the left side open but tied at the hip. I am a big fan of knit textures, so that added to my appreciation of this generous gift.

My final stop of the evening was {Le'La} where I found their Simeona Dress Gift for FabFree. Did you know they have a separate building for their gifts? Just walk out their front door and you'll see a sparkly stardust path leading you there, for not only their own (paid) group but lots of other groups. Thursdays are not usually very exciting around here, and I am still waiting to find out if my parents are going to be home in time tomorrow for our usual dinner get-together. SL Frees and Offers

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're exploring stores who are part of the SLF&O or Second Life Frees & Offers group, which is free to join. The name explains the group fairly well, as a source of information on sales, new releases, special offers, and of course gifts :) Just have your group tag active and stop by any of their stores, look for the  red and white SLFO logo sign, and enjoy the gift if there is one. I am a huge fan of these multi-designer groups and have learned a great deal from their notices and inworld chats over the years.

My first look of the evening is our Carol's Store F&O Gift, a simply named halter dress with beautiful floral pattern. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh bodies provided via HUD. I'm always drawn to halter style dresses or tops for some reason, and the ruching on this one just adds an extra flirty touch.

.:Bad Rabbit:. has a lovely gift for us called Metalli Dress Peach-Pink. There is something about a strapless dress, and the crinkled satin texture is so fun! In sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Signature, Slink Hourglass, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies, the gift also includes a HUD with both colors shown here. This gift is on the wall of group gifts, way up top above their store's group (not free to join) by the SLFO sign and with a few other multi-designer group gifts.

I couldn't decide if this dress is meant to be leather or latex, so I chose a color that would represent each :) This is our W.G STORE - Selesty Dress gift, and the W.G stands for WildGirl. There are Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes provided, along with a HUD that offers 10 colors and 4 metals for the clasps on the back of the straps. Both the style and the sheen caught my attention, and the dress looks sizzling hot in every single color option!

Next stop is Telsiope's Couture, where their Manila dress can be found upstairs with lots of other generous goodies for various groups. The pattern on the fabric really caught my eye, as I couldn't decide if it looked embossed or embroidered at first glance. The long sleeves, deep neckline, and short hem all add up to a sexy look for chilly weather like I have right now in RL :) This gift consists of Belleza Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Erika, Khara, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Prima, Prima Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing.

My final look for this evening can be found at V8 Underground, and it's called **EMMA LESMY PURPLE RISQUE STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT**. They are another designer who generously offer gifts for many different groups and rotate them fairly regularly, as they were all Christmas themed the last time I checked which was quite recent. Enchanting Emma here includes the bodysuit, belt, and boots, each in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Kupra Bimbo, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The chunky platform boots have a retro feeling to me, yet somehow modernized, which is hard to explain but I'm here for it!

I'm trying to refrain from ranting about the weather, but the farmers market already canceled for this coming Saturday because of another storm headed this way, so I'm not a happy camper. We got about 3" of snow overnight, and the temperatures are plunging (it's 14 degrees here now, yes that's F so below freezing) for about a week with snow again on Friday. That means no dinner with my parents on Friday either, so I'll need to come up with alternate food plans pretty quickly. The Saturday market is where much of my food usually comes from, so that's a problem. I will continue to check my email to make sure my therapy video session doesn't get postponed too, just trying to prepare for any possibility. Fabulously Free

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring along the FabFree group gift trail, which means visiting some amazing and generous designers who are part of the FabFree in SL blog/group family. The blog has been a source of assistance and inspiration for my entire second life, and I am an enthusiastic fan who loves reminding everyone to check their blog regularly and of course to join the group so you can grab these gifts :) They keep the group gift list very well updated, with dozens and dozens of treats at any given time with more added frequently, so I could easily feature them once a week or more and never run out of things to blog. If any group deserves a permanent place among our precious group slots, it is this one! So pop on that "I'm Fabulous!" group tag and join me for an adventure...

My first stop was BE BOLD, where the name of their Gift #5 may or may not have had me humming Mambo Number 5 ;) It is a flirty dress for the Maitreya mesh body that has an asymmetrical hemline and some slashed cutouts across the back. We also receive a HUD with 3 color choices, with the one not shown being a lovely bright pink. Options always make an already pretty dress or outfit even more special, don't you think?

Time to get snuggly with the .:Bad Rabbit:. Nyasha Sleepwear Set Teddy Bear Dark group gift for FabFree! There are long and short versions of the top, as well as thong panties and full length pants that all fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. Also included are the bear slippers for Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, Kupra, and Legacy flat feet, and 4 versions of the eye mask - over the eyes or atop the head, each with or without a bow. The clothing all features an adorable print adorned with teddies, and I like the ability to shift from cuddly to sexy with the thong or the short top which is lifted to reveal the left breast. Yep, that is why I have my back to you all while wearing that one ;) Of course, that served to show off my bum, so modesty is all relevant I suppose. 

So there are little black dresses, and then there are little black dresses, like this tantalizing [Sexy Princess] Maritina Black Dress. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, and has panels down the front and back that are joined by slender strips across the bust, waist, and hemline. I think a C-string would be very handy if wearing this in public, since most other panty styles would show through, and just about any type of accessories you like can coordinate nicely with the neutral black hue.

Next we visit ::REA:: whose FabFree group gift is currently this playful Constance Sparkle swimsuit. Its intriguing style covers the essentials while baring plenty, so it can certainly bring the drama to any beach or pool look :) There are eBody Reborn, Erika, Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kupra Bimbo, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Prima Busy sizes included, along with a 6 color HUD. The choices are all flecked with white sparkles, which I think adds a charming touch to the pretty pastel hues. My final look of the evening is the stunning EVENING IN PINK GOWN gift from ART & FASHION. It starts with a strapless mini dress, to which we can add the ruffle skirt either with or without transparency (the transparent version is shown on the left above), all of which fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. It made me think of those wedding gowns that convert to a shorter version or at least have a removable train, for freer movement to dance and socialize at the reception :) The color and the bold flowers call to mind a certain popular fashion doll, whose movie I am still eager to see when it is possible to do so from home. This is another location where the gifts are free but need to be 'purchased' for $1L which is refunded to you immediately, creating a transaction history in their records. This probably means it can be redelivered if you ever need it to be, since sometimes things in SL get wonky as we all know.

Well, I was able to get my Genus head update delivered from the HUD they sent out to their new group, so no need to struggle getting into an overly crowded sim/region :) I think there will be a bit of a learning curve or at least an adjustment to switching back to it after using Lelutka for over a year...I misunderstood the update and it was not to Evo X compatibility but a totally different third option (counting standard SLUV map, that of its predecessor and classic avatars as the first) called 4K BOM. It can be used with the original non-Evo-X skins by default, toggled back and forth via the HUD, but I've found that most recent skins and makeup are only for Evo X. So I'm still wearing Lelutka as you can see, and will wait patiently to see what SL's talented skin and makeup artists create :) SL is always evolving in various ways, so this is just another example of that and I am curious as to how it will shake out.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting a few stores who are offering group gifts for the SLFO or SL Frees & Offers group. It is free to join this group, which is a consistently reliable source of news about sales and special offers in addition to those sweet group gifts. Many participating designers have such treats for the members, just look for the red and white logo of SLFO and the gifts are generally below or next to the group sign. Just wear your group tag and give the gifts a click, easy peasy and very worth visiting these generous stores. I always wind up browsing to see what weekly sales they participate in, if they have an in-store group I might want to join, and what their general vibe is. 

For my first look this evening, I visited Bens Boutique where I found this charming Marta Shirt & Skirt gift for SLFO behind the desk. The buttoned sweater and houndstooth plaid skirt each come in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. I am a fan of monochromatic looks like this, and would probably be inclined to add silver jewelry to keep that color scheme going. 

Another fun visit was Atelier Ele, who are currently offering their {AE} JANNA DRESS as a group gift for SLFO members. This one shouldered mini dress has a dark leopard print and diagonal ruffle, with a solid black waistband cinching it like a belt. Claim this gift and you will receive the dress and matching panties each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. To claim this gift you will need to pay $1L but it will be immediately refunded as the gift is delivered to you.

Next I hopped over to BE BOLD, where I picked up their Gift #24 dress and panties combo for SLFO. The dress is layered with an animal print vest over a tank dress that is sheer from the bra down, so the panties are visible through that front panel. For a splash of color, be sure to grab this flirty group gift at {Le'La} which is their Tyrell Outfit. There are neutral colors among our choices too, I just decided that we needed something bright for this look :)

My final look this evening is the SLFO group gift from Bad Rabbit called Miraby Outfit Light Red. Its hoodie and pants are each included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The matching tiptoe sneakers fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet. There is also a HUD provided with 2 choices for each, so we can decide if we want our bold red to be patterned or solid. I would be tempted to layer a bra or tank top beneath the open hoodie if wearing it somewhere modesty is an issue. It just looks so cozy and playful!

Well, my sense of timing and day of the week is completely thrown off, LOL, thanks to having dinner at my parents' tonight instead of Friday. It was fun though, and we did a makeshift barbecue with food grilled indoors since they never bothered getting their outdoor grill repaired a few years back. They just don't use it often enough to justify the expense and hassle, and I can definitely understand that. The food was tasty, and their cockatiels had me in stitches laughing at one of them randomly doing a loud siren sounding whistle for a few minutes nonstop. I don't know what he was trying to tell us, but he sure was excited about it! His brother was not impressed, particularly when Sammy started whistling right in his (Timmy's) face. Tomorrow we have a tornado risk from severe thunderstorms all afternoon and evening, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I will be safe and have power but there are no guarantees. If I am unable to post tomorrow evening, I guess I'll save that info for Saturday and not take that evening off like I usually would.
