Hurry To Tachinni

 Hiya everyone! Sometimes we all need something sexy and/or romantic, and for that I suggest the Tachinni - Karolyn Bra/Panties group gift. Its bra and panties each fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and there are black and red versions of each piece. We also receive a HUD with 24 colors for the pearls trimming both parts, and 4 metal options. The sheer material dusted with various sized hearts will help us bring Valentine's Day to any day of the year ♥.

Another irresistible group gift I claimed is the Tachinni - Gabriela Set, which is as versatile as it is alluring :) The shirt and shorts are each provided in sizing for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies, with HUDs for each. My final look is what happens when you give Dawn store credits, lol, and these are discounted on top of it so the credit stretched even further. The Tachinni - Selena jumpsuit - #19 is one of a bevy of beautiful colors you might choose, all of which include original and lace versions so you can decide if you want to wear the sleek style on the left or the one trimmed at the neckline and leg openings with pretty lace as I wore to the right. All fit Legacy, Perky, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies, and there is a HUD tucked in there with 3 metal options. This is currently on sale for $140L. I added the edgy Tachinni - Selena coat - #3 which is a deep grey almost black, cropped biker jacket style that should be easy to incorporate into any cool weather wardrobe. These are $175L each at the moment, so my total credits spent were $315L which leaves me with another $85L to spend by the 7th :) The Selena coat is provided in the same sizes as the jumpsuit, and includes a HUD with 30 choices for the buttons and 3 for the metals. It's probably not surprising that I went a little matchy with my buttons, to really pull the pieces together. 

Well, I was supposed to go to the lab yesterday and get blood drawn, but the anxiety won and I couldn't make it. I am annoyed at myself but there is nothing I can really do about it at this point. My main concern is now the safety of everyone in the path of the hurricane, including the wonderful person behind Ari-Pari and Malus Park Events, so I'm sending her and everyone my love and best wishes for safety during this storm. In an effort to add something cheerful here, I am very excited about the Paleo Pines game celebrating their 1 year anniversary tomorrow with a free update and 2 paid DLCs ($3.99 each so very reasonable) and spooky seasonal dinosaurs. I've been watching so many twitch streams in preparation :) Picking which new dinosaur to obtain is hard work for an already swamped brain, and all the species will have the new colorway available. Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are celebrating the 8th anniversary round of the UBER Event, with a little twist. Instead of gifts at the event itself, there are landmarks at each display of the stores who are participating so we can visit their mainstore to find the gifts. They are mostly in boxes that are tan with a golden yellow ribbon tied in a bow, and I suggest checking for a front desk at each store to help you locate these gifts. The vast majority do not need any special group tag to claim them, so they are free for everyone to enjoy. This round is open until the 22nd of September and I believe the gifts will be available for the same time frame. There are pros and cons to this method, with a drawback being that teleporting so many times can strain the PC, but pluses are that you don't have to battle Uber's crowds for long if it is busy, and the stores can offer additional sales if they wish. 

First I slipped into the [[ Masoom ]] Fall Vibes Gift, a one-sleeved ruched mini dress with strapless thong. They each fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The color is so glowy and vibrant, I love it!

Next we take a look at the charming GIZ SEORN: UBER Anniversary Gift. Our simply named sleeveless dress is unbuttoned to show the built in bra layer, and there is an attached belt to cinch the waist. The gift comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I really like the tropical print!

For something extra flirty, be sure to visit ~Nerido~ and claim their free Karole Set-White GIFT. The bra top with one strap folded down and matching panties are each included in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD for the grommets with 10 colors, as well as a HUD to turn sparkles off and on. 

I also visited [ west end ] where I found their wonderful Vero Jean Dress - FATPACK gift. The style is simple yet unique, thanks to the way the straps connect at the back of the neck to show scooped out shoulderblades :) The dress comes in sizing for Alice, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us choose from 14 colors in 3 varieties for 42 total options. The polka dots look great either light or dark, and we can select a solid denim hue if we prefer.

My final look this evening combines two Uber gifts, but we can of course pair these separates up however we wish. The top is the Tachinni - Aria top - Uber Gift, whose unpacker HUD lets us choose from Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn sizes or we can unpack them all at once. The heart-dotted top has long sleeves and is held loosely closed by one single chain. The pants are the !EE Rudbeckia leggings Gift from !ElvenElder, with deep plunging front and extended hem that covers the heels and seems to work best for Mid height feet. There are Legacy and Maitreya sizes provided, with a 21-color HUD as well as a materials glossiness HUD. Most of the colors are solid, but there were a pattern or two among the choices so I suggest checking them all out :) 

It was just one of those days, and I have to reschedule my chiropractor appointment that should have been tomorrow afternoon but I now have no way there due to a minor medical issue (not mine). It will probably be next week instead, not a big deal other than the last minute change probably inconveniencing the office for which I do feel guilty and will be apologizing profusely. I also have a podiatrist appointment this week, so time will tell if that still takes place. I would prefer it does, as it's already later than it should be and my toenails are really uncomfortable. Shop and Hop Snowflake

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I thought I'd squeeze in a little more Holiday Shop & Hop while the event still has a few days to go. To refresh your memory, it is a special event with 12 beautifully decorated regions packed with talented designers, who are all offering discounted sales items and free gifts. Things wrap up (holiday gift pun intended) on the 2nd of January, so we have a few days remaining to explore and treat ourselves. I randomly chose the Snowflake region, so that is where all of tonight's featured gifts can be found, but I still recommend visiting all dozen of them if you haven't yet :) It is probably not terribly crowded there anymore, which is surely a plus.

My first look of the evening is the neve gift - merry 2021, a shirt and dress combination that comes in Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya and Petite body sizes. There is also a handy HUD with 4 colors for the dress, 4 for the shirt, and 8 metals for the zipper, as well as the ability to hide/show the shirt. The dress textures are charming plaids, while the shirt beneath has coordinating solid colors for us to choose from. 

Another delightful dress can be found as the gift at the -Pixicat- display, their Miranda Dress - VelvetGreen. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Flat, and Petite mesh bodies. There is also a very impressive HUD for our loose ribbon tie, with 82 textures which are a mix of solids and patterns, plus the option to show/hide the tie completely. I love the vibrant green fabric with subtle texture, and the colors you choose for the tie can affect whether it feels holiday themed or not.

I definitely got a smile from this next gift, the Xmas tease by JI which stands for Just Imagine. From the top down, we have a really fun reindeer headband which has red antlers, a touch of holly, and a glowing red nose as a nod to Rudolph. Then there is the dress itself, daringly bare back and plaid trimmed in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The matching boots are included too, to fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet. Wait until you see the adorable reindeer faces on the boots! ♥

Tachinni is offering a duo of outfits for us in their Miranda Jumpsuit gift. There is v1 snowflake as I am wearing on the left above, and the right side of my photo shows the v2 zebra version. Each is provided in sizes for eBody Reborn, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies. The style is very flattering with the strapless sweetheart neckline and patterned trim that matches the belt and cuffs. 

My final look this evening is one of several gifts tucked inside the gift box from [QE], this one being their Emme Sweater Dress -Holiday-. There are two versions of the sweater dress, one labeled fluffy which seems to be a slightly looser fit, and the long scarf, all of which come in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes. We can wear the sweater with or without the scarf, and even thought it is classified as a dress I just might wear some jeans or leggings beneath on a particularly cold winter day. Their other gifts include lingerie, a hoodie for the guys, and two rugs, so this is quite a generous treat!

The NHL is back from an extended holiday break, and I am watching my favorite team out west so it is 3 time zones behind. We aren't playing very well, probably from travel fatigue and from missing 5 players. Otherwise it was a quiet day, as my entire week should be, and I am trying to get some decent rest when I can. Shop and Hop at Poppy

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am very happy to share some Halloween Shop and Hop gifts found on the Poppy region, one of 14 beautifully decorated regions (sims) bursting with talented designers offering seasonal sales items and thoughtful free gifts. There are gifts for male and female avatars, along with plenty of home decor so you can liven up your living space as easily as your wardrobe. I know I was lacking in the Halloween decoration department, and I prefer mystical to horror style, but saw a nice selection of both among gifts and sales selections. 

My first look is the -Pixicat- Brook Dress (Gift) in dark plummy purple with a flock of bats. The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Flat, and Petite mesh bodies, with a HUD for the belt that offers 2 metals (gold and silver) plus the option to show or hide it. The high waist and short hem make me think that this would work as a tunic top if you layered some leggings beneath for cooler weather, since variety is fun :)

One really fun thing about Halloween is the costumes, which in SL can also usually double as exciting roleplay fashions. A great example is the Blackstone gift called Melissa Air-hostess - Fatpack seen here. The bodysuit with collar/tie and cuffs is provided in Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya body sizing, with an adjustable cap. There is also a HUD so you can choose from 15 colors for the outfit and 4 metals. That is an impressive amount of variety to help you fly the friendly skies.

Our gift from Envious is called Unknown, so my guess is that it is hiding its identity with the camouflage pattern. The dress and separate sleeves are each included in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, both gathered and tied with loose bows. As you can see on the right, the strapless bodycon dress looks just as fantastic without the sleeves as with, so it is up to you every time you wear it which look suits your mood.

There are two generous gifts at the RIOT display, both of which contain sizes for male and female avatars, so be sure to pass the word along to the guys too. You can see the Strapped Shirts - Deathmask Moth on the left, with the Strapped Shirts - Lunar Moth gift on the right. Each contain Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes for the ladies along with a few men's sizes, each with a HUD that lets you choose from 35 colors for the straps and 14 metal tones as well as the ability to turn them on and off. I really like the tint of each pattern to reflect their moths, and the crescent moons and stars built into the design. 

My final look this evening is the Tachinni - Aurora Dress-Halloween S&H gift, in two versions called solid and slogan which are with (right) or without the bat on the back that says Trick or Treat across its wings. Both versions come in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies, with a HUD with 3 metal colors and 25 choices for the built in panties as well as an on/off option for those panties. I appreciate the soft red of the leather and how it looks very touchable.

Shop and Hop Gilded

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take another look at some Valentine's Shop and Hop gifts, this time from the Gilded sim which is one of four full sims dedicated to the event. In addition to gifts from each designer (over 80 total!) there are discounted offers so you can pick up something special for your valentine or favorite friend, and treat yourself while you're at it. I always enjoy these events for the opportunity to see what longtime designers are creating these days, and being introduced to newer stores so I can expand my SL horizons.

My first look this evening is the free gift from [spectacledchic] called Hailey Set Love. The top and skirt each come in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizing, with bright red hearts on a deep blue background. The square neckline looks pretty both back and front, and you could use it to frame a necklace or just enjoy the way it flatters the cleavage. The skirt is gathered by a wide elastic band for a fluttery look, high waisted yet falling barely mid-thigh.

Combining elegance with sensuality, this look is the Vestito di Amanti Lovers Outfit from Bella Moda. This gift includes the jacket in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a Fitted size, with heels in Belleza, Maitreya, Slink High, and resize versions. There are two necklaces provided (triple black bead necklace and jeweled horn necklace) with resize scripts built in, and packed separately inside the gift you will also notice a black lace heart crotch for modesty which comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. 

MALified is offering a very generous gift for Maitreya mesh body wearers - a fatpack of their Victoria's Heart Lingerie. It comes in black, blue, cyan (seen on the right above), pink, red (left), violet, and white, each packaged separately with bra, panties, belt, skirt, and the entire outfit as seen on the left to wear all at once. On the right I am wearing the cyan bra and panties without the skirt or belt.

I have always been fascinated by flapper fashions, so the gift from Sylvan Moon Designs called Ain't Misbehavin' Dress Set certainly caught my eye. It includes the dress and beads separately (wear with or without) each in sizes for XS, S, M, Maitreya, and Slink. The way the back is draped and so revealing is very flirty, and the texturing is exquisite.

My final look of the evening is courtesy of Tachinni, their Shelby Dress Free Gift. It has a tiny animal print in lovely earth tones, and gathered sides at each thigh that are tied in place. It comes in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing.

Shop and Hop Gets Tinseled

Hiya everyone! Tonight our journey through the Winter Shop and Hop event leads us to the Tinseled Sim, one of their 6 beautiful sims packed with 120 designers' displays. Each of these hold discounted selections and most have a gift for all visitors to enjoy, so be sure to look carefully while you are shopping :) All will be available until the 6th of January, so you still have time to visit and save some lindens while picking up gifts for others and yourself.

I even found a festive wallpaper for one of the rooms in my skybox to fully immerse myself in the seasonal spirit today :) This cozy dress is the gift from Salt & Pepper called S&P Vivian Dress. Its sleeves are separate from the dress (so you can wear with or without) and each are provided in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. There is also a HUD as you can guess, offering 16 colors each for the dress, sleeves, and string of the belt where it ties in front. I went a little Christmas themed on the right above, just for giggles, but you can have a lot of fun with this gift for sure.

Kaithleen's gift for us is the alluring Joyful Dress - Rose. It has two versions, solid and sheer, each of which come in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 16 color choices for the belt/bow, and 4 metal options for the delicate chain that serves as our halter strap. If you look really closely, you can notice the sheerness of the dress on the right, just the outline of my body is visible through the fabric, so it isn't strongly see-through but just has a hint of transparency.

This charming look is the Valentina E. gift for Shop and Hop, their Gia Dress Robin. It comes in a single Maitreya mesh body size, in vivid teal with very pretty crisscrossed straps in the back. I think this would be an ideal choice for an evening at a club, don't you?

Both of these tops made me think "ooh cute!" in different ways, and I loved them both so much I decided I must share both :) On the left I am enjoying the gift from ALTAIR* which is their dino party shirt (Maitreya), and our little buddy is wearing a Santa hat while dancing among presents, rainbows, candy canes, wrapped presents and more. The playful top on the right is the Tachinni - Bianca Top - 2019 S&H Gift. With its black and red plaid, it has a touch of country charm that I really appreciate. This gift includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya. My jeans in this photo are my favorite marketplace freebie from Delizio, seen here in white but the gift is a fatpack of several colors in system layers, Omega appliers, and Maitreya appliers.

I decided to go formal for the final look of the evening, thanks to our gift from Baiastice. It is a duo of gowns, their Mirla Glitter Dress - Red and Gold, each of which are provided in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. I do enjoy the long style having a flared skirt that allows for movement, and how it falls in gentle pleats. 

My day mostly involved preparation for the weekend and then the upcoming holidays, so even without leaving the house it got a bit zany ;) Tomorrow is my usual Saturday farmers market, and then tomorrow evening I will not be blogging because instead I will be doing a special Sunday morning Advent calendar post one more time before they wind down for the year. My post will just be a few hours later than usual, and will give you the remainder of Sunday to grab those treats. I always enjoy showing those to you, although I wish my schedule made it a bit easier to do it more often this month.
