Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a selection of group gifts to share with you, starting with some fashions for the FabFree in SL group. The group is free to join, as you can probably guess from the name, and it is the in-world presence of the FabFree in SL blog which I have been avidly reading for many years. The website and the group both provide information about sales, gifts, events, and all sorts of special offers, while the group tag entitles you to gifts from an impressive number of designers across the grid. I also have a beautiful set of manicures from ~Mani Pedi~, which is a gift for their in-world group members and their subscribers. I really enjoy their nail polishes, and I hope you do too!
My first visit was to NUTS Inc, and it is quite a struggle not to make a pun about how I am nuts about their Calla Dress :) It is the ladies gift for FabFree (yes, that distinction means there is one for the men too) and is provided on a handy delivery HUD so you choose the body brand you wish delivered to you. There are buttons for Altamura, Belleza, eBody, Maitreya, Slink, and TMP, and clicking one will deliver versions for that particular brand plus a HUD with 6 color choices. The strapless style is very shapely, with a ruffle across the bodice and a bustle of denim in the rear.
:::Revelation::: also has a terrific gift for FabFree members, called Aila Outfits. Its top and skirt are each provided in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD that offers 14 colors each for the top and its ruffle, then 11 textures each for the skirt's top, bottom, and lacing string. There are solid colors and patterns among the skirt choices, while the solid colors for the top match them beautifully. A quick tip to find this gift in the store: there are gifts in packages on a low platform in front of the wall with group signs on it, and this one is in the front row in a black package. If you click the wrong one, it will just tell you that you have the wrong group tag on, so not a big deal.
This flirty outfit is the FabFree gift from Alias! called Vintage Heart Solid. There is a dress and matching panties in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing, with a HUD that lets you pick from 4 texture varieties for the skirt. Next we have the lovely [WellMade] Fab Dress, aptly named as the FabFree group gift. There is a HUD with 3 colors of the same floral pattern to choose from, and how fun is that lacing up the back? The dress is provided in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies.
It is time for a closer view of these sensational polishes from ~Mani Pedi~, their February 2020 group gift called Signature Shomei Polish. It includes appliers for Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, with 7 vibrant colors that are all taken from the store's original logo, as is their tradition with group gifts. They all have a pearlescent shimmer to them, and a metallic division between nail bed and paler tips. To claim these, you can either join their free store group, or sign up for their subscriber which will deliver you regular updates about their nail polishes and their L.S.D. clothing line. Fun fact, there are often matching nail polish sets available for their clothing releases so you can coordinate your look completely.
Changing plans makes my poor head spin, so it was an interesting day...I am still confused on what day of the week it is, but I know the next few days are going to be quite busy. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several treasures to share, starting with some of the hunt prizes from the Remembering You Hunt 2. This is a gridwide $1L hunt with a long stem red poppy as the hunt object, and the landmarks with helpful hints can be found on their website. I appreciate the thrill of the hunt in SL, with the opportunity to visit so many stores and wind up with a very affordable treat from each. I am also pleased to show you not just one but two exclusive offers from DAZZLE and their "At The Train Station" round this month. There are so many talented designers taking part in this exciting theme, I'm just making this post twice as nice by selecting from two of them.
My first look this evening is the female hunt prize from Waffles, called Remembrance Top & Denim Overalls Shorts. It is included in a trio of classic sizes (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous versions. The guys can claim a tank top and shorts set by finding their flower, both hints and previews can be found on the website.
Next we seek the poppy at The Sissy Bar to claim this adorable shorts set which is named after the hunt itself. The tank top and shorts each come in sizes for eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The single red poppy on the top is a delightful match for the whole bouquet worth of flowers blooming across the shorts.

Tonight I have some prizes to share from the Quoth The Raven Hunt, a $1L gridwide hunt that also offers the option to purchase the prizes for $25L each at the sign in each store if you prefer not to hunt. The locations, hints, and preview images can be found on their website, so I do suggest having it open while you are hunting to guide you. It probably won't surprise you that the hunt object is a raven, who has been found perching in some really creative spots in the various stores. My nails needed something special to coordinate with these dark prizes, so a visit to DAZZLE and its Black Cat - Enchanted Masquerade theme was well warranted. I have the exclusive selection from ~Mani Pedi~ on my nails tonight, with a closer view at the very end.
My first look is the prize from AdelleArts which is simply named Quoth The Raven Hunt Prize, and it is an exclusive for this hunt. The dress comes in standard sizes plus a Maitreya version, while the tights are in system layers as well as an Omega applier. The heels are sized for Maitreya Mid, and the necklace is included too with a resizer built in, so even your accessories are covered. This outfit has it all, from spooky spider webs to shimmery hose.
I am captivated by this prize from Little 2 Large, which is one of several hiding inside their raven. This is the L2L Nevermore Gown, and it is daringly slit on both sides of the skirt with elegant embroidery along its edges. The dress comes in standard fitmesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions, and there are separate shoulder feathers that you can add to each side as I have above. The texture is really intriguing too. In addition, there is a mens prize as well as petites and dinkies sized gifts provided.
This lovely gown is the ~SbD~ Hark The Raven Dress from Sparrow by Design, and it is one of two gifts that the raven will reward you with when you pay him a single linden. There is a mens gift as well as this vintage style beauty in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique.
I have to admit, this prize gave me a hearty chuckle when I read it. You can claim yours by finding the raven at Zero F*cks Given Clothing, called {zfg} 5 Minutes. I am also excited to share a selection from DAZZLE, the exclusive offer from anny's Fashion for the October round. The theme for this month is Black Cat - Enchanted Masquerade, so it is fascinating to see how the various designers have represented that idea in their selections.
The exclusive DAZZLE offer from anny's Fashion is their beautiful [AF] Junie Lace Dress, which is just $165L until the 25th of the month. The dress is included in standard mesh sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is also a HUD that lets you choose from 6 different textures, two of which are shown above and all various black and tan lace designs. The slender belt is built in and really accentuates the off-the-shoulder styling.
Next we visit the Free Dove, where we explore to find the hidden boxes from ~Mani Pedi~. The first one holds this gorgeous ~Mani Pedi~ Bento Box - Just the Whitez too! set, 4 selections each on appliers for Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. There are two solids that look like pure satin, and the gold tipped one is a true classic. The soft floral looks amazing with a white edge, and all will flatter just about any skin tone.
Prize #2 is another set of 4 designs called Bento Box - Just the Redz too! because as you can see, there are delightful shades of crimson in these gifts. As with all of the hunt prizes, this contains applier HUDs for Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, and there is a nice variety of looks from this set. The gilded edge and the fun plaid caught my eye first, but the others are just right for livening up a simple black dress or even a comfy pair of jeans.
The next prize is called Bento Box - Just the Pinkz too! and there are some vivid shades to be found among these four designs. I love how two of them have chocolaty undertones, and the other two pop with how bright they are.
My final look of the evening is ~Mani Pedi~ Bento Box - Just the Greenz too! which is prize #4 in the mini hunt. We have another gold tipped choice here, and a tartan that I don't plan on waiting for St. Patrick's Day to enjoy, among the quad of design choices. Even if you don't care for mesh bodies, there is something so impressive about mesh hands and what an improvement over the default avatar...bento animations for mesh fingers have made them even better, so I will never regret the investment.
I am off to quite a late start tonight, just a case of running behind and being distracted by a bevy of random things. They weren't bad things, I just feel guilty for being so slow. That just reminded me of something from grade school and gave me a giggle...I had a plain white folder that my best friend decided to decorate with as many expressions (back then found on bumper stickers and pins for denim jackets) as she could think of, and one that always stuck with me was "If you don't feel guilty, it wasn't good". She would often quote it, but probably rarely felt genuine remorse ;) I think we have all either had one of those friends, or maybe were that friend? It keeps life interesting.
