Still Green and Freaky

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some more SLS Green Freaks Hunt prizes to share, as there were just too many tempting ones to squeeze into a single post last night. So I'm still sporting lots of green, thanks to free gifts we can claim by finding the hidden gold coins adorned with a 4-leaf clover in each participating store. Some places have multiple coins, and others are taking part in the associated sale with discounts on green items of 25% or more. I can't resist a good sale of course, and these designers are fantastic so it is the perfect time to indulge :) We have about a week and a half remaining, as the hunt/sale is only open until the 24th. So hurry or you might wind up green with envy over what you'd missed!

For my first look of the evening, I'm enjoying two wonderful prizes from She Said Destroy. Their SSD. Green Freaks - Top & Clover includes the flirty halter top in eBody Reborn, Legacy, and Perky sizes, as well as the cleavage clover and mouth clover I'm wearing. The clovers are unrigged so go ahead and move them around as you wish :) They all pair very nicely with the SSD. Green Freaks - Pants, which fit eBody Reborn and Legacy bodies and have a gorgeous shimmery texture. Between the built in belt and the flared legs, these are stylish and very flattering.

Amadeus has 3 hidden coins, whose contents all combined to create my next look above. The Amadeus - Ero-flowers - Green Freaks '24 is the sets of flowers on the breasts, with left and right each in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The Amadeus - Bianca - Bottom - Legacy - Green Freaks '24 is fairly self explanatory, a lower portion of a satin bodysuit with pretty gemstone at the navel in a single size. The blossoms on my legs are the Amadeus - Legs Flowers - Green Freaks '24, in all the same sizes as the breast flowers but with 4 pieces for each (upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right) so we can wear them all or just a few. I love being able to coordinate things in such a way, and the vibrant color does make me think of spring :)

Next we visit KILLJOY to find their Passion Top Green Freaks Hunt Edition prize. The bare shouldered style top is cropped enough to reveal a touch of underboob, and the sheer flared sleeves are a beautiful touch. Find the coin and you'll receive Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. I'm wearing it with the black pair of jeans from my favorite marketplace fatpack freebie from Delizio.

Those jeans came in handy for this look as well, so I could share our Ash. -Dora Top - Clover prize. There are 2 coins here with male and female goodies, so be sure to find them both :) Dora comes in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Lara X Petite, Reborn, Mounds, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 20 colors for our belt and 5 metals for the buckle and all the trimming. The men's version is quite similar, draping around the back of the neck and down the front on each side like ours.

My final look the evening is the UNA. Lupa Green prize, one of three you can find at their store :) This sexy outfit includes the top in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes, with skirt and panties that each fit Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies. The perky and petite versions are chest mods so the sizes only need to be specific to the tops. I feel like the top and panties work together as a mature themed bikini, and those starry bra cups are just perfectly eye-catching.

I can't decide if this week has felt shorter or longer than usual, because it somehow has felt both at once. Perception is a heck of a weird thing sometimes ;) Also, why do I feel utterly compelled to watch The Mummy Returns (or its predecessor) every time I stumble across it while checking my tivo guide? They are both among my favorite movies, and the combo of romance, adventure, and these actors all resonate with me. Tomorrow is my usual Friday dinner at my parents', so I'm definitely looking forward to that. Meanwhile I hope you're all having a pleasant day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Anti-Valentines Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we look at the flip side of the season with SL Syndicate and their Anti-Valentines Hunt. It's a free gridwide hunt in which we are looking for hearts bound in barbed wire, and I would describe the participating designers as alternative fashion and decor. The landmarks and number of prizes at each store are on the website, and generally there aren't hints but I did see at least one at a store in hovertext on the sign. The signs do have an image of the hunt object, and let you know that the hunt is open until the 18th so we have over a week left to find these generous goodies. If you love Valentine's Day you will still probably find treats that you enjoy, and if you're sick of the mushy stuff then I think you'll feel right at home in these terrific locations.

For my first look, we have 2 of the 5, yes FIVE generous prizes hidden at FurtaCor! The :::FurtaCor:::ANTIVALENTINE HUNT:::TOP BLACK is a cropped turtleneck whose sleeves come down to the elbow, with an image on the front of zombie heart hands with Happy Valentines Day between the wrists and Horrific FX to the left. It includes Khara, Kupra, Kups, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh body sizes. Then the :::ANTIVALENTINE HUNT:::PANTS BLUE bring some sass with their pattern saying things like "Cupid is Stupid" and "It's not me, It's You". These fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies. 

Next I changed into two more of their prizes, starting with the :::FurtaCor:::ANTIVALENTINE HUNT:::TOP WHITE. It comes in the same sizes as the first look I shared, but this one has a familiar masked face holding a Valentine for us ;) The :::FurtaCor:::ANTIVALENTINE HUNT:::PANTS PINK may have some colors of this time of year, but the sentiment says "Anti Valentines Club" among broken hearts so we won't get the message confused. They also say Cupid is Stupid, and Queen of Ghosting, which for some reason cracked me up :) I obviously have a longtime valentine in my life (Hi Xan!) but I've still got emotional scars from years when I did not or was in a bad relationship place. So I know how it felt and I even still can get tired of any holiday when people get carried away. Bring on the post-holiday candy sales!

My new FurtaCor pants came in extra handy so I could share some of the 5 wonderful treats from SHE SAID DESTROY as well :) SSD. Anti 1 on the left above says "You Make Me Puke" surrounding an old fashioned Cupid image, and SSD. Anti 2 on the right has a broken heart in between the words "You Break It You Buy It". What would the going rate be these days on buying a broken heart though? I think the brokenhearted would deserve a nice shopping spree in their favorite SL stores, ohh and maybe a new mesh body to have one untouched by the heartbreaker! That is not a threat, LOL, just random Friday night mind wanderings ;)

Same great store, SHE SAID DESTROY, but this photo has two more thoughtful prizes :) Before I forget to mention, all 5 tops are designed to fit Legacy and Reborn mesh bodies. SSD. Anti 3 looks pretty in pink, with a message "Self Discipline is a form of Self Love". On the right I slipped into SSD. Anti 5, a black tank with two hearts with tiny writing which reads "Hopelessly devoted to an idealized version of you". I'm laughing because I heard the song Hopelessly Devoted To You just a few hours ago, just randomly while listening to a 70s station. The cupids on this shirt are right that people can easily wind up infatuated with who they want someone to be, rather than who they truly are. 

Finally, the heart at Petrichor holds their stunning :[P&E]: Coriane Dress - Mothika prize. It is beautifully crafted with plunging halter neckline, daring side slit, and is lined in crimson to match the red beads strung all around. The embossed moths are delicate and lovely, don't you think? The dress fits Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Mounds bodies. As a special bonus, there is also a chair included (not shown) that matches the dress fabric and coloring, with 21 individual poses so you can have a seat while looking regal. 

Time for a Friday happy dance :) It's been quite a week, and I am ready for a Saturday of rest before a Sunday of therapy. It makes the weekends a mixed bag here, lol, but I will try my best to remain positive. Hockey game tomorrow evening, that's usually a good time, and I am still watching the housemate play Paleo Pines most days. I wish this game would catch on the way Animal Crossing did, as it is fairly similar and extremely cute. I hope you all have a fantastic weekend ahead, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
