MGSN Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting several wonderful stores to pick up their generous gifts for the MGSN group. That stands for Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News, so all of the gifts should fit that body; some are compatible with other brands too, coming in various sizes or sometimes BOM which works for most bodies. I did switch from my Lara X body to my 5.3, since some of these gifts I found are a bit older and do not have a size for the Lara X. It's really easy to switch though, and I do recommend having an outfit folder for each body so you can add/remove your bodies, HUDs, and if you choose to use a different shape for each, you can swap them out quickly. It's also worth mentioning that the MGSN group is currently free to join, so this is a very budget-friendly post :)

My first look comes from smesh, and is their lovely Gift Dress To MGSN Group. The mini dress has a high neckline to counterbalance that short, short hem, and it comes in Maitreya and Petite sizing. There is also a transparency HUD included, with + and - buttons as well as an Off button to return to full opacity. On the right above I clicked the + button a few times to make the fabric somewhat sheer, which gives the bold pink color a softer salmon tone. 

This gorgeous pairing is our Delicatt Couture - Hellen Outfit gift. The shirt fits Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, while the skirt comes in a standard fitted size along with Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I'm sure it won't surprise you to see that we also receive a HUD with it, with 14 choices each for the top and skirt. Most of the top's textures are patterns, with a couple solids mixed in for good measure, and the skirt can match any of the patterns with a solid color. One detail I can't help but admire is the daisy-shaped lace on the neckline and the skirt's hem, really pulling the look together :)

Next I visited the incredibly generous Hilly Haalan store, teleported to the gifts building (TP pad where you land) and walked to the back left corner where I spied an MGSN group sign. There are a few great gifts here for this group, so I'm sharing two of them in the same look above :) The [hh] Gift Aileen Dress is the beauty on the left, and the equally striking [hh] GIFT FOR MGSN Divya Dress is the wrap dress I'm wearing on the right. Each of these are provided in a size to fit the Maitreya mesh body, and I really appreciate both their similarities and their differences. Aileen has a flirty slit on the right thigh, while Divya's wrapped front gives a tulip type opening in the front to show off a little leg too :) I also got a kick out of the contrast of the pale pink Aileen to the deep burgundy that Divya is sporting.

I need casual athleisurewear type outfits in SL too of course, so .: AlmaMiranda :. MGSN Animal Print Track Suit fits that bill in style :) We receive the tank top and pants each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The pants have a black stripe down each leg, matching the waistband, leg cuffs, and the edging on the tank top. As I mentioned yesterday too, I really enjoy animal prints for playful moods.

My final look this evening is a terrific gift from a store who is a go-to for me when it comes to these multi-designer group gifts :) The MONOMANIA - Dynamics outfit has a sporty lifted tank top and fun pants with racing stripes, which each fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The coordinated sneakers are designed for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet, so they work with the same sizes/bodies as our clothing. So where is the best park nearby with a walking or jogging path? :)

Halcyon Shop and Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Halcyon region which is one of 16 regions or sims that are part of the Holiday Shop & Hop this year. Each one has 20 designers so that's a total of 320 mini shops, packed with discounted offers and a free gift from each :) I eagerly anticipate these Shop & Hop events each round, and I've already seen the designer applications are out for the February one so there is always something to look forward to in SL. We have about a week left here, since they are wrapping up on the 4th of January, and I'd also like to remind you all of the FabFree spreadsheet that they worked so hard to compile. It's got direct landmarks and photos of the gifts, and with the tabs at the bottom you can sort by store name, type of gift, region, and even view the photos full sized instead of clicking a link to see each one. It has been kept up to date and was ready to go before the regions were even available to the public, so they deserve our gratitude just as much as the talented designers who make Shop & Hop so special :)

My first look tonight is the cozy smesh ~ XMAS Gift Leopard Hoodie. It is cropped and the zipper is just a tiny closure at the bottom of the deep neckline, and let's not forget the fun animal print that looks great at any time of year! We receive sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. I am wearing the black pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace gift, which I reach for quite often here to show off tops :)

Gabrielle Hamelin is offering their beautiful {GH} Winter Sequin Dress Winter Poinsettia as a free gift that you won't want to miss. The pencil dress is provided in fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body versions. There is even a HUD with 2 similar textures, both of which are shown above. I have fond memories associated with poinsettia plants, as my mom received several as gifts when I was a kid and together we kept them safely growing for most of my teens. 

Next I changed into the flirty [ADD] Arisa Set - GIFT. The top in solid and lace versions, and the pleated skirt with built in panties and belt, all come in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is also a HUD for the top with 10 stripe colors and 7 metals, and the skirt's HUD has 10 colors each for the belt and panties plus 7 metals and the option to turn the panties on or off. Such a generous amount of customization is available, and you can see the lacy version of the top on the right to give an idea of how sheer it is.

I definitely got a kick out of the Freda Amaya Flap Dress Plaid Red Green gift, thanks to the unique style and bonus accessories. We start with the dress which fits Gen X Classic, Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Curvy Dainty, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. Then we can add the collar (same sizes) and the BOM pantyhose if we wish. They've got two different layers, upper and lower, with that fun half circle pattern :) The strapless dress looks like it's been designed by layering dozens of squares of fabric over each other, creating a fluttery look that is really accentuated by the plaid. I feel like the collar and pantyhose could go with other dresses already in my inventory too, so another YAY for versatility! I switched to my Lara X body here since there was no Lara 5.3 size, but it was very easy to do so because I have a saved outfit for my Lara X and I use the same shape, so literally just remove one body and HUD, then add new body and HUD.

My final look of the night is one of my favorite finds of this Shop & Hop round (shh don't tell the other 319 designers, LOL, and I did say "one of" so there are others I adore) which are our Dalila Aluna Short Nail Square Nail Kit gift. They are an excellent length for casual or sporty outfits, and we get to play with a HUD so that is always a plus :) There are sizes for Belleza, eBody Reborn, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Signature Alice mesh bodies/hands, and we just hide the built in nails with the body's HUD and add these to our outfit. Then the HUD I mentioned for the nails offers 5 different designs, and can each be applied to each pair of nails so both pinkies, both thumbs, etc. You can see all 5 patterns above, with the thumbs being the least visible due to my pose but they are a lovely snowflake in white. Winter is still in its early days, so we have plenty of time to enjoy these terrific treats :)

Seeing my parents for dinner twice this week instead of just the usual Friday meal made me extra lost on what day of the week it is, and of course the farmers market being canceled for tomorrow makes things even more confused. Otherwise it was a decent day, and I got to see more of the neighborhood's holiday lights on the way to my parents' :) A few houses really go all out each year, and it is so fun to see people passing by and smiling at them. Womenstuff Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to take a glance at some more Womenstuff Hunt prizes, which are free with their group tag which is $50L to join. So that one-time fee gets you access to over 100 hunt prizes for free, as well as any group gifts offered by any of their participating stores year-round regardless of the hunt. In my opinion it is well worth the fee, which I'd paid several years ago and never regretted :) That is probably part of why I'd stayed in the group this long too, knowing I'd have access to group gifts and the hopes that future hunts would take place. I do have good news tonight too...in a prior post of this hunt, I mentioned there not being a website showing the links and/or prizes so we were reliant on the HUD available at the 'Stuff Lounge for the group members. However, the fine folks at FabFree, specifically Porta I believe, decided to create such a spreadsheet like they did for SL21B. Yay! It is easier to navigate than arrowing your way through the HUD if you're moving back and forth instead of taking the hunt in a single straight line, with the same information yet larger photos since the HUD can only go so big on your screen. I am grateful for both and there is no shade intended since the HUD is fantastic too, with the teleporting ability being so helpful :) If you recall previous Womenstuff hunts where we were looking for a red t-shirt, please remember that this time the hunt object is instead a red bag which is square with a circular gold handle.

I've already worn my first look of the evening a few times since picking it up :) It is our smesh ~ Dress for WS Hunt June 24 prize, simply loaded with sex appeal. The dress comes in sizes for Alice, Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a transparency HUD so you can make either top or skirt sheer in increments. Making the skirt a little bit see-through on the right above gives me an opportunity to show you as well as tell you about the other part of the gift, which is a BOM layer tintable thong. I've left it dark so it would show through here.

The Aitne. Iris Body - Purple hunt prize is in my favorite color, so of course I'm eager to share :) There are Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh body sizes included, as well as a bow HUD with 6 different colors to select from. The poofy sleeves are a fun touch just like the back bow, and those high cut legs really show off our backsides nicely!

::BY EVIE:: has a great summery look for us inside their bag called SUELEN SHIRT BIKINI SET GIFT, and wait until you see how versatile it is! The one-piece string bikini and cropped t-shirt will each fit eBody Reborn, Kalhene, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and the included HUD has 17 textures for the bikini with 19 for the shirt. So much mixing and matching! There are loads of cow prints for the bikini, and many of the shirt options are solid colors but there are a few fun ones like the tie dye I chose for the left above.

Bodysuits must be having quite a fashion moment this season, as I found another stunning one in the [BEAUTY STYLE] prize called #90 BODYSUIT FATPACK. It has a strapless sweetheart neckline and high leg openings, gathered in the front and adorned with a fun message on the front. There are 20 colors that say Babe, and 5 that say Barbie, in similar curvy font and style. As for the bodysuit itself, it's provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing. 

We wrap up the evening with an intricately designed bikini called {Le'La} Ulva Swimsuit. The bra and panties each come in sizing for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Flat, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The straps are quite a sight to behold, creating a butterfly-like opening on the front of the bikini and a swoop on the right hip, all in a soft tan to coordinate just right with the leopard print fabric. 

It was another quiet but hot day here; well, it was quiet until I heard thunder twice just now. Sigh. Make that three times. Weather has not been kind lately, so I'm just keeping my fingers crossed and keeping an eye on the weather websites. Womenstuff Weekend

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more lovely prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt 2022, all of which are free and can be claimed by locating and clicking the red t-shirts in each participating store. If you are in the Womenstuff group ($50L fee to join) you can claim a HUD at their headquarters to help you teleport from store to store. I also found a list in the group's notices of all the stores that seems to be generated by the scripting that keeps track of the hunt :) Very helpful! There are over 100 stores participating so there are tons of amazing prizes, and the hunt lasts all month so we should have plenty of time to explore. As for hints, they will be in local chat from a Womenstuff greeter soon after you land at each store.

This first look of the evening is the TEAGEN DRESS from Tiar. This flirty mini dress with bare shoulders and plunging neckline is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 3 texture choices, so you can change the look if you wish. 

Sascha's Designs is offering their beautiful SAS - Maree Aqua Gown as their Womenstuff hunt prize. It starts with the mesh gown in fitmesh M for classic avatars as well as CnC (Cinnamon n Chai), Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, Physique, Reborn, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. Then we can add the 3 flexi mermaid skirt pieces if we wish, as I have on the left above. They add motion as the panels softly flutter when we move, and it provides fullness at the hem for a mermaid shape. The strapless ombre gown looks just as wonderful alone, so it depends on your personal tastes and where you are wearing it how you decide to style it.

I paired two prizes for this look, so let's start from the top ;) That would be the MADE YOU READ Tee from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co., a fun tank top that says "Ha Ha! Made You Read." on the front. It is provided in standard mesh sizes along with eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. The very next stop on the hunt path was where I found the sexy little shorts I'm wearing, the NoNuts - Shookie Shorts [Purple Cow]. They come in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. The purple spots add some color, and the white background matches the font color of the tank top. The back particularly is very low rise, so these show off considerable bum cleavage ;)

I also found a generous prize at smesh which is simply named WS Hunt Dress. This sexy slip of a mini dress has spaghetti straps and a sheer midriff, with a neckline designed to frame the bustline. The dusky green color is bound to be flattering for a wide range of skin tones, just as the style flatters any shape. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra Original, Kupra Bimbo, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included. 

For my final look this evening, visit zOOm and find their hidden t-shirt so you too can receive their Eleanor Romper prize. It fits Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 7 color options to choose from. I appreciate its fit and flair type style, tight revealing bodice but high waist and wide legs so it is flirty without going overboard. It will be suitable for so many occasions, maybe even working your way through this hunt path a little more :)

It was a really nice day here, from seeing baby groundhogs in the backyard to enjoying a pleasant dinner with my parents in the evening. Several of the vendors are not going to be at the farmers market tomorrow according to social media, so that might be a slightly disappointing trip but I will still get to visit with a few of the fine folks who brighten my weekends so well :) I hope you all have a fantastic weekend ahead, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Womenstuff Wonders

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt to share, all of which are hiding inside red t-shirts with white high heels on the front and the All 'stuff Hunt logo on the back, for $0L or $1L. The All 'stuff Hunt has a total of 5 themed paths with different colors for each shirt, and all that information is on their very helpful website :) That is also where you will find hints, landmarks, the price for each prize, and information on which prizes are exclusive creations just for this hunt. Spoiler alert, there are many and they are terrific! I have so many prizes to show you, as there are well over 100 stores (I have been busy hunting) and am quite impressed with them.

My first look is the $1L prize from b[ELLE] that includes their Tied Blouse and My Fave Jeans, both in a really funky retro fabric. Each piece is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. 

BLASPHEMIC has an adventurous free prize waiting for us, called Psycho Dress. It is mostly sheer with a slight marbled pattern and "PSYCHO BUNNY" across the front in red, which matches the red trim and ruffle. Find their red t-shirt and you can claim this in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.

If you are looking for a pretty dress with soft colors, be sure to pick up the prize from SnB Fashion. Their lovely Feng Dress comes in fitmesh standard sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions for mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included with 2 color choices, both shown above and both of which I adore. The style makes me happy too, flirty strapless with built in belt and gently flared skirt.

The studded shoes and matching add-on thighs are provided in Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. There is even a HUD included so you can adjust some colors, 5 metals and 5 shoe colors. On the left I am wearing the thigh add ons, but on the right I am wearing the shoes without, and either way this is a really great look!

Leap Day at Smesh

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post should be helpful for anyone who is looking for something new to liven up their weekend but doesn't have much time to visit lots of stores. All of these looks are from the same location, !!smesh, whose flirty fashion style is generously gifted to their free group members. There is a wall with about a dozen gifts currently available, with more added regularly. Since I plan on relaxing with Xan as much as I can this weekend, these gifts will certainly come in handy for me, and hopefully you will find a few that pique your interest too. It feels like a nice way to spend part of your Leap Day, the extra day that February holds just once every 4 years. 

My first look is the !!smesh ~ Ava Dress, one of the many group gifts in tonight's post. This single strap, fluttery skirt mini comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The blue and green combo makes me think of the ocean, such a peaceful and pretty look.

Next I slipped into the !!smesh ~ Group Gift Shorts & Tank Top, and I must say I am enjoying the soft colors. Each piece is included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizing, and it is worth noting that the top's texture is an open weave so it is a bit see-through.

I kept the shorts from that last gift on, but changed into the !!smesh ~ Gift Pink Lace Corset up top. This sheer wisp is laced loosely in the front, in a pleasing mauve type pink coloring. I combined two gifts for this look, starting with their Group Gift Crochet Top. It is a similar texture to the tank top of the set I showed you in the 2nd photo, but a different style with wider straps and a slit opening in the neckline. This gift includes sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Werewolf bodies. It looks great with the !!smesh ~ Gift Tie Skirt, doesn't it? This skirt has rounded openings on each side that are held together by the waistband and then the ties at each hip, very flirty :) The skirt is provided in Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizing, all in that playful camouflage pattern. Trust me, people will still notice you in this, no using the camo to hide!

For my final look of the evening, I chose the !!smesh ~ Julie Outfit which is yet another generous group gift. The tank top is pulled up on one side for a sexy flash of skin, and the shorts are quite brief and gathered on the sides to be tied playfully. I love the soft earth tones in the colors, and this casual style is terrific for when spring and summer arrive. I am having one of those days where I feel very tired even though I thought I got enough sleep, so I guess it would be a lack of energy. I do take thyroid medication and I know it isn't quite helping, so I almost want to blame that for how I feel. My busy Saturday means I'll need a little more pep in my step ;) No blog post tomorrow evening, but I will be back Sunday evening with something from our exciting new month which will bring fresh events, hunts, and more. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am enjoying the weekend even if the weather is brisk, and I have more Womenstuff Hunt prizes to show all of you. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am back with some free group gifts to share, all for the SLFO (SL Frees & Offers) group which is free to join. They will always have a place among my group slots, as they are a wonderful source of information on sales and gifts. Their inworld chat often has me exploring new stores and clicking midnight manias, among other handy leads, so I enjoy reading through that chat while I am logged in. There are plenty of generous designers who are offering gifts for this group, this is just a sampling.

My first stop was EVOLVE APPAREL, where I claimed this daring Get Up Silver dress for free with my SLFO group tag. It is in the center of the store, with other group gifts that each have hovertext to tell you which group it is for. Just look at that mini skirt height hem on one side, draped by an ankle length left side! This cleverly crafted gown comes in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya versions for those popular mesh bodies.

-AZUL- has a sparkling dress waiting for us in their new location (just a little higher in the air than their previous store) that is named for the group and the month it can be claimed. It comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with a zebra-like pattern of sequins and satin in deep turquoise.

Whew, what a weekend...things did not go as planned, and I was not feeling well enough to travel to the birthday celebration yesterday like I had intended. Meanwhile, I will be unable to blog tomorrow either since my dentist appointment is going to leave me groggy (nitrous) and in no fit state to put words together or provide accurate info on where to find whatever I am featuring.
