Hiya everyone! Tonight we continue our journey to Atlantis, which is the theme of the Twisted Hunt Spring 2018 round. The cubes are beautiful blue and gold, the decoys are plentiful, and the challenge level is sky high ;) The thing is, I truly enjoy the creativity that the designers show us with their displays and ability to hide the little spinning cubes that you just might start dreaming about. I haven't had any cube dreams yet this round but sure have from previous ones! I do recommend looking over their website if this is your first Twisted experience, and joining the group if you think you might need to ask for hints.
When you find the cube at Get Frocked, you too will be able to lace yourself into this lovely Twisted Spring Hunt Dress as your reward. It comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, with so many terrific details like the cube pattern on one of the layers. I accessorized with the Lantian Flox prize, which is called L/Fx Poseidon Trident Necklace v3 Pearl. There are two sizes included in the gift, and as you can see from the inset it does have pearl accents alongside the intricate trident. I am wearing the small size, the large is probably suitable for male avatars.
The EKC has a side hunt for us to enjoy, and one of the four prizes from it is this terrific Mers & Cocktails Dress. It comes in Hourglass and Physique sizes (could possibly fit others with some alpha tweaking) and a HUD that allows you to choose from 4 different textures, two of which can be seen above. It is a very shapely dress with eye-catching laces on the sides, and the mermaid fish scales of the pattern work well with its style.
If there is roleplay in your future, then you especially need to find the right cube at Dreaming Thicket. This is their Atlantis Outfit, and there are male and female versions included, each with and without the outer robe, and both male and female boots provided as well. Like many of our prizes, there are images of cubes present, as a fun reminder that you accomplished something remarkable by finding all these wonderful prizes.
There is something intriguing about this gown from MystRie, called Atlantis Dress, and I believe it is the very subtle swirls of deep gold that are catching my attention. There is a male prize hiding in a different cube, while this one holds fitmesh standard sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. I think it also appeals to the Aquarius in me, the sign of the water bearer despite being an air sign.
My final look of the evening is a closer view of the nails I have been sporting tonight, the prize from Inevitable Madness. Their gorgeous Atlantic Pearl Nails include HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and Vista, with 6 designs in vivid blue and/or shiny gold, a couple of which are decorated with pearls from the deep oceans. This is a very versatile set of nails with plenty of compatibility for a wide range of mesh hands and feet, which is much appreciated.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more gifts to show you from the Pick My Strawberry Event, to pick up yours just head over to the event and browse so you can find all the strawberries at just about every display. There are also gachas, 35L sales, and more to enjoy.
Our gift from FAIDA is their Marilyn dress, which is a beautiful interpretation of the iconic dress from the subway grate scene from Seven Year Itch. It is provided in standard mesh sizes, and various angles reveal considerable amounts of skin so if I were to wear it dancing I would strongly consider pasties.
This luscious dress is the gift in the strawberry from Uncontrollably Fashion, simply called Strawberry Dress. Find the berry and you can claim it in standard mesh sizes, and then you too can appreciate that amazing texture. My wonderfully matched necklace is the ~L/Fx~ Strawberry Necklace, small version shown but a larger version is also included that would fit male avatars nicely. Both gifts are just stunning, and making me hungry for strawberries!
This may appeal to a different type of hunger...here you can see our gift from LORIEN which consists of a system layer bra, panties, and stockings, along with an Omega HUD for all of those. I used the applier on my Slink feet and it worked just fine. I did choose to wear pasties beneath the bra for blogging purposes, and the panties are a G-string style so this is a very sensuous set.
My last look of the evening is a charming dress from TRS Designs named Penelope in Red, and I am quite a fan of that single sleeve style. You will find the standard mesh sizes in the strawberry at this stand, and that rich red shade looks wonderful in that silky texture.
It was a pretty good day here, despite the rain, and I'm hoping all of you enjoyed your Saturday as well. I can hear the rain outside again, but it is gentle and I'm not out in it (obviously, LOL) so I don't really mind. Magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Hiya everyone! It is a lovely Wednesday in SL, and I have lots of great Advent calendar gifts to share with all of you. I think you all deserve to treat yourself and go pick up your favorite gifts!!
I look like I'm pondering something pretty deep, perhaps a secret....well, maybe I am just wondering how anyone could resist this beautiful dress. Today's KittyCatS Advent Calendar gift is from [RUBY] and is a Holiday Cocktail Dress in several sizes, with an elegant glittery texture. Remember, the KittyCatS advent calendar is at their main store along with most of the participating designers' main stores, and if you miss a day you will be able to pick it up later but you can only click each date once.
Emerald Couture has been showing up in my Advent blog posts a lot because they have two different Advent calendars, one large sign and a grid of boxes to the right when you're facing the sign and lucky chairs. One of today's gifts is this stunning kimono style dress, which comes with matching shoes for Slink high. I had to include a side view so you could see the fun style of the shoes, along with the pretty bow in the back of the dress.
Their other gift is their Simply Sweater Dress in Yellow, which also comes with a pair of clogs for Slink high. The color looks more like pale green to me, it's amazing how monitor settings and just individual's eyesight can affect what color they interpret but I definitely like the style as well as the color :) Having matching shoes included is always a huge plus in my book, too.
This definitely brought out my festive side! The dress is our GeMyles prize for today, which you must be in their free group to join and then search their stores for the right gift box for today. Inside, you'll find their Paloma Mini Skirt Dress Xmas, with the pretty designs on front and back and a flattering simple style. The tree I am admiring is today's gift from Lantian Flox, their Rainbow Christmas Tree which has an on/off option (by clicking) for the lights. I also took this opportunity to show a closer look at the eyes I'm wearing in all of today's photos, the gift from Inkheart called Dazzling Eyes in Dark Shadows. I'm wearing the size medium mesh eyes, the system and mesh versions each come in 3 sizes to choose from. I almost expected them to look demonic before I wore them, once they rezzed I decided they look soulful and intriguing :)
One last gift for the day, this is from Kamiri and is a color variation of a previous Advent gift of theirs I blogged a few days ago. This is Mariuccia in Grey, and includes the system layers you see here along with a "MEGA HUD" and a TMP installer, plus the mesh jeans cuffs I am wearing above. This is great for downtime, running around the grid (maybe scooping up terrific advent gifts?) when you don't have to be dressed up but still want to look put together and alluring. You do need the group tag (free to join) for this Advent calendar.
Nail note: I am wearing the latest Hello Dave advent gift for their group members (free to join) and there are 5 different designs on today's HUD. Mine was acting a little funny, I may need to contact the designer later. Hiya everyone! It's time for me to show you some of the wonderful Advent calendar gifts I have been gratefully gathering this morning, and it really is one of the highlights of my day getting to share with all of you. Here are just a few of the many goodies I found today...
First we have a very sexy outfit from Purple Candy, who actually gave us two outfits in the same single Advent calendar gift for the 8th. This is Saori Red, and comes in the system layers shown plus an Omega HUD and one called all appliers HUD. I paired it with the Advent gift from Kamiri for today, their Rigged Mesh Ankle Boots for Slink High in Black. I think they look great together but are each versatile enough to match up with plenty of other pretties. Kamiri does need a group tag (free to join) for their calendar. My nails here are the Advent gift from Perfect Seduction, their PS! Candy Nails which come with a Slink HUD and an Omega HUD. No group needed for this one.
This is the other gift from Purple Candy, their lovely My Season Pink Mesh Dress. I love the bright deep color, and those polka dots are adorable too. Several mesh sizes are included.
GeMyles has a beautiful dress for their Advent gift today, but I don't know if I ever explained what a challenge theirs is. Instead of a centralized calendar location, there are 25 boxes hidden all over their sim and you wind up searching in some pretty surprising places for them. I had Xan help me (because he's awesome like that) and we found every single one, while I kept track on a notecard of locations so each morning I'd know exactly where to go. I'm not sharing the information with anyone because I respect that they chose to make it a hunt, so I'll just say that when you land, leave that room and head right, you'll eventually find Santa's Grotto entrance and down in that beautiful land is where you need to be for some of the gifts, perhaps including today's ;) Their Christmas Ice Swing Dress comes in standard mesh sizes and is definitely worth the time to find the right gift.
You know I love when outfits come with matching shoes, well Emerald Couture has generously given us not only the matching shoes to this stunning dress, but a set of jewelry as well! This is their Lacee Dress Emerald Set, and includes several sizes for the dress along with the Slink high peep toe shoes and their floating gemstones earrings and necklace. As you can see, it looks great from the back as well with that deep V.
This is an appropriate choice for my last peek of the morning, as it's nearly bedtime for me, so I wish I had something in RL this cozy :) The pajamas are today's gift from the KittyCatS Advent calendar, and there is a coordinated men's version included as well. These come in standard fitmesh sizes plus sizes for Maitreya and Slink, so you should have no trouble finding a comfortable fit. As for the cutie in my arms on the left, meet Huggles the Fox who is our gift from Lantian Flox today. This little sweetheart emotes in chat when you click him, saying things like I love you, smiles sweetly, rawrs, enjoys being held, all sorts of precious little sayings. I love his festive little bow, too! And yes, I do need one of him in RL too I think...oh, no group needed for the Lantian advent gifts.
