Weekend Hollywood Glam

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we head into the weekend with some fresh new glam from the CMH Hollywood Glamour 4 Hunt. There are $1L prizes and exclusive offers for $25L - $50L hiding in participating stores, inside star tiles that look like they could be from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. You'll want to peek at the Cheeky Monkey Hunts website for the links, hints, prices, and previews of the prizes found at each stop. The designers get to decide how many and which prices to offer us, and they have really gone all out to bring us fashion, accessories, poses, home decor and more for men, women, and dinkies. It's a pleasure to show you some more fantastic treats from this hunt :)

We start with the $25L exclusive from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. called FAMOUS-ish Tee. The image on the front has a very classic Hollywood feeling with a large star, film strips, and lots of gold sparkle, with "FAMOUS-ISH" across the front which made me chuckle :) I did share their other 2 offerings in my first post of this hunt, so it's exciting to share this one as well. Speaking of chuckles, I got another good one from our Gramma's "GLAMBITCHOUS" wmns knotted Tee dollarbie :) My first thought was glamorous with the word bitch plopped in the middle, but then I felt like the word ambitious is in there too, at least the sound of it? The style is very flattering with the tied side, and I love the golden swirls that do add some glam. There are fitmesh standard sizes included as well as sizing for eBody Classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. With this and the prior top, I'm wearing the white pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace gift that is a full fatpack in BOM and appliers for Maitreya and Omega. 

If you'd like something even more fancy for a fun weekend outing, I'm going to suggest the Psyche's Pstyles Razzle Dazzle Gown Gold Ed for just $1L. It's a funny coincidence that I am showing you goodies from them two days in a row, but not surprising since I am a huge fan of theirs :) This stunning strapless gown is provided in fitted standard S and L sizes as well as eBody Classic, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. I like the way it hugs our curves so sleekly, not overly tight but just enough.

Our final look of the night is a gorgeous $50L exclusive from Artistic Eye. Their ~AE~ Monique Top n Skirt Red consists of the brief top with crossed straps both front and back, and the widely pleated skirt with gold chain belt around the waistband. Each of these are designed to fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. There's something really special about red satin, and I really think it needs to be shown off during a weekend excursion!

I am so ready for the weekend :) The baker/chef at the farmers market I go to each Saturday is making crepes for lunch, savory (veggie or chicken and spinach) and sweet (apple, I forget the other flavors LOL) so I'll be eating good the next couple of days. My choices are preordered and should be ready to go actually, which makes things easier for her and for myself. Last week I saw 4 cute dogs, but I'll be happy just seeing my favorite little buddy (the Boston terrier, no his name isn't Buddy but it's unusual so best not to mention). I'm having trouble with the book of faces still, LOL, so it seems I'll have to try putting the link to my post in the comments instead of in the FB post itself. Their AI couldn't tell what the problem was, aren't I shocked...I also had it reviewed choosing the option that I think their AI misinterpreted my posts as spam, and they let that same software do the review. Simply the Best

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we get to see some wonderful gifts for the Best stores and designers group, which is free to join. The notices are full of helpful info about new releases and special sales, while all the participating designers have the option to put a gift out in their main store for the group. It's always exciting to explore and see what's new in all of these locations, whether they are new to me or old favorites.

For my first look I've visited ~Rany~ and happily claimed their Wella Outfit FATPACK gift. Its corset and pants are all packed by color (black, blue, nude, peach, violet, and yellow for each) in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. I'm wearing the blue corset and peach pants on the left, with the black corset and violet pants making an appearance on the right :) You can easily wear either piece with other items in your inventory too, so they are quite versatile as well as stylish.

As a matter of fact I'm wearing the black pants from the Rany gift here with our *Arcane Spellcaster* Top Katyna bright Red gift. It is truly lovely with that halter style and ruffled lace band to match the pretty little collar. There are sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies included. Are we all ready for the weekend? I think I am, and the farmers market tomorrow will be relatively quiet (no food truck) but one of my favorite vendors will be back after her Alaskan cruise. I can't wait to hear all about it :) Dinner with my parents was nice, and I'll have to wait and see if they decide to go to the farmers market when I do since they might skip it this week. CMH Kawaii Summer

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time for the CMH Kawaii Summer 2 Hunt, with treats to help you beat the heat in style. Visit each participating store and look for the cute popsicles (3 color stripes and a kawaii face) to claim the $1L hunt prizes or $25L - $50L hunt exclusives. Their website will guide you with landmarks, hints, and the prices, and you'll notice that many of the designers are offering multiple prizes so you'll want to follow those hints carefully. I love Cheeky Monkey Hunts and am always impressed by the creativity of their designers :) Also the theme really warms my heart, so I like to think of these offerings as virtual hugs to everyone who picks them up or sees one of us wearing them. We have until the end of the month to enjoy all this cuteness :)

For my first look of the evening, I am enjoying our GoodVibes Her NoDramaLlama dollarbie prize. Midsummer Spell On You

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're back on the CMH Midsummer's Spell hunt path, searching for cute images of mushroom houses that either hold a $1L hunt prize or a $25L - $50L hunt exclusive offering. Each designer decides which and how many total they want to offer, and the hunt's website will help you with the landmarks, hints, prices, and previews :) The prizes are fantastic as usual, and the theme of Fae, Forest, Magical, and Romantic vibes is absolutely my cup of tea. I've always had a fascination with the mystical side of life, and certainly enjoy being able to explore it in SL.

There is something so classic about black and a dash of red on white, probably the ultimate color combo I'd describe as elegant :) This fairy reminds me of a drawing in a book from my childhood that I can't quite think of (not Tinkerbell although there's some resemblance) with the wispy dress, decorative swirls, and even some stardust for extra magic. Paparazzi Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're taking a tour of several stores, all of which have a group gift for the Paparazzi group which is currently free to join. That means that these goodies won't cost you a thing, so it is absolutely worth the effort of teleporting a few times :) I'm always interested to see which stores are a part of each of these multi-designer groups, and the variety for posts featuring them makes me quite happy. 

My first beautiful look is the ART & FASHION - NOTTE BLU LONG DRESS group gift for Paparazzi. The gorgeous color caught my eye first, and of course the sheen of the material is a show stopper :) Maybe you noticed the style first, a halter with black choker built in and daring opening on the left leg. The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

Another fantastic gift I found was at Delicatt Couture, where their June gift for this group is the Hellen Outfit. There are Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Slink Hourglass, and Hourglass Petite sizes each for the top and skirt, with a fun HUD that lets us choose from 14 textures apiece. Most of the tops' options are prints like the two above, and all the skirt choices are solid colors that go perfectly with the various prints and solids for the top. The lace trim on both pieces helps bring the look together in my opinion, and I really appreciate the variety.

I had to get creative with my posing to show you the S-Heliya dress purple dark gift from Suna Designs, as the top is flirty sheer lace :) If you have pasties that match your skin tone, I'd recommend wearing them beneath for modesty if you wish. I love that it's in one of my favorite colors, and the side slit of the skirt grabbed my attention right away too. This gift includes sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Pushup Nerido, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Mounds mesh bodies.

Summer is certainly here, so .:: Cremosas Store ::. 158 - Swimsuit Color 4 group gift is ready to help you head to the beach or a private pool in style. The deep green hue is so earthy and nature themed, like a wild jungle or ocean depths. The back is a thong style so it might be fun to layer a skirt or sarong over it :) There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes provided. Please note, to claim this you'll just have to look for the Paparazzi sign/logo (black, camera image) and click it; there is no picture of the gift itself, so these treats are very pleasant surprises.

I'm wrapping up the post with our .:AMUI:. "Joy" Dress - 01 gift, which is one of many they are offering for various groups. The single long sleeve is black fishnet to match the waistband, and the main fabric gives romantic Goth vibes with the red roses on golden stems that are studded with thorns. It is designed to fit Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies.

It's been a weird day, starting with the heat advisory that made us cancel dinner at my parents' to avoid being outside at all in those high temps. Then tonight I managed to trip and stub the heck out of a couple toes on my right foot, so going to the farmers market in the morning is questionable. It depends on if I can walk yet or squeeze the swollen toes into sneakers I guess. I missed last week so I really don't want to have to stay home again! Otherwise my only set plans are therapy on Sunday, and spending time enjoying the Hello Kitty game's update with new characters and quests. Another Great Egg-Scape

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're checking out more CMH Great Egg-Scape Hunt prizes, which I'm sure you can guess are hiding in decorated eggs. If you peek at their website you'll see samples of all 3 patterns, and inside you'll find either a $1L hunt prize or an exclusive for $25L - $50L. The weather is nasty here right now (power out, generator actually functional so far) but I am doing my best to post tonight, so fingers crossed!

My first look of the evening is our DUCK Women's LS Tee layered dollarbie prize from Gramma's @ Bird Moon. Gramma's has 2 locations with prizes in each, so be sure to check out the website for links, hints, and previews :) This cutie is versatile too, with 6 choices on the included HUD that change the color of the sleeves and the image on the front. They all read "Whatever life throws at you...DUCK! And let it hit someone else" with a pointing duck, LOL, but 3 of them have a picture of what almost hit us like the egg you see on the left. The shirt is provided in 5 standard mesh sizes, from XS to XL, and there is an alpha layer that can help ensure that these sizes will work for many different bodies. I'm wearing the M size on Maitreya Lara here :)

If you're like me, you might be curious about what The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. is offering in this hunt because it is always exciting to see their clever sense of humor :) They are offering 3 hunt prizes, one in each price point, starting with the $1L EASTER PAC Tee on the left above. I can't help but chuckle at the bunny eared Pac Man, gobbling up some painted eggs! I also laughed at our $50L exclusive offer, GAMER EGGS Tee, which says "Gamers love Easter eggs" which is all too true. In gamer lingo that means hidden bonus features that are in games without being publicized ahead of time, so you stumble across them accidentally. My final look of the evening brings us to @rOrO for their Bria Denim Sunflower Top, a delightful dollarbie. This strapless tube top has a peplum style ruffle that I simply adore, and of course the sunflower print makes it an instant favorite for me. I also slipped back into my blue Delizio jeans from their marketplace fatpack gift, which appeared in my first 2 photos tonight as they do here quite often :) 

It wasn't a bad day until the power went out, LOL, so I guess that's something. I had an anxiety support group session that went well, and I was relieved that the weather didn't get bad until after the session. I am planning on going out tomorrow and the timing means I won't have time to prep for a blog post, so I am planning on taking tomorrow evening off. That's why I really didn't want the weather to prevent tonight's post. The wind will be calmer, but the temperature will only be in the upper 30s so it will be a chilly trip. Our power has been restored but the wind is still wicked, so I can't guarantee that we won't have another glitch so I am looking forward to getting to bed earlier than usual. Gifts from Inventory Trends

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features another multi-designer group of which I am so fond, this one being called Inventory Trends. It's so handy to have several stores sending group notices to one place, and you can read through to find out what's new or on sale at many places at once :) Meanwhile we have gifts for this group tag in many of the stores, making it even more worth the time to visit them. Clearly I can't resist the chance, lol, and sharing my findings with all of you is the real treat for me.

My first stop was [K-Style], where their FLAVIA DRESS #DELUXE2 gift immediately caught my eye. The dress is uniquely styled with asymmetrical hem and midriff cutout, and of course that single strap that goes over the opposite shoulder is a clever detail. The dress and a pair of panties are each included in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that offers 45 plaid prints. That's an impressive amount, and we texture both pieces at once for simplicity. Somehow I chose to avoid the plaids that were heavy on blue or green, too reminiscent for me of my school uniforms ;)

The [GIULIADESIGN] -ELVAZ- FAT PACK gift has 4 denim hues inside, packed separately and numbered 1-4 to keep them organized. Each pack includes the top and skirt in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I'm wearing denim 2 top and denim 1 skirt on the left, with denim 3 as the top and denim 4 skirt on our right. I know they're fairly similar, but #2 leans green, 1 is the darkest with a blackish hue, and 3 and 4 are deep blues. 

SL must have decided that I needed even more denim, and I am pretty darn happy about that :) The Fatal Fashion - Top & Skirt Yumiko gift for Inventory Trends is a fantastic set that includes the top, single sleeve jacket, and belted miniskirt, all sized for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. Since the top has a shadow for the jacket on it, you probably can't get away with wearing the top solo; however if you wanted to swap the tank top out for a BOM layer shirt I think that would work out quite nicely. Of course the top and jacket combo will look just as chic with your favorite pants too :)

My final look of the evening is a stunning treat from ART & FASHION called INNAMORATI OUTFIT. I googled and that means "lovers" in Italian, which makes perfect sense when you look at the silhouettes on the front of the minidress ♥. We receive the dress, sheer sleeves, chains, and boots, all in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, plus the headband and choker which are unrigged. If you look at the rear view, you'll notice lots of straps across the back, the thicker of which are the chains mentioned. Since they are separate from the dress, you can omit them if you prefer, just like the sleeves :) That is the fun part of accessories really, even the headband or choker can be left off if you are not in the mood or it doesn't suit your hairstyle. I'm impressed by how well the outfit suits the name, as it really does feel and look so romantic!

Yesterday was fairly stressful, but I have to look at the positives here and focus on the improvements I have made in getting out of the house. Less than 3 years ago, I couldn't be in the car without strong panic attacks, let alone going to all the places I have been visiting. There are still things I'm putting off that are huge sources of fear and anxiety, but I have faith that I will get there eventually. Meanwhile I had a really fun time playing games and chatting with friends this evening, and I've got a nice dinner with the parents coming up that I always enjoy. FabFree Gifties

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I visited several FabFree in SL participating designers, randomly selected from their group gift listing. I'd noticed they had done a lot of updating there lately, and it felt like a sign for me to check out some of the older ones :) The group is free to join, and the blog is a fantastic source of information, so the pairing is just *chef's kiss* perfection! I am such a fangirl when it comes to them, LOL, with no intentions of ever hiding that fact ♥. These are older gifts so I can't guarantee that they won't be swapped out soon for new ones, which simply means hurry and enjoy.

First I visited b[ELLE] to claim their adorable 2509 Glory Halter Romper. As a denim loving girlie, I am so excited to show this fun jumpsuit with its collared halter neck, deep V to show off cleavage, and buttons down the front. There are sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies provided, all with flowers down each slender fitting pant leg. The distressed denim really is a great touch, a little lighter in all the right places.

We can find a really charming treat called Candy at the Nut & Squirrel store (formerly Telsiope's Couture) which you'll find by teleporting to the bargains area and walking up the stairs. Its top and skirt each come in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD for each, with 20 colors for the top or skirt (depending on which HUD of course) and 20 for the attached hearts. Many of the skirt colors have a sheer texture, so I'm going to suggest adding your favorite panties for modesty :) 

Next stop, [satus Inc] to grab their lovely Valeska Sweater & Scallop Mini Skirt Beige gift. Both pieces have a subtle texture that either makes me think leather or suede, flattering on such a soft color. They each fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. It's one of those simply chic outfits that we can accessorize any way we wish, to dress it up or down.

I'm picking up good vibrations 🎵…yes, this outfit earwormed me ;) It is our GoodVibes HER GoodVibes Only Set, and there is a coordinated HIS look available as well. We start with the sparkly tunic top in sizing for Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, then we get to add the BOM leotard upper and lower portions and a BOM pair of panties in river rock color. The "Good Vibes Only" saying on the front is basically my outlook on SL, trying to keep my time inworld positive and cheerful.

My final look of the night is from ART & FASHION on their big wall of various groups' gifts. It is the AMORE OUTFIT, and inside you'll find the long gown and strappy boots each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The right side of our gown is daringly open, and the front is embellished with a beautiful flower on the skirt beneath the image of two faces about to kiss. There's a hand beneath them, as one gently cups the other's chin, and the grey on black gives a smoky, romantic feeling. Since we can only see part of the faces, they could be literally anyone of any age, ethnicity or gender, so that adds a little mystery as well.

It has been a whirlwind here...yesterday I was out for a good chunk of the day, and it went decently but the way home was entirely spent on the phone with my parents discussing the following day (today). My dad had his cardiac ablation procedure done this morning in hopes of treating the a-fib, and fortunately it went very well. The hospital he went to specializes in cardiology, and the surgeon is highly trained and respected. My dad was feeling fine when we spoke this evening, not even the soreness they said to expect, so that is a huge relief ♥. It probably wouldn't surprise anyone that I was nervous, since being anxious is pretty much my middle name, lol, but I am deeply grateful for the folks who took such good care of my dad and for everyone who offered any of us emotional support or a sympathetic ear. Tomorrow is my usual phone call and gaming night with friends, which I really need :) I hope you're all having a beautiful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
