Group Gifts for SLFO

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring some group gifts for SLF&O, which stands for SL Frees and Offers. This group has been a wonderful source of news as well as all the terrific group gifts for years, and they are a constant among my all-too-scarce group slots. The group is free to join, and there are lots of participating designers across the grid. It is always a pleasure to visit their stores to see what they have to offer, both as SLFO gifts and general sales :) 

My first stop was GeMyles, where I eagerly claimed their Candy Dress, Socks & Heels gift. There are several other groups' gifts on the same wall, all of which can be claimed with relevant group tag active by right clicking then paying $1L which is automatically refunded while the gift is delivered. The mini dress tied with a bow comes in a classic fitmesh version as well as sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. Our matching pumps and socks combo fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, TMP, and Tonic feet. For extra variety, there is also a HUD included with 32 colors to tint our outfit. 

[WellMade] also has several groups' gifts available, including this cute casual Naomi Outfit Gift for SLFO. The tank top and high waisted jeans are each included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. There is also a HUD for the top with both colors of the floral pattern seen above, so you can decide if you are in the mood for red or blue blossoms.

I don't know about all of you, but I am always drawn to the stark beauty of a black and white look! This is the Bethesa Top and Short OUTFIT gift from Sentinus, with bold ruffles and a couple of well placed bows on the shorts. Each piece comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

My final look of the evening is the SLFO gift from TRS Designs, called Olita Romper Pink. Its two versions (P1 and P2) are slightly different shades of pink, one leaning a bit more purplish but very similar overall and both trimmed in a sequined texture. They are both included in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. I think this is a perfect choice for spring, which I keep eagerly reminding you (and myself) will be here before we know it ♥.

I wonder what it says about me or my weekend that the best part was petting a very happy Boston terrier :) I've seen him there before and am always amused at how friendly he is, just loving on anyone who gets within range of his leash. I happened to be in a line that his human got into right behind me, for which I consider myself very lucky. The farmers market was definitely fun even if the weather was still cold, and we still have some chilly days ahead. Enticing Yet Toxic

No matter which you choose, individual or fatpack, you will receive a HUD to select from 8 metals for the studs on the bra top, or to turn them off as I have on the right above. And yes, I am calling it a stud HUD, much to my own amusement ;) For the fatpacks the stud colors are the row underneath the top's colors, just another part of their comprehensive HUDs that I adore.

Over at the Toxic Bish lucky boards, I topped this look with their <Toxic Bish> Spaghetti Strap Tank Text HUD prize. This amusing treat comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) with a HUD that lets us pick from 8 sayings on the front. I chose "Sorry I'm allergic to bullshit" on the left, and for the right it says "Can you see the 'fuck you' in my smile?" LOL! I admit to being one of those people whose emotions are clearly shown on my face, so that smile that holds much more is a frequent accessory in RL for me. As for the left's saying, well I have developed a very low tolerance for rude or nasty people lately. Then I will try to get some rest, which has been all too rare lately.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I visited Toxic Bish to find some sexy fashions for the upcoming weekend, and I was not disappointed in the slightest :) The first thing I suggest is joining their group, which is free and enables you to claim several terrific group gifts and use their lucky boards and midnight manias. There is an entire wall of group gifts directly across from the lucky boards, and those boards change every 10 minutes with several prizes in each board so there is a huge variety. These lucky boards are even set with "?" wild cards that anyone can click, so keep an eye out for those as well. Those are a lot of perks for a free group, and it had been a while since I'd visited so it was fun to browse their flirty fashions again.

First up we have the <Toxic Bish> Sporty Dress GIFT, yours for free with that group tag. It comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies, with a 3 color HUD for the top of the dress. I imagine this is what it would look like to convert a basketball jersey into a sexy dress, complete with choker created by the collar.

Next I tried on two group gifts at once for a colorful combo. Group Gifts from AURICA

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the AURICA store, a fairly recent discovery of mine where I was impressed with their general style of modern, flattering fashions. Their group is free to join and there are several gifts by the main entrance, so I decided to share some of those to give you a budget-friendly idea of what you can find here :) It can be so exciting to visit a store for the first time, and many times that experience is what makes you want to return often in the future. There are other stores in this shopping center so you might want to check those out too if you have a little while to spare.

My first look tonight is the #AURICA Vera Dress Group Gift, a long sleeved knit dress with high neckline and extra short skirt. It also has a built-in harness for an edgy look to turn heads. Our gift includes Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya sizes, with a HUD to choose from 5 dress colors. I chose a couple of the bolder shades, but neutral white and black are among our options too.

Next we see the AURICA Karina Dress FATPACK gift, with another fun harness but this time it creates a choker style neck piece. The dress comes in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies, and the provided HUD lets us choose from 12 dress colors, 3 for the harness, and 3 for the metal. The purple with a teal shimmer to it reminded me of a favorite nail polish, and red with black was a timeless classic choice to show off :) Did you notice the way the skirt is slightly lifted on the back left side? Cheeky!

If you are in the mood for an outfit that has a modest length midi skirt with tank top to show off your arms, this #AURICA Nova Outfit GG could be calling your name :) It is one piece with the look of two, in sizes for Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. You can probably also tell there is a HUD involved, and that allows you to choose from 4 colors for the top and 3 shades of gray (no, not 50 lol) for the skirt. The smooth styling means that you can keep the look simple with sleek accessories or jazz things up with chunky earrings or necklace, it's all up to you. 

This gift, called AURICA Arina Top FATPACK, has a very bold style thanks to the shine (latex?) and shapely styling of the bust. It fits Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a HUD to select from 8 colors and 6 words emblazoned across the front. I chose "I LOVE YOU" on the left and "ANTISOCIAL" on the right, but recall "I hate you" and "Baby Girl" as two of the others so there is a mix of soft and edgy. One was not English, I want to say Korean characters but I apologize if I am incorrect on that. Speaking only one language is sometimes a challenge in SL. 

My final look of the evening is another beautiful top, this one being their AURICA Marti Top FATPACK group gift. The ribbed knit texture is lovely, and the appearance of a very cropped sweater atop a corset makes me think of spring. There are Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya sizes included, with a HUD to pick from 6 colors for the top, 6 for the laces in front, and 3 metals for the grommets or eyelets the laces are woven through. I kept it all yellow on the left, but went with the pale blue to go with the gorgeous lavender on the right for a little variety. In this photo and the last, I paired the tops with the black pair from my favorite marketplace freebie, a fatpack of jeans from Delizio. There are 9 denim colors in system/BOM layers as well as appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

I double checked the script for my blood tests and they say I don't need to fast, so tomorrow's poking should be easy peasy compared to the stress of having to fast ;) Not that I enjoy needles or anything, but the phlebotomist at the lab I go to is excellent and I trust her to make it as painless as possible. She's been drawing my blood for at least a decade now, so that builds trust. Oh well, that's my exciting Thursday plans LOL, then Friday should be dinner with the parents which is usually nice. Free Is Fabulous

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood to grab some FabFree group gifts, from several of the wonderful participating designers of the FabFree in SL group/blog. There are new ones being added to the list all the time, with many different styles among the fashions and home decor items offered. It is a good excuse to visit stores you might not have ever been to before, or perhaps have not seen in a while and can get to know (again) what their merchandise entails. I tend to lean towards casual or bohemian styles for example, so that type of store will always make me smile. The FabFree group is always free to join, and there is something delightful about wearing a tag that says "I am Fabulous"!

My first stop was Uniwaii, where I claimed their UW - STUI Dress Pink Hard. This short sleeved mini dress has a corset style belt and slightly jagged hemline. The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a 9 color HUD for the corset. 

The current FabFree gift at Northern Sky Creations is their lovely NSC Solstice Gown. It is a long halter style dress in a wrap style, so the left leg is daringly displayed :) The plunging neckline and bare back are terrific details too, and the steely blue color looks great with various hues snowflakes decorating it. Next I visited ART & FASHION, where you can actually find works of art like statues along with beautiful clothing that has artwork depicted on it :) This is their gift for FabFree called TOGETHER MINI DRESS, with an illustration of holding hands on the front beneath several sexy cutouts. For my final look this evening, I visited MOoH! and picked up their adorable Mariah Outfit. It consists of the layered jeans jacket and skirt (one piece) and matching mini skirt, each in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. The included HUD lets you choose from 2 denim shades each for the jacket and skirt, then 8 choices for the shirt that are a mix of plain solids and stripes with a daisy on the front. I love the way the shirt is cropped but the sleeves are long enough to extend past the jacket's sleeves, for another peek of whichever color you've selected for the shirt. 

Today was busy but okay, with a chiropractor visit and a couple other stops on the way home followed by a bummer of a hockey game. I am getting used to those by now since my favorite team is in a huge slump. Thursday I am having blood drawn for my usual thyroid check and fun things like that, so tomorrow I am going to try to get some rest. DUBAI delights

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it is time to visit the DUBAI event, a monthly event where you can find exclusive offers at affordable prices. There are also lots of gifts, mostly with no group needed but the DUBAI group is free to join for those few that need it :) There are treats at the landing zone beneath a tree that seemed to be labeled Christmas (the tree is not an evergreen, nor decorated) and many displays have gifts in a red heart or something similar. Each round opens on the 20th and runs until the 10th of the following month, so you have until the 10th of March to locate all the gifts and finalize any purchases.

First we have the [LA] Miley Vday Dress gift from Limited Addiction. The name may reference a specific holiday, but hearts and the combo of red and black are eternal to me :) This strapless formfitting mini has a slightly diagonal hemline and beautiful gradient, in sizes for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. 

Maybe you are in the mood for a pastel dress with attitude, then I suggest the [Natalie fashion] Arina dress Pink. It has a latex-like sheen and the shading makes the color look more lilac on the back. So pretty! The gift includes Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. 

I also found a free gift at the VAKI KVAKI display, called rose ~Linda~. This playful ruffled crop top has bare shoulders as well as the midriff, so I think it will be a perfect choice for spring (almost here!). It comes in sizes for Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite, with a HUD that offers 12 textures for the bow plus the option to hide/show it. There are a mix of solid colors and a few patterns to choose from, but if the bow isn't your thing you can just hide it :)

Next I slipped into the [FLIRT] DUBAI VALENTINE'S DAY GIFT, for which you will need the DUBAI group tag active to claim. The halter style top has a delicate pattern of arrow-pierced hearts and open books, an intriguing combination. The gift includes Cinnamon, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. As with the previous photo, I am wearing a longtime favorite pair of jeans from the Delizio fatpack which is a marketplace gift in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Maitreya and Omega. 

My final look of the evening is the newsworthy "Good News" Bodysuit from Klubb. This one is found under the tree at the landing area rather than at a display kiosk, but is not seasonal like a few of those treats are :) The bodysuit has high cut legs and a scoop neck for a flash of cleavage, and would be a great swimsuit too. It comes in sizes for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies.

Kinky Pinky at The Free Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring another mini hunt at The Free Dove, the treats courtesy of Kinky Pinky. There are 5 heart shaped gift boxes (red with white bow/ribbon) at The Free Dove and 5 at their mainstore, and in both places I will remind you to check up and down, high and low, inside and out :) At the Free Dove you will also want to explore their Plaza since prizes sometimes find their way out there as well. These all need the "Blessed by a Dove" group tag from The Free Dove, free to join, to click and claim each one for no cost whatsoever to you. How generous of the designers and The Free Dove! I look forward to these hunts each month, as you probably know if you've read here before, and I am pleased to mention that this month the hunts last until March 2nd so a couple of extra days to make up for the short month. 

My first look this evening has two prizes, both found at The Free Dove. The dress is the - Kinky Pinky - Dreams Body (pink), a sheer shiny bodysuit with flirty skirt and halter neckline in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Maitreya, and TMP bodies. It is dotted with pretty pink hearts, which are a fun match to the prize in my right hand :) That is the - Kinky Pinky - My Heart in Your Hand (blue), a rotating heart that says "Love" on one side. It is a lovely shade of blue, and the hold pose is very well done. 

Another fun prize you can find at The Free Dove is this - Kinky Pinky - Love Coffee (01) cup of foamy cappuccino. It has the word LOVE in red on the front, and the purple mug is making the pink hearts on my outfit look a little more purplish which is intriguing. It has a great hold pose built in, so you can carry this tasty hot beverage with you wherever you go.

Next I switched to the - Kinky Pinky - Dreams Body (red) which is another prize found at The Free Dove, with a classic color for those charming hearts. It comes in the same sizes as the pink version. Prize #5 has the same contents as #3, which is why you are seeing the adorable - Kinky Pinky - My Heart in Your Hand (blue) again ;)

It was a fairly quiet weekend here other than the farmers market trip, where I saw an adorable beagle in a snuggly jacket to fight the chilly weather. Yay for the weekend :) It was a decent day here, finally had dinner with my parents after missing a few weeks so that was a nice visit. Sometimes even 8 hours isn't enough, so I am definitely tired and looking forward to my evening off from blogging tomorrow for that reason. Looking Posh

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the February round of the POSH Event, where there are terrific discounted offers along with free gifts at several of the displays. The event's group is free to join and will let you claim those gifts until the round closes on the 23rd. I really enjoyed visiting for their Valentine round, as I have their other rounds in the past and will surely be back in the future. This is a great place to pick up something new for the upcoming weekend!

My first look of the evening is the beautiful PetalPuff ~ Pretty Girl Dress gift, which is actually a trio of soft colors of this stunning strapless mini. They are called angel (white, not shown), baby (above left) and rose (right) and each come in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and TMP mesh bodies. I decided to accessorize not with jewelry but with body art, the Olive Branches Tatt BOM gift from ![Charmerize]. They appear just beneath our collarbones, and the system/BOM layer means that any classic avatar or compatible mesh body can add this petite tattoos.
