Hiya everyone! I finally visited The Seasons Story for their 2nd anniversary round, and what a treat it turned out to be! Most of the participating designers have out free gifts for everyone, along with the usual wonderful sales items and gachas. The landing area has a ring of vendors to explore, then you'll want to follow the path down to the much bigger ring down the hill where the majority of displays can be found. Two observations about the gifts: 1) there was no clothing for me to show off, and 2) there were lots of hair gifts which is unusual but delightful. So I am focusing on showing you hair tonight, along with a couple of new friends I made there ;)
First we have the Juniper hair from Mithral Apothecary, which comes in the version shown plus a 'busty' version if you need it. I love the soft fading from ginger to creamy blonde, such a pretty and flattering look.
Another gift of long locks can be found at Damselfly's display, their Anjelica with a Mixed HUD so you can switch to a variety of colors/fades, two of which are shown above.
Blues is offering two gifts with reversed names but similar styles and ideas...on the left we have Anna Lee in Rainbow: brown, and on the right is Lee Anne in Rainbow: blonde. In addition to the color, you'll notice that one has a center part and the other a side part.
If you are looking for something a bit shorter, maybe this beauty called Karin which is our gift from [DUE], complete with a HUD called Vitamin which has 10 pretty shades to choose from. All my wandering made me glad for the gift from C'est la Vie, the Autumn Mug which comes with the attachment called Beard Cream, most likely a mistranslation of mustache and utterly adorable. With no cinnamon or nutmeg as a clue, I have decided that mine is a nice Chai latte for variety's sake...what flavor would you like yours to be? The hold pose is built in by the way.
Last but certainly not least, I did mention I made some new friends while visiting The Seasons Story, and both of the ones I'm showing you here are free gifts! On the left we have our precious Elephant Doll from Gorodee, and on the right we have Schadenfreude's anniversary present for all of us, named voobou: milaya. From her gorgeous violet eyes to her pop of bright pink hair and outfit to match, she is a real charmer!
Instead of a nail note of the night, I have a dress note of the night...with no clothing gifts to share, I went to a reliable and fun place to find goodies, the Marketplace. This Lina Dress from ~@HYA@~ really caught my eye, and it comes in standard mesh sizes in two versions, a grey belted and a white belted variety. I figured it would make a lovely backdrop for all the hairstyles I was showing, while being neutral enough not to distract from them.

Hiya everyone! There is a week remaining to enjoy the Hair Fair, both by making purchases that benefit the Wigs for Kids charity, and by scooping up some really wonderful 10th anniversary gifts from each designer. I have been showing a few of the gifts from one sim each night, so tonight we have some treats from the Redhead sim. Remember, their blog is a very helpful resource with maps and SLurls so you know where to find your favorite vendor. So let's take a look at some gifts, shall we? :)
First we have the gift from MaiOwn! called Angel, which comes in small and large, with a busty version of each, and it is a fatpack so you receive HUDs for Blacks, Blondes, Browns, Ombres, Ondines, Pastels, and Russets. I am showing a russet on the left and an ondine on the right. The braids are so fun, and I love the rebellious curl escaping on the side after being held by that barrette.
Another wonderful gift is this stunner from Moon, called Tangerine in Brunettes, coming in a Lola T size as well as the regular shown. Their HUD is quite fun as well as thorough, with a first page of 12 colors then 12 roots options. Click the right arrow up top and you'll hear a magical tinkling sound, and be taking to the sparkling brunettes page with 12 shades like I'm showing on the right above, small flecks of lighter color that give your hair a shimmery quality. Hit that arrow again and the third page has streak/highlight options, as I'm showing on the left. That is definitely a sizable streak rather than highlights! The style itself is fantastic, so I am a huge fan of this gift.
I have read plenty of times that grey hair is trendy, so if you'd like to give it a try in SL this gift is a perfect way. This is called Selenia and is our gift from MINA, which includes a HUD with 5 shades of grey to choose from. They range from nearly black to nearly white, but I'm showing you one in the middle.
These fun gifts from Oleander will make you smile and perhaps even feel like purring...we have a charming hairstyle named Larkin with a HUD of dipped tones, and our other gift is the adorable Glitter Kitty Nose which I am showing in black but also comes in pink or gold. Those are system tattoo layers. Who can resist that sweet little heart on the tip of the nose, and delicate whiskers?
This shoulder-length shag is our gift from +elua+ and puts me in mind of an 80s style but definitely with a modern feel to it. You will receive both colors shown, the hard part is deciding between them!
Something about this style makes me think I either just got home from the beach, or just got out of bed, but certainly has a playful vibe. This gift is from [DUE] and is called Karin in Browns. You will have 6 colors to choose from once you attach the HUD included.
My dress note of the night is that since there was no clothing in the Redhead sim gifts, I went with a lucky board prize from Entice. This flirty mesh dress is called It's In The Rain in blue, and I love the pattern and especially that gorgeous brooch design that is part of the texture of the top. This has been my 4th post in a row from the Hair Fair, and I did cover each sim so this one concludes my coverage of it. Tomorrow I will be sharing some free hunt gifts :) I'm already looking forward to it, but I have truly enjoyed all this hair as well and expect some of the gifts to make appearances again in future posts.

Hiya everyone! Yep, the hunt has me earwormed with an oldie of a song, and has since I first read about the Wayward Hunt before it even started. I am finding so many wonderful prizes, and I can't wait to share some more with you tonight!
Let's start off with an adorable dress, shall we? This is the Pretty Peasant Dandey Dress from *Epic*. The hair is the prize from MINA called Daisy in pastel colors, the HUD has 5 different choices. To balance it out, I went with neutral accessories like my new shoes from Essenz, their Wayward hunt prize is called Mumbai in cream and comes with a HUD to change the color of the metal. For my nails, I went with one of the HUDs I blogged yesterday as well, from .Figure. called The Nudes Spring.
For this dress, I have a word of caution...when I went to unpack, I rezzed out a row of 6 tall thin boxes (only visible from one side) and could see the dress in 6 colors, but just right click-open only showed me one. I went into edit mode and saw there were yellow and blue prims, so had a vague idea that they needed to be unlinked. While in edit mode I clicked Build -> Unlink, and that enabled me to open each box separately. Otherwise you'll only be unpacking one of the 6 awesome colors of this prize from KELINI and that would be a big loss!! So here is their Casual Chic Dress "Amore" in Gold, but with that extra step I just explained you'll also get it in blue, green, pink, purple, and red trim. As you can see I changed my MINA hair to green, kept the neutral nails, but added an edgy choker courtesy of LE FORME. This is their spiked gold choker but you also receive a silver one in their prize. The bag is by MULIER X 1992 (listed as 1992/MULIER on the hunt blog if you want to find it alphabetically) and is called Obsidian. There's a HUD to change the hardware color, gold or silver, I stuck with silver to match the belt on the dress.
If you want something a little sexier, we have this wild number from Kaithleen's, their Satin Mini 50 Shades Dress in cheetah. Wowsa! :) I added the watch bracelet from Izzie's, a very pretty addition to any outfit. My nails are from Bella Elephante, the prize I blogged from them yesterday.
I got to show off some more accessories along with this beautiful dress from Miseria, their Orchid dress in sherbert. The lovely floral ring on my right hand is the prize from {Imeka}, their Rose Ring, and comes with a HUD to change the rose between black and white, and the metal gold or silver. My bracelet on my left hand is the prize from [BREATHE] and includes their Soothe bracelet in silver, platinum, iron and gold. The necklace from [Fetch] is called Unicorn Tears, and when you find their parcel you receive their Lover's Blood necklace also. My hair in this photo and the previous one is the prize I blogged yesterday from [Due].
Close up time, so you can see this beautiful jewelry and eyes! The eyes are the prize from Mayfly, really intriguing colors, called Luminous in Vernal. They are mesh and come in 4 different shades of the whites of the eyes, and there is a HUD included to adjust all sorts of things :) The earrings and necklace are the beautiful *League* Floral Rocks jewelry set, and includes a HUD to change the color of the metal links, and the gems can be all black or as shown with some smoky looking. I had to change hair to something that would show the earrings, unfortunately one is still half hidden but that's my hair doing that, the earring is just fine :)
Whew, that is a lot of terrific prizes!! I'm not done yet so you can expect to see more photos of the generous prizes from this amazing hunt in future posts. Hiya everyone! If you haven't heard about the phenomenal Wayward Hunt yet, please allow me to share my excitement and strongly encourage you to check it out! Click the link to see over 100 fantastic prizes, everything from skin to hair to home furnishings to clothing and jewelry. Since the stores aren't numbered and are listed in alphabetical order, that is probably the easiest way to approach the hunt. I'm sure some people will pick and choose, and hop to only the stores they like best, and that's cool too :) There is plenty to appeal to just about everyone in this hunt, and let me show you a few of the things I've found so far...
This picture makes me giggle because it looks nothing like my usual style...it's like instant bombshell, just add long blonde hair and more tan skin, and take away lots of clothing ;) The hair is the prize from Ayashi and is called Alice, which the bow definitely speaks to as well (it is attached), and the skin is from 7 Deadly S{k}ins and is also called Alice. That comes with Slink hands/feet appliers, as well as one for Tango. The lingerie is by Blacklace and is called Rousing Hearts, and that prize comes jam-packed with appliers for TMP, Omega and Slink. Remember, everything you're seeing on me is standard issue avatar except the hands and feet, so if you have a mesh body or other enhancements it'll look different for you. My nails are yet another prize, the beautiful Bloom Nails from Bella Elephante. I love the bright but sheer colors!
Here I am still sporting the skin from 7DS, and added 2 of the goodies from the Cynful parcel, the Sporty Mini dress and the P.A.C. Chain Heels both in bright red, which you will also receive in dark aqua. The dress comes with a bevy of appliers: Belleza Venus, Cuteazz, Maitreya Lana, Phatazz, Slink Physique, TMP1&2, Omega and Slink. My wonderful hair is another generous prize, it's called Pia and it is from [Due], comes with a fatpack of HUDs so you can change the colors to your heart's content. The nails are from .Figure. who gave us 2 different styles, this being one of the Le Spring color combinations. My necklace is yet another prize, the Cutter Necklace by 7mad;Ravens.
When I tried on the prize from Clef de Peau, the skin (Jemma Tan), I was surprised to see that there were no eyebrows and I kinda looked like an alien, hehe. I was lucky enough to find an old group gift from [mock] that was red eyebrows, so they are no longer available but at least I have brows for the picture ;) You will receive Slink hands/feet appliers along with TMP appliers. I noticed afterwards that the photo in the folder says that eyebrows and other appliers are for sale at the store, so that's good to know. My lovely lingerie is one of the gifts from Chocolate Atelier, the Manon bra and panties which I'm showing in blue but you will also receive in pink. Appliers for the lingerie are Lolas, Maitreya, Phat/Cute Azz, Slink Physique, TMP, and WowMeh. Speaking of appliers, the nails are the other gift from .Figure. I mentioned above, these are from the Nudes Spring nails.
Same skin but different hair, this is one of the prizes from Blues and is called Beau in the rainbow colors brown (you also get rainbow colors blonde). The outfit is a one piece mesh jacket/dress from [DAMI] and has a really fun casual feel to it. For my nails, I went back to the HUD from photo 2 :)
I had to do a close up so you could see the beautiful prize from [HASTE] which is this lovely Moon Bindi. It comes with a HUD to change colors of the various gems and the metal as well. So pretty!!
There are dozens more prizes from this hunt that I'd like to show you, but I can only fit so many into one evening and one post :) So that means there will be more posts, but the hunt ends on May 1st so don't hesitate since there are a LOT of great stores participating. The credits section is going to take me ages to get squared away, LOL, so many stores who deserve much credit for being so generous to us.
