Maci and Salesita's at Palomma Plaza

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're visiting the Palomma Plaza, where I chose some wonderful gifts to share from two different designers of the many generous folks who have displays of goodies here for us. We need the Palomma Plaza's group tag "Doves Angel" active to claim the many free gifts here, and the tag is a reminder of the Free Dove and its beloved owner, Palomma Casanova. Her loss is still felt deeply among her friends and fans in SL, and stopping by here makes me very sentimental but also soothed by knowing that her dear friend Shelby has a very similar operation to The Free Dove in her memory. The build is the same, the old landmarks even still work, and it is a loving tribute to her generosity ♥. I randomly chose the Maci display and Salesita's Creations (diagonal, what we call cattycorner here) nearby. My landmark should give you a red arrow to an area between the two.

My first look is a summertime dream, the Maci ~ Tropical Bikini gift. It consists of the bra, thong, and skirt, each in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. I love the idea of heading to the beach or a pool in this, then sliding out of the skirt and into the cool water.

The Maci ~ Tigra Outfit seems to be designed to bring out our inner wild animal :) The dress has a great mix of nature prints, in sizing for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu. The one-size-fits-all stole has v1 and v2 (left and right, respectively) for two shades of rich brown fur, and the included necklace is unrigged with a resize script built in so we can just give it a click to adjust larger or smaller. It all adds up to a look that just might make your partner purr this weekend.

Switching over to the Salesita's Creations display, I started out with the soft yet flirty GG Dress Mami. Its pale pink hue is contrasted by a tiger print waistband and coppery colored zippers down the front, and the top is two twisted panels that do show off a bit more than I initially realized ;) The dress comes in Erika, Freya, Isis, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The puffed sleeves are a sweet detail too, don't you think?

Next the GG Dress Priscilla *Salesita's Creations* brings a special dose of sex appeal with its intricate rope halter that wraps around to create a belt too. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD that offers 3 textures. The third one not shown is a sheer mesh with black polka dots, very provocative! 

My final look of the evening is our TOP_ARCANA . *Salesita's Creations* gift, a charming halter top that hugs our bodice and falls just above the navel. It includes Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Tonic Curvy mesh body sizes, plus a 16 texture HUD that has several patterns and lots of solid colors for us to select from. Personally I am randomly in the mood for prints, but that doesn't mean I love the solids any less :) Just think, we can pair this with just about any bottoms we wish...pants, shorts, skirts of any length...we surely have plenty in our inventories already that will help it look incredible.

My day was good but ran late from start to finish it seems, like dinner was supposed to be 6:30 and my housemate decided to nap so we got there at almost 7:30 instead. My mom is almost too patient, lol, and didn't get upset but I was fuming. Planning the rest of your day around the person who is taking time to cook for you seems like common sense and good manners to me, and I did lots of apologizing on his behalf that was also the curse of being taught proper etiquette. Sigh. I'm glad to be here now though, and Xan and I have plans to work on the MadPea hunt some more this weekend. Weekend Womenstuff Hunting

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more treats from the Womenstuff Hunt 2018 to share, which are hidden in participating stores in red and white t-shirts for either $0L or $1L. The sizes of the shirts vary, but the color and shoe pattern on them are consistent through the hunt path. There are hints and landmarks on the hunt's website, and information about any stores that have moved or dropped out, so it's helpful to have it open if possible. Tonight's looks are fairly casual, so if any of your weekend plans include relaxing in SL, I hope you get a chance to do a little shirt-hunting first so you can treat yourself to a few new outfits.

First we have the [WellMade] Nayra Outfit, the free gift hiding inside their t-shirt. The top and pants each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, with a HUD for the top that offers 2 color choices. Two great ways to wear this comfy looking outfit!

Next we visit Boho Valkyrja, where we can claim their free gift called BV Mia Dress. It includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya, with a HUD that offers 3 texture choices. I am showing you two of those choices above, and the third will be a surprise when you try it out ;) The style is a simple tank with a short, full skirt, well suited for the vivid colors we can choose from.

It is so chilly tonight that this gift has extra appeal to me. It is the free prize from Maci called Belted Fur Jacket, and there are sizes provided for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. Each size comes in two versions, with and without an auto-hide script for your mesh body. I love how soft and fuzzy it appears!

WinTeRwooD Designs is offering this flirty Denim Autumn Top as their $1L hunt prize, and it looks as good from the back as it does from the front. It comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. There is also a HUD included that offers 10 texture options, two of which you can see in my photo. There are different shades of denim, various designs or solids for the front, and even some different bow colors for the back. If your autumn is on the warm side, or you're looking to turn up the heat on it, this is the prize for you.

My final look of the evening is the free prize from Trinite, their Dot Top which has a handy HUD to change from solid to sheer. I chose to employ a modesty flower while I was cropping these in Photoshop, so that white flower on the right is not part of the top but something I added afterwards. The weekend is here, and it is time for me to get busy! Enticed by a Garden of Goodies

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more group gifts to show you found at Free Dove from several different designers, all of which happen to feature pretty floral patterns. This first Free Dove gift is from Maci and is called Flamingo Roses Dress, a fitting name for a really fun pattern. This gift really caught my eye because of the dark background and intriguing color choices for the flowers and tendrils. With the long sleeves, it is a nice choice for a breezy summer evening.

The strapless style is one of those year round looks that feels even more appropriate for summer, and the floral design made me think of a watercolor painting.

I certainly have a garden's full of flowers tonight, don't I? :) This charming look is the [WellMade] Alenna Dress, with cap sleeves, asymmetrical hem, and attached belt. The gift includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody Curvy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, plus a HUD with 2 colors to choose from. It is tough to choose between the lilac and pink, but there is no wrong answer so wear whichever makes you happy at this moment and then change with the HUD whenever the mood strikes.

For my final look of the evening, we visit the Designer Showcase event (which runs until the end of the month) where you can find this beautiful dress from Entice called Find Yourself Solid for quite a bargain. Each color is $150L each, regularly $300L per tone, and the fatpack is $450L marked down from $599L if you're like me and love the convenience of a HUD or just cannot choose a color :) With 10 choices, the fatpack is really the way to go if you are drawn to multiple colors. The fluttery style is perfect for this weather, and it comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya to fit many of our most popular mesh bodies. I love the hint of lace trim on the neckline, which looks crisp against the dark colors as well as the lighter shades.

It was an odd sort of day, not bad but busy, and I think I was thrown off by something simple. One of the local farmers markets takes place in a park, but they moved the location within the park closer to newly refurbished/reopened playground, and it was a bit disorienting. Many of the vendors weren't there, I am hoping they were just on vacation and not skipping it because of the move. It was a clear, sunny day with a gorgeous breeze, so an ideal summer day. Are You a Fitmesh Fanatic?

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am featuring group gifts for the Fitmesh Fanatics group, which is free to join and has a wide range of participating designers who inform us about sales and promotions. Some even offer group gifts at their stores, so that is an added bonus for being a part of this group. The gifts are also a great way to experience the quality and effort that the designers put into their fashions, so that is just another reason to appreciate them.

My first stop was !:Love Lei:! where I picked up this sexy Willow Dress Lexi 2 as their Fitmesh Fanatics group gift. It comes in a classic fitmesh version as well as sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The sheer panels really caught my eye, and the color scheme is a very popular one with wide appeal.

HOTTEST FASHION STORE has a terrific gift for us as well, their H.F Mavelin Set which includes the sheer lacy top and matching skirt each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The sides of the shirt have an added detail as you can see, a fun peekaboo opening. 

Next we visit Suna Design, whose Star Outfit will have you ready for an elegant night out or a fun day with your friends in a jiffy. The dress comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and the scarf with matching stars is included in standard mesh sizes. You can wear it without the scarf if you prefer, I personally like the little retro flair it adds.

This designer's store may be called Just Ordinary, but their offerings are anything but! Peaceful Saturday

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you a handful of Peace On Earth 10 Hunt prizes, and am again struck by the generosity of the participating designers. Just keep in mind when you see these prizes, that they are offered completely free just for our visiting the stores and searching for the hidden globes. The quality is outstanding, and I do keep many of the landmarks for future shopping expeditions because I am so impressed by what I see. The hunt website is extremely helpful for finding hints and for ensuring that you are in the right location, as the landmarks are updated on the site sometimes before they are fixed in an individual globe, and occasionally a store needs to be skipped so you can find that info plus the next correct link on the site. With nearly 300 stores taking part, this is a huge hunt that will take you to old favorite stores and possibly some new favorites :) I also enjoy seeing the holiday decorations in so many of the locations, just another example of the wealth of creativity in Second Life.

We start the evening with a sparkly gift from MARIPOSA, their ~m~ Mini Wrap Glitter POE 10 which sounds like it was designed specifically for us hunters. There are sizes for standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, so quite a range of options. The wrap style makes for some attractive draping, really accentuates our curves. There are also face and body lights included to enhance the glitter appearance, I am not wearing them since this is not animated and you can't really see the glitter moving in my image but I do suggest at least trying them on to see what you think. I normally wear the face light for my GA.EG head and I do think that helped.

Gidget's Style has this GS Gilda Mesh Dress tucked inside their hidden globe, just waiting for you to give it a click to claim it in 5 standard mesh sizes. The deep burgundy shade is topped with a ruffle on the skirt adorned with elegant gold ornaments, a pretty pattern that will add some festive cheer wherever you wear it.

This cuddly looking sweater dress is our prize from Maci, their Christmas Knit Dress. It is included in sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The pattern is a traditional winter sweater design with cute snowflakes, and I would be tempted to wear some solid colored leggings or jeans beneath this if I wanted a tunic look instead of the short dress.

This stunning look is our prize from Matahari, called Eirlys Mesh Dress Ice Blue. The strappy dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, and standard mesh sizing, and the ceramic snowflake necklace and matching earrings are included as well. They mirror the snowflakes of the pattern found on the sheer layer of the skirt, which complements the crackled ice of the main fabric design perfectly. 

This playful romper is from 1 Hundred and is simply called POE 10 Gifty! Lace Romper. Find the globe and you will receive this in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The lace is accentuated with some beautiful embroidery in a snowy white that shows up terrifically on the bright red of the lace. This might be a nice choice for snuggling in front of a fireplace with someone special on a chilly winter evening like tonight.

In each of tonight's photos I have been enjoying various manicures from our prize found at LUNA Body Art, and here is a closer look at these wintry designs. You will receive HUDs for Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, and Vista when you find the globe, and each offers 10 designs: 5 colors each in solid or with a reindeer silhouette on it. The darker colors have him in white, while the gold nails have the reindeer in green and the white has him in red. It is an elegant way to decorate your nails for the season.

It was a good day here, despite the snow, which started falling at least an hour before I went out but not too heavily. All told we got about 2 or 3 inches of snow, but it should melt quickly in the sunshine tomorrow from the roads. The market was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights and wreaths, it is indoor so they were strung high on the ceiling and it looked magical. Red Hot Weekend

Hiya everyone! Tonight we will look at a few more bargains from The Wash Springtacious Cart Sale, which runs until the 12th of April so you will want to get there soon to scoop up these amazing deals. There are also more Womenstuff Hunt prizes to be seen, as there are 150 stops in this gridwide hunt where we are searching for red (hot) t-shirts for either free or a single little linden. Their website will guide you with hints and the next landmark if you get really stuck, and the list of participants may inspire you to take up the hobby of gridwide hunting. That is a bonus for both the Wash Cart Sale and the Womenstuff hunt, you could discover a new favorite designer in addition to saving tons of lindens on products from stores you already know and love.

I started off my red hot evening by taking the red part quite literally. The top and skirt you see here are each found at the *baci store* cart at The Wash, their lu-InRed top and lu-InRed skirt, just $10L each with other matching items as well (sunglasses, thigh boots, etc.) so you can be ravishing in red from head to toe. The top comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitted, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) while the skirt has 8 fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. My favorite feature of the top is the heart cutout in the back, while the skirt has a rich and beautiful texture. I slipped out of my shirt (and into a pair of pasties) to better show you another cart sale find, this gorgeous tattoo from InnerJoy Love Designs. It is named Soar Tattoo and this wearable artwork is included in a system tattoo layer along with Omega applier, all for just $10L. There are other choices on their cart too, and I for one cannot resist a great bargain on something so pretty. Over to the Womenstuff Hunt, this delightful dress is our prize from Maci, their Floral Denim Dress. It is just $1L when you find their hidden shirt, and it includes standard mesh sizes along with versions for Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya (with and without autohide), Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP. This is a playful style that is ideal for spring.

One last look of the evening, this is our gift for finding the t-shirt at Emberotic's. It is called Woman's Hunt Club Dress and includes a standard fitmesh size for classic avatars along with sizes for Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. In addition, there is a HUD to allow you to choose from 4 textures, 3 solids and the lovely floral I am wearing on the right. You can also see from behind that there is a zipper along the full length, a nice detail since many of these form fitting dresses we wear in SL have no visible closures. Maybe I just also have fond associations with the innocently intimate act of having someone help you zip up your dress, or unzip it...of course, that part could be far less innocent...

My day was an enjoyable one, only missing one important thing...sleep! Yes, I am still battling the insomnia monster and mostly losing, but I got a nap after the farmers' market that helped tremendously. Gotta Find 'em All

Hiya everyone! I do have Pokemon Go on the brain, hehe, but in the title I was definitely referring to finding those great prizes for the Womenstuff Hunt this month :) It is a very enjoyable way to spend some time unwinding this weekend, visiting various stores and admiring their work while searching for the little red t-shirts. Some are $1L and some are free, just be sure you're finding the one for August instead of March because some stores still have those out too. The hint page does mention that several times but I think I saw some not mentioned there. I highly recommend using their hints to guide you along this fun-filled journey.

My first look features two different hunt prizes, let's start with the Summer Romper from Maci's. It is their $1L prize hidden in their shirt, such a fun style and bright colors in a slew of mesh sizes: 5 classic, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Whew! The jewelry I found as our prize from Captivating! is a lovely match for the vivid colors, their Shiloe Collection which includes the necklace in turquoise and the earrings in silver. The necklace does have matching silver beads, and has a resize script so you can adjust the fit. I think it almost looks like a scarf with all those lush layers, so this gift can carry over into the cooler seasons as well.

Sweet E's has a summery treat hidden in their t-shirt, their Purple Stripe Swimsuit in 8 mesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. We already know that I like this style very much, and the colors in these stripes are just stunning. 

I found another terrific prize for just $1L in the t-shirt at Angel DELUXE, their Boulle Dress in a Womenstuff Pack. The dress comes in standard sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions, and there is a HUD included featuring all 3 texture choices you see here. The HUD means more versatility and less clutter in your inventory :)

Emerald Couture always offers wonderful hunt prizes whenever they are taking part in one, and this treat lurking in their free t-shirt is no exception. This is their EC Glitz Red and includes the sexy mini dress in many mesh sizes (standard, Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine) plus the matching high heels in rigged or unrigged versions. The rigged were a perfect fit for my Slink High feet.

One last look of the evening, this dress is our free prize from Tori's Stylez called TS-Trin-SE-WS and comes in a fitmesh size along with Maitreya Lara, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions. I also took this opportunity to give you a better look at the generous gift in the hidden t-shirt at 7 Deadly s{K}ins which is called Pixie July Group Offer. This includes the alluring Pixie skin in Apricot, Sand, and Taupe (shown left, middle, and right above) and the appliers for each shade for Slink hands/feet, Lelutka face, and Omega body with cleavage or no cleavage versions. The sand shade in the middle is a new one of theirs, and I am definitely a fan since I do favor the fair skinned tones to go with my auburn hair preference.

Let the weekend begin!!! That was the first thought that popped into my mind on how to wrap up this post, I'm just really excited to go out tomorrow and see what adventures the day holds.
