This enchanting look is one of the prizes from SAKIDE for a single linden when you find the hidden candle. Hiya everyone! Tonight I seem to have compiled a very seductive selection, starting with some gacha prizes from The Wash Cart Sale. You have a week and a half remaining to visit their 10th anniversary round, so there is still time to enjoy the $10L and $50L items at each cart, free gifts at many of them, and of course the gachas in the northeast corner of the sim (laundromat building) for $50L or less per pull. I also have some more eye-catching goodies from the SAKIDE & Friends Halloween Hunt, which is to celebrate their new sim and will have you searching for lit candles in and around the stores on said sim. The landscaping is beautifully done, so be sure to check it out! *subtle hint* All candles are either $0L or $1L so these are impressive bargains.
This first look is two of the gacha prizes from Baci at The Wash, whose gacha selection consists of 16 pieces as Omega appliers, bras or panties, including 2 rares. This bra was so sheer that I opted to add those little black flowers in "post-production" (my editing which normally just involves cropping, sizing, adding my name) but they will come to you completely unretouched and delightfully sheer. There are various colors and you can easily mix and match these, and for just $10L a pull, you can indulge and wind up with a generous collection very inexpensively. Hiya everyone! The Spring 2017 round of the Twisted Hunt is still kicking my butt, heehee, but honestly I am loving it. The people in the group are hilarious, and the prizes are terrific as always. As long as you follow the rules (no area search, things like that) you can expect to be challenged but well rewarded. As I have mentioned in prior posts, the theme is Infinity and the color is multi-green, so the cubes are tinted green and the prizes have various shades of the same, sometimes even the exact texture with cubes upon it. Male, female, and unisex prizes abound, from clothing to accessories to decor and more. I also have another treat from the Rally To Rescue event to show you tonight, still fervently supporting animals in need. The entire proceeds from anything sold here (and donations into the kiosks at the event) are being donated to non-profit, no-kill, volunteer rescue organizations. Please help us help the animals!
Clearly my avatar is feeling sassy in our prize from Roped Passions, one of my favorite stops in the hunt for sheer comedic value :) Click the decoy cubes and read the funny things they say in local chat, I even kept clicking them after I'd stumbled upon the real prize. This is their Inara Suspender Outfit which is a one piece mesh (top, shorts, suspenders) in plenty of mesh sizes: standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, and TMP versions. Also included, those fantastic heels in Slink and Maitreya fits. Another favorite prize of mine is the set of bracelets you see here, courtesy of Dixie Designs. Find their devilish cube and you can claim their THS17 Infinity Bracelets in gold and silver versions, with or without a cube resting on the infinity symbol, for a total of 4 varieties. Each contains a resize script so you can get the perfect fit for you, the gold above was adjusted but the silver with cube was not so you can get a slight idea of the default size. Both metals are perfectly polished and quite shiny.
Moonlitecat Creations is another longtime Twisted participating store, and through 17 rounds (I did not start at the beginning but forget which round finally hooked me) this is only the second time I've ever found their cube!! Actually Xan found this one, so I've personally only found one (thank you again to my treasured partner ♥) but teamwork is something I recommend anyway for these hunts. This snazzy outfit is the MLCC THS17 Tunic Dress, but it includes not only the dress namesake in a bounty of sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine) but also the matching jeans in a system layer plus an Omega applier. Whew! That is a fully loaded prize, and there is a generous male prize in that very same cube. Their side hunt is quite challenging, but the notecard you pick up at the main store will show you what you can earn by tackling it so you can see how worthwhile it is.
SAKIDE (formerly Sassy Kitty Designs) has an impressive gift for us as well, find their cube and you can claim the Limitless Dress for Twisted Hunt in plenty of mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Also provided is a handy HUD with 3 texture options, all of which are seen above. That collar is an amazing touch, isn't it? The texture of the collar and jewelry connecting it to the dress varies as well, depending on which you choose from the HUD. I was quite taken with the shiny material, you can see light glinting off the fabric in my various poses. Those dramatic slits are terrific touches as well.
One more hunt prize for the night, this is from Mishmash Fusion and is a mere sampling of the twisted treats you can find there. From their main prize, this is their Infected Mini Dress - Infinity and includes sizes for Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Inside that main gift, you can also find a sexy pair of boots and furniture, and be sure to set aside plenty of time to explore their mini hunt. It is an exciting "choose your own adventure" and so well written. You start out reading a notecard that ends with choices and clues for each (if you wish to do A, hint xyz, if you wish to do B then your hint is 123). What a fun way to explore the entire sim, loaded with things to do and enjoy. Each step there has a prize too, furniture and jewelry and all sorts of surprises.
Time to visit Rally To Rescue again, tonight I am pleased to show you a playful dress from Pretty Sexy Things called Side Laced Up Dress- Black which includes sizes for Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. From the front it almost appears to be a classic LBD (little black dress), which we all need in our wardrobe, but then you catch a glimpse from the side or perhaps you notice the trailing laces. My avi definitely looks like she was walking by and someone stopped her to comment on the dress, so she paused mid-stride to turn and see who called her, and give another peek ;) For a $100L donation, you can purchase this head turning dress and know you will look as good as you feel from helping. Hiya everyone! As I'm sure you guessed from the title, tonight's post features more terrific prizes from The Autumn Effect Hunt. There are so many generous designers taking part in this one, you are bound to find things you can appreciate too, so let's dive right in!
If you need an outfit to dress up in that says autumn in a fun way, look no further than prize #55 from Basta! This is called Hear The Wind and includes the peplum blouse in espresso along with the black satin skirt, each in standard mesh sizes. The texture of that blouse is just heavenly, and I do enjoy a pretty peplum. You probably noticed that I switched back to short hair, as much as I love the hair I wore yesterday this shorter 'do is better for showing off jewelry. The necklace and earrings I am pleased to show off are prize #29, the Marrie Jewelry from [Glitzz], which includes a HUD with 10 colors to choose from. Think of all the wonderful matching possibilities! I also love the delicate filigree pattern on the earrings and necklace.
Next we have the Scandalous Vest from 1 Hundred, who are #08 in our hunt path. This is gorgeous coming and going, and I am enjoying the system layer but it also includes a HUD full of appliers for Lola, Physique, Wowmeh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Omega. Sounds like all the mesh loving ladies can wear this as well. I must say, that color is fantastic for fall. I paired it with the Afterlyfe leggings from yesterday, along with the jewelry from the first photo after choosing a different color on that HUD. Never underestimate the power of versatility :)
I stepped outside to enjoy a tasty cup of coffee in my new Loyalty is Royalty Shirt from B-DaZZled, this is prize #53 and I am sporting the system layer...you'll be pleased to hear that it also includes an Omega applier, and there is a mesh version for the men with 3 rigged sizes and 2 fitmesh sizes. As for the coffee, that's our prize from Reckless called Bean Juice, and the cup has a drinking animation built in but that's not even the best part. The HUD included changes your cup color, lid color (sorry I oops'ed on that one, but they can be black or white just like the cup) and sleeve texture. One sleeve reads "Death before Decaf", and the other says "If loving pumpkin spice makes me a basic bitch, then a basic bitch I'll be". Now I do enjoy myself both decaf and pumpkin spice, so I am a candidate for the latter, but Xan will be gleefully enjoying the Death before Decaf version ;)
As it tends to get a bit cooler in the evenings this time of year, imagine my oh-so-pleasant surprise at finding this beautiful sweater in the hockey puck at SAKIDE (#07). This chill-chaser comes with a wonderful HUD that allows you to choose from 9 colors for each design, the leaves or the deer! That is 18 amazing options, and you can see they both look gorgeous in any color. That high collar is perfect for the season as well. I feel all snuggly now :)
Nail note of the night: I am wearing a prize from this very hunt in all of these photos on my nails, it's prize #33 from Toxxic Pandora and has 6 different choices for Slink mani/pedis. My hair is Juliette from the discount room at Truth, and my skin is version 3 of the 7 Deadly s{K}ins prize I wore yesterday. The lips are a deeper color but that seems to be the main difference among the three versions.
Since I have another hectic weekend ahead, I made sure to get a head start on tonight's so at least one of these posts will make it before midnight ;) Tomorrow is a farmer's market and a few errands, Sunday is celebrating 2 family birthdays, and all will be affected by Papal visit traffic. Hiya everyone! I have some great dresses to share from the WOMENstuff Hunt, all of the prizes shown in tonight's post are free ones so you can look terrific on a budget. I hope you find something you like!
I've been wearing this lovely skirt and top quite a bit, it is the prize from Beautiful Dangerous #136 in the hunt. That little sliver of belly showing is so appealing! This comes in standard mesh sizes along with a fitted version, and the top and skirt are joined into one piece.
One great dress, one fun HUD, 4 different looks! This is prize #076 from SAKIDE (once known as Sassy Kitty Designs) and you can tell I am a huge fan of this one. The various texture choices are each a different color, along with the variety in the skirt segment with everything from ruffles (that is just a 2D texture on there even though it looks like it sprouted real ruffles!) to a fun Eiffel Tower print. The hardest part is choosing which one to wear.
This is such a cute outfit from Mistique. Its name is Blanche and it is prize #141, provided in standard mesh sizes. I love the gold trim, it dresses up a playful outfit nicely. I wish my avi didn't appear to be trying to show off a thigh gap in this photo, eeek, that is really not me.
Finally we have prize #135 from Moonstar, called Autumn Mist. This outfit includes a mesh dress, optional flexi skirt, necklace, and adorable matching Slink high shoes with awesome fringe and check out that chain around the heels! So much detail to appreciate here really, all while welcoming in Fall which should be here eventually ;) We have had another heat wave in my neck of the woods so autumn feels far away for now. But in SL it can be any season we prefer, anytime we choose, which is just a small part of the beauty.
Speaking of weather, there have been well over 24 hours full of thunderstorms and heavy rains so far here, so my mood is a bit gloomy as a result. I am hoping that no place I visit later in SL has rain, I am simply not in the mood to hear it from my headset and my window at the same time. Tomorrow will be a brighter day, and then I will see my best friend of 20+ years on Saturday, so there is plenty to look forward to and I'll be fine :) I hope you all are having a good day/evening, magpie hugs to each of you!!!
