She's A Maniac, Shopping Maniac

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to several different stores who are part of the Shopping Maniacs group, which is free to join. It's a wonderful source of information about sales, special offers, and new releases from plenty of designers, in addition to the treats that some offer with our group tag active just for visiting. Those group gifts are what I'm sharing tonight, because we know by now that I love to tell you about the places to find high quality gifts :) Of course I also suggest checking out their current sales items, since you can find some wonderful bargains at all of these locations.

For my first look of the evening, I'm feeling flirty in the .::PC::. Wrapped Leather Dress "Kayla"- LBlue GG from PiNK CHERRY. There are two versions of this dress labeled G or S at the end of the name, which indicate gold and silver which you can see on the metal links on the left side. Each of these are provided in Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The midriff is intriguing and loaded with details, thanks to not only the straps on the left but the sheer pleated fabric across the front. 

La Feminique has a lovely gift called Justine GG for us, ours for free with the Shopping Maniacs group tag. Isn't this a fun choice for summer? The top, panty, and pareo all come in sizing for Erika, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The pareo is a sheer sash or sarong that acts as a short coverup for the bikini panties, tied high on the right hip. The dark floral pattern is certainly a charming one :)

Next we stop by ART & FASHION, who are well known for their generous gifts for many groups in addition to their own. The gift for Shopping Maniacs is called GREEN FANTASY LONG DRESS, and it gives me some strong retro vibes in both style and fabric pattern. There are 5 standard fitmesh sizes, in addition to sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. The alpha layers came in handy since they work for BOM compatible bodies too, and my thighs were in need of convincing to stay inside the dress ;) The long full skirt has an ethereal quality because of the translucent fabric, and I couldn't resist drawing your attention to that.

I'm also eager to show you the Biah Set from Believe, one of several gifts they offer for various multi-designer groups. The dress and shoes will each fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with the gift also including the coordinating handbag and pair of black earrings I am wearing here. I really do appreciate having footwear included with clothing so you know it will match well, and the other accessories make for a fantastic look. 

My final look of the evening comes from V8 Underground, a store that I've been a fan of for many years including their former brand name Brii Underground. The **RONETTE 80'S STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT** gift is a stunning pants set that brings sass and sex appeal while covering all essential areas. Our top, pants, and sandals are all provided in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The top is playfully draped in the front and tied in the back, while our pants have a subtle snakeskin texture that I almost mistook for sequins at first glance (sorry, old eyes LOL) and the sandals have several chains draped to hang along the stiletto heel as yet another fantastic detail. Like most of tonight's stops, this one offers treats for multiple other groups too, so be sure to check your group list to see if you are already a member of any of the others. Who knows, you may fall in love with another gift and wind up joining a new group too :)

It was quite a thought-provoking weekend here, well mostly therapy this afternoon. I've made the realization that my anxiety is like a broken smoke alarm that just keeps going off when it's not needed, since anxiety (fear) serves a valid purpose of keeping us safe in severe situations. My leaving the house is not automatically a valid reason to sound the alarm, but my brain needs some retraining in that regard :) I'll be going out a few times this week, and I have a few things to plan in the near future. Otherwise it was a decent weekend and I am ready to explore SL later and see what exciting treats I can show you for August. Sexy Fashionable Gorgeous

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing some group gifts for the Sexy, Fashionable, Gorgeous Me! group, which is free to join and was a creation of Palomma Casanova (of The Free Dove fame) to help bring designers together and share info and gifts. It is one of many legacies she left us with, and I always find myself a bit emotional while sharing them. It still has many excellent participants and there are lots of gifts available for the group in many different mainstores, like the ones I'm directing you to this evening.

I started out at Believe, where their NANY DRESS GIFT is yours with the group tag active. There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes included of this floral patterned beauty, with its deeply hued ruffle at the hem. Sleeveless is a good choice for the warmer weather that spring will surely bring, too :)

Next we take a look at the lovely Petry Model --> DRESS DSRG gift, one of several for various groups that they are currently offering. This flirty mini dress has intricate beaded straps and shows lots of skin, while covering all the essentials ;) It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a HUD offering 10 different shades of denim for us to select from. That does make sense with those cute pockets on the rear of the skirt, kind of like someone converted a pair of jeans overalls!

If you need something more on the elegant side, keep that group tag on and head over to Black Angel. Upstairs with their many group gifts you'll find the FREYA DRESS by BA Store for us sexy, fashionable, and gorgeous ladies :) It has bare shoulders, a wisp of a ruffle as dropped sleeves, and a daring high-low hemline that I simply adore. There are Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes provided. I was pondering necklaces and thinking that if you have one that hangs down the back, this might be the right dress to wear with it. 

This hot pink outfit is our Elevation Candy gift from MONOMANIA. They are another very generous store with gifts for tons of different groups, so be sure to browse that area carefully for others you are a part of :) This gift includes the blouse and skirt to fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies, plus the fringed boots for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. The boots have zippers in the back and tassels on the sides, just loaded with great details like the clothing. I do love a good wrap skirt, and this one goes so well with a blouse that is tied with similar long tails in the back. 

My final look of the evening is the ART & FASHION - MOON PASSION - LONG DRESS gift for SFGM. This can be found at the top of the wall of gifts (yes, another admirably generous designer with lots of treats!) and is a stunning crimson halter gown with a neckline similar to a choker. The couple silhouetted against a full moon while embracing is an enchanting image, made me do a sharp inhale (like a gasp but quieter when you're the only one awake in your home LOL) and then dreamily sigh the air back out :) Our romantic gift includes sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

My weekend was a tiny whirlwind, as I had that therapy appointment I was dreading this afternoon. It went surprisingly well, as I'd feared the worst (being dropped as a client for lack of progress) but he was very kind and reassuring. We came up with a different game plan for exposures, and I am going to do my best to stick to the new schedule and fight through the anxiety. I'm starting to get emotional again thinking about it! The bad part of the day is more amusing now than anything since it's been handled, but there was a stinkbug flying around my office here in the morning and bounced off my head 3 times, then it was still here when I got here in the evening. I spent 3+ hours with this idiotic bug, buzzing loudly around my head (collided with my apparently invisible noggin several times again) and dangling from the cord for my light fixture/ceiling fan. If you've never had the pleasure, they are large shield-shaped bugs that do in fact stink, mostly if crushed, so I was waiting for the housemate to come up and assist me. Not because he's a man and I'm a helpless girlie, lol, but because he's a foot taller than me with longer arms and I couldn't reach the stupid thing. He was busy watching wrestling online with friends (and being loud) so I waited impatiently. Summary: yay therapy, boo stinkbug, weird weekend. Free Dove Mini Bonus Hunts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring The Free Dove for their Caring Hands mini hunts, which this month consist of a main 10 prize hunt and 6 bonus 4 prize hunts from a total of 7 designers. One of the bonus hunt designers is not set up yet due to RL, but there are 6 wonderful creators whose prizes are ready to find in various hunt objects. Tonight I decided to share two bonus hunts, so we will be taking a look at the Believe goodies found in adorable pink bunnies and the WitchCraft treats hiding in baskets with bunnies and eggs in each basket. There are pictures on the hunt signs of the prizes and hunt objects, and I do recommend giving one of those signs a click for the notecard with all the details. All of the mini hunts have half the prizes at The Free Dove location and the other half at their mainstore, so the notecard includes those landmarks in addition to photos and such. So much fun! All of tonight's prizes need the "Blessed by a Dove" free group tag active to click and claim them for free. 

My first look combines all 4 prizes from Believe, each named 505 then numbered 1 to 4. The #1 prize is our bunny ears, very easy to edit and adjust to suit many different hairstyles. #2 is the cuffs and collar, also adjustable and the collar has a built in resize script which came in handy. Both #1 and #2 are found at The Free Dove, then we head over to their mainstore for the others. The flirty shirt in sizes for Legacy, Kupra, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies are tucked inside prize #3 along with the mouth carrot, to enhance your bunny style :) Find bunny #4 and you will receive the panties and pasties to complete the look. The panties fit Legacy, Kupra, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, and the pasties are a system/BOM layer that is easy to wear. The panties have high cut sides and very cute heart on the front, helping this outfit add up to one sexy look for Easter weekend or whenever you wish.

Next we take a peek at what is in the first of 4 prizes from {WitchCraft} and found at The Free Dove. The #1 basket holds three gifts that you can wear together or separately if you prefer, starting with the It's Magic! Dress (01) in sizes for Alice, Altamura, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The cool treat in my left hand (photo right side) is the Bunny Ice Cream (01) with pink cream decorated with darker pink and held with a built in bento pose. Speaking of bento poses, there is one in the {WitchCraft} Baby Pet Game (purple) in my right hand as well. It is a decorative reproduction of those fun but oh-so-time consuming tamagotchi toys from the late 90s. I'm sure they appeared in lots of Easter baskets in RL so it is clever to have them in these hunt baskets :)

WitchCraft's second basket is also at The Free Dove and holds a similar trio of treats, like the It's Magic! Dress (02) in the same set of sizes as the one in prior photo (and in the next two). Some of our moons and stars have shifted coloring, while still appearing on the strapless mini with peekaboo bodice opening and ruffled trim. It probably won't surprise you to hear that the ice cream cone then is called Bunny Ice Cream (02), in a tempting purple that could be grape or something much more exotic. The cute Baby Pet Game (pink) is included too, and I suspect that the pink and purple versions got reversed and were meant to be in the other prize but they look great no matter how we mix them up :)

Heading over to the {WitchCraft} mainstore, we get to find two prizes here starting with #3 which offers their It's Magic! Dress (03) in yes a third color combination for those celestial symbols. Do you like your ice cream with a sky blue tint? If so then add the {WitchCraft} Bunny Ice Cream (03) to your look for your left hand! It is certainly complemented by the {WitchCraft} Baby Pet Game (blue) that we hold in our right hand, dangling from the beaded cord like the other colors and ready to bring back nostalgia.

My final look of the evening is also found at their mainstore, the 4th hunt prize with the {WitchCraft} It's Magic! Dress (04) kicking things off. Have I mentioned how tough it is to choose a favorite from these beauties? The {WitchCraft} Bunny Ice Cream (04) has a tasty creamsicle color in my mind, a yellowish orange that is just as cute as the other flavors with the single dipped ear and matching eyes. I included a closer view of the {WitchCraft} Baby Pet Game (yellow) so you could see what the screen looks like, as it certainly made me smile so I wanted to share the sentimental feelings ;) I am very grateful to both of tonight's featured designers for their generous hunt prizes. 

So I had a dental visit yesterday for a routine cleaning and quick checkup, and it went well other than finding a small cavity that I pointed out as a tiny hole near an existing filling. It turns out the edge of the filling probably lifted up just enough to allow the bad stuff in and keep it there, creating a new cavity. I get it drilled and filled next Tuesday, so another hefty dose of nitrous that will mean another evening off from blogging. It isn't very uncomfortable and I am fine, just bummed that it happened in the first place. My dad's side of the family always had dental issues, and I don't think he has any of his real teeth left, so he would probably blame genetics. I have two implants and some crowns, so I am no stranger to the dentist's chair even if I do have a heaping dose of fear of it. Everyone at this office is terrific though which helps tremendously. SL Frees and Offers

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it was time for a slight change of pace, for those of you who could use a break from holiday themed treats. Don't get me wrong, I love dressing in festive fashions this time of year, but I completely understand that whether you celebrate the holidays or not you could be just ready for something new :) I decided to pick up a few generous SLFO gifts, which is short for SL Frees & Offers. This group is free to join and has many participating designers who offer gifts for the group at their mainstores for us to claim with that group tag. Mostly I focus on clothing, but there are other types of gifts too which you can find out from the notecards at their headquarters in the mailbox there. 

My first stop of the evening was -AZUL- to claim their gorgeous GG [F&O] 2020Oct gown. It starts with a black pencil dress base, trimmed with orange frills and adorned with a full length skirt layer tied around the sides and rear. Our group gift includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies.

Next we have an intriguing look from Brii Underground which is called **JADA PURPLE VERSION POST APOCALYPSE STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT**. Buckle up (pun intended) because I have a long list of what's included here :) The corset top comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) while the boots are provided in 5 standard sizes to fit various thigh sizes. The gloves and pants come in system/BOM layers as well as appliers for Omega and Slink. As for accessories, we have the earrings, collar, bracelets, and ninja thigh daggers which are all adjustable, and the system/BOM layer of full makeup that is responsible for my dramatic black liner and burgundy lips. I used my Maitreya HUD to tint my fingernails and toenails black so they didn't stand out so much, but feel free to do whatever you wish with your nails.

Cold weather in RL can make me crave going to a tropical locale in SL, and I think I've found the perfect outfit for that at Believe. Their SLFO gift called Megan Set consists of the ombre top and ruched mini skirt in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, along with the mermaid gold chains in all the same sizes except Venus. However there were 2 labeled Maitreya so maybe one of those is meant to fit your Venus body instead? The outfit will look just as pretty without the chain if you prefer of course. To claim this gift, please check out the bottom row of gifts and it is the 5th one from the left, as they are not labeled but it is a picture of this very outfit so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

I also visited BoA where I claimed their Dress - 21 Textures gift and proceeded to have way too much fun trying all of the buttons on the HUD ;) Yes, there are 21 of them to choose from, and the dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. I always appreciate versatility, so I am very grateful for this thoughtful gift.

My final look this evening comes from .:Beyond:. and is named Any - Pink Gift SL F&O. The asymmetrical dress has one bare shoulder opposite a long sleeve, and a hemline that is slightly lifted on one side and tied while being held closed with three strips on the other thigh. It includes Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I am a fan of the knit texture, which I find gives a soft formfitting look that suits this style very well. 

It is another late night hockey game here, this one not going so well for my team but there is still time for them to turn things around. Halloween Sales Event Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several free gifts to share from the Halloween Sales 2020 event, but don't worry because you have a few more days to visit :) It is open until the 4th of November, and each participating designer is offering a free gift (no group needed) inside a carved pumpkin that is wrapped with a black ribbon. Some gifts are Halloween themed while others are more general, so it is not a problem if you have not visited yet and do not get there until after the holiday itself. I got the news relatively late myself of the event's opening, but am still very happy that I stopped by. There are plenty of reasons, as you are about to see from a random sampling.

My first look is the Lilith in Fitmesh for Classic + TMP + Maitreya by COVETED!. This shapely gown has built in wings and comes in the 3 sizes mentioned in its name. The horns I am wearing are an adjustable addition with a built in resize script. I used my Maitreya body's HUD to hide much of the body, as the figure hugging style seemed to hug my figure a bit too much ;) This is a great look for Halloween, but can also be used for costume parties or Gothic evening wear any time of year. 

Turn up the flirt quotient with this gift from *ASIA* called ELEONOR black. It starts with the long gown with double slits with lace on the front panel and a wedge in the rear, with bodice held in place by straps in back and front, in sizes for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. You will also find the matching shoes included, strappy sandals sized for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. such a tantalizing look!

Our gift from On A Lark is this charming *OAL* Meryl ~ Autumn halter style dress. It comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with earth tones that are terrific for this season, and you know I appreciate any pattern with birds :)

This playful costume is the .::Believe::. Devil Set, yours for free just by clicking the pumpkin at their display. It includes the dress in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, as well as the horns, gold necklace, and even the pitchfork I am holding. My final look of the evening is our female gift from Uncontrollably, called [UNC] Rebel Romper - Sugar Skull 4 Colors HUD. I did specify female because there is also a male gift in that same pumpkin :) The romper comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. As the name suggests, there is also a HUD with 4 colors to choose from for the bottom of the romper, all with the same image on its front. Sugar skulls are such beautiful, artistic creations and I admire all the fine details.

Hooray for the weekend! :) I am really glad it's here, and I'm looking forward to the farmers market tomorrow which will have all sorts of tasty goodies. One of the ways they are celebrating Halloween there is to give a special treat to all dogs that are in costumes, which I cannot wait to see. As long as they don't mind wearing the outfits, it will be wonderful to see them enjoying the somewhat chilly but sunny day. Even though I don't have a dog myself, I love them and am grateful for a chance to watch them having fun. Two people at the market bake dog treats, so I have no idea which one is providing these treats or if maybe they both are giving them to the other vendors to distribute. One makes exclusively dog treats, the other is a baker for humans who just recently added dog biscuits to her lineup. Halloween Sales Event

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have another seasonal event for you to enjoy, called Halloween Sales 2019, where you can find deeply discounted items (50% or even more in some cases) as well as gifts at each display. Just click the pumpkin with the black ribbon/bow, no group needed, to claim a treat from that designer. They hold things such as clothing for men and women, accessories, and home decor, so a little something for nearly everyone. Some of the designers were familiar to me while others weren't, a mixture that I do appreciate.

My first look starts with the UNC Girls Gift - Madeline Dress - Black Widow. This lovely gown includes a HUD with 4 colors choices, two of which can be seen above, with a spider and her web on the skirt. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a fitted version for classic avatars. I couldn't help but notice that the purple color was a beautiful match for another gift, the .[ KUMIHO ]. Purple Flower Tattoo on the back of my neck. The gift is an Omega applier which applies a single long stemmed purple bloom and two leaves that reach towards each shoulder. 

Next we see the [AF] Taienny Tank Dress *Ghost* gift from anny's Fashions. It has a fun twist in the front, above the slit on the left thigh, and its pattern is haunted by a group of cute ghosts. It comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink.

Our gift from Angel Pink is their {AP}Djulia Sweatshirt, cropped fairly short and with 3/4 length sleeves. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 4 texture choices. 3 feature flowers and the fourth is an herb, the type that is not quite legal everywhere yet ;) I love how the sleeves for each texture choice are patterned to match the image on the front. I am wearing my favorite marketplace freebie from Delizio with it, their jeans in blue which is one of several colors included in that gift as system layers plus Maitreya and Omega appliers.

Another flirty shirt awaits you inside the pumpkin at the Eternal Limited display, their ELTD Naughty Zombie Knit Top. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and I am thinking that layering it above a tank top or bra could help with any modesty issues for G rated sims. 

My final look of the night may have you wondering if I am a devil in disguise ;) I guess that depends who you ask! This playful costume is the ..::Believe::.. Devil Set, a generous gift with flirty dress in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, along with horns, choker, and pitchfork with hot pink ribbon. If you are going to a costume party somewhere adult-ish looks are welcomed, this just might be the look for you.
