Hiya everyone! It was a scorcher out today, but there is something hotter to find in SL, and that is The Wash Cart Sale. There is still time to visit and snap up the incredible values, and so much variety to be found there for any age or gender, $10L or less. Meanwhile I am still having a great time with the Kiyomizu Hunt, finding well hidden and sometimes tiny ninja kitties. So much to see, let's get started!
My first look of the night is a long flowing dress from the Lilbit Sass cart at The Wash, their Josie Maxie in Pansey. It is provided in plenty of mesh sizes, including 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. If you are looking for a dressy gown in eye-catching patterns, head to the XiuXiu cart for their Mandala Gown in 7 different exotic prints. On the left I am wearing Moon and on the right you see Sky, each in standard mesh sizes and a mere $10L per design. I love the color coordinated scarf draped on the back, and I am partial to the peacock feathers in the print on the right. No main store at the moment, but I will update if I find out anything further.
I have been finding some really cute prizes in the Kiyomizu Hunt, for example this playfully cute waitress uniform from #35 SHOP KERO. The dress is included in several fitmesh sizes including standard, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, and let's not forget the matching cap that is provided as well. Best of all, a texture HUD for 29 options including 8 smaller plaids, 8 of the wider plaids, and the rest are various solid colors while the collar and apron stay white. Apparently I am on a break from waitressing, and enjoying the refreshing prize from #28 {Akorat}. This is their Ice lolly-strawberry and looks so delicious! Just add and it will show up in your mouth, adjust if necessary, and enjoy a summery treat with no calories.
#42 in the hunt path is a store called Seeya, and this adorable herbtea dress is their prize. They have provided it in size XS only, but it fit me pretty well when lately I have been leaning towards a S or M size. The soft colors and off the shoulder design are lovely, and the frills are a sweet touch.
Finally, a better look at my dainty nails :) Tonight's manicures are from the Wash Cart Sale, found on the [new.monday] cart, named Vintage Flowers for Slink nails. There are three designs on the HUD in pretty pastels with such beautiful bouquets on each nail, it is hard to resist. Their mainstore is here, and the cart location is directly linked in the credits.
I had a fun day visiting my usual farmers market, however I slacked on the sunscreen and am feeling like I got too much sun. I'm one of those people whose natural skintone is paler than pale, like I was born to be goth LOL, and must be cautious about sun exposure. Hiya everyone! Tonight is a treat because I get to share things from two of my favorite recurring events in SL, one being the Wash Cart Sale and its amazing values where everything is $10L or less. The other is the seasonal Kiyomizu Hunt, whose summer round just started a couple of days ago. My suggestion is to start at the Kiyomizu Mall itself and find all the ninja kitties there you can, then click a floating ghost to open a website of what you have and haven't found yet. Let's take a look (or several) at what is waiting to be discovered.
Please don't tell my avi that she isn't on a tropical beach here, as it took several glasses of that champagne to convince her she was ;) I am happily relaxing on a Wash Cart Sale selection from Low Prim Living, their Surf's Up Birthday Cuddles which has a rez-box for the beanbag chair, palm fronds, surfboard, champagne, and tasty looking cake. All this just has a land impact of 10, rather like its low cost of $10L. The beanbag chair offers a terrific menu upon sitting, with a slew of poses: 4 female, 4 male, 4 unisex, and 12 cuddle. The menu also offers 6 color choices for the chair. As for my comfy outfit, this is one of the great bargains offered at the Park Place cart, featuring home decor and their new casuals line. This is their [PP Casuals] Abigail Outfit, one pair of pants and two tank tops (black or white) in standard mesh sizes each. They have a very cute red and blue one available too, same amazing price of just $10L. Here we have another pairing of cart sale bargains, just imagine how many full outfits you can create there and how many entire rooms you can decorate for so few lindens! My pretty dress with its floaty layers is from Sage, their Carla Maroon Dress, and right below the dress on the cart is the matching Carla Maroon Shoes for Slink high. Just $10L for each, and there are other selections that are just as wonderful. Another cart you will certainly want to visit is Luminesse, with their stunning jewelry including this Trilia Topaz Titanium Set. $10L is all it takes to get the necklace, earrings, and bracelets for each wrist, all so detailed and luxurious. On to the Kiyomizu summer hunt, the Cream Spaghetti Hair! store (whose name always makes me smile) is home to kitty #3 whose gift for us is their Aloha Dress. There are 5 sizes, and each size unpacks to reveal 5 patterns of this adorable dress (two shown above) to enjoy.

Hiya everyone! I hope you've had a Happy Easter if you celebrate, and a lovely Sunday no matter what :) I do have a few more glimpses of bargains found at the Wash Cart Sale, whose Spring Freshness round ends in just a few days (the 30th) so I urge you to hurry and take advantage of these deals!
My first look comes from the Villa Baci cart, one of their many Retro Dress varieties available there, this one being Violets. The style is softly romantic, and the color suited my mood quite well. Just $10L gets you this beauty in many mesh sizes including 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. There are other designs to choose from, and a $50L fatpack of 5 patterns.
If you're looking for something more casual, you might choose this Delft Outfit from the Villa Baci cart. It's actually one piece even though it looks to be 2 or 3, and it looks amazingly comfy in addition to being so cute. Such a bargain at just $10L, this comes in 8 fitmesh sizes including Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink.
I wanted to show you all a bit more home decor available at the cart sale as well. This peaceful scene shows the Grape Leaf Bench from the Wood Works cart, just $10L and it includes the orange/gold vase on the left (not attached so place it where you wish). The bench itself has several individual poses including the one I'm showing for reading, which rezzed the magazine you see on my lap. The pose for drinking tea will offer you a folder with cup and saucer. Furniture is made even better when you add the usefulness of the props to how attractive it is! There are many other selections so be sure to stop by their cart.

Hiya everyone! The weekend is here, and I expect that will bring lots of visitors to the Spring Freshness round of the Wash Cart Sale. With $10L bargains from around 90 designers, it is a great way to spend some time without spending a huge amount of lindens. I also have a couple more Chicken Egg Hunt prizes to share, in case you're in the mood for some gridwide hunting this weekend.
For my first look, I seem to be thinking about spring...and enjoying doing so in my shiny new Lavender Spring Outfit from Dark Water Designs at the Cart Sale. This sweet set includes the cropped tank and leather pants each in standard sizes, along with a few extra pants sizes (Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink) for a wonderful fit. It looks as though I've found a new seasonal friend in my backyard! Switching gears to the Chicken Egg Hunt, have a gander at this adorable prize from Country Couture, who are #19 in the hunt path. Their gift includes the Chickie Shirt and the Skinny Blue Jeans each in lucky 13 sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink) for a wide variety of body sizes. Included but not shown are a pair of pink/white Boho boots for standard avatar feet.
Another great find from the hunt is this charming dress from Moolala, #23 in the hunt. It is provided in 4 sizes (xs, small, medium, large) and has a charming attached belt. The style is flattering and the egg pattern is lovely for the season :)
Finally I wanted to show you a closer look at the nails I've been enjoying this evening, one of the many Slink HUDs available at the Cart Sale from [new.monday] this round. It's amazing how happy a new Slink mani/pedi makes me!
It is a busy weekend here for me, but I am still looking forward to making time for the Cart Sale, gridwide hunting, and of course blogging those finds. I'll be heading to 2 farmers markets in the morning, and keeping a close eye on the weather reports since we're supposed to get *gasp* snow Sunday!! The weather was warming up nicely, I saw the groundhog in the backyard yesterday bringing straw down to her den and making me wonder if she's planning on hibernating again.
