Hiya everyone! Tonight I am excited to show you some gifts from the Boho Culture Fair, where many of the designers are offering treats to visitors for free or just $1L, tucked inside a brightly colored box. It reminded me of the shape you wrap clothing in as a gift, which does make sense. The fair runs until the 11th of November, and is a fun place to explore with special offers and gachas to indulge in, all with that beautiful Bohemian flavor.
I love this first outfit, which is a $1L gift from Vaxer called Trendy. It includes the top, skirt, and belt each in standard sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. There is also a very useful HUD that lets you choose from 10 colors which each have their own design touches. I topped off the look with another gift, the free DreamCatcher Choker w/HUD from SAGA. It comes with a HUD that has a resize function as well as 4 colors to choose from, so you can adjust this to suit a wide range of outfits.
Next we have a sexy $1L dress from Gaall* called Sequins Night Dress, in sizes for eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Classic Small, and Classic Large. It also contains a HUD that lets you choose from 14 different colors or color combinations, all quite lovely. You probably noticed the pretty bangles I am wearing with it, those are a free gift from Indulge Temptation called Margaret Bracelets 1. It includes the left and right bracelets with a HUD that offers 10 metal options, so you can match any mood or clothing.
This sweet outfit is a combination of prizes as well, starting with the MOoH! Tamara Top. It comes in standard mesh sizes along with Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is also a HUD with 6 solid colors to choose from, including the two you see it in here. I paired it with the $1L gift from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, their Rhiannon Skirt in Purple Damask. It includes Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizes, and has two tiers of delicate sheer lace to complement the lacy texture.
One last look of the evening, we have a stunning bathing suit from Beautiful Dirty Rich, their free gift called *B.D.R.* Flora Bikini. It includes the top and bottom each in standard, Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes. I love the high waist style that is still quite revealing from behind, and the off-the-shoulder ruffle is gorgeous. As long as their are beaches and swimming pools in SL, summer never has to end :)
As you can tell, I played around a bit more with the Truth Hair gift Makena and the split colors, and the stylist HUD that offers so many possibilities. Next I might try the no bangs option and add one of the previous group gift bangs styles, just for the fun of it. My chiropractor visit did help some, as I'd hoped it would, and he even listened to my lungs with a stethoscope and confirmed that my lungs are clear of fluid. It's just a nasty lingering cough, but it seemed less severe today so I do think I'm on the mend. Today is a beautiful day in SL no matter what your local RL weather is like, and it is a great opportunity to grab some free gifts from the Advent calendars across the grid and save lots of money at The Wash Cart Sale. All the items at the cart sale are just $10L, and some of them are transferable so you can give them as gifts for this joyous holiday season. I have a really nice assortment today to share, so let's get started!
First we have two gorgeous selections from the Battle Fairy cart, just a sample of the several patterns of this sexy Lily Dress. On the left is Snowflake and on the right you can see Fleur, each of these is just $10L and includes plenty of mesh sizes: standard, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP. The Battle Fairy mainstore is right there at the Wash sim, and their cart's direct link is in the credits at the end.
Another cart loaded with fun bargains is the Savoha Creations display, and this Giraffe Coat is a good example of their many $10L items from which you can choose. This cutie comes in standard mesh sizes, and the black coat is an attractive contrast to the animal print of the collar, sleeves, and attached belt. This mainstore is also on the Wash sim, and the cart's location right in front of that store is in the credits below.
The Advent calendars are also generous to us today, just take a look at this Emerald Couture gift from one of their two calendars. The striking EC Sexy In The Fall Purple outfit consists of the top and skirt each in several fitmesh sizes (the top has Belleza and Maitreya, the skirt both of those plus Slink, each have standard fitted sizes as well) and the boots are included in 5 sizes too. My shimmery choker is today's gift from the advent calendar at Indulge Temptation, their 12 days of Christmas which feature their beautiful jewelry. My favorite way to wrap up a post is to show you what nails I have been enjoying, and today that would be the advent calendar gift from Hello Dave for today. I love today's HUD having 5 different glittery colors leaving a tiny stripe like a bit of tinsel, across the frosty white base. Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is not about the endearing movie Hocus Pocus (which I'll be watching again in a few hours) but rather an SL event also named Hocus Pocus. You can claim lots of free gifts by visiting each store and saying "hocus pocus" in local chat (all lower case) near the sign and magic bottle that reminds me of a glass candle in a jar. You have at least a 30% chance of winning and can try once every 24 hours, until November 4th. If you get impatient you can always by the prize for $50L instead. You can get a HUD for free on the Marketplace or by clicking the signs to help you TP quicker from place to place, and it shows a preview of the prize for each store right in your viewer screen, but the HUD isn't required to claim them. I find it very handy though :) There are still quite a few prizes I haven't won yet, but I wanted to show you some of them tonight before it gets too late to claim any of them.
This look features a few different prizes, let's start with the clothing...this romper is from Bodhi and comes in several mesh sizes: Small, Medium, Maitreya, Freya, Isis, Venus, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. The terrific shoes are from Dilly Dolls and are called Glinna, they come with a HUD that adjusts the fit for Maitreya or Slink Mid, and offers 4 color options along with the choice of having the strap black or the same color as the stripes. On the right above, I changed the purple in the middle to Black Strap but left it matching the other colors. If you are admiring my hair, the good news is that it is also a Hocus Pocus prize, this one from Love and called [Blush]. It is a very generous gift too, including a full fat pack of color HUDs (blondes, brunettes, candies, gingers, greyscale, mystics, oddities, ombres, pastels) plus an exclusive Hallow HUD.
This is the same romper and same hair (this color choice is from the Hallow HUD) but here I have added a new buddy whose acquaintance I am very pleased to make! This is the prize from PSYCHO:Byts called Familiar Cat - Poison. He does have a vial around his neck that seems to be glowing ominously, and he is animated so he was a bit wiggly while I was posing for our photo. He looks like a moss-tinted Siamese or Snowshoe, one of those colorpoint breeds that are so elegant looking.
Another hair color change, and another outfit...this lingerie is our prize from Goth1c0 called Vampy Lingerie. It is included in system layers along with HUDs for Lolas, Omega, Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink. So detailed with those delicate closures in the front and the lacing in the back! I imagine it would take considerable magic to get them all closed, or to open them carefully in a hurry. I accessorized with our gift from Indulge Temptation, their !IT! Deadly Necklace which comes with a handy HUD offering 10 metal choices and 16 colors for each the bow and the gem (coffin) so there are countless possibilities of combinations to suit any mood or outfit.
I have so many gorgeous nails to show you, starting with this amazing gift from Hello Dave. Their prize is this Hocus Pocus HUD for Slink and Omega, with 35 varieties (5 versions each of 7 styles/colors) so I'm showing a very random sampling here. I think I'm partial to the marbled purple and the stormy night looking deeper purple, but it all depends on what you're wearing and what colors you favor.
Another wonderful gift is this Stitched Slink HUD from Bella Elephante, which offers 10 designs with that Nightmare before Christmas vibe. Look like Sally, or enjoy these year round as I intend to.
One final look of the night, this is the prize from DP Koffin Nails called Witch's Brew fatpack. I am still having crashing issues in SL and even crashed when I was trying to take the first photo here...the best thing for me to do is try to reduce my inventory some more and try to be patient, easier said than done. I have a fun hunt to share with all of you, the Good Witch Bad Witch Hunt which is a free hunt with just 15 stops where you will be looking for a pointed black hat with a bright green band. What will you find inside? I am showing you the clothing prizes I found, and you can peek at their blog to see photos of the rest. Enjoy :)
First we have the prize from Perfect Seduction, the organizers of the hunt and stop #1. Their ladies' gift is these adorable Witch PJs, one piece of mesh in standard sizes. There is another hat hidden in the store with a mens' gift, which is a matching pair of sleep pants.
I have on two prizes here, let's start with the dress...Sherbert has provided us with their Good Witch dress in all the usual mesh sizes plus a fitted mesh version. I thought the dusky color was perfect for dressing up with prize #11 from Perfections, which is their Snow Queen jewelry set. The headpiece and earrings are included, and they have some bling and a glow to them (the photo captured the glow but not bling) so will brighten up any outfit or evening.
This flirty outfit is from Pretty-N-Pink, who are #7 in the hunt, and it's called Sabrina, I assume in honor of the Teenage Witch show. Their gift includes the system layer shirt and thong with appliers for Belleza, Eve, Omega, Slink, and TMP, along with the mesh skirt in standard sizes PLUS the shoes for Slink high. The colors and patched design of the skirt made me smile, and in case you can't quite read it the shirt says, "Are you a Good Witch or a Bad Witch? ...Depends on who you ask". For the record, most of the time I lean good...most....
JK Style is giving us this fun little dress as prize #14, and it says Halloween is not just spiders. There is a gorgeous phoenix on the front, and a ghost on the back, but as you can see there are a few spiders around as well. I love the twisted front and the sexy slit on the side! This is provided in all the usual mesh sizes plus ones for Belleza, Slink, and Maitreya.
Last but certainly not least, we have the Good Witch outfit from *Zesty*, who are #15 the final stop in the hunt. The top is mesh in the usual sizes, and the pants are a system layer with an Omega applier. If you're wondering about that incredible necklace, I can't blame you :) That is our prize from #10 Indulge Temptation! and comes in 2 versions, one with black pentacles and one with silver. It also includes a HUD that lets you resize the necklaces if need be, and change the colors of the flowers to an amazing 35 different choices. As you can see in the inset, a few choices have a variegated look with multiple colors in the same flower. These beauties are not just for Halloween!

Hiya everyone! We are already at the midway point of the week, and I hope it's treating you all well so far. I have more treasures to share with you all from the enMESHed Into Fall Hunt, so let's take a look at the prizes to be found in the hidden candle holders at each stop.
This gown from Coull Creations is absolutely stunning! They are #52 in the hunt (the final stop) and have named this dazzler Kiss of Autumn, and you will find included the dress and add-on each in standard sizes (see the notecard in there about an issue with the small dress, but the medium fit me fine instead) and the necklace that is more like a collar. in the middle panel I'm showing just the dress without add-on or necklace. I love the lace texture around the waist and upper skirt, it just looks amazing. The crown is our gift from #11 Indulge Temptation! and is fittingly named Fruits of the Fall Crown. It feels very earthy and elegant at the same time, and gives the whole ensemble a harvest queen vibe.
For some reason my first thought when I saw this dress was Harley Quinn, which is odd because my knowledge of her and that universe is fairly limited. There is no denying that the Antoinelle Dress from [Marquesse], which is #50 in the hunt, is very sexy with that color contrast and flirty shape.
The Broken Glass Boutique is offering this beautiful gown as its prize, #17 in the hunt, and I must say it is terrific for the season and beyond. The dress is "Autumn" by Sej, and comes with the matching necklace and earrings, a very thoughtful touch as well as an attractive one :) The belt you see is a part of the dress, so no need to try to adjust to get a perfect fit.
I thought you might enjoy seeing one of the many seasonal decor items available in the hunt as well, so this is prize #10 from Zoobatos. I placed it outside my front door, it consists of one piece with the two pumpkins and Happy Fall Y'all sign. It has an outdoor feel but I'm sure you could use it inside if you preferred, whatever makes you happy :)
As in yesterday's post, I decided to go with the Slink default HUD for a neutral French mani/pedi to flatter the dresses in a subtle way. I didn't change my hair or skin from yesterday, but I'm still in the kind of mood where you can expect just about anything tomorrow!

Hiya everyone! Wow it's been a busy day, but I am tickled pink to be able to share some prizes from the Kawaii Sweets Hunt with all of you. There are about 26 stops (not numbered on their site) so not a huge hunt, but the prizes are free and adorable! Cute is definitely my style a good deal of the time, so I enjoyed this hunt tremendously as the stores were a joy to visit and explore.
First we have a precious outfit from Shiro Tsuki, who are #4 in the hunt. This includes the mesh sweater dress in standard sizes, system layer panties and tights (tights are also included in a tattoo layer), shoes for default avatar feet, and the lolli I am holding in my hand. As a lover of details, I couldn't resist sharing the back seams of the stockings and that little decoration atop each seam.
Lots to see here, our dress is the prize from #11, Kawaii Tofu. Fun name and lovely dress, love the kitteh face! My adorable earrings are from #14 Sherbert, and are called Oinky Earrings because if you look closely you'll see there is a piggy face in the icing on our donuts. The sunglasses are from Nerdology, who are #3 in the hunt, and come in 4 yummy flavors. I am wearing Grape in the main photo, then in the inset you can see CottonCandy, Blueberry, and Lime.
I am posing the way I am because I was having a bit of a wardrobe malfunction, things visible that shouldn't normally be for public viewing ;) But everyone's boobs vary and the dress is too pretty to not share, so please enjoy a glimpse at prize #22 from Les Sucreries. I accessorized it with one of the 3 necklaces found in Indulge Temptation's prize #24, the Sweet Connexion necklaces, and even put the other two varieties in an insert for you :) Now the crown, every one of us deserves to feel like a princess (or queen, king, or prince) from time to time, so why not do it in tasty style? Prize #12 is the Princess CupCake Tiara from Gachapon! and I didn't realize until after taking all the photos that it actually has a color change menu in it. I thought it was a resize menu, sorry about that. Some color choices have a gold crown instead of silver shown, and a couple changed the cupcake wrapper color too, so lots of variety to be found.
Looks like I had myself a midnight snack and then kicked back on a...waffle? Yep, I sure did, gotta love SL! My outfit is a fully loaded prize from #21 Nocturnal Needs, called I Love Toast. It includes the mesh top and shorts (standard sizes each), system layer thigh highs, boots for default avatar feet, Toastie Toasted in my mouth, and Mr. Toaster & Toastie with built in holding pose. Whew, that is a lot of goodies! On the right I am relaxing on the prize from ~Pillows~ who are #6 in the hunt, and their playful Waffle Cushion features several poses for male and female and even couples. I love the pillowy pat of butter, and strawberry pillow too. I'm concerned that sleeping on something so yummy looking might cause extra drooling though...
Nail note of the night: for simplicity's sake I went with the white chocolate from the Marketplace freebie Valentines Day gift I blogged the other night, from Who What. Neutral, delicious, I figured it would work well with everything and actually matches the 'sweets' part of the hunt theme :)

Hiya everyone! I had fun choosing more prizes from the enMESHed Into Summer Hunt to share with all of you, lots of goodness so I hope you enjoy!
This darling dress from HolliPocket not only has fun little studs decorating the front of the skirt, but the wash of rainbow colors down the side is terrific! They are #36 in the hunt, so find that popsicle if you want this beauty. I accessorized with the prize from Barefoot Apparel #12, their 'solar' aviator sunglasses which include a HUD for 8 color choices of lenses. The pinkish color works wonderfully with the dress!
I found another lovely bathing suit (I've shown you a few in the first posts from this hunt) and dressed it up with a couple of other terrific prizes. The bikini is from B Barbie Style (#13) and the fun colors look even more jazzy with the pretty bows on the hips! My fishy handbag is the Going Swimmingly Clutch from DUH! #3 and this is their pink/yellow version...you also get a red/navy version and a turquoise/orange. The sweet watermelon necklace can be found in popsicle #31 at Gachapon!
For another laid back summer look, I am enjoying the romper from #22 Cupcake Clothing, while kicked back in the chair from True North Designs. Their popsicle is #11 in the hunt, and you'll also find in there a small round wicker table with a solid blue tablecloth to match this terrific chair with several pose options. Now to accessorize, I had a hard time choosing from among 3 unisex surfer necklaces found at !IT! in 3 separate popsicles there, all #41 and each on a different floor of the store. You can see closer views of the various necklaces on the left.
Our prize from #15, OMG! Inc, is a very cool combination of sweet and sexy, cute and sassy...it is a leather corset dress with dainty blossoms scattered around on the skirt. What could possibly make it better? How about a HUD with 8 color choices? :) I'm showing you just 3 of them, so you can get an idea.
Finally we have a wild leopard outfit from TRUM (Tots R Us Movies), #39 in the hunt. I had some trouble with the corset and skirt not playing nicely together, separate mesh pieces, but your results may vary since your shape surely will :) I love the matching sunglasses that are included.
My nail note of the night is the same as last night, the limited time freebie at La Boheme that ends in a few hours. If you didn't get there yesterday, HURRY!!! Hiya everyone! Tonight I have part 2 of the Welcome To Summer Hunt, lots of goodies to enjoy. Just keep looking for that delicious looking blended drink :)
This prize from Kitties Petite Dreams (#11) is called American bikini with acc, and apparently the 'acc' is the accessories which include the sunglasses and flip flops :) I edited the position of the flip flops to work with Slink flat feet, but they're probably meant for default avatar feet. As you can see from the side/rear view, that is a thong under the denim shorts, so for some family friendly sims you might need to leave the shorts on. The front of the thong has an American flag to match the bikini cups. Now the beach ball jewelry I'm wearing is a separate prize from Dressed by Lexi, who are #15 in the hunt. That includes the necklace, belly piercing, and earrings that you can't really see but feature the same colorful beach ball.
My very pretty dress, short in the front and a bit longer in the back but still summery, is from MadCatCreations, and they are #16 according to the hunt blog. Words of warning here, I found 3 different hunt items (that fruity drink) in different buildings of the store and one was set for $1L but the other two were for free, and all contained the exact same prize. So I recommend that if you find the $1L first, keep looking and grab a $0L one instead!! It is supposed to be a $0L hunt so I'm not suggesting anything shady or trying to cheat anyone out of any lindens, rather trying to save you from spending an unnecessary linden :) My necklace is a unisex surfer necklace from !IT! and contains a resize menu. You can get a better view of the pretty seashell in the inset of the picture, also the lovely beads. They are #17 in the hunt.
How gorgeous is the color of this dress? :) Unfortunately it did serve to remind me that photographing flexi skirts and sleeves is a real challenge, I'd be embarrassed to admit how long it took me to find the right pose. Second life first world problems?? LOL! This is prize #12 from SweetRed's Designs, and is great if you don't care for mesh and don't use mesh bodies or bits. The floaty nature of the skirt definitely speaks to the summer theme of the hunt.
I headed home to show you the things that needed to be rezzed out, and returned to the outfit from photo 1 above. This is the prize from Whimsical Happenings #18, and includes the sweet butterfly bench (4 poses) and matching plant, and even the Porch Rules wall art behind me. I really love this generous prize and would gladly follow all the porch rules :)
One final goodie I'd like to share with you from this hunt is the prize from Carnal Cabal, #6 in the hunt, and their clever firefly jars. Rez them on the ground, right click and the menu will offer you a choice to "relax", this cute pose holding the jars and lids is the result. It is BRIGHT, like a facelight convention bright, but that's what fireflies do, they light up :) The lids say Fire Flies, and there are a few spots of light (above and to the right of the jar in my hands, you can see one) reminiscent of the little cuties. In my neck of the woods, we call them lightning bugs, but by any name they are the source of some fond childhood memories (catch and release!) and seeing them each year is a reassuring sign of warmer weather arriving.
Nail notes for tonight, I've used the Nail It Good! prizes that I blogged yesterday, details as always in the credits. Hair note, I did indulge in some retail therapy and bought myself a new hairstyle after a stressful day, and it did actually help a bit. Full price unfortunately, but I decided I am worth it, as are all of you :)
Today is one of those days where I need to remind myself to think positive, find the happy moments to treasure, and hug someone you care about :) Virtual hugs count, so consider yourselves all hugged!!
