Hiya everyone! Tonight I get to show you several group gifts from the store ML Fashion. Their group is free to join, and in addition to the ladies' gifts you'll see tonight, there are a few for the gentlemen as well. I always find that worth noting, since I am not certain if I have many male readers who would be interested but most of us know someone out there in need of mens clothing in SL. The gifts at ML Fashion are upstairs in their store, but the link I am providing should bring you directly to them. Also on that floor are lucky boards and mini manias that are worth peeking at too.
I am starting off with a bang, thanks to their ML Fashion GG Lily Flower Dress Black. It includes sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Those straps are quite daring, and the subtlety of the floral pattern complements the style very well. There is also a tiny touch of bum cleavage, just for fun :)
Next we have the lovely GG May Ela Dress, which comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. It also includes a HUD with 6 texture options, two of which can be seen above, iridescent looking beauties in a variety of color combinations. The sweetheart neckline, halter style, and scooped sides are all fun additions to the flirty skirt part of this terrific dress.
Two group gifts can be seen here, starting with the GG June Berta Camo Top, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, and standard mesh sizes. Its grayscale coloring helps it pair perfectly with the GG Skirt Long, which starts as a dark denim mini skirt but flows into a long full skirt. This next gift will have you looking radiant in red, which I find to be a nearly universally flattering hue. Those ruffles really draw attention to every curve, and I'm certainly not the curviest avatar around so that is an achievement.

Hair note of the night: I have revisited Uber because I needed a little retail therapy, and picked up this perky hairstyle from Wasabi called Sabrina Mesh Hair - Reds. I love ponytails, and this style lets me show you the backs of my outfits without hiding anything. It's also ideal for summer!
It looks like my father might be released from the hospital on Friday and have a visiting nurse check in on him a few times afterwards, so I feel like things are looking up in that regard. Fingers crossed, and thanks to everyone for your patience while I have been distracted with RL. Tonight we have some more wonderful deals from The Wash Cart Sale, where the selections are just $10L each and some are exclusives or new releases that are premiering right here at the cart sale. I am also pleased to share more prizes from the Kiyomizu Hunt, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and continues to some main stores of the participating designers. Just click a floating ghost at the mall (check the walkways) to find out where you still need to check for the hiding ninja cats. The signs at each store will show how many cats are hidden there, and be sure to peek inside the stores since some signs are indoors rather than out front. Okay, time to look at some bargains and hunt prizes!
This striking dress is one of several offerings at the *baci shop* cart at the Wash, called lu-WhiteMagic, however don't let the name fool you, as it includes a HUD with 9 color choices. There are sizes for Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP along with standard mesh sizes. I really like those cut outs and the straps with sassy buckles. If your plans this weekend include a visit to one of SL's many beautiful beaches, you definitely need to stop by the Heaven & Hell cart first. The outfits you see here are just a small sample of the colors and patterns on offer there for just $10L per outfit, solids and Hawaiian prints and more. The left is called H&H Miranda Top & Skirt Bursting Patriotic, the right is the same outfit in Pink Hawaiian. Each outfit includes the top and skirt in sizes for Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Maitreya, and TMP, plus a matching tote bag that has a hold pose built in. These are intended for us to mix and match, so for a mere $10L each you can pick out your favorite designs and get creative with them. A cute little ninja kitty hiding at M&A gave me this very pretty Summer Halter Beach Dress, wasn't that generous? Tonight we explore a bit more of The Wash Cart Sale, where everything is just $10L and there is a great selection of clothing for the whole family (men, women, children) as well as accessories, home decor, textures, and much more. At those prices, you can afford to enhance your summer wardrobe and spruce up your living space too. Another fun place to explore is the Kiyomizu Mall, where they are holding their Kiyomizu Summer 2017 Hunt that I so enjoy each round. We are searching for ninja cats, there are signs at each participating store with his photo on it and there are friendly ghosts floating around (above the sidewalks) who will send you to a website showing you which cats you've found and where you still need to visit, if you ask nicely by clicking them.
My first pair of outfits are mix and matched from the K&A Design women's cart at The Wash, and their men's cart is right next door. My shirts are their Carly Cropped Shirt, Tie Die Blue/Pink on the left and Tie Dye Green/Orange on the right, and each come in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink). The shorts are their Stacie Shorts in Love Pocket on the left, Tie Dye Pocket on the right, and each include standard fitmesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Curvy, Fine, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. Mishmash Fusion is another terrific cart to visit, where you will find some sexy swimsuits and cute summery dresses in various colors. Here you can see the Xanadu Trikini in Pink Paisley on the left and in the middle, because you definitely deserve to see that playful rear view :) This includes sizes for eBody, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, and a Standard Small and Standard Large, and there are other designs including transparent colors, for just $10L each. On the right is their Timeless Mini Dress in Purple, with dramatic V neck and soft ruffles, in a standard fitmesh size plus Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique fits. Two different ninja kitties teamed up to help me build this lovely outfit, as White Shell has one cat hiding at their Kiyomizu Mall store and the other in their Cinema Wave store (advice: peek next to the hunt sign, you will need that teleporter) so they are different stops on the hunt path. The lovely White Shell Dress Camisol Hunt Prize from Kiyomizu Mall pairs beautifully with the White Shell Long Maxi Hunt Prize, and each come in a single mesh size with matching alpha layer for classic avatars. For variety I might wear that skirt with a white shirt to pick up those fun laces on the front, and the shirt would look pretty with a nice pair of denim shorts (like the ones above from the cart sale!) so they are both quite versatile.
One last look of the evening, this is our hunt prize from Dreamer called Elegant Summer Dress Kiyomizu Hunt. It is a long slender style with full skirt and comes in a single mesh size with the alpha layer you will need for classic bodies. I think it would be at home in any season's wardrobe, not just summer :) I can picture it with a little bolero style sweater in autumn for example. Just find that hidden ninja cat and this treat is yours to enjoy.
Quick hair note of the night: I was in the mood for a bit of retail therapy, so I headed to Shiny Shabby and picked up Wasabi Pills' offering there called Berry Mesh Hair. I chose the reds pack, as I do, and it was $250L for two sizes plus an unrigged version, and HUDs for color and accessories. I do have quite a hair addiction in SL ;) The pretty wisps and delicate braid really caught my eye.
It was a hot and humid day here, and a busy one too, so I am very happy to be relaxing at my computer while enjoying the air conditioning. Another hectic weekend is almost here, and I think the weather is going to be stormy so that should make things interesting. Hiya everyone! Tuesday has arrived and brought with it some great new Advent calendar gifts, which I am very pleased to show you a sampling of today. It is a busy month with advent, hunts, and The Wash Cart Sale starting tomorrow :) With all these exciting things, it can be hard deciding which of the many goodies to show you each day, so I just aim for variety.
!Rebel Hope has a very generous gift waiting behind door 13 in the KittyCatS! Advent calendar for all of us, the entire outfit you see here. The cowl neck sweater dress and the sexy boots each come in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink, and Hourglass sizes for a terrific fit and easy pairing. The belt is attached to the dress, and the garters are a built in part of the boots. You probably noticed my adorable kitty cat ears, with their delicate roses adorning them, well they are included in this wonderful gift as well in red, pink, and purple. The KittyCatS! advent calendar can be found at many locations, the one in the credits is the KittyCatS main store but I believe most if not all of the participating stores have one set up for us too.
This lovely advent gift put me in more of a tropical mood than a Christmas one, which is not a bad thing but actually a fun one. This is from Moonstar, *V* Itzel Dress which consists of the top and bottom in system layers plus appliers for Lola, Maitreya, Slink, and Omega. The skirt has a built in resize script so it can adjust to most shapes and sizes. I'm sure you see my eye peeking at you, well that is today's Inkheart advent gift for their group members (free to join) and is called April Eyes - Illusions. As with all their gifts, this includes 4 sizes in system and mesh versions, of which I am wearing the size M. They are a lovely pale blue-grey shade, with a beautiful reflection.
I had to run away from a rolling restart, Tuesday mornings in SL can sure be challenging. This delicate delight is one of our 2 Advent gifts from Emerald Couture, EC Go For Flowers and it was a Happy Easter Hunt Gift initially. If you missed it from the hunt, I hope you don't pass up the opportunity to pick it up now. You will receive it in plenty of mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitted, 5 busty, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, to fit just about any of us. I must admit, the colors really bring out my eyes too!
Confession time...I did something odd, not for the first time and certainly not the last time...I was curious about the Maitreya hands that were included with my Maitreya body, so I decided to wear just one (the left) while wearing my Slink Elegant 1 hand on the right to see how they compared. An interesting test was to give myself some manicures, and Entice has this gorgeous set as their Advent gift for today (free group tag needed). Walkin' in a Winter Wonderland Nails HUD features Maitreya, Slink, Belleza, and Omega compatibility with 6 designs for each. Maitreya only allows 1 design at a time, but Slink let me show off the other 5 so you can see all 6 choices :)
More wonderful nails, the left side (on my Slink hand) is today's advent gift from Hello Dave, 5 variations of the design half white, half red, and a golden bow in the middle at various angles. You do need the free group tag to claim this, and I cannot possibly recommend this group enough for her consistent generosity. On the right side, my Maitreya hand is showing off the DP Koffin Nails gift found for today in the 1313 Mockingbird Lane advent calendar. Much like the KittyCatS calendar, this is a multi-designer collaboration bringing an exciting variety of gifts to all of us, no group necessary. The gift is called Dark Rainbow Candy and has 3 flesh toned base colors with bright colors swirled into the black tips. Maitreya, Slink, and Omega HUDs are all included in this fatpack.
My skin today is an Advent gift from 7 Deadly s{K}ins, their Daisey 4th July skin line which I believe was originally in a gacha since one is labeled rare. This thoughtful gift consists of skins V1 through V7 (I am wearing V4 here) plus the rare skin, all in Apricot, plus appliers for Maitreya, Banned Booty, Phatazz, Slink hands and feet, and Tango. Some of the variations have red lips, there are different eye looks with varied eyeshadow and liner, but all seem to stick with the red and blue of the 4th of July theme. Such a pretty set, and a generous gift to have 8 different looks included.

Hiya everyone! I have been busy this morning claiming some lovely Advent calendar gifts, and I will also be showing you some more Women Only Hunt 2 prizes found in hidden snowflakes. I was already a fan of gridwide hunting for several years prior to blogging, so it is special for me to be able to share it with others.
Emerald Couture has two Advent calendars right next to each other, and I have noticed there are plenty of previous hunt prizes in them in case we missed them. This is their Chickadee Purple Outfit [Once Upon a Cure] and consists of the lovely dress in standard mesh sizes, Slink High shoes with cute chickadees (Peeps) on them, and matching earrings and necklace. It was like revisiting spring for a glorious moment in the midst of a cold snap here in RL.
I also visited Entice and picked up another fantastic Advent gift, just put on your tag from their free group and pay $1L to bauble #12 and you will receive that linden back immediately along with this terrific Hurts So Good - Christmas dress. It comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and includes a HUD with 3 color choices. The blue and red shown are two, the third is black with the same white top. It looks sharp and despite the name is not limited to any holiday.
How about another trip to somewhere warmer? Facepalm has got you covered if you are craving a tropical destination in SL, with this stunning Beach Time bikini as their Advent calendar gift for the day. No group needed, just click the square with today's date and you will receive this flirty swimsuit in system layers plus appliers for Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and TMP. I am loving the little swirls, they add visual interest and the color is wonderful too. In the inset you can see a closer look at my eyes, today's Inkheart advent calendar gift for us called Eternal Eyes - Infinity. Their free group tag is necessary, but you can claim all previous prizes along with in-store group gifts and other surprises await too. The eyes almost match the bikini, as an unusual side note.
Maybe you are staying somewhere cool in SL, visiting a sim with snow or just want a traditional holiday type feeling to your wardrobe. This hunt prize from *HolliPocket* is a terrific way to stay warm while looking casually pretty. It is called Snuggle Wuggle Sweater and comes in a fitted size plus a Maitreya and a Belleza version, the fitted was a perfect match for my Slink Physique body. I love the pale blue edges and the Nordic pattern, very cozy. Free when you find that hidden snowflake.
One last look of the day, courtesy of two fun sweaters and a pretty choker. The sweaters are our hunt prize from [trs] called I <3 Winter Sweater in Navy and Red, and this is what happens when I play around with various HUDs and try to see if there is a big difference ;) On the left I am wearing the navy from the Omega HUD as a clothing layer with my favorite Delizio jeans (free marketplace gift) as the clothing layer pants, and I added the Slink Hands HUD for the wrist/sleeve part. On the right, I discovered that the actual Slink HUD (the red one) applied top and bottom at the same time for the longer look of the full sweater, so I had to slip into the underwear layer of the jeans. You can wear these long or short, it all depends what you pair them with and which look you prefer. The gift includes both colors in system layers along with HUDs for Omega, Slink, and Slink Hands in case you wear the hands without the body, to finish off those pretty sleeve cuffs. The choker is from -SECRETS- and is a metal choker specifically for the WOH2 hunt, and it contains a resize script to allow you to adjust it if you wish. It will look fantastic with dressy or casual looks in just about any color, a versatile gift for sure.
It is a cold but clear morning here, and I am ready for whatever the new week holds for me :) It will certainly hold more gridwide hunting, plus there will be some Advent calendars that do 12 days of Christmas so they should start first thing tomorrow. Hiya everyone! I managed to track down the blog for the MGS&N group, and saw there were plenty of other stores who have group gifts available as well. How could I possibly resist sharing more? There are several participating designers and the website is not an official list, just posts from the group founder that gave us photos and locations and may have (in a few cases did) changed since the post. It is absolutely worth visiting a store whose group gift catches your eye. Here are a few more of my favorites so far...
This outfit is actually two of the group gifts I picked up today, they work well together but by all means please pair them with anything you prefer. The top is from {M.STORE} and is called Jacket Sofie Green/Top Black. It is provided in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya as shown. The jeans are our current gift from Nala Design, their ND*Jeans Ripped Blue*, in 14 different mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitted, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. The slightly faded shade of blue is perfect for so many casual looks.
My next look is our gift from Vanity Dream Store called ERY Outfit. The blouse and skirt are each included in standard, Maitreya, Physique, Hourglass, and TMP sizes for a wide variety of fits. The top has such a pretty style with the deep neckline and great sleeves, and the skirt has the added bonus of the sheer layer resting atop the red silk.
With all the food-centered holidays this time of year, we can't forget that an invigorating workout will help us feel and look our best. This gift from *SweetBlack* is a great reminder as well as a fun choice of what to wear while you get your heart rate up :) Their fit workout top comes in 5 fitmesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, and Hourglass, while the pants include 5 fitmesh as well as Slink, Belleza, and Maitreya versions. I find lately a nice long walk is the best exercise I get in RL, maybe varying that should be a resolution for the new year.
Once you've toned your avi's figure, this looks like a great way to show it off! Our group gift from LsR is the stunning Sexy Mini Dress Sheile Black, with a texture filled with sequins and a style with pretty ruffles on the hips. The dress comes in Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya sizes only, but there is a chance that classic avatars may find that one of them fits well enough perhaps with an alpha layer in your inventory from a similar style.
This is one of my favorite dress styles, so I am pleased to show it off whenever I find a designer who has given us their special take on it. Hiya everyone! I am still experimenting with my shiny new Maitreya Lara mesh body, and realized that there are some useful groups in-world to find bargains and gifts of clothing designed for mesh bodies so I checked out one of those. I was already a member of Fitmesh Fanatics, and the other I joined (also for free) is Maitreya Gifts, Sales, and News. Several stores have free gifts out for one or both groups, just activate the tag and click the gift in the store to claim some great quality goodies.
I have blogged many generous gifts and hunt prizes from Precious Designs in the past, and am pleased to share another terrific one here. This is their PD ~ Nothin' Like You Dress and is a free gift for the MGS&N Group. It includes a HUD with 6 denim colors to choose from, and comes in plenty of fitmesh sizes including standard, Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Slink (physique). The colors include traditional denim like on the left, and less common shades with the same great texture.
Next I visited + Kamiri + whose designer is the founder of the MGS&N group. She has two group gifts for us to claim, I paired them together here but you can certainly match them with a wide variety of your favorite inventory pieces. The top is the Primizia Sequin Top and comes with a HUD for 3 color choices, two of which you can see above. The flirty skirt is Maddalena Miniskirt Maitreya and is included in Pink and Teal versions. Now both of these gifts are a specific Maitreya size only, which makes sense for a Maitreya group :) If you really want to try them and do not have a Maitreya body, it is quite possible that an alpha layer you already have (or your mesh body's HUD alpha capabilities) may allow you to wear these too.
I kept on the teal version of the above skirt to show you another great gift for the MGS&N group, this time from Lucky Night. This is Anastasia Top Sky and she is a sheer beauty with lots of luscious straps, in a system layer (tattoo layer actually) as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink.
One last look for the night, this is a Fitmesh Fanatics group gift, courtesy of Pearl Fashion. The outfit is called Nuria and is comprised of the top in 8 fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, along with the jeans in standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Slink Physique sizes. Also included is a handy HUD which offers 4 color choices for the jeans, 9 for the top, and 9 for the belt. Texture HUDs instead of having 40 colors/sizes of each item is one of my favorite advancements in SL over the years :) If only we could replicate it in RL, I have a few shirts I would love to wear in different colors when I get tired of their current look.

Hiya everyone! The past few days have been utter chaos, so I was more than ready to relax and enjoy some Marketplace shopping. No worries about teleporting to overcrowded sims, just open a browser and your avi can stay in comfy sweats or even nothing at all. I was the very fortunate and grateful recipient of a Maitreya Lara mesh body, and I decided it would be fun to experiment with the HUD and really put her through her paces with various clothing. I included Maitreya in my search string, along with NOT demo, and as you are about to see I found some lovely gifts for us all to enjoy :)
My first find is a terrific mesh dress from M&M called Evelin Dress which comes in plenty of fitmesh sizes for every size and shape: standard, eBody 1 and 2, Slink, Maitreya, and TMP 1 and 2. You know by now that I am a big fan of HUD texture change clothing, and this dress has a HUD with 8 color options so your inventory will thank you as well as your appreciation for variety. Also included are the gorgeous gold shoes to match the gold buttons on the dress, and the striking necklace in 2 parts to wear together or separately (shown are both together) in gold with rubies. This is ideal if you want to look great from head to toe but don't have time to sift through your jewelry folder and shoes folder after finding the right dress.
Sometimes we need a really cute casual look, and this free sweater from the Happy Undead marketplace store caught my attention immediately. This is their Short Hoody Jacket in fuschia and light sea, with a system layer plus appliers for Maitreya, Slink, Omega, and Lolas, along with the sculpted hood in a regular and boobs version so the laces in front don't dig into your chest if it is generously sized. I love the look of the gloves too, a cozy little touch to be sure. The jeans are a longtime favorite of mine also from the marketplace from Delizio, which include several colors in system, Maitreya, and Omega appliers, shown here in blue. It was fun getting to use the Maitreya HUDs for a change.
We need something pretty to wear under these lovely clothes too, or of course to share with someone special. This alluring look is from Aero Designer and the bra and panties in their enchanting colors are free on the marketplace in system layers plus appliers for Omega, Belleza, and Maitreya.
I have a fondness for butterflies, so this beautiful tank top really caught my eye! This is the ZB Gift Top Butterfly, another marketplace treat that includes a system layer plus HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, and Omega. The design from the front is repeated onto the back of the shirt as well, look pretty coming and going. The jeans are the Delizio gift in black, just another of their many useful colors.
I found another stunning bra and panties set, courtesy of Scandal Fashions and named Rosa Bra and Panties Fatpack. In addition to the pink and red shown, there are a white version and a black (more like silvery grey accents) and these are provided in system layers as well as appliers for TMP, Omega, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. I was intrigued by the full coverage style of the bra compared to the low slung almost-a-thong style of the panties, it reminded me of the timeless advice to choose a favorite feature or body part and highlight it, show it off to its best advantage. The rear of the Maitreya body has different curves than the Slink I'm used to, not drastic but enough to notice.
Whew, what a day...my computer has its Windows 7 updates (yep, I am old school LOL) safely installed finally, although my clock still runs 3-4 minutes fast which I've been told may require a registry edit fix. That is SO far over my head, hehe, I will be getting some assistance with that soon *waves and blows a kiss to Xan* :) I had some more Thanksgiving leftovers, and am hoping all the rest have been frozen so I can eat something else tomorrow for variety's sake. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for all the delicious food as well as the wonderful company I had, it's just that all good things must come to an end.
