Gifts for Maitreya Shoppers

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting several participating stores of the Maitreya Shoppers group, which is free to join and a handy source of info on sales and promotions from the designers. There are also free gifts just for being a part of the group and stopping by the stores :) While the name references a single mesh body brand, you will see that not all of the gifts are limited to just that size and can accommodate multiple mesh bodies. I was already wearing the Maitreya body today from last night's post, so it felt like a good choice, and that does still seem to be the most popular supported body at least for free gifts. I always have fun sifting through the group notices of a multi-designer group to see what stores I haven't been to lately, or possibly at all yet.

For my first look of the evening, I decided to shine in the T&C ::: Can You Feel It ::: gift! This gilded mini dress has lots of slender cutouts on the sleeves and hips, with a zipper all the way down the front that is slightly lowered for plenty of cleavage. We receive sizes for Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

I also visited Tastic where I picked up their flirty Cara Dress Group Gift. It is one of several treats for various groups on this wall, as with most of the participating stores, so I do suggest checking for other groups you're in :) Cara here is a revealing halter dress in a deep indigo snakeskin pattern, with black trim and bold openings. The gift contains Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing, and will look sensational on all of them.

Delicatt Couture is offering this playful Hariellyh Dress Blue Dark as their July 2023 group gift for Maitreya Shoppers, so you should probably hurry before they swap it out for a new month's worth of goodies :) There are sizes for eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, along with a standard fitted for classic avatars. The corset bodice has sheer lace sides, and the bows and ruffles add fun feminine touches.

We have plenty of places in SL to visit that are cooler climates, so the DM Design ~ Arancia Outfit Gift might be just what you need for year round casual wear. The top and jeans both fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with matching trainers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. There is something so charming about distressed jeans that have been well worn and loved, and the one bare shoulder exposed by the top is a flirty bonus. 

I'm wrapping up the evening in another laid-back look that can be ours for free with the Maitreya Shoppers group tag. It's the MONOMANIA - Striker gift, a hooded shorts jumpsuit in black with a red cropped tank top built in to peek through the unzipped front. It fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and our intriguing sneakers are for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. The hot pink on the back of the sneakers is an eye-catching detail, and the red tags match the top very nicely. This is the type of casual outfit I love for running around the grid finding hunt prizes, checking lucky boards, slapping midnight manias...or just exploring someplace with Xan on any random evening. It looks cozy, doesn't it?

I have several things to do as soon as I finish this blog post, so I'm trying to remember all of them while I wrap things up :) Mostly simple household type things, nothing very interesting but just day to day adulting. T&C Luck and Midnight

Hiya everyone! Tonight we stop by T&C Creations again, for a few good reasons :) There are more group gifts (free to join) that I wanted to show you, as well as a Midnight Mania prize for the group members and one for everyone with no group tag needed. I also won an outfit from the lucky chairs that I knew would be a fun one to show off, as you will see. Lots to enjoy tonight!

My first look will bring out your inner feline in a very playful way. It is the T&C Moon Light group gift, and includes the ears, bento tail with animation, and dress in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a standard fitted version. The ears are a headband that I was able to move up and forward a bit, and the tail swishes back and forth almost mischievously. If you aren't feeling very Neko on a particular day, you can leave them off and just enough the corseted dress.

This adventurous group gift is T&C Paper Doll, in exciting colors and with fun extras. The dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. The gift also includes the collar, bracelet, earrings, music player garter with built in resize script, and matching sandals for Slink High. This is a very nicely coordinated outfit with plenty of possibilities, since you can choose which accessories suit your mood or destination.

If you love denim (like I do!), be sure to click the Midnight Mania board for all, no group tag needed, and if enough others click too you will receive this T&C Axiom outfit. The tube dress is trimmed with lace and included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The group only Midnight Mania is currently offering this T&C Sexy House Wife outfit, but I promise you don't have to be a housewife to wear it ;) It features a dreamy floral pattern and a solid pink color to match, on an off-the-shoulder top and leggings each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The matching pumps are included for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High. Also part of this prize are the bracelet and matching double strand pearl necklace, which I feel reflect the feminine style of the flower print nicely.

Timid & Cute

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have just one store for you to visit, T&C Creations, which I noticed stands for Timid & Cute so that explains my title. Why are we visiting them, you ask? Well the store's group is currently free to join (it was not previously when I visited, so I do not know how long it will remain free) and the benefits include group gifts, a Midnight Mania board for group members next to the one for all, and around the corner there are some lucky chairs that need the group tag to claim the prize if your initial shows up. Tonight I'll be showing you some of the group gifts, which are in a vendor behind the front counter and you will have to use the arrows to scroll through them. When the one you want is in the center panel, right click and pay $1L (the price on the right) with your group tag active, and it will automatically refund you while sending you the gift. There are outfits galore, a few treats for the guys, some hairstyles, shoes...a very nice selection from the past few years. Some are seasonal/holiday themed, others you can enjoy whenever the mood hits.

My first look this evening is the T&C BBBRRRrrr outfit, which is a fun idea if you are tired of the heat in this hemisphere and head to a ski resort in SL or something similar. It starts with the sweater dress in plenty of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Then it continues with the tights in system layers as well as Belleza, Omega, Slink, and TMP appliers, wrapping up with the unrigged boots. Certainly a cozy outfit, and you can wear it with or without the tights.

Romance is in the air all year round, not just Valentine's Day when this gift originated, so I will be pleased to wear this T&C Be In Love outfit whenever I crave red or hearts. It includes the dress in fitmesh standard sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, with matching heels in a Slink High size. The style of the dress is noteworthy for its bold ruffle and double straps on the left shoulder that divide to opposite sides of the back.

I do love a swirling pattern, and the purple and indigo tones (do I see a hint of red in there too?) give this look extra drama. It's called T&C D-Lish, and consists of the daring dress in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with coordinating open toed heels in Belleza and Maitreya versions. I am wearing my Slink feet, and was pleased to see that the Belleza version fit wonderfully, so they must be pretty close.

Another group gift that will clearly turn heads is the T&C Dream On outfit, designed for Maitreya mesh bodies. The top and skirt (worn as one piece) come in Maitreya sizing, but the outfit also includes the boots, collar, and right wristband. The collar and wristband are adjustable, so unrigged. 

For my final look of the night, I chose this cute coordinated outfit called T&C Promise. The top (like a bodysuit) comes in appliers for Belleza, Omega, and TMP, while the skirt has sizes for Altamura, Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. The gift also includes the earrings, bracelet, garter (built in resize script), and Slink High ankle sandals seen here. Beneath the skirt, that laced up section in the back actually curves down to the left around to the front of the thigh, so that bodysuit part could be worn on its own as lingerie to show that off. I am very fond of details like that :)

It was a full day here, part of which was spent taking care of my parents' cockatiels while they are on an overnight trip out of town. The boys are both timid and cute, which suits my title too ;) One is even named Timmy because of his timidness. They were never hand tamed, and in their 2 prior homes they did not get much attention or time out of their cage. They seem particularly averse to women, which is unusual since we had found before that male birds prefer female humans and vice versa.
