Kawaii Weekend from CMH

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is ready to help you get extra cute this weekend with the CMH Kawaii Hunt. There are $1L prizes as well as $25L - $50L exclusive offers, all hiding in cute cheeky monkey images :) The designers get to decide for their store how many and which price points to offer, so be sure to peek at the hunt website for a list of landmarks, hints, prize photos, and the cost for each. I'm really a fan of this theme, a new one for Cheeky Monkey Hunts, and the designers seem as excited about it as I am so I do hope it becomes a yearly event.

My first look of the evening is the adorable .:.GLOW.:.Kawaii Lollipop which is a $25L exclusive offer for the hunt. The dress comes in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies, and our prize also includes the headband and glasses which each have a resize script on touch. The strapless dress has a fun bow on the back, and I'm sure you noticed from my side view that the hem is particularly short on the bum ;) Sometimes sweet can be a little bit spicy too.

Speaking of spicy, our $1L Gramma's "Nice Tits" SS Tee almost made me choke on my water from laughing! I am very familiar with the tit family of birds, and have seen a couple of the featured birds in my own backyard. That somehow doesn't stop it from being funny, because I am a middle aged woman with the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy sometimes. I really needed a new SL manicure, so the Sugarberry - Scene23 prize is a wonderful choice :) It is a $25L exclusive for this hunt, a set of mesh nails in sizes for eBody, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Peach mesh bodies. All you need to do is use your body's HUD to hide its nails, then add the corresponding nails from the folder to your outfit. Now you've got stunning pink palm trees on a yellow ombre background, with pink and blue polka dots surrounding them for even more pizzazz. 

My final look of the night is another wonderful manicure, because how could I possibly resist sharing? :) The [ReM] Glitz & Glam - Rina Nails is their $50L exclusive for the hunt, and oh my goodness are they ever beautiful! They are designed for Belleza Gen X, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh hands, with a soft grape gradient packed with glitter and some stars and moons towards the cuticles. I like the longer length and the coffin or ballerina style (I have a hard time distinguishing, lol) so they are tapered rather than square but still have a clean edge. What's your favorite nail shape? My RL choice is rounded or almond.

Tonight has been a huge relief, returning home after dinner to a house that actually has fully functioning air conditioning! My parents were thoughtful hosts, but there is no place like home for me :) The weather will be warm but storm-free this weekend, which is a relief, and I have no idea what I'm doing other than trying to relax. Hunt All The Colors

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the CMH All The Colors 4 Hunt from Cheeky Monkey Hunts. This means are are seeking rainbow striped bows in participating stores, and the designers get to decide which and how many of the prizes to offer - $1L prizes, $25L exclusives, and/or $50L exclusives. This particular hunt coincides with Pride month of course, so we can celebrate vibrant colors and the rainbow of folks who are part of our lives, RL and SL. 

My first look of the evening is the $25L exclusive prize from Simple Terms, which is called Kaleidoscope of Color. It includes the dress, panties, and shoes in sizing for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies, along with the unrigged hat and coin purse. Sadly I am almost never wearing hat-friendly hairstyles, lol, but it is a beautiful shade of pink that matches the shoes and the trim on our dress. The purse has a simple hold pose for the hand (does not move the arm at all) and I really like the gold closure at the top. The pattern on the dress and purse are just bursting with vivid colors, that all pop against the black background wonderfully.

Just in time for a steamy summer, we can claim the GoodVibes Nantucket Rainbow for just $1L if we find their bow :) This one-piece suit has a flirty neckline, playful straps in the back, and high cut legs to show off our legs and hips beautifully. There are Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes provided in this prize. I think the stripes really bring summer to mind just as much as the style.

Time to pair up some gifts! This clever tee is our CloudNine Sunshine Womens T-shirt which is just $1L. I love all birds, and owls are pretty high on my list, even ones that look grumpy like this poor under-caffeinated fellow. Things are peaceful on the mouse front here, meaning I have not seen or heard anything today and the traps are still empty other than the fragrant peanut butter trying to lure in any lingering mice. However I did have an outing that did not go quite as smoothly as I'd hoped. The anxiety was riding shotgun, heh, and on the way home I had a full blown panic attack for the first time in a while. Admire Valentine Fair

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some great gifts from a new-to-me event to tell you all about :) The Admire Valentine Fair Event has lots of wonderful designers participating, and you'll notice most of the displays have a pretty pink floral gift box. Click each one you see, no group tag needed, and you will receive a free gift :) So many generous treats here, and sales offerings to add some pizzazz to your Valentine's Day.

My first look is the lovely Gin's Boutique Valentine Dress Gift 2024. Our purple halter dress has a pattern of black hearts, and slits on the front and back of each thigh with bows on the fronts. We receive sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a helpful bonus of BOM c-string panties in purple and white versions. Those are always so handy, I feel like most of our dresses and skirt outfits could use such an addition.

Simple Terms has got me feeling snuggly in their ST - Scarlett Nightie, a cozy loose fit of a short sleeved nightshirt with various styles of hearts generously dusted on the pattern. As a nighttime blogger, I'm usually dressed similarly in RL while working on my posts, so this makes me smile for that reason as well :)

I had to adjust the lei but it is unrigged so that was no problem.

My final look of the evening shows two generous gifts from different designers, because I couldn't leave either of them out. The .:.GLOW.:. Admire Valentine Event gift is the top on the left, giving me all the Pat Benatar vibes with the "Love is a Battlefield" image :) It includes Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes. Then I changed into the clever :.C!L.: <3 U to Pieces middl White LgSleeve Tshirt on the right, which does include packages for men and women. The layered short sleeve and long sleeve shirt look is a fun one, and perfect for these chilly days that have me doing lots of RL layering. 

My weekend went by pretty quickly overall, and of course there's been a lot of hype in my area about the Big Game. I heard fireworks from the neighbors every single time the Eagles scored, LOL, and one was such a loud, deep bang that I jumped up out of my chair like I needed to hide. I'm doubtful that was a legal one, not that I'd do anything about that, but I do feel badly for any scared animals in the area. My therapy session ended just in time to eat before the game, and I have to figure out where to go for outings this coming week. Still Cold Outside, Baby

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm very pleased to share some more hunt prizes and exclusive offers from CMH Baby It's Cold Outside 4. This hunt does last for the entire month, and there are $1L prizes along with $25L and $50L exclusives created just for the hunt, so we can have a great time exploring each participating store looking for the hidden snowflakes. This post is a part two, since I shared several prizes last week, and there were just too many to leave it at one post ;) Cheeky Monkey hunts is always a perfect place to turn for affordable gifts for yourself in a variety of themes depending on the round, so it's no wonder I am such a huge fan.

I don't even have a favorite because I adore them all, and I enjoyed showing Xan all of them while he excitedly identified all the various controllers and things :)

I really like the playful opening on the bodice, and the ruffled hem that rises up a little in the rear. 

Whew, Mondays sure are fun...I did go out briefly to a nearby CVS and picked up a few little things, and my anxiety was definitely having a field day by the time I was headed home. These outings are essential though, to remind myself that I can safely go out :) I am a bit tired now as a result but that's okay, I'm here and blogging and ready to plan the next post.
