Summer Breeze

 Hiya everyone! Tonight there are several more tempting prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt 2022, all of which are free if you find the hidden red t-shirts in each participating store. Shortly after arriving at each stop, a greeter will give you a hint in local chat so even the ones that have been reduced in size are still relatively easy to find with some patient exploration :) If you are in the Womenstuff hunt group ($50L to join) you can claim a free HUD from their headquarters, otherwise I suggest using this list of landmarks to navigate the 100+ stores who are generously participating. There are so many high quality prizes that it's no wonder I have enough for several more posts, as there are plenty that I am eager to show all of you (interspersed with other treats of course for variety). My title is simply a reflection of the music I'm listening to, and the mood the weather has me feeling. Summer breeze, makes me feel fine...

My first look this evening is the anny's Fashion prize called [AF] Aixa Plaid Dress. There is a handy unpacker HUD provided so you only have to unpack the size you need by clicking the Hourglass, Legacy, or Maitreya button. Then you'll receive a folder with the corresponding size dress and a terrific texture HUD, 15 hues of plaid for the left half of the dress and 5 metals, plus 2 exclusive bonus textures which are black and white stripes in vertical or horizontal. The bold chain straps are the kind of thing that would be impractical in RL (hot, heavy, uncomfortable) but very wearable and attractive in SL. That always adds to the appeal for me.

Perhaps you need a new elegant look for a formal event, then I suggest finding the t-shirt at Kitty Creations to receive their (KCE) Lila - All Colors prize. It consists of standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions, with silver earrings and necklace to match the chains around the bodice. There is even a 6 color HUD with beautiful pastels to choose from, so you can decide which color catches your eye at any given time.

Vips Creations has a prize that is sure to turn heads, called Female Outfit - [Sonia]. It starts with the bare shouldered turtleneck dress in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with a 10 texture HUD that has 2 ombres (both shown) along with 8 solid colors each for the main dress, neck, and sleeves. My final look tonight can be found in the red shirt at AmAzInG CrEaTiOnS. Their 9 Tintable Mini Dress includes sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with 2 HUDs to customize the look considerably. The first has 9 styles for transparency, openings and fishnet fillings, then once you have decided on the basic style you can use the color HUD to tint the dress to any color you can imagine. It uses a color wheel so you just click wherever you wish and use the sliders to adjust the tone. The possibilities are endless!

It was a more peaceful day here since I didn't have to leave the house, so I am feeling a little better but could use more rest. SAKI Event Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am inviting you to the SAKI Event, which opened a few days ago and is just open until the 17th. There are lots of exclusive offers to be found here, and most of the designers have a free gift for us with no group tag required to claim them. A few are $1L but that is immediately refunded, and I believe a couple were more in the range of $10L (not refunded) so still priced very low and affordably. All of what I'm sharing tonight was free, with or without the payment/refund of a single linden dollar. The event location is decorated very prettily too, so I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

My first look is the very generous No Cabide :: Love Pink Set gift. It consists of the tube top, jacket, and skirt on the left, plus the bodysuit on the right and the heels with built in socks, all to fit Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The accessories are provided too, such as the tamagotchi in my right hand on the left above, the lollipop in my mouth, and even the headset with cat ears that have an animated texture on those ears! So much packed into one free gift, and that is a lot of pink ;) The skirt says LOVE on the waistband, while the bodysuit reads "You are Beautiful" in a lovely script font. 

More pink appears in my next look, but more of a salmon shade that I also enjoy. This is the [EN] Jessica Dress - Gift from Enigma Apparel, and it is a fun style with a single sleeve and dark strap holding things in place above the asymmetrical hemline. This gathered dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. It is beautifully textured with delicate shadows.

I also happily claimed this cute RD Style gift called Top Lizi. It is a summery sleeveless crop top with plunging back, included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. There is also a HUD with 5 colors (it says 6 but I only saw 5 buttons) of the sweet gingham texture. I paired it with the blue pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace freebie fatpack that appears here on my blog quite often, in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega for each shade. They are handy for my next photo too...

Two more gifts make an appearance here, starting on the left with the .:YASU:. 10 - Carpe Diem Sweater. It bares one shoulder and is named for the wording on the sash in the image on its front. This gift includes eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The silky tank top on the right is our Biah Strap Tank - Ivory gift from *Gloss*. The pale pink fabric has darker pink glazed donuts (Homer Simpson's favorite!) while the whole suit is trimmed in two types of wide sheer lace. Happy Anniversary MIIX

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it is my pleasure to invite you to the MIIX event for their second anniversary round. In addition to the 30% off sales offers, most of the designers are offering gifts for the members of their Hype Events group. Just look for the balloons, since they have a gift box anchoring them that you can click to receive free goodies. My first look tonight is the adorable [FurtaCor Female] Cat Outfit gift, one of two from FurtaCor since the other is a male gift. The ladies get a soft hoodie and shorts (linked together to wear as one piece) in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. Be sure to click the HUD to open it and be able to arrow through the various pages, where you'll find 15 textures for the top, 15 matching ones for the shorts, and 12 extras that are colors to tint the entire outfit at once. The cat ears on the hood also appear on the back of the shorts, too cute!

Then I changed into the Charlot Bodysuit gift from Estilosa & Vaidosa. This sexy suit is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. There is also a handy HUD with 8 options, 4 textures and 4 solid colors. The style is a seductive one with the deep neckline and thong back. 

Two gifts can be seen here, so let's start from the top ;) That would be the ~UKYAH~ Reage Cropped - Gift Exclusive, in a mix of male and female sizes: Belleza Jake, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy (Female, Male, Perky), Maitreya, Flat, and Petite bodies. There is also a HUD with 12 colors plus 2 (black or white) for the collar/wrists. The main color will apply to the entire top, then you can click the black or white buttons on the right side to add the contrast if you wish. As for my shorts, they are the Cute Bear Short from RD Style, and I adore them :) These high waisted, cuffed denim shorts have a sweet teddy on the front, and come in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The subtly tinted denim is a special fun touch.

Time to get flirty with the {WitchCraft} Cinthia Teddy! This playful bodysuit is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with a 6 color/texture HUD. All of the patterns for the lower portion have a carefully chosen solid color for the top. The high fluttery leg seemed like a perfect way to show off another gift, the SPT-Moon leg tattoo from Spirit Tattoo. The crescent moon is draped with delicate chains and pendants, and it is on a system/BOM layer that should be compatible with most mesh bodies these days as well as working for classic avatars. 

My final look this evening is our gift from Luxury Fashion called [LF] Manhosa Set. The corset and skirt are each included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, while the coordinated shoes are for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. I really like the necklace they added too, a lariat style with a heart clasp in the front that multiple chain strands loop through for a cascade of hearts. 

My evening became rather adventurous, thanks to some storms that whipped through the area and took the power out. My house is the only one on the street with a generator, and even now a few hours later we are still the only ones with any indication of having power since there are no lights or anything elsewhere. I can hear the generator since it sounds like a loud lawnmower, and I feel a little guilty even though I know the decision many years ago to get the generator was a good idea. The power company texted and said the power would be restored by now, I think their estimate was a half hour ago or more, so something isn't going well. Otherwise I am looking forward to dinner at my parents' tomorrow, and then the farmers market on Saturday. The new month is almost here (it is in my time zone, mostly thinking SL terms right now) so that will bring exciting possibilities. Still Feeling Lucky

Hiya everyone! I really do enjoy lucky boards, as you know, and I have more treats to share from a variety of locations, even two different brances of the same store :) Any that require a group tag are free groups to join, which is always a plus. It's extra fun to bring a friend or two to a lucky board location, increasing chances that one of your initials will show up and the boards can change more often, plus it helps pass the time. Another good way to spend time is to read blogs of course :)

First we have an adorable one piece outfit from **milky-way, a sweater and skirt combo in a lovely grey knit with a deep teal skirt and a swirly pop of orange on the collar. If your letter comes up, you will need the free group tag and you'll receive the outfit in XXS, S, and M sizes. This is the Kiyomizu Mall location, and you will see a lucky board prize from another of their locations later in the post.

This is a very generous lucky board prize from RD Style, a former blogger pack of 3 outfits! This is Marjorie#I, #II, and #III from left to right, and each in itself is complete with top, jacket, pants, and even shoes. The tops, jackets, and skinny jeans are each in 5 sizes, and the sandals are for Slink high. The outfit on the right which I showed without the jacket just for variety, includes a solid dark brown version of what you see in the others. I am going to get a lot of wear out of each of these, and probably mix and match for fun!

Back to **milky-way, so back to that group tag, this time their new main store location (see credits as always), for another wonderfully comfy looking outfit. This is also a single mesh piece, sweater and fun pleated skirt, included in small and medium sizes with a pair of cotton panties as a system layer for added modesty. The snowflakes are a pretty touch and make me think what snowflake designs I can add...earrings, nails, perhaps a necklace...a good outfit gets the wheels turning to make it your own.

One final look of the night, this time a lucky board from *CC* that doesn't even need a group tag :) There are about 2 dozen boards here, male and female clothing along with other fun surprises, so well worth bringing your friends and turning it into a party. This sexy number is the Military Style Embroidery Female Coat, in 5 fitmesh sizes, and I love the style and its many details. That rose hiding on the left lapel is part of the dress, and all those buttons are so playful, as is the lace at the hem.

Nail note of the night: I went with a previously blogged set of Slink nails from *pulcino*, their [Beast] nails found at the Kiyomizu Mall location. No group needed, just a little luck and a quick click :)

Friday I'm in Love

Hiya everyone! Just a few goodies to share with you tonight, but I hope you enjoy them as much as I do :) It's been a really hot few days and I'm enjoying an iced decaf cafe latte (white chocolate mocha) so I'm definitely in a good mood!

Here is a sweet and simple outfit from the lucky boards at RD Style, and since there are 4 boards that change every 4 minutes it shouldn't take you too long to become a winner. This dress with the fascinating pattern comes with the shoes for Slink flat feet, which I'm a huge fan of for summer! In my first life I'm always barefoot and I assure you I don't walk around on tippy-toes, hehe, so the flat feet just seem more natural. There are other outfits on the lucky boards that come with flat feet shoes, and I saw a winter one with boots that might be for default feet.

How about a group that's free to join and has several gifts available? This is the Leather Dress gift from even.flow and is their most recent gift, but there are also skirts and tops and more to pick up. This is the materials enabled version of the dress, but each size also comes in a version without. 

This is a fantastic way to spend a linden! Ana Markova has put out this dress as a summer appreciation gift for all, no group needed, for $1L. It's beautiful, reminds me of a Greek goddess. I'm not sure how long it will be available, so if you're interested you might want to hurry.

If you're feeling lucky, then this is a great dress for you. This is a lucky board prize from Karin, a terrific little store I discovered because of the lucky boards. It's got a sweet collar and a subtle pattern that I quite like, and it comes in standard mesh sizes. There are 2 other boards with different prizes there as well, so it's absolutely worth a visit :)

Nail note of the night: I went with a marketplace freebie again :) The versatile gift is named Elegant and rightly so, with several colors to choose from on the HUD. I'm starting to think I should do another marketplace freebie centered post again soon! I do have a hair note also, as I decided I wanted a new hairstyle but wasn't sure quite what I wanted. I headed to Magika (where yesterday's hair is from) and teleported up to their retirement sale, since full price isn't a great option for someone who spent so much at The Arcade gacha event ;) I found this great hairstyle for $35L so I got a lovely bargain :)

Assorted Goodies

Hiya everyone! Tonight is a mixture of freebies from Midnight Manias and Mini Manias, lucky boards, a marketplace freebie and a dollarbie hunt outfit too. Variety can be the spice of second life too, it seems :)

Sometimes it seems easier to find formal items than casual, so I am eager to share these for times when you need more laid back wardrobe items as I do often. The top is from Entice and is a lucky board prize (one of 6 different ones!) called Disturbia Vest in gold. My comfy looking jeans are a Mini Mania prize from Wicked named Laura patch jeans, and I'm once again fascinated by all the details that went into these. Did you notice the floral pattern above each pocket? Well it's on the back pockets too. There is a HUD included for 5 color choices for the buttons, which it turns out are the waistband button and the rivets on each pocket, front and back.

This sunshiny frock is one of many that rotate through the Midnight Mania board at Jinx, named Mimi in Summer Flower. For my nails I went with one of many marketplace freebies for Slink nails, this is from the Elegant set by [MELONopolis]. Take a peek, there are 8 color choices on the HUD and it's fantastic!

Sometimes I look at a monochrome outfit like this dress and think wow, I could use a pop of color in my accessories! So with my very pretty Bedazzle Dress in Silver courtesy of Dumb Blond and their Midnight Mania board, I accessorized with the fun freebie I picked up at the Thrift Shop event from Somnia. This jewelry set named Lova includes the necklace and earrings, with a HUD for each to change the heart to your choice of 5 colors. I love winged hearts, and the fun of letting my jewelry say that my heart is soaring :) For my nails I chose another color from the marketplace freebie HUD mentioned for the previous photo.

This does look very similar to the dollarbie outfit I blogged yesterday, and the reason for that is that it's another prize from the same hunt and store :) This is from the Rock & Cute Hunt at Brii Creations and RD Style, and is from prize #18 which can be found at RD Style. Perhaps tomorrow I'll pop over to Brii Creations and choose a 'rock' style outfit to show you :) For my manicure change, another marketplace freebie called (AB) Reila, see credits for the linkage.

Well, my allergies are still way out of control but I'm thinking positive and letting the nasal spray do its thing.
