Je Suis Tres Chic

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is full of wonderful gifts from the Tres Chic event and their 9th anniversary round. We know how to celebrate these in SL, right? Join their free group, get your Je suis Tres Chic group tag, and click any gift you can find :) They are in a wide range of boxes with some being just the word "gift" or even a vendor photo like what's for sale, so you may need to examine each display pretty carefully. Of course, that shouldn't be a problem as you'll also see plenty of tempting offers for sale, from a truly talented group of designers who always impress me :) The round just opened so it might be slightly crowded but you should be able to get in.

My first look of the night is the -LD- Livia Dress/LegBand Fatpack gift from Little Diamond. Their dress has a diagonal hemline that shows off the legband if we wish to add it, and they each fit eBody, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 10 textures each for the dress, band, and zeep which turns out to be the zipper on the band :) Have fun experimenting with the HUD like I did!

I also claimed a beautiful gift from [RUNWAY] called POEMA DRESS .EMERALD. How can I possibly resist a strapless peplum ballgown with full skirt and mermaid shaping? This lovely gift includes sizing for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies.

Two generous gifts can be seen here, so let's start from the top. That would be the rvn - Aya's turtleneck - black treat, a cropped sleeveless turtleneck with open sides that are tied loosely in place with long loopy bows. We receive Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Mesh Body Classic, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. It goes really well with the Vanilla Bae - Tatjana Skirt (PG) gift, don't you think? This cutie comes in Lara X, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, with a HUD offering 3 colors for the skirt and 7 for the metals. That would be the zigzag clip on the left side, holding it in place above a flirty opening. It feels like a sarong, like we could wear it over a swimsuit for a quick beach jaunt.

Bodysuits can be really irresistible, like this :Dernier: "Andrea" Bodysuit - FATPACK gift :) There are Erika, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes included, as well as a HUD with 15 colors to choose from. 3 of those are exclusive to the fatpack, making this a special bonus to an already lovely gift. The HUD also allows us to adjust the shine.

For my final look this evening, I'm enjoying the flirty and fun Kaithleen's Camilla Tank Dress - Green. The unpacking HUD offers all sorts of sizes - Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, eBody Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs mesh bodies. Then there's a handy HUD with 20 colors apiece for the lining, center, and lining again which means we can change the hues of the two layers of trim at the edges, and the center lining down the back :) You know I'm gonna have lots of fun playing with this HUD, as I do all too often. It's a wonder I don't crash more often...lol...

So many companies seem to have the motto of "if it isn't broken, we can fix that", meaning they tamper with things that people are already successfully using on a regular basis and making them worse. Why do I mention this now? Well, that's what took me so long tonight to edit (layer and add text to) my photos, because Photoshop updated and borked my fonts. The kerning made it look like there was an entire space between each letter, and they literally lost my chosen fault so it defaulted to Arial. Since they don't call it kerning, I had to dig into all sorts of settings and help pages before accidentally fixing it, lol, and now I need to find another font that I actually like. If my settings don't hold when I use it next, I just might scream again. Charm-ing Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to the Charm store, where there are many fantastic gifts that are free with no group tag required. They are separated on the wall by body brand, so I grabbed some Maitreya treats as that is what I'm currently wearing. You'll also find Legacy and Reborn sizing there too. Each picture on the wall shows one version of the outfit or dress inside, but most of them (all the ones I unpacked at least) have multiple textures or colors for us, so the generosity is even more than we see at first :) Many of the gifts on one size's wall are available on walls for the other sizes, so if you see something you like in one body size, check your preferred one and you might see the exact gift there. It was my first visit here but surely won't be my last.

My first look is the adorable *Charm** tuki skirt/top gift, with each piece in 4 different fun fabrics. The halter style top is adorned with a bow on the waist to match the one at the neck, and the miniskirt has a belt built in that matches each pattern.

Another great gift with vibrant patterns is the *Charm** Tulip Skirt Dress which I also picked up from the Maitreya wall. There are solid brown and wine versions as well as this one which has a 4-texture HUD. I am really enjoying the variety and the flattering wrap style!

Next we see the *Charm** Off Shoulder dress MT gift, with an impressive 15 versions included! Of course I had to see what the bear pattern looked like, and it did not disappoint...I spy a panda and someone in a bright green tie among the precious brown and beige bears :) On the right is pinkheart, with several colors of patterned hearts on a rosy pink background.

This beauty is the *Charm** Kirikaeresu Top/Skirt gift, and I seem to have switched from bears to kittens :) The top and skirt each come in 5 varieties, with the saike flower shown on the left and the animal cat G on the right. It was hard to narrow down to just two out of the five since they are all lovely.

My final look of the evening is called *Charm** Frea top and Long Skirt Maitreya. Each piece is included in 5 different versions, for more mixing and matching. The texture on the left made me gasp from how pretty it is, looks like a type of folded paper art whose name I cannot recall but similar to origami. That top and skirt are each called gara1, and the pieces on the right are both named check red. Ruffles and bows always make me smile :)

Well, I survived the extremely stressful weekend...my grandmother's service as I saw livestreamed was beautiful, and my godparents' son did an amazing job as the priest for the mass. He spoke of her love of her children and grandchildren, and how she waited until the day after Mother's Day to leave us, in the month dedicated to motherhood. He told how 7 years ago the doctors said she wouldn't survive, and he said those doctors simply didn't know HER or her strength, and desire to be with her family. I admit, I sobbed for 2 straight hours and my eyes are still sore. I'd made the mistake of offering to post the obituary on facebook, and one of my mom's friends got snippy with me on there because my mom didn't call her to tell her. Insert facepalm here. Then a former friend (took her husband's side when he acted shady and pervy online and I got upset) showed up at the funeral looking for me, and commented on my facebook post despite our not being friends on there. Apparently she saw the obit in the newspaper and showed up out of the blue. I regret not being there but not because of her. Then today was therapy, where I learned how to practice giving myself a panic attack in a safe environment (rapid shallow breathing) then sitting through it and teaching my body to self-regulate. Doesn't that sound like fun? That's part of my homework for the week. Despite a rough weekend, I am looking forward to a brand new week ahead and the chance to get things headed in a positive direction. Palomma Plaza Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking a look at some generous gifts from Palomma Plaza. As you probably know by now, it is a tribute to Palomma of The Free Dove and is even in the same region and build that The Free Dove was located. I get sentimental every time I visit, in a warm and peaceful way :) The group is free to join and your tag will read "Doves Angel", and with that active you can click all the gifts you see to receive them for free. My link's red arrow on your map should point to the area between the two displays I'm sharing gifts from tonight, those of KingbalStores and Pink Mango. If you don't have a red arrow (I forget where in settings that would be) you can always area search for the name of one of the items if you use Firestorm viewer. There are plenty of fantastic gifts here from a wide range of designers, some of which you may already be very familiar with, and the gifts are changed out periodically so it's always a good time to visit.

My first look is the playful 420 KS OUTFIT AZALEE DRESS 101 FAT-PACK gift from KingbalStores. The dress has the appearance of two pieces but wears as one, halter with wrap skirt that shows off a lot of leg :) There are sizes for eBody, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, as well as a HUD with 12 fun choices. Most of the textures are a mix of print and matching solid for top and skirt portions.

Another thoughtful gift from KingbalStores is the 420 KS OUTFIT AMARAL BOYFRIEND SHIRT DENIM. It can be worn as a short dress or a long tunic top, if you prefer adding some leggings or pants beneath. In sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, we have 20 denim shades to choose from via HUD. As a child of the 80s I am all in on the denim experience ;)

I couldn't resist sharing their third gift either, the 150 KS OUTFIT BRUNA TOP&SKIRT 60GO 30-28. Each piece fits Erika, eBody Reborn, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The top is like a cropped bra, and the skirt has bold cutouts on each hip for added vavoom ;) 

Pink Mango has a few lovely gifts for us as well, like this sparkly Inari Dress. The front-crossed halter has a deep cleavage reveal as well as a cheeky rear view, and I love the color! Our gift includes Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu body sizes, so I switched from my Lara 5.3 to my Lara X for this photo and the next one :) I use the same shape for both, so it's very simple to swap from one to the other. I know some are still hesitant to make the switch because of a large collection of Lara 5.3 clothing, and yes it can seem daunting to gather a sizeable wardrobe for a new body, but I think Lara X is gaining popularity and I do see it more often in gifts like this lately.

My final look of the evening combines two gifts for modesty's sake and because it is fun to do ;) The *Pink Mango* Ofe Lingerie is the bra and thong on the left, white with tiny black hearts in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn bodies. Because I noticed some censoring on the included image of the *Pink Mango* Ofe Outfit, I decided to keep the lingerie on and layer the sweater and leggings over top of it. As you can see, it worked out nicely and I'm flashing a bit of bra and thong straps rather than nips, lol. The sweater and leggings come in the same sizing as the lingerie, so I'm guessing that Pink Mango is mostly focusing on those particular sizes at this time. They aren't the only ones to move onto Lara X from the original, and while I've seen it hotly debated in groups, I do understand that ultimately it's up to each mesh rigger how much time they are willing to invest compared to what sells the best. At least 2 designers have mentioned their unpacker HUDs providing data on what people are opening and presumably therefore using, so be sure to use those correctly I guess :) 

I just realized I let out a sigh that would have made a good movie or cartoon sound effect for how accidentally dramatic it sounded. Does that sum up my day? LOL! I had dinner with my parents and helped them go through some old photos that belonged to my grandmother, because my mom's brother's wife (the one who locked him out last year after 41 years of marriage, then randomly took him back eventually) sent him over to my grandma's house with a huge plastic bin to fill with all of her (grandma's) photos. Excuse me madam but you do not have any right to pictures of family members from the 1940s you never even met, or pictures of the son you disowned for marrying a non-Christian, especially without asking anyone first. Fortunately my mom was there and said she'd like to look through them first, so uncle dingbat had to go home emptyhanded. I mostly like him but he is a dingbat for going back to her. Why oh why does death bring out the absolute worst in some people? My mom has asked me if there was anything of my grandma's that I wanted, and I said I have really good holiday memories so probably a random Christmas ornament would be nice. I didn't ask for anything valuable, or that someone else might have already decided they wanted, just something sentimental to me. Sigh. The funeral is in 8 hours, and I'll be watching it livestreamed by the funeral home. Yes, I have tissues ready, and a stuffed animal to hug. Free is Fabulous

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood to explore a bit, so the FabFree in SL group and blog immediately came to mind. Their group is free to join, and the blog is a wonderful source of information that includes the listing of gifts for their group members :) It is constantly growing and being added to, so you can find all sorts of treats for guys and gals, plus home decor suitable for anyone's living space. I usually go down the list a bit and go with slightly older gifts, just to make sure people are aware of them before they get swapped out for new goodies. This does mean that if you like what you see, you may not want to wait too long just in case :) I will definitely be a proud member of this group for life!

My first stop was La Feminique, where the beautiful Selena May GG awaits all FabFree group members. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies provided, and a HUD with 3 color versions of the summery citrus sliced pattern you see above. This is such a flattering minidress, especially the crossed straps.

Our gift from *Flamingos*  is their Clementine Top&Skirt - Pink set, packed separately but meant to pair together perfectly. The top and skirt each fit eBody, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Peach mesh bodies. The top's HUD offers 10 colors each for the sleeves, ribbons, and corset, while the skirt has a HUD with the same 10 hues for the trim and ribbons. Very cute for this time of year, don't you think?

I also picked up a fantastic pair of pretty dresses, the *Glitter Bunny* Xara Dress gift for FabFree. The pink and purple versions are each included in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Star mesh body sizing. There is even a men's gift here too, so spread the word to any male avatar wearers you know :) As for Xara here, I love both color ombres and am going to have a very hard time deciding which to wear out first. 

Next we have the sassy .:Bad Rabbit:. Knitty Dress Gray + Soft Red gift, a fun mix of sex appeal and unique styling. The dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies, and we receive a HUD with both color choices shown above. The dress is delightfully asymmetrical, with most of the left side open but tied at the hip. I am a big fan of knit textures, so that added to my appreciation of this generous gift.

My final stop of the evening was {Le'La} where I found their Simeona Dress Gift for FabFree. Did you know they have a separate building for their gifts? Just walk out their front door and you'll see a sparkly stardust path leading you there, for not only their own (paid) group but lots of other groups. This beauty is provided in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Gen X Curvy Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. That's an impressive roundup of popular fits :) The dress has a pinkish bronzed color that I really enjoy, embossed fabric with a loosely tied sash belt built in. 

Thursdays are not usually very exciting around here, and I am still waiting to find out if my parents are going to be home in time tomorrow for our usual dinner get-together. This week has been hectic for them of course, and I am absolutely not complaining if dinner is a no-go. There are still things to do before Saturday's services, and they are generally busy during the week anyway so this just adds to their chaos. Great Gifts from GothiCatz

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I visited an iconic store that's been a part of SL since 2007, GothiCatz. That's the year I started my SL journey too, so I have very early memories of hanging out as part of a huge crowd at their old lucky chairs :) Currently they have a free group and several gifts available for it, with the high quality and excellent texturing you'd expect from them. It was clearly worth the visit, and I've got my eye on a few future purchases now too. I'm not just a blogger, I am also a happy shopper, and I love finding old favorites and introducing them to others who are looking to upgrade their wardrobes.

For my first look of the night, I slipped into the >>GothiCatz<< Tiffany group gift. It's a two-piece swimsuit in retro styling, with large polka dots on the top and a circus themed pattern on the bottoms with an abundance of clowns. Each piece fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. I'll tell you a little secret too...there's a black and white version of this same style suit that is another group gift, very similar patterns and just as lovely!

The print makes me want to purr like a happy feline!

It was a decent day here, all things considered. I had a brief appointment with the new family doctor, and we decided to go ahead with the medication switch. I have to wean myself off the current med, which apparently is more challenging to come off than other medications so I have to be cautious. I'd say I had less trouble this time with anxiety and panic attacks than two weeks ago when I met this doctor for the first time, and I'm taking that as a positive sign :) The obituary for my grandmother was published today, and it is a nice simple tribute when honestly words cannot really do her justice. More BSASSY Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're still at *BSASSY* taking a look at several more wonderful group gifts from their 3rd floor group gift room. It's free to join their group, and there are a few years' worth of monthly treats for us to claim that I've noticed all have a wide range of mesh body sizes so that can be quite helpful to know. I only own a few bodies but I know some of you are enjoying changing up your look fairly often and need a range of brands on hand. The easiest way to reach the group gift room is the teleport board on the wall, but you can always take the scenic route by walking up a couple of flights of stairs :) Do avatars need cardio? 

For my first look of the night, I am loving the *BSASSY* SHORTS SET GROUP GIFT JULY 2023 outfit. The high waisted denim shorts can be paired with either the solid or see-through versions of the top, all of which are provided in a fitmesh version along with Freya, Isis, Hourglass Petite, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I'm wearing the solid on the left and the see-through on the right, not a very noticeable difference because of the texturing, at least from behind. I really like the built in belt on the shorts, and the pink and blue color combo in spring pastels.

Another irresistible gift I picked up is called *BSASSY* HEARTS IN FEB 22 GROUP GIFT DRESS. It was most likely intended as a Valentine gift, but I am absolutely going to wear it any time of year :) There are sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Slink Hourglass mesh bodies included, all with that front and back gathering and smattering of pink hearts. The plunging neckline makes me want to try on every necklace I own, LOL, see what dangles just right into the cleavage.

*BSASSY* GG DRESS OCT 23 could be thought of as a 'little black dress', but the details make it so much more :) The first thing you might notice is the keyhole opening at the cleavage, or maybe it'll be the slightly asymmetrical hemline trimmed in pretty lace. For some it might be the way it clings to every curve. It was a day...now that I've had a full day to let my grandmother's passing sink in, it is perhaps a little easier but I am still hurting inside. I'd already had a doctor visit scheduled for tomorrow afternoon, so hooray for more stress? I will be telling the doctor to go ahead and change my antidepressant, because I certainly need one that works well. Many are helpful for anxiety and panic attacks too, which is the goal to find the best one for my personal body chemistry. The funeral is Saturday and it is too far for me to go at this point, which adds a level of guilt to my grief. If you've ever heard of the analogy of grief as a ball inside of a box, I definitely agree with it. The idea is that there is a pain button in a box, and our grief starts as a very large ball that hits the pain button very frequently. Unexpected things can shake the box and make the ball hit the button. But time will help the ball to shrink, so it triggers the pain button less often but still unpredictably sometimes. It is a great way to explain things, don't you think? The button may cause sadness, numbness, anger, any number of responses when hit, but those ease over time as well. Time To Be Sassy

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I stopped by the new location of *BSASSY* where I found their newest group gift on the main floor and a bounty of prior gifts on the third floor. The current gift is next to the teleport sign, just click the floor labeled with group gifts and you will be whisked up to the room of treasures ;) They have been offering monthly gifts for several years now, and many of them have been made available here at the new store for those who might not have gotten them yet. My first look of the evening is the *BSASSY* MAY 24 GROUP GIFT BRA TOP AND SKIRT OUTFIT, this month's gift and the only one on the main floor. The floral pattern is delightful for spring, and the skirt has panties built in for a touch of modesty. I received bad news this evening, not unexpected but still sorrowful...my beloved grandmother passed away this afternoon. My parents were there to meet with the hospice nurse who said her blood pressure was very low, and her favorite niece (no, we aren't supposed to play favorites among family, but we still usually have one or two) was there and said they should call the priest. The nurses kept asking if there was someone my grandmother was waiting to see, and my mom didn't think so. The priest gave her the sacrament of the sick (last rites was what we called it when I was a kid) and my parents walked him to the door after, but when they returned to her she was gone. Peaceful, painless, and surrounded by people who love her. I believe she is reunited with my grandfather, her parents, all her siblings who died before her (just the youngest brother remains), and lots of friends who loved her during her 97 years on earth. My godparents' son is a priest in a different area, and my mom contacted him to see if he can preside over her funeral mass because he dearly loved her too. She asked about him often, so we feel she would want it that way. I am struggling a bit, grief is a terrible thing that we all face so I am just doing my best to muddle through. I will keep tabs on my mom to make sure she is okay, as well as one can be at a time like this anyway. The services will probably be Saturday. I already had these blog photos and notes prepared when I found out, and will probably keep blogging throughout to keep myself occupied. May Faire Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to explore the May Faire Hunt, brought to us by Malus Park Events & Hunts so you know it's got impressive designers and prizes :) The prizes are all $5L or less, and you can find them by looking for the lovely little purple flower hunt object which is pictured on the hunt's website. That is also the place to find all your landmarks and hints, plus preview images wherever available, so you know what you are looking for and can see the fun variety and quality waiting for us. Many stops have more than one treat hidden, so you'll have multiple hints to guide you to each flower. We have until the end of the month to pick up all the wonderful prizes we wish.

I am starting the post with the [Ari-Pari] May Flowers Halter Dress, a beautiful $1L prize from the designer who is also our hunt organizer :) The flowing frock has a wrapped tulip hem and a sweet ruffle at the empire waist, so there are distinctly unique details to appreciate. It was a chaotic weekend because that's how I roll, LOL, well at least lately most of my plans fall on weekends. Therapy was half focused on my telling him about my grandmother's failing health, then half on a ride to a couple nearby locations then down the highway. I've got my 'homework' for the upcoming week, a couple of outings and a visit to the new family doctor to discuss changing medications now that I've had time to think about it and research it. Scooping and Scoring

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm returning to the SLS sewers for more Scoop N Score Hunt prizes, all of which are free if you can navigate the maze and find all the poops. Yep, we are looking for little turds with long thin legs and happy faces which you can see a photo of on the SLS website :) I have fun with this challenging hunt each year (this is their 6th annual round) and always with Xan's help because he is better than I am with mazes. Hey, I figure admitting a weakness is a strength in itself because I can then seek suitable assistance while focusing on my own capabilities. We get to laugh together at the clever names of some of the poops too, so many puns and plays on words! I do also suggest visiting the sales portion of the event for some impressive bargains from these talented and generous designers.

My first look is two prizes from UNA. combined into a fun outfit. Their D.B.Cosplay Jumper Maitreya is a one-piece layered jumpsuit with a tied belt attached to match the t-shirt layer. I suppose the pant legs being pulled up are handy for exploring those sewers ;) We can also find a poo with the UNA. D.B.Cosplay Gloves Darkbrown inside, and to be honest I found the easiest way to wear these was to alpha out my hands entirely. They can work with so many different outfits and scenarios, hence the cosplay reference, and are not labeled as to a size or body.

*Sweet Kajira* has several treats hiding for us to find, like this gorgeous Le Viuda Red dress. This beauty does not have a particular size or body indicated, but on my Maitreya body I did need to use that alpha feature on the body's HUD to hide some of my midriff and breasts. The style is so elegant and timeless!

Back over in the UNA. collection of gifts, I also found the D.B.Cosplay Dress Pink that was just begging to be paired with their D.B.Cosplay Boots A Pink. The dress fits Maitreya Lara perfectly, and has a cute neck scarf attached that matches the small bag on our belt with pops of teal. As for the rugged but pretty boots, they have slouched socks and fit my Maitreya feet in their flat position. I'd love to know the story behind this D.B. cosplay line, as it appears as though we're readying ourselves for an adventure!

Next we're back to Sweet Kajira (I admit, I got a little mixed up LOL, meant to keep the brands together...sorry) with their *SK* Antonietta Corse red Maitreya and *SK* Antonietta Over skirt red Maitreya. There are green versions of each in two other poops as well, so if you find all 4 you can mix and match if you wish. The skirt is notably brief, so I added a pair of panties beneath to provide a hint of modesty. You can barely see them here, but they were much more noticeable in their absence if you catch my drift ;) They are a free gift on the marketplace from Lilbird, 4 colors of BOM panties that can easily become a wardrobe staple.

My final look of the evening involved a body switch, no not like a scifi movie but to my Lara X. That's because the )O( Lady Allure Lingerie - Black & Silver )O( prize from Artemisia is crafted for only that specific body and size :) It consists of separate corset, panties, and sheer skirt, and there is a gold version in another poop. Nobody will expect or believe you if you tell them where you found these treats, and it's hard enough to imagine that they're all free. It was a nice excuse to wear Lara X for a moment too, as she doesn't get much blogging attention yet here.

Whew, welcome to the weekend! I had dinner at my parents' and the update on my grandmother was rather grim...she hasn't been eating since Monday, and hospice is involved. Apparently when she is awake she is moaning or crying, so she is either uncomfortable or confused, which is hurting my heart to hear. I know it's a matter of time, but facing mortality is not easy and not a great topic for an SL blog. The weather was very drab and rainy, and I went out very briefly before dinner (unexpected outing) but still less busy than my weekend looks. If she's up to it I'll be doing a video call of some sort with my grandma, as my parents will be there, and then I get to go out for another exposure/outing type deal. Sunday is therapy, and I'll be back to blogging that evening :) I hope any of my American readers who are moms of any sort have a beautiful Mother's Day, and yes I include bonus moms, aunts by blood or choice, pet parents, and anyone of a maternal nature.
