Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to explore the May Faire Hunt, brought to us by Malus Park Events & Hunts so you know it's got impressive designers and prizes :) The prizes are all $5L or less, and you can find them by looking for the lovely little purple flower hunt object which is pictured on the hunt's website. That is also the place to find all your landmarks and hints, plus preview images wherever available, so you know what you are looking for and can see the fun variety and quality waiting for us. Many stops have more than one treat hidden, so you'll have multiple hints to guide you to each flower. We have until the end of the month to pick up all the wonderful prizes we wish.
I am starting the post with the [Ari-Pari] May Flowers Halter Dress, a beautiful $1L prize from the designer who is also our hunt organizer :) The flowing frock has a wrapped tulip hem and a sweet ruffle at the empire waist, so there are distinctly unique details to appreciate. It fits Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 5 pretty colors to select from. If you're like me, you may have some difficulty deciding since they're all so lovely!
Psyche's Pstyles has a terrific prize for us for just $1L, their Fair Ribbons Dress. This sweet gown has a very appropriate ribbonlike belt attached, in vibrant yellow to match the bow on the neckline. The texture has lots of colors of loosely spiraling ribbons, bringing to mind a maypole so just right for our theme :) The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies.
If you're craving something playful and casual for the warmer months, head on over to @rOrO and find their flower so just $3L gets you this stunning Zoey Top & Shorts Pattern Edition prize. There are Erika, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn sizes each for top and shorts, with a HUD for each with 6 patterns for us to choose from. I always appreciate the use of texture or color HUDs, and the styling here is incredible with the cutouts at the bust and both thighs!
You'll definitely want to visit Designs by Danielle, also known as DANI, to find their 4 free prizes that all work together perfectly! The DANI Swiss Dots Halter Peach can be worn with either the DANI Swiss Dots Skirt and Petticoat Peach like you see on the left above, or the DANI Swiss Dots Tight Skirt Peachy seen on the right, giving the look of a solid dress either way. They have a $5L hunt exclusive which you can see on the left above called TIKI TIME Tee, while the charming FLOWERS FOR PEACE Tee on the right is just $3L. Both of these have unpacker HUDs so you can choose just the brand or set of sizes you wish - standard, eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, or TMP mesh body sizing. This way you only increase your inventory count slightly, and you can hang onto the HUD for future reference. I can't figure out if the Tiki Time is reminding me of a Gilligan's Island episode or Brady Bunch, some vague memory from early childhood when watching reruns was a staple of my weekends, and the flowers for peace warmed my heart immediately. It was a chaotic weekend because that's how I roll, LOL, well at least lately most of my plans fall on weekends. My parents never contacted me about the video call with my grandmother, and today said she was asleep the entire time and a few other relatives were there (grandmother's brother, his wife and their son). Therapy was half focused on my telling him about my grandmother's failing health, then half on a ride to a couple nearby locations then down the highway. I've got my 'homework' for the upcoming week, a couple of outings and a visit to the new family doctor to discuss changing medications now that I've had time to think about it and research it.
