EDDA Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post bring us to the lovely EDDA mainstore, where their group is currently free and there are several treats to claim with that group tag. I do recall their being a fee before (but not what the exact cost was) so I was happy to see it as free :) Please hurry in case that changes again, and you'll find the gifts to the left when you enter the front doors. Their general style is flirtatious and dressy-casual, something that I think many folks in SL enjoy.

First down the virtual runway is our .::E.D.D.A::. Jessie Set group gift :) The dress and panties are each provided in Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Legacy, Legacy Pushup Nerido, Maitreya, Petite, Pushup Nerido, Lara X, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs bodies. The enclosed dress HUD lets us choose from an impressive 98 textures for dress and edges, then the panties/ribbon HUD offers the same 98 for the ribbon, 36 solid colors for the edge, and 36 colors for the ribbons in front of the dress. My advice is always to play with the HUDs, see what changes, and see what combos you like best. So pretty!

Sometimes a flirty slip dress is exactly what we need, like the versatile .::E.D.D.A::. Niki Dress group gift. It's got daring slits on each thigh, and lace all along the edging of the neckline both front and back. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, with a HUD that has 20 solid colors and 30 patterns for the dress, 28 colors for the lace, and 5 metals for the heart in the front. Selecting the red and black on the right made me smile because it reminded me of Betty Boop :) 

Now the .::E.D.D.A::. Jessi Outfit has a similar name (Jessie, Jessi) to the first look I'm sharing tonight, but make no mistake - they are very distinctive :) This beauty consists of a sweater and thong panties that each come in Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes. As you can tell, there's also a HUD provided that offers 30 solid colors and 10 patterns each for top and panties, and 30 solid colors for the bow on the panties. I really seem to be in the mood for patterns tonight, lol, but honestly if I just mention patterns you could imagine anything under the sun but the solid colors are easier to envision. So in my mind it makes more sense to demonstrate just what types of prints you will find on the HUD.

.::E.D.D.A::. Talisa Outfit is a daring combo of bodysuit and boots, with the bodysuit coming in solid and lace versions. Each piece is provided in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. The HUD offers 25 colors each for bodysuit, lace bodysuit, stripes, boots outer lining, heel, and base, plus 6 for the boots diamonds and 4 metal tones for the hearts on both bodysuit cleavage and top of the boots. Obviously I've switched into the lace bodysuit on the right, lol, as it is noticeably sheer and sexy :) 

My final look this evening is our .::E.D.D.A::. Evie Outfit group gift, which just might come in handy for your weekend. Its top, panties, and heels are all included in Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu sizes. Lots of HUDs here too - the top HUD has a whopping 70 textures each for top and strap edge, and the skirt HUD offers the same 70 for skirt and tulle. The HUD for pantie and heels lets us pick from 70 for the pantie, 30 for the outside of the boots with zipper in gold and 30 for zipper in silver, plus 30 solid hues for the straps around the foot. I've spent so much time playing with these HUDs that I am annoyed that RL doesn't offer the same ability ;) Honestly I think at this point I would want that for my hair as much as any clothing though.

I am ready for the weekend but also a little nervous about it, so I am trying to maintain some sense of calm for now. The farmers market is always fun once I get there, so it's just about getting through the car ride. When the housemate decides at the last second that we're going on the highway (then swerves into the correct lane) my heart starts racing and my stomach plunges to my toes. Goodies for SLFO

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're switching gears to visit some SLFO (SL Frees & Offers) group stores, which means lots of wonderful group gifts. The group is free to join, and I've been a member for years so I have certainly enjoyed the helpful group chat and notices for ages. These stores are a random sampling of the many who offer gifts to all visitors who have the group tag active, just look for the red and white SLFO logo.

My first look of the evening comes from RosenRot, their beautiful Nevada Gift. It is a flirty mini dress with bold cutouts down each side, in a shimmery teal satin. There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies included. Naturally I was also drawn to the crossed straps in the back as a favorite feature.

This very elegant look is the VIONA-Scarlet Dress [water green GIFT], and I must say it has a bit of a futuristic appearance to it :) The dress, shine layer, and gloves shine layer are each provided as separates in Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I'm wearing both shine layers on the left but neither on the right, but since they have an animated sparkle it is not as easy to tell the different in a still image. I'm a huge fan of the color, particularly good for auburn/ginger haired avatars.

This next store is actually the neighbor of the first store, RosenRot, and I somehow got them out of order when taking the photos and notes because I intended to share them together! This is the TREND - Soraya Top & Skirt, which is actually linked as a single piece to wear in a jiffy. The gift includes Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite body sizes, with a 10 color HUD that tints it all at once to the hue of your choice. This is an especially daring outfit with the wisp of a cinched tube top and an itty bitty mini skirt :)

There is something so special and summery about this next gift, the .::E.D.D.A::. Nyah Pareo Dress & Panties. The dress drapes around just right and is trimmed in lots of slender fringe at the hem. Our dress and panties are both provided in sizing for Dragon, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Now to find just the right tropical hotspot to wear it to!

My final look of the evening has some fringe too, with a more casual everyday type feeling. The MONOMANIA - MoonAmoor outfit is just one of many gifts for various groups that you can find here, and it is always worth checking to see which you are a member of. For SLFO, we receive the top and shorts each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with sneakers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat feet. The denim shorts are a style I've seen referred to as distressed, torn, or shredded, with nearly threadbare spots over the front pockets and frayed edges all around. It's a great detail that the shoulder straps on the shirt are the same denim color as the shorts.

It was a weird sort of day, with lots of plans possibly changing because of incoming stormy weather the next few days. I might be having dinner with my parents tomorrow instead of the usual Friday, or it might be postponed until Saturday, if not canceled altogether for the week. That would stink because I have to give my dad his Father's Day card, but of course it could be dropped off once the weather clears up.
