Womenstuff Variety

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I selected a handful of free Womenstuff Hunt 2022 prizes to share, as I still have so many that I want all of you to see :) We have over a week left to hunt, but with over 100 stores participating it seems like you should probably start soon if you haven't already. The headquarters for the Womenstuff hunt group ($50L to join) has a free HUD for group members, or you can use this list that has all the locations. The prizes are hiding in red t-shirts with the hunt's logo on it in white, and when you arrive at each store you will be greeted with the hint in local chat within a minute or two depending on lag. I was grateful to have Xan's help with this hunt, as our teamwork in such things tends to be very effective (each taking one half of a large store, or analyzing the hint differently, etc.) but that does not mean that you can't handle it on your own :) I am so happy that this hunt has been revived after a year off and changing management, as I truly missed it.

My first look this evening is the striking ~*MF*~ Hey, There, VooDoo Gown from Mishmash Fusion. There are sizes for Alice, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies included. The gown has a deep plunging V neckline, and the full skirt is adorned with sketches of skulls and ferns. 

Next we slip into a bold burst of color, thanks to the Tamiron Forge gift called FIONA Dress. This long gathered maxi dress has an ombre of teal to purple, with ruffled sleeves and bare shoulders that give a summery flavor. This prize comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. The gold trim is another beautiful touch, just like the deep purple of the attached sash belt.

BlueMoon enterprise has a charming prize called BMe Daisy Dress Maitreya that makes me think of a fairy playing in a field of flowers. As that name implies, it has been crafted to fit the Maitreya Lara body perfectly, and has a fun combo of floral patterned fabric and creamy lace layers. The handkerchief hem reminds me of a blossom's petals, so all the details just add up to a delightful prize.

I think this prize from DM:: called Dress And Jacket - Dream is utterly adorable on top of being a versatile choice for a summer outing. The cropped jacket and tight strapless mini are each provided in sizing for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Maitreya Petite bodies. The unicorn shares the same cute expression as the cloud floating above it, and the front says "Enjoy and Dream" which is a sentiment I can happily endorse.

My final look tonight is the flirty Kathy Purple Lily by COVETED!. The off-shoulder buttoned dress has a built in harness type belt in a deep purple hue that really brings out the shades of the same color in the lilies. It fits Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The dress is just short enough that it could double as a long top in cooler weather, just add your favorite pants or skirt beneath if you wish. I tend to look for alternative styling potential to highlight versatility, not to take away from the intended wear by the designers :) 

It was a fairly busy day, thanks to a chiropractic appointment and some other errands that had me stopping at several stores. The weather stayed decent until I got home, cloudy and humid but not actively raining yet like it is now. I heard one loud clap of thunder during dinner, but fortunately that hasn't returned. All this means I have not finished Stranger Things yet, just 3 episodes in, but I expect to watch another one tomorrow. Hunt Me Baby One More Time

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take a final stroll along the Womenstuff Hunt path, since there are just a few days left of the hunt. I still had plenty I wanted to show you though :) As I have mentioned before, all the prizes are hiding inside red t-shirts for either free or just a single linden dollar, so these are very affordable yet high quality. Many of the prizes, as indicated on the hunt's website, are exclusives for this hunt, which is an extra reason to hurry and claim them. 

Our first stop this evening is Waffles, where you can find their *WW* Toucan Dress ASH inside the hidden $1L red shirt. This strapless mini with sweetheart neckline and ruffled bow adorned with bows has a terrific pattern on the bodice with flowers and toucans. The prize comes in a fitted classic version for traditional avatars, and sizes for eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.

Be sure to follow the hints for both hidden t-shirts at Entice, as the prizes were designed to be worn together as well as separately. One contains the Entice - We are Young Dress - Blue Leaves, while the other holds their We are Young Bra - Blue Leaves which actually comes in a solid dark blue version as well as the patterned one. All these pieces are free, and include sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The rear view is particularly interesting, since the bands of whichever bra you wear can be seen beneath the strap of the dress. I am wearing the patterned bra on the left (the straps are visible next to the dress's straps) and the solid blue on the right.

This lovely look is the Sweet Intoxications prize called Leala - Black Tropical. Find that $1L shirt and you can claim this strapless mini with built in belt, sized for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. The dark background color really shows off the flowers and greens wonderfully!

I also found a $1L gift at M&M Style, their Dress Savannah which is a long maxi dress with delicate straps that cross in the back. It is included in fitmesh standard sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. I love the colors in this pattern, not to mention the flowers between all the intricate lines.

My final look is two more hunt prizes, both of which I think are perfect for summer whether you wear them together or apart. The bikini is the $1L prize from LEPIDOPTERA, whose name is the scientific term for butterfly, which makes sense with the prize being named }>i<{ MUZA Sunny Bikini & HUD. The top and bottom are each provided in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP body sizing. There is also a HUD with a whopping 200 texture options for bra, panties, or both, and lots of customization options! For instance, I clicked the tab for just bra and then clicked the red X in the upper left of the textures, which made the top invisible on the right above so I could better show you my new body art. That would be our free gift from Tamiron Forge, called Tribal Wings Tattoo [TF]. It comes in system/BOM layers and appliers for Omega and Aesthetic mesh bodies, and is easily a unisex tattoo that most of us can enjoy :) The styling almost reminds me of a butterfly because of antennae and a tail (?) but that could be power of suggestion from the bikini's brand. Artwork is meant to be interpreted by whomever appreciates it, so why not? :)

It was a stressful day on a personal level, nothing for anyone to worry about and not health related or anything...just a rehash of an argument with a family member that may never be fully resolved so I have to take lots of deep calming breaths and just move on. In general my family is wonderful, so this single issue is not a dealbreaker. Meanwhile I am looking forward to dinner tomorrow with my parents (neither of whom is part of the argument) and then a busy Saturday. I may need to take a day off from blogging to have a computer issue attended to, but will confirm that when it is definite like when the new fans are actually here in the same building as the computer. Oh Pretty Woman

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am feeling the chill in RL, which is reflected in some but not all of the Womenstuff Hunt prizes I chose for this post. The prizes are all either free or a single linden, and hiding inside t-shirts of red with green and brown stripes for this round, so please be sure you are picking up the current prize and not a plain red or red & white gift from a prior round. You'll be surprised how many are still out, and if you missed the last round then certainly take advantage of it if you wish, just don't try to follow the wrong landmark to get to the next stop :) The website can help with hints of course, and has all our links to each participating store. 

My first look is one I would gladly wear in RL right now because it looks so cozy and cute. It is our $1L hunt prize from b[ELLE] called Winter Girl. The sweater comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a fitted version, while the jeans are provided as system layers and an Omega applier in regular, worn (shown), and distressed variations. The boots are included in Maitreya and Slink flat sizing, although if you wear either with no mesh feet at all (alpha them out) I think it would work just fine.

Another cool casual look can be found in the t-shirt at Le Fashion Whore, their free prize called Santa Baby Complete Outfit. It starts with the sweater in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizing, and continues with the applier for the tights which is compatible with Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink and offers 7 colors with and without snowflakes. The uggs style boots are in a single size for flat feet. There is a color HUD included too with tabs for the sweater (7 background colors with 6 different designs each) and for the boots (12 colors) so just click your way through these HUDs to find what you need then mix and match to your heart's content. I am not entirely ready for Christmas looks at this point, but I will be in a couple of weeks and am grateful to have this look a bit early :)

Sweet Intoxication has something flirty as their $1L prize, hiding in that red/green/brown shirt for you. It is their Amber Outfit - Pink/Black, and includes jacket and pants each in Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing plus heels for Maitreya and Slink high feet. The jacket has an added feature - it is strippable when clicked. It can reveal a strappy tank top beneath, or reveal you in all your glory ;) Speaking of strappy, the laced sections on the pockets and back of the pants are a fun touch, and so is that built-in thong.

For a burst of vibrant orange, find the free shirt at Tamiron Forge which contains their charming Aubry Dress. It includes standard small and large sizes as well as eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, all with a zipper across the front that opens for a playful wedge opening. This is a great style that is very flattering to curves.

My final look of the evening comes from Tiar, and is called pretty maiden. This free prize comes in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and is a unique style with its belts, large bow, and peek of belly above the pleated and layered skirt. There are a lot of pretty details here, and the colors are a fun combination of dark and pastel so it isn't overly sweet.

My favorite hockey team went into overtime again, 7 out of the last 8 games now which is rather excessive. I guess it's great if you feel like 60 minutes just isn't enough time to enjoy a game, so you need the extra 5 minutes and possibly even a shootout ;) We lost in the shootout, which is basically a skills competition with chosen players taking turns shooting solo on the opposing goalie. I had to try to be calm and pleasant, because tonight our opponent was Xan's favorite team ;) LOL! We were chatting via text but not voice yet at the time, so it's all good. Warm Weekend Wishes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more Womenstuff Hunt 2019 prizes to show you, a selection of free and dollarbie gifts found inside red and white t-shirts at each participating store. Their hunt website has hints to help you in your search, and landmarks in case you need to skip a store or get a little lost since stores do move around sometimes. Some of these prizes are even exclusive to this hunt, so we are fortunate to have the entire month of May to track them all down :) There is no specific theme, but this month is a bridge to warmer weather so spring and summer fashions abound.

Did someone say summer? Make some jaws drop at your favorite beach or pool in this free prize from NoNuts called Funkilicious Bikini. With its vibrant print framed with white trim, it will show off your tan beautifully. The top and bottom each come in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.

Our next peek is a pair of dresses called Maia Mini from Changed Seasons. There are versions L1 and L2 included in each size, 1 being the blue and white stripes on the left above and 2 is the coral with fun seasonal print. I love those intricate straps and how they almost form a star on the back!

I must admit, I was almost too shy to do the rear view here, but I felt like you would appreciate seeing just how similar the front and back of the bottom are. 

Atlantis Design has a lovely dress that is named after the hunt itself, so you will always remember at a glance where you got this beauty. It comes in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with a boat neck in the front that dips to show off the upper back, all in full bloom with gorgeous flowers. This gift is free, just find the red/white shirt to claim it.

My final look of the evening is a delightful treat for this time of year, from Tamiron Forge called Daisy Dress. The daisies on the skirt and polka dots of the top are separated by a charming tied belt that reminds me of raffia holding together a bouquet. 

It was a decent but damp day here, and I was out in the rain for a bit so my hair is a combo of frizzy and curly. Not my best look for sure, but I have some products I can put in before the farmers market in the morning that might tame it a little. Medieval Fantasy Hunt

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am sharing some prizes from the Medieval Fantasy Hunt XVII - Light In The Woods, a theme which provides many possibilities from the creative designers taking part. It is a free gridwide hunt, and you will be searching for tiny trees with dark branches, red leaves, and orange lanterns on them. The signs at each store have an example as hint givers, and the hints are also on their website in case you cannot find the sign or it is not set up as a hint giver. You will need the website to navigate from store to store, as there are no landmarks provided in the prize folders, so be sure to give the name of the hunt in my first sentence a click :) 

First we have a beautiful gift from Tamiron Forge, the [TF] Tamariel Fairy Dance dress. It is included in standard fitmesh sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, and I was really drawn to the image of tiny fairies dancing in the shelter of a tree with such pretty ivy trim. There is a mens gift hidden in the mens' section as well as this being in the womens' section, so two prizes to find in the same store.

This dress has such an ethereal quality, I am so in awe of our ladies' prize from Mishmash Fusion! It's called Elation Gown - The Light and comes in eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and a standard version. The delicate pattern suits the lovely halter style perfectly, and that swirled belt is a gorgeous touch. There is a men's prize included too, hidden in the same tree, so I urge everyone to find this generous gift.

For my next few images, I am showing tattoos so for my wardrobe I went simple...this bra and panties are included with the Maitreya Lara body, so if you have her then you already have this mesh set and a HUD that offers plenty of colors and the option to show or hide the bows. If you've been to my blog before, it is no secret that I am a fan of Game of Thrones (and the books) so this prize from Ab.Fab has strong appeal to me, also since I am a bird lover. It is called Winter Is Here tattoo, and comes in a system layer plus Maitreya and Omega appliers. The back of the neck says Winter is Here, and it is rich with meaning for Game of Thrones fans because of the Stark family motto being Winter is Coming. In the series however, a wild winter is definitely upon them, and in my area I suppose our winter will creep up soon enough.

This intricate body art is our prize from Endless Pain Tattoos and is called Light in the Darkness. It is provided in system layers as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, and its unisex design offers a skeletal hand peeking from some roses to hold a striking lantern that has attracted some moths. I believe at least one of the moths is a death's head moth that has a skull design on it, fitting to go with our handy phalanges (finger bones). 

TAOX TaTToo has a wonderful prize for us to decorate our back with bold color, sweet flowers, and a poignant saying. This is Fantasy Sometime and includes appliers for Adam, Aesthetic, Belleza, Brazilia Doll, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, Slink, TMP, and KL, so most mesh bodies seem to be covered. The words at the bottom read "sometime the heart sees what's invisible for the eyes" and I must agree with that sentiment. I am not great at identifying flowers but I am hazarding a guess that those are fuchsia flowers, the species not the color, as our stunning artwork. Whatever they may be, I am surely enjoying them.

I feel like the weekend flew by, even though it didn't feel like it while it was happening. Hindsight is an odd thing I guess. I hope it was a good one for all of you, and that your day/evening is a nice one. Magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

More Womenstuff Hunt Treats

Hiya everyone! Tonight we continue to see some of the many delightful prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt, which as I've mentioned in prior posts is a gridwide hunt with 150 stores to visit, looking for a hidden red t-shirt for either free or $1L (designer's choice). They are loaded with a wide variety of goodies for female avatars, from clothing to jewelry to shoes and more. I personally am fond of the selection of clothing that is fitted for either Maitreya or Slink Physique bodies, the two that I currently own, and there is a generous amount of mesh or applier clothing among the prizes that fit both and many other bodies. I also have some gorgeous nails to show you from LIVIA that can be found at the TWE12VE event. 

This first look is perfect for a special night out, when only the most elegant will do. The dress and shoes are our prize from Vips Creations named Beatris. The gown comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitted, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) while the shoes are included in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. I added just the right touch with the jewelry from Zuri, their lovely Dangle Me Beautiful set consisting of the necklace with resize script and matching earrings in striking shades of blue that remind me of an ocean with sunlight dancing upon it. Just find those hidden t-shirts at both stores, these gifts are both free.

Another beauty in blue can be found inside the t-shirt at Ambient Fashion, their Savoy Dress with its clever strappy styling. This is included in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP sizes, all for a single linden when you find their hidden prize. It is definitely worth it, I got a compliment already the first time I wore this :)

This next outfit made me smile for several reasons, one being the cheery color and another being that it includes some great accessories. This is our hunt prize from Tamiron Forge and is called Valerie in Purple, and starts with the sexy dress in several mesh sizes: Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, eBody, and a standard fitted version. You will also find inside the pretty clutch I am holding, in versions for the left hand and the right hand. Even the jewelry you see here is provided, necklace with built in resize script and matching earrings. Just add your favorite shoes and you're ready to head out to a club or a fun date, after finding the free t-shirt that holds these goodies of course.

Moonstar has a bright purple gift for us as well, actually their Sweet Violet Bodysuit, Lace Tunic, and Slink Shoes. The bodysuit comes in system layers along with Omega and Lolas appliers, while the tunic is included in standard mesh sizes plus Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique fits. The shoes as mentioned in the outfit's name are for Slink high, with heels that resemble ribbon loops stacked together. All this for free, when you find the red shirt.

One last look of the evening, I am very pleased to show you a closer look at the nails I have been enjoying today. These are the Rainy Nails from LIVIA, found at TWE12VE starting on the 12th of the month (tomorrow!), until the end of the month, just $89L. The nail HUD is compatible with Slink, Omega, Maitreya, and Vista, and there are 8 different designs: 4 colors, each in a version with water drops on the entire nail or one where they are on the half of the nail closer to the cuticle. I am wearing all 8 in the photo, and my favorite way to wear these would be a single color with one design on most of the nails, the other scattered as accent nails. As with everything I show you though, I urge you to wear things the way that you prefer, it is your Second Life so show us your style.

Weekend Wrap Up

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am continuing my coverage of the Menstuff Fall '16 Hunt, which runs until the end of the month and features over 70 participating designers with prizes for either $0L or $1L. This has been announced as their final Menstuff hunt ever, so if you or a friend have a male avatar, this is the time to scoop up some terrific gifts. The website has all the locations and hints, so you can see who is participating and skip around if you wish. The prizes are an interesting challenge for me, with my female avatar, to show you in a way that still expresses who I am but doesn't take away from the products themselves, so I hope I can do them justice.

This outfit made me smile because it is quite traditionally masculine, and yet I enjoyed the sense of rebellion I felt by keeping my female mesh body and skin beneath it. The entire outfit is our prize from PUMP, their Trucker Outfit, and starts with the Aurora Trucker Flannel Shirt and Thermal Undershirt (like a dickey, those flaps of material for appearance rather than a full shirt layer) for Aesthetic mesh bodies. There is a different shirt included for standard avatar sizes, a single mesh open shirt with nothing beneath. Next we have the jeans in standard sizes, plus a pair of boots and we top it off with their Spicey Mustard Trucker Hat. Find their hidden t-shirt and you can be dressed from head to toe for free.

Hardcore Clothing has a full outfit hiding in their prize as well, this is their Mens Tough Guy Black & White Complete. It consists of the shirt and vest combo in standard sizes plus Adam and TMP fits, with a wide bottom version of each size (my hips appreciated that!). The shorts come in standard mesh sizes plus Slink and TMP versions, and don't forget the matching sneakers are in there as well. Included but not shown, a mesh mask for the face that has standard sizes plus a couple for wider necks.

This outfit features a combination of prizes, starting with the shirt from Tamiron Forge. Thor's Hammer Tank comes in two versions, the Omega applier shown here and a mesh version that is provided in standard sizes as well as TMP and Aesthetic. The jeans are from IMaGE Factory, their wonderful Justin Jeans Boot Cut which include a separate belt so you can wear them with our without. The belt and jeans each come in several sizes: Fitted 1, Fitted 2, standard S, M, and L. I realize my shape isn't best suited for these, but I can still recognize and be glad of the excellent texturing and the wide range of sizes.
