The Warehouse Sale

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to the 5th anniversary round of The Warehouse Sale, a post-apocalyptic themed event with a wide variety of designers. For the anniversary, we've got lots of generous gifts for their free group, so be sure to join if you aren't already a member and click all the crates you can find near the displays :) Surprisingly I discovered a fair amount of sexy offerings, so maybe after watching the world burn we will all be craving intimacy...my photos are suggestive but not exceptionally so, if that makes sense. Just me, no adult activities, but clothing that shows off possibly more than usual for me. This round ends on the 18th of September, so you have time to grab some demos and return to do some shopping too.

For my first look, I chose a combination that I would absolutely wear in RL with a longer shirt since it just looks so fun! The ::GB:: Mira Top / TRUTH gift from GABRIEL is a playful short sleeved crop top in black, with the word Truth across the front and a heart above the U. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies included. As for the pants, they are the [Gild] Jersey wide pants_Gray animal gift and I am about to purr with pleasure :) These fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Lara X mesh bodies with alpha layers included to ensure that you get a perfect fit. Since they are a neutral color, I've probably got more tops in my inventory than I can count that would look just as fantastic with these.

This itty bitty bikini is our [The Forge] Mela Bikini, White Net gift. The tiny cups and material of the thong panties are fishnet, so I had to hide the top with my arms and the bottom with a photoshopped "modesty flower", however I am sure you can use your imagination to know that this is a white hot outfit ;) The gift includes sizing for eBody, Juicy Boobs, Juicy Rolls, Waifu, Maitreya, Lara X, Legacy, Nerido, and Perky mesh bodies. Did you notice the other addition here? That would be our Ladybird.// Kim Tattoo GIFT! which is provided as BOM layers in 30, 50, 70, and 100% opacity so you can choose your preferred look. I'm wearing 100 for maximum visibility in the photo, and I really enjoy the delicate scrollwork in a location that peeks through many low cut dresses or shirts as well as this flirty bikini.

My next look is from [Cruel], whose Duality Female Fatpack also has a male counterpart in the same gift package. The hoodie, corset, and thong are each included in Legacy, Perky, V-Tech, Reborn, Reborn V-Tech, and Waifu sizing, along with a very thorough HUD. That offers 16 colors each for the top and sleeves, then for the corset we can choose from 4 latex, 4 latex web, 4 leather, and 4 leather cracked hues. We've also got 4 metal options, 4 belt colors, 11 thong colors, and 4 colors for the corset frills as well as the option to turn them off/on. Whew! I'd also like to note that we do receive an alpha layer but my hands were still determined to show through the extended sleeves, so I just used my Legacy HUD to hide them :) 

Once again I go from covered to mostly uncovered, lol, thanks to our - Secrets - Lovely Cherry Set - White - group gift. This one-piece bodysuit is nearly bare in the back, with cleverly placed hearts in the front that look like ripe fruits on branches of a tree. There are Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included, along with a HUD to switch the upper and lower parts on or off individually. On the right I've added the {le fil casse} Loreena Fur One Size - TWS Birthday Gift Edition for a pop of color and contrasting texture. The single size worked out very nicely, and the name implies that this particular version might only be available here at this event - so don't hesitate to grab it while you can. I want to pet it like a puppy, LOL!

My final look of the evening is our [Glitzz] Milena Set - Heart gift, from a designer who never skimps on the sex appeal or beautiful details. The top and panties are each layered, laced, and tied with pretty bows, all designed to fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with 3 metals to choose from, for those rivets surrounding the holes that the ribbon is threaded through. I don't often see the combination of dusky steel blue and peach, so I've simply got to comment about how much I like it :) 

It was a decent day here, and I'll say that I have heard a few suspicious sounds in this room that may or may not be of the rodent invader type, lol, but nothing definitive like that distinctive chewing sound of a few days ago. So for now, I'm waiting and watching and worrying a bit because that's what I do. Otherwise I am planning an outing for tomorrow evening, and I am nervous but also looking forward to it since it's a place I enjoy. ACCESS These Terrific Gifts

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more treats to show you from the ACCESS event's 2nd anniversary, group gifts galore. Their group is free to join, and nearly every display has a teal gift box in front of it that will deliver a gift with a simple click. As you saw from yesterday's post, there is a wide range of fashion to be found among the gifts, and there are mens' clothing and accessory gifts too, along with home decor. There is a little something for everyone, and the event is naturally quite crowded so if you cannot get into the main sim, please try their cam shopping sim. You can use your camera controls to zoom over and shop, and claim gifts from a distance.

As you can see, I had a lot of fun compiling this look from various gifts :) The top is the gift from RUST REPUBLIC and simply named Anniversary Gift, a striking cropped top in pale pink with darker pink hearts and held in place with unique straps. The gift includes Legacy and Maitreya sizes. My glasses here are the MAJESTY-Icey Girl Shades in rosegold, whose lenses are studded with gemstones that you can change via HUD to your choice of 4 colors. I love cats eye shaped sunglasses, and these are pulled down the nose just a bit for a saucy style. Even my belly piercing is an ACCESS gift, the - Secrets - Martina Belly Piercing - Black. There are sizes rigged for Legacy and Maitreya bodies, with a HUD so you can choose from 15 colors each for the main diamond and the hearts dangling from chains beneath. So sexy! The jeans I am wearing are a marketplace gift that I wear quite often, a fatpack from Delizio with several colors in system/BOM layers along with appliers for Maitreya and Omega. 

The gift from [Glitzz] has so much potential to liven up your wardrobe! It is called Bella Top - Dark Plum, and the ruffled tube top has detached lacy sleeves so you can wear the top with or without them, all in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I can think of several skirts and pairs of pants that this would look ideal with in my inventory already, but it also could be a good excuse to go shopping again ;)

[RED GIRL] has not just one but 6 gifts in one, 3 for the ladies and 3 for the gents. Their female tops are the Akari Sleeve Tee in Heavy Metal (left), Say Cheese (right), and a third one called Bitchin that has a design on a white background. Each is provided in Legacy and Maitreya sizes, a popular duo this evening, and has a fun slightly cropped style. 

If you are a fan of bold sunshine yellow, I hope you pick up this gift from Meva! It is their Antonella Dress which is rigged to fit the Maitreya mesh body, and has lots of visual appeal with cutouts and a fluttery skirt. The band across the chest holds things together, while the neckline has a petite collar that really catches the eye too. I like the combination of two complementary shades of the same color.

My final look of the evening is courtesy of SOCIALITE, their gift called SCLT - "Lolo" Full Set. The shirt and skirt each come in 8 colored patterns (black, blue, lime, LSD, LSD2, pink, purple, red) all in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies. On the left above I am wearing the purple top and black skirt, while on the right you can see the lime top with LSD skirt. You can have fun mixing them up, or simply wear the same variety of top and skirt for a coordinated flirty look.

It was a quiet day here, and I am preparing for a rare outing tomorrow as I have a medical appointment that I am not looking forward to because of fear. I know they will be taking my temperature as soon as I arrive and making sure everything is well cleaned, it's just the anxiety-ridden part of my brain (I have had chronic anxiety and panic attacks for a few decades now) that is reacting poorly. I'm sure it will be fine, just being a worrywart ;) There are still more ACCESS group gifts I wish to show all of you, so I am looking forward to that, and I have all sorts of ideas for the next few posts after that. Advent and Women Only Hunt

Hiya everyone! I have been busy this morning claiming some lovely Advent calendar gifts, and I will also be showing you some more Women Only Hunt 2 prizes found in hidden snowflakes. You will want to go to the hunt office and claim your free HUD to enable you to guide you from store to store, and it will give you the hints in local chat while it opens your map for each location. I was already a fan of gridwide hunting for several years prior to blogging, so it is special for me to be able to share it with others.

Emerald Couture has two Advent calendars right next to each other, and I have noticed there are plenty of previous hunt prizes in them in case we missed them. This is their Chickadee Purple Outfit [Once Upon a Cure] and consists of the lovely dress in standard mesh sizes, Slink High shoes with cute chickadees (Peeps) on them, and matching earrings and necklace. It was like revisiting spring for a glorious moment in the midst of a cold snap here in RL.

I also visited Entice and picked up another fantastic Advent gift, just put on your tag from their free group and pay $1L to bauble #12 and you will receive that linden back immediately along with this terrific Hurts So Good - Christmas dress. It comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and includes a HUD with 3 color choices. The blue and red shown are two, the third is black with the same white top. It looks sharp and despite the name is not limited to any holiday.

How about another trip to somewhere warmer? Facepalm has got you covered if you are craving a tropical destination in SL, with this stunning Beach Time bikini as their Advent calendar gift for the day. No group needed, just click the square with today's date and you will receive this flirty swimsuit in system layers plus appliers for Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and TMP. I am loving the little swirls, they add visual interest and the color is wonderful too. In the inset you can see a closer look at my eyes, today's Inkheart advent calendar gift for us called Eternal Eyes - Infinity. Their free group tag is necessary, but you can claim all previous prizes along with in-store group gifts and other surprises await too. The eyes almost match the bikini, as an unusual side note.

Maybe you are staying somewhere cool in SL, visiting a sim with snow or just want a traditional holiday type feeling to your wardrobe. This hunt prize from *HolliPocket* is a terrific way to stay warm while looking casually pretty. It is called Snuggle Wuggle Sweater and comes in a fitted size plus a Maitreya and a Belleza version, the fitted was a perfect match for my Slink Physique body. I love the pale blue edges and the Nordic pattern, very cozy. Free when you find that hidden snowflake.

One last look of the day, courtesy of two fun sweaters and a pretty choker. The sweaters are our hunt prize from [trs] called I <3 Winter Sweater in Navy and Red, and this is what happens when I play around with various HUDs and try to see if there is a big difference ;) On the left I am wearing the navy from the Omega HUD as a clothing layer with my favorite Delizio jeans (free marketplace gift) as the clothing layer pants, and I added the Slink Hands HUD for the wrist/sleeve part. On the right, I discovered that the actual Slink HUD (the red one) applied top and bottom at the same time for the longer look of the full sweater, so I had to slip into the underwear layer of the jeans. You can wear these long or short, it all depends what you pair them with and which look you prefer. The gift includes both colors in system layers along with HUDs for Omega, Slink, and Slink Hands in case you wear the hands without the body, to finish off those pretty sleeve cuffs. The choker is from -SECRETS- and is a metal choker specifically for the WOH2 hunt, and it contains a resize script to allow you to adjust it if you wish. It will look fantastic with dressy or casual looks in just about any color, a versatile gift for sure.

It is a cold but clear morning here, and I am ready for whatever the new week holds for me :) It will certainly hold more gridwide hunting, plus there will be some Advent calendars that do 12 days of Christmas so they should start first thing tomorrow. Some More Body Art Treats

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a few more Body Art II Hunt prizes to show you, so you can see some of the wonderful goodies available in this free gridwide hunt. Tonight is a nice variety of jewelry, tattoos, even some lipstick, and I hope you enjoy.

First up tonight, we have the prize from [bubble] which is their Nail It Piercings set. You will receive the earrings and nose ring made from carefully curved nails, and a HUD for 4 different metal colors. Just find that brown package and they are all yours for free.

If you want a cool burst of color on your lips, head to Death Lily where you will find their Matte Lipsticks in Icee. On the left you can see the blue raspberry, on the right is wild cherry, and matte lipsticks can be a bit uncomfortable in RL so it is great to have the opportunity to enjoy these in SL without that dry parched lip feeling ;) These are system layers only, by the way. 

I had to ponder how much time and discomfort this would be in RL to have this huge potpourri of tattoos emblazoned on ourselves, well thank goodness we can simply stop by Endless Pain Tattoos and pick up the prize for free! This is their Hipster tattoo, a full body system layer along with HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink Physique, Slink Hands, and TMP. I couldn't resist showing a closer look at the hand because I can see wearing just that if the mood strikes, or for example if you are wearing long sleeves and pants but still want to display a touch of ink. My bikini, most visible in this photo, is a marketplace freebie from Alessandra that I have blogged before, comes in very handy.

One last look of the night is at my dainty ears and their new piercing, courtesy of -SECRETS-. This is their lovely Arrow Industrial Piercing, and I had to adjust it to make the whole thing visible through my hair, so that's why it is hovering in front of my ear instead. Yes I know, that's not how piercings work (they should pierce the skin...yep...) but visibility took priority tonight ;) There is a terrific HUD included with 12 color options, and you can click the piercing itself for a resize menu if you need it. This is the left ear only and is unisex.

Thunderstruck

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more prizes to share from the Men Only Hunt 7, a hunt that is only running until the 30th so if you are interested I urge you to hurry. You'll be looking for glasses of beer, and it's rare enough to find free beers if you think about it ;) These contain a wide variety of prizes, a few of which I'll be showing you tonight.

First we have a great layered shirt from #12 Fe Style, their Rom Sweater in 5 mesh sizes. I went with a large size to give that borrowed feeling, but I must say I think it'll look even better, downright terrific, on a male avatar. The buttons are a striking detail, and you can see it has a subtle hood as well.

Next up, how about another jacket? This is the Varsity Jacket from #3 GABRIEL, provided in 2 different fitmesh sizes (Standard/Slink and TMP) and a built in white shirt beneath the jacket. You can kinda tell here that for some reason, I've noticed particularly with male fitmesh, the hems of shirts balloon out on me like I'm hiding a hula hoop in the waistband. It has happened a few times with female shirts but is fairly consistent with male ones. Something about my shape perhaps, but it can be really amusing :)

Here is a fun shirt from #15 sharp by [ZD] called Dexter Tee, and it says "Zombies eat brains, guess you are save" which I believe means safe. Grab a zombie fan and bring them to find that beer to claim this prize. You can see the hips doing that strange fitmesh ballooning thing, hehe, but the standard rigged mesh were too small in the hips for a female shape. The shirt comes in small, medium, large, and fitmesh for muscleman or slim. 

I think we could really use some accessories! My bracelets are the Isaac Cuff Bracelets in left and right from #16 etham, with great cross lacing on each. The necklace is from SECRETS which are #29 in the hunt, their Nomad Necklace in black. It has a built in resize script but the default size as shown is the minimum, so for my shape I just adjusted it downward and a bit outward :) I've shown closer looks of each for detail purposes. You can also get a better look at my outfit here, which is a marketplace freebie find from Free Byrd II. It is their Sexy Cowgirl outfit, system layer only top and pants, and I love that belt which is part of the pants texture. I needed the system layers to go beneath the mesh shirts, and was thrilled at how well this fit the bill.

We had unexpected thunderstorms here today (which inspired my fairly random title tonight) and it's a hot, muggy evening, so I am relaxing with an open window and a cool beverage. I hope you're all having a nice day/evening, magical magpie hugs to each of you!!

More Looks From the HYIS 14 Hunt

Hiya everyone! I am wrapping up my weekend by showing you some more prizes from the HYIS 14, the Hunt for Your Inner Slut round 14 whose theme I now know is Dirty Spring :) Sometimes you have to get a little dirty to have fun, hehe, and I have certainly enjoyed finding ways for free all across the grid. We all deserve treats, and to indulge our wild sides.

My first look is our prize from #069 i`piteme called Dirty Girl Outfit. It includes the cami and shorts in dirty or clean, each in system layers and appliers for Slink, Omega, Belleza, and Maitreya, and the cropped tee in several fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink Physique. Even those cute Comfy Worn Sandals are part of the gift, in brown or black, Belleza and Maitreya and Slink flat versions (Slink shown). Everything is wonderfully detailed and can be combined in many ways.

I kept on the clean shorts from the previous gift to show you this exciting top from #068 Sour Pickles. Their [SP] Corruption Leather Top in Cyan comes in several mesh sizes, from XXXS to XL, with no alpha layer. That color is as striking as the design, isn't it? 

Our next lovely gift is from SECRETS, who are #063 in the hunt path. Their prize is their Iris Dermal Belly Piercing in Gold, and comes with a HUD for 5 bow colors and 5 gem colors to choose from. The center bow should be above your navel, and it can be adjusted easily to get it just where you want it.

The last glimpse of the night is prize #045 from Pandora's Tattoo, their Butterfly Stomach tattoo. Inside you'll find a system layer as shown, plus appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, and Omega. I thought it looked really cute with those shorts from the first prize of the night, really highlighting the lighter and cigarette pack tucked into the waistband.
