More Uber Goodies

Hiya everyone! Tonight we've got a few more treats to see from the Uber Event, all of which are available to you for free with no group tag required. Their 10th anniversary round is a momentous occasion, and is being celebrated with gifts from nearly all the participating designers for us to enjoy :) I am very grateful as always, and offer my best wishes to the Uber team for their continued success. We have about 2 weeks to grab our gifts and any demos for things we might wish to shop, as the fun wraps up on the 13th of September.

For my first look of the evening, I feel flirty in the Limited Addiction - Slow Burn gift. This top and skirt with each fit Lara X, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The sleeveless top has a fun opening to show off some cleavage, and the brief fluttery skirt is low slung and has both plaid and solid steel blue materials. 

After the week I've had, something soft to snuggle with seems like the perfect gift, so I'm very thankful for the DFS Stuffy - Foxy Uber (2024) - GIFT. It has a built in hold pose as shown, and the ridged texture looks extra plush and cuddly. 

I also claimed the beautiful *JustBECAUSE* Genevieve Dress UberSL gift, and how could I resist showing it off? The pale pink gingham fabric is decorated with ripe strawberries, and the single shoulder strap is surrounded by ruffles on both sides. Our gift includes sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies.

If the Valentina E. Anya Dress Forest gift looks familiar to you, it could be because they are offering a different color (hazel) as a gift for another event (FLF Bday Bash) and I shared that one a few days ago :) It looks just as lovely in deep green, and comes in Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing. The style makes me want to twirl around with my arms up, dancing or just showing it off.

My final look of the night is the free gift from Kaithleen's called Ethel Dress - Plum. It is a playfully styled shirt dress in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. They've also provided a HUD with 20 color choices each for the collar, sleeves, and cuffs, so on the right above I changed them each to a different hue. There are 4 metals for the zipper in the front too, always a thoughtful addition when we have metallic features that can be switched up a bit. 

It was a decent day for the most part, and I did get to go out briefly with my mom as we'd planned :) We took a drive to the park, and sat in the parking lot for a little while watching dogs and looking at various things on her phone. I definitely felt anxiety while the car was moving, but relaxed when parked and was doing breathing exercises, reading my index cards (statements suggested by the therapist like "just because I feel uncomfortable doesn't mean I am in crisis") and focusing on things other than my anxiety symptoms. Tomorrow I'll be seeing her again for dinner and will thank her again, and we might do this again next week or at least in the near future. Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is packed with more goodness from the Uber Event, as we are still in the early days of their 10th anniversary round and we are celebrating with gifts. The gifts are free with no group necessary, just look for the shiny gift boxes at almost all of the displays. Uber always brings us impressive creations from talented designers, so it is a pleasure to honor them on this special occasion. As I mentioned last night, you need to visit each side of the event's layout separately, so don't miss anything :)

My first look this evening is the flirty Seniha. Yeyu Dress // Pack 4 gift. Its bodice has open bra cups, and the dress is very snug fitting to show off every curve. We receive Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh body sizes, as well as a HUD that has lots of color choices. It actually shows 40 colors in rows of 8, with a bottom row of patterns, but the only buttons that worked for me are the 4th row across of 8 blue and teal hues. I'm guessing "Pack 4" in the name is a reference to that :) Please note I am not complaining and would never do so about a free gift, just explaining in case you are surprised as I was upon clicking buttons but not seeing a response from the dress, LOL. 

I also picked up the sporty [[ Masoom ]] Soul Seeker Suit Purple gift, which gave me 80s flashbacks in the best way! The strapless bodysuit is provided in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Mounds, Juicy Boobs, and Juicy Rolls bodies, with BOM tintable leggings for each size too. The HUD included lets us pick from 12 colors for the rope of our belt for added versatility. The BOM leggings are very easy to tint, just right click from inventory - edit, then click the texture tab and click the color which is defaulted to white. That will open a color picker that will immediately tint the item as soon as you select one, then you can adjust with the slider and customize the hue.

Two gifts combined for this look, so let's start from the top. That would be the neve gift - crimson Uber tank top, a sporty ribbed knit racer-back tee that is gathered in the front and has a wide elastic band beneath the bust. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn bodies, with a 12 color HUD. I really like how it looks with the skirt, KILLJOY Synastry Skirt UBER GIFT PBR ONLY. So the name will give you a big hint about this moody floral pattern, you will only see it if you're able to use a PBR compatible viewer. The skirt fits Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Juicy Rolls mesh bodies. Did you notice the two little buttons on the front of the waistband? I do love fun details :)

I kept the neve top on and changed skirts, to the intricately crafted True Damage-I do care Skirt Fatpack. This charming mini skirt has a slit on the left side that shows woven metallic straps peeking through, in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. There's also a HUD included that offers 11 colors of plaid patterns, giving a hint of school girl but definitely all grown up ;) 

My final look of the evening is the generous Yasum gift called Nasira. Its top and skirt are each included in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The top is cropped with pockets on the short sleeves, and the ombre skirt is slit in the middle front all the way up to the top of the thigh. Also noteworthy is the golden chain on the right side, draped and with a charm of YD for Yasum Designs dangling from it. So fancy!

It was...a day. I'm trying not to be dramatic and spout about how much it sucked, lol, so I am going to simply say that obstacles were encountered and I did not go on my previously planned outing, but there is a chance it will happen tomorrow instead. My mood is the pits so I'm sorry if any of this post seemed flat or low energy, it is not a reflection of the wonderful gifts I'm sharing in any way :) I hope you're all having a peaceful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Happy Uber-Versary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are helping the Uber Event celebrate a huge milestone, their 10th anniversary round :) How do we celebrate such things in SL? Well, quite often that involves gifts for the visitors, and this is one of those instances as there are shiny teal giftboxes at nearly every display for $0L with no group tag needed. There was one (not shown) set for sale for $10L and one set to a group (also not shown), otherwise all are free with click or purchase for zero. From the landing zone there are two openings with paths that don't connect, so be sure to check one side fully then walk through the landing area and over to the other half :) It's worth it as you'll see, and I have always been delighted with every visit to Uber and their team of talented designers. 

My first look is two gifts combined that made me whisper "ooh yeah!" out loud when I tried them on together :) [The Forge] Arwen Top, Black Lace is a fantastic gift of bra and top each in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We can wear the strapless bra alone or with the sheer lace shrug, and did you notice the double chains across the back? Those are holding the see-through bra in place quite nicely. Then I added our *CK* Runway Skirt FATPACK gift from Candy Kitten. This fun denim miniskirt is cut low on the hips and has lots of terrific options. There are eBody, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes included, as well as a HUD with 15 choices for the skirt, 15 colors for the belt, and 2 metals. Three of the skirt fabrics have the images you see above on them, with the rest being solid denim hues. 

Have Unequal is offering a lovely free gift called [HU] Hadley LongShirt_Stone&White Dots !! . At first glance you might think of a retro shirt dress, but look closer and you'll see the flirty details :) It fits Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, and Petite X mesh bodies, and includes a handy HUD with fabric or wool textures (wool is on the left above, slightly striped) and lots of other choices - 18 textures for collar and cuffs, 6 button colors, 13 for the belt, 6 metals, and 6 harness metals. There are also options to show or hide the belt, the harness, and even the lower portion of the dress so the entire skirt can go poof if you wish. 

Next we see another very versatile treat, the [seeker] Aly GiftPack. This playful dress comes in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu bodies, with panties in similar sizes (Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, Reborn). The HUD provided has 4 color choices for the main dress, 8 for the border, and 4 for the panties, with several hide/show options for various portions of the outfit. For example, I have the midriff section hidden on the right above :) 

Summer is on its way out for the year, but it can stick around all year long in SL and especially if you're wearing this cutie! The Carol's Store - Izzie Dress Blue looks just as beautiful coming and going, thanks to the crossed straps tied sweetly in the back and the ruffled empire waist. There are Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Momma, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The floral pattern looks so pretty in blue!

My final look of the evening is a generous gift with lots of sex appeal, the Havoc. Remi Dress. Fatpack. The style looks like a slim fitting dress slit open in the front, tied very loosely to show off cleavage and midriff, and layered over a miniskirt of the same length as the dress. We receive sizes for Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, as well as a HUD with an impressive 38 colors to select from. So many amazing choices!

It was a fairly typical Monday here, oh and I wanted to mention in case anyone else is having crashing issues with Firestorm and the new PBR release...with Xan's advice I did a clean reinstall over the weekend and found folders and files for 4 different versions on my PC from prior installs (not clean). I was really hopeful that things would be better, and there was a slight improvement as far as not crashing the first night even after testing with lots of teleporting and loading crowded places. My lag has increased considerably though and I seem to be rebuilding my entire inventory each time I login, as though I'd cleared cache (which I did not!) but then this morning I crashed for the first time since reinstalling. So where does that leave me, you may wonder? Pretty much waiting for Firestorm to release a better version, while considering the possibility of rolling back to the prior version if things get too rough. More Uber Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting several Uber Event participants' mainstores, specifically the ones whose anniversary gifts for the event are located in their shops instead of at Uber itself. How do we tell? Well most of them have a landmark in the giftbox (decorated with gold and black balloons tied to them, easy to find) but a couple had a sign at their display instead of the box but all offering the landmark or opening our map directly for us to teleport there. To make things easier of course, anything I'm showing you here tonight is linked in my credits directly to where you will find the gift, not just the landmark giver :) There are other gifts at mainstores besides the ones I'm sharing, but it should be enough to tempt you if you haven't explored Uber and their 9th anniversary round yet. As far as finding the gifts at the stores, many of them are in the same box with gold and black balloons floating above, and look for front desk areas or window displays that seem prominent.

My first look of the evening is our Mimikri - Fiji jardin gift, blooming with a garden's worth of various flower types. The solid ivory top and patterned shorts will each fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I am not much of a gardener so they only flower I recognized immediately are the pansies, but a few of the 5-petal blossoms look quite familiar too.

This flirty outfit is the BONNICCI x Uber - Brookie Lingerie treat we can claim at their mainstore. It wears as one piece with the appearance of two, in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. We also receive a handy HUD with 6 colors to choose from, so it's really like several gifts rolled into one. I can picture myself wearing this as a swimsuit too, just for fun :) SL fashion should ultimately be about enjoying ourselves, so why not?

How about a little black dress to add to your collection that is anything but basic? This is the N-Uno gift named Linna Dress // Silk // N 2. It is a strapless wrap dress with golden studs diagonally across the skirt front, and I cannot resist a sweetheart neckline. There are Freya, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes waiting for you to claim.

This gift is labeled as a top, but looks more like a shirt-dress to me so I'd stick to just stockings or tights beneath I think :) It is our TORI TORRICELLI // Bree Top // White&Gray gift, and fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. I love the knit vest layered over the long sleeved blouse, and the neutral colors are a fine choice for sure.

This evening's final look comes from MASOOM, their charming Gift Ryan Dress. The ombre from pink to pale teal blue is lovely, and I was instantly captivated by the diagonal hem, tube top layer, and playfully drooped left shoulder strap. We get to claim this gift in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies to fit lots of popular brands :) So pretty!

Happy Uber-versary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Uber Event for more wonderful gifts, as they are celebrating their 9th anniversary this round. The gifts are free with no group required, and most are at the event itself in gift boxes that have black and gold balloons tied to them. It makes them more visible and festive :) Other gifts (some of which I'll be sharing tomorrow) are at the designers' main stores, with the landmarks provided in the boxes I just described or a sign at the display that tells you to click. It might not be quite as busy now that the weekend is over, but just in case you can find camera sims >here< and >here< if the main one is full when you try to teleport there. From those neighboring regions you just use your camera controls and cam over to the main area, clicking all the gift boxes and grabbing any demos for items you might want to purchase. You can also do that purchasing from those alternate regions if necessary. I always enjoy helping to celebrate events in SL reaching anniversary or birthday milestones!

My first look is our gift from SPIRIT called Pika mini dress. It is crafted from striking stonewashed denim, and one of its straps dangles down beneath the left arm. We receive Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes in the gift, as well as a HUD with 2 metal options for the closures. I really like the distressed edging at the hem, like we've worn this so much that it is softened and extra cozy.

Next I shimmied into the flirty Qip Me Monogram dress, which is our free gift from small. This brand offers their own original mesh creations, so I believe this is also one :) The daring style looks to be modeled after a cheongsam or qipao dress, hence the name, with slashed opening down the side and a plunging back that makes for a view that I call peek-a-booty ;) The gift consists of sizes for Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD to hide or show the breast piece and to choose from 2 metal hues. Fantastic!

There are lots of separates among the generous gifts, like the [CAROL G] Luna Cropped - Black tube top seen here. It is elegant in its simplicity, since you can pair it with just about anything under the sun (or in your inventory) and it will look wonderful :) It fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. I matched it with the gift from .Safira. which is their Dolly Panties in two colors, each in two sizes. The white and rose pairs both fit Legacy and Maitreya bodies, and have the same eye-catching bow on the back that I adore! The slightly sheer texture adds even more sex appeal.

There is something about tube dresses that make me very happy, with my first thought being how easy it is to dress them up or down for lots of occasions. So I was delighted to unpack the Emery Panque Dress Berry gift! The bold stripes of black and wine (okay so that's like berry but boozy LOL) wrap around to snugly show off our curves, and we get sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies. Now do I want to wear fancy shoes and jewelry for a more formal look, or flat sandals and simple accessories for a casual stroll around SL?

My final look of the evening is great for the waning days of summer, although our favorite season never has to end in SL...this is the LEROY - Vivi Bikini - White gift, and wow is it a fun treat! The top and panty are each provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing. The top's straps wrap around the back very intriguingly, and the slight lopsided nature of the panty gives it character :) Just think - simple white can accommodate all sorts of colorful jewelry, shoes, tattoos, nails, just about anything you want to accessorize with.

Any time someone says "we need to talk, I have news and you aren't going to like it", it is normal for both the heart and mind to start racing, right? The speaker in this case was the housemate, who was informing me last minute (as usual) that the dreaded houseguest (their friend, we don't get along because he is a rude dingleberry) is visiting this weekend for the "biggest sports weekend of the year". And here I thought that was in February...really it's whenever they just want to sound dramatic and impressive. So I will be hiding in this very room for a few days, after a trio of busy days (Wednesday - Friday) where I test my agoraphobia and try to go places/do things. It's certainly not the end of the world, but not great for my health at this point (mental or physical) so I'm just going to try my best to have patience. Uber Anniversary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight the delightful Uber event is celebrating their 9th anniversary with free gifts for everyone with no group join necessary. Most are found at the event itself (with two cam sims in case the main one is full) in boxes with black and gold balloons tied to them, an elegant look that helps us spot them at each display. Some are at the demo area, which you can reach by clicking any sign at the event that says demo area. The third possibility is that some designers have a landmark to their main store in the gift box or from clicking a sign at their display, helping us to teleport to their stores for the gifts. I believe last year they all had the gifts at the individual stores, so this year's method might relieve some traffic at the main event's site but we still have plenty of fabulous reasons to shop there :) All of tonight's gifts are from the event itself, and I got into the main sim/region on my first try which was a pleasant surprise. Then my alt visited and there was also room for her, but I do realize that the weekends are always more crowded in SL in general so I'm providing the camera sim links too. 

My first look of the evening is the sweet NANAO // Ava Dress // 4 Sizes // Pastel gift. Its soft shade of pinkish lavender is very flattering for the sundress style, and the darker purple lace on the hem and straps is beautiful! We receive Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu as the four sizes mentioned in the name :) 

Next I paired two separate gifts that you can have fun wearing with anything else you wish too :) The top is our neve gift - smart which is a layered jacket and cropped top in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. We also get a handy HUD with 4 colors each for the jacket and undershirt, with options to hide the undershirt, shine, or alpha which is the slight sheerness of the undershirt. If you look really closely, I have it sheer on both sides (just look for underboob lines LOL sorry) which of course is not preferable for every destination or wearer. Generally I will wear it solid :) The adorable skirt is the gift from Valentina E. which is called Elly Olive Mini. The double placket of buttons on the front reminds me of sailor pants, while the color is similar to an army green, so apparently I'm getting military vibes times two. There are Legacy and Maitreya sizes included, and I like the length being short but not micro mini while the waistline is low without being excessive either :) Flirty but still very wearable, if that makes sense.

The sizzling Seniha. Astere Dress // White gift has eye-catching eyelet fabric on the front with a solid rear panel. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and the flower petal shaped openings are just revealing enough that panties beneath would be a good idea but the nips are hidden between the openings. I never mention these things in a judgmental way, but just to inform those who are curious or concerned about modesty to any degree :) When I'm out and about in SL, I personally want those bits covered at all times but am not pearl-clutching over anyone who doesn't do the same, as long as the rules of the destination are fine with it.

I combined two treats again for one stunning look here. The bodysuit is our [The Forge] Luna, Strawberry gift, deep red with a slight blue tint that has a mix of solid and lace panels. I love the intricate straps! The gift includes sizing for eBody, eBody Juicy Boobs, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies. Then I added our .:Vegas:. Tattoo Applier Taira unisex treat, which consists of BOM layers as well as the aforementioned appliers, for Altamura, Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, and Slink bodies. Each of those offer dark, medium, and light options, which I've gone with the dark to make it show up best in photos I hope ;) The artwork on both full sleeves is impressive, and I am sure someone multilingual out there could tell you better than I what the wording at the top says. 

My final look of the night is the Kaithleen's gift called Nevada Dress - Smoke. The dusky bluish-gray color of the solid portion is a fun neutral to complement or contrast with your choice of 20 colors each for the edging and the sheer section. There are also 4 metal options for the bold zipper in the back, so this is one versatile goodie! The dress itself comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy Boobs. I can tell that this will look fantastic on the curvier body types too, just an instinct telling me that :) My shape is fairly small compared to what I generally see out and about, so I do wonder sometimes if you're all able to tell how things will look on fuller figures. That is a good reason to demo any purchase beforehand, now that I think about it.

Whew, what a week! It wasn't all bad, just all busy with extra helpings of chaos here and there. Dinner was a trip down memory lane, looking at my grandma's old photos from the 40s - 60s so before my time. I recognized some of the faces but had to ask about some relatives or old family friends I probably never met. My mom was an adorable little girl, and her little brother looked like a baby doll when he was an infant :) I should be able to relax for a few days before things get hectic again midweek, yay adulting? Still Celebrating With Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we take a look at several more gifts for the UBER Event to celebrate their 8th anniversary. For this round (ending September 22nd) we visit the event first to pick up the landmarks at the displays for each designer who is offering a free gift at their mainstore, then it's off to each location :) Most of the gifts are in Uber giftboxes which are beige with golden yellow ribbons and bows, and most are free to all with no group tag needed. However, one of tonight's gifts requires the Uber group tag to claim (free to join) and another I'm sharing this evening can be claimed with the store's free group. I will note each in my description of the photo, so you will be aware before you visit :)

My first look of the evening is a terrific outfit from Neve called Jubilee. It is one piece with the appearance of two, in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included to select from 4 colors each for the top and skirt, with the ability to hide either. The sweater looks great in those stripes, and the always-solid skirt can coordinate nicely with any of the colors. 

Next I visited TORI TORRICELLI and activated the Uber group tag, so I could claim their Iris Bodycon & Gloves group gift. The attractive bodysuit and matching fingerless gloves will both fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD with fishnet options for front and back or fully opaque like on the left, plus a glitter toggle button and 4 powers (strengths) of glitter and a frill toggle. I toggled the glitter and the frills both off on the right, and have the front and back fishnet options on :) 

Emery is offering their Alice Bandeaus in two varieties as their gift for the Uber anniversary celebration. The lilac dots (above left) and parrot block (right) are each provided in Legacy and Maitreya sizes, lovely twisted tube tops held in place with a golden chain. I was delighted to pair them with the generous gift from AVEC TOI, consisting of two fatpacks of their Selene Thong. The latex pack's HUD offers 36 colors and 5 metals, while the leather pack has a HUD with 11 colors and 5 metals. Both packs contain sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes, as well as a shininess HUD to let us customize things even further. 

We can also find a thoughtful gift at Valentina E., their Ingrid Dress Violet. This beautiful bare-shouldered dress has a mermaid flare just above the knee and a hint of black lace trim, all accentuated by a wide built-in belt. The gift comes in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I am a big fan of the retro vibe this style is giving!

My final look of the evening is the gift from Tulssy, which you will need the Tulssy group tag (free to join) to click and claim. It's called Emo Dress Sky & Blue, and is a playfully styled sleeveless dress with corset-like belt and handkerchief hemline on the plaid skirt. There are Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes included. The "emo" part of the name made me think of a plaid flannel shirt tied around the waist, but this is certainly an updated and dressier version of that style.

My day went fairly well, and I was glad that the bloodwork only needed 1 vial. She used a butterfly needle since my veins aren't always easy to find, and that went very smoothly. Tomorrow I go to the podiatrist and get these stupid ingrown toenails taken care of, temporary torture for several weeks of relief so it's worth it. I saw two adorable deer in the backyard when I got home, tiny fawns, and was surprised to see a buck with them instead of a doe. Usually the deer dads skedaddle and the moms raise the little ones, sometimes in a group with multiple moms. More Uber Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more UBER Event gifts to share, and as I explained in my prior post they are all located at the designers' mainstores instead of at the event itself. This means we are visiting dozens of locations to find generous free treats, most of which do not require a specific group tag, and mostly found inside a tan Uber giftbox with yellow-gold ribbon and bow. Our first stop is the event to gather the landmarks from signs or giftboxes at their displays, then we head out to all the wonderful stores :)

My first look this evening starts with the Mimikri gift called Amalfi Cotton Batiste Dress cruise. This gift consists of the slightly sheer dress in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, with panties to fit both Legacy and Maitreya bodies. The pretty blue shade matches some of the beading of the Meva Allegra Set, their beautiful jewelry gift for us. The necklace has many strands of varied lengths for an impressive look, with a pendant that perfectly matches the included earrings. What will you pair them with?

Time for sex appeal! This top is the Lua / FATPACK gift from Bombshell, a daring bra in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 13 colors each for the gems and the metals, so can customize the look of your jeweled bra to suit your mood or favorites. Then I added the .Safira. Dolly Panties Blush, a gift we can find on the wall to the right from the main entrance. I mention that because it is one of the rare ones not in the Uber gift box, still entirely free :) These playful panties fit Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies, in a lovely shade of pink with a big bow on the back. I know you can't see it in this photo, but please take a peek below...

The blush color of the panties gently brings out the floral pattern in our OSMIA - Tie Neck Crop Top gift. I am a huge fan of halter styles and crossed straps, and the cropped length is just right for late summer into fall. This gift is provided in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes. 

Fake Society has a provocative and generous gift for us, their Vanya Dress / Fatpack. There are 14 terrific colors (black, blue, cobalt, forest, grey, lime, nude, orange, pink, red, rose, rouge, white, yellow) each in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn body sizing. I'm wearing the forest color on the left above, with rose on the right. This strappy style has plenty of peekaboo openings while covering the essentials. 

We wrap up the evening in shiny crimson, thanks to United Colors and their UC_Jenifer_outfit_red gift. The top and shorts each fit Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Maitreya Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and there is a handy HUD for each piece offering 12 colors for the laces and 5 metals for the grommets and waistband snap. The two HUDs allows us to pick different choices for each as I did on the right. 

This is a week of flexibility for me, as I've had several plans changing and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more switches in the offing. For now I have a blood draw tomorrow but I do not need to fast for it, so it isn't really a big deal. The new month is almost here, so I will be researching and trying to see what to expect for September in SL :) Event rounds, hunts, sales...there is always something happening somewhere in the grid that will catch my attention, and I will gladly share what I find. Happy Anniversary Uber

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are celebrating the 8th anniversary round of the UBER Event, with a little twist. Instead of gifts at the event itself, there are landmarks at each display of the stores who are participating so we can visit their mainstore to find the gifts. They are mostly in boxes that are tan with a golden yellow ribbon tied in a bow, and I suggest checking for a front desk at each store to help you locate these gifts. The vast majority do not need any special group tag to claim them, so they are free for everyone to enjoy. This round is open until the 22nd of September and I believe the gifts will be available for the same time frame. There are pros and cons to this method, with a drawback being that teleporting so many times can strain the PC, but pluses are that you don't have to battle Uber's crowds for long if it is busy, and the stores can offer additional sales if they wish. 

First I slipped into the [[ Masoom ]] Fall Vibes Gift, a one-sleeved ruched mini dress with strapless thong. They each fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The color is so glowy and vibrant, I love it!

Next we take a look at the charming GIZ SEORN: UBER Anniversary Gift. Our simply named sleeveless dress is unbuttoned to show the built in bra layer, and there is an attached belt to cinch the waist. The gift comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I really like the tropical print!

For something extra flirty, be sure to visit ~Nerido~ and claim their free Karole Set-White GIFT. The style is simple yet unique, thanks to the way the straps connect at the back of the neck to show scooped out shoulderblades :) The dress comes in sizing for Alice, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us choose from 14 colors in 3 varieties for 42 total options. The polka dots look great either light or dark, and we can select a solid denim hue if we prefer.

My final look this evening combines two Uber gifts, but we can of course pair these separates up however we wish. The top is the Tachinni - Aria top - Uber Gift, whose unpacker HUD lets us choose from Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn sizes or we can unpack them all at once. The heart-dotted top has long sleeves and is held loosely closed by one single chain. The pants are the !EE Rudbeckia leggings Gift from !ElvenElder, with deep plunging front and extended hem that covers the heels and seems to work best for Mid height feet. There are Legacy and Maitreya sizes provided, with a 21-color HUD as well as a materials glossiness HUD. Most of the colors are solid, but there were a pattern or two among the choices so I suggest checking them all out :) 

It was just one of those days, and I have to reschedule my chiropractor appointment that should have been tomorrow afternoon but I now have no way there due to a minor medical issue (not mine). It will probably be next week instead, not a big deal other than the last minute change probably inconveniencing the office for which I do feel guilty and will be apologizing profusely. I also have a podiatrist appointment this week, so time will tell if that still takes place. I would prefer it does, as it's already later than it should be and my toenails are really uncomfortable.
