Hot Stuff

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I switched gears back to the Womenstuff Hunt, as there are still gobs of generous gifts to see from it :) As I've mentioned before, we need to be a member of their group which is $50L to join, but once you've got that group tag active you can claim your HUD at the 'Stuff Lounge to guide you with hints and preview images as well as teleporting you from place to place. The prizes are hiding inside red squared bags with golden circular handles, which vary in size since some of the stores have reduced them to impressively tiny sizes. The hunt is open until the end of the month, and there are over 100 stores, so I suggest you get moving if you're interested.

My first look this evening is the stunning =LCS= Emma Fitmesh Cocktail Dress from LoveCat Store. The intricate wrap style is sure to turn heads, just like that asymmetrical hemline and the exclusive color! We receive sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Reborn, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us select between the two textures seen above. Do you like it with or without sparkly sequins?

Another prize you won't want to miss is the SAS - Sarah Fuchsia Swirl Dress from Sascha's Designs. This treat comes in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The swirled pattern has lovely, vibrant hues that add up to a terrific look that reminds me of the 60s or 70s, just like the full sleeves that are gathered and tied on each forearm. 

For my next look, I slipped into the LUXE Paris COMPANION Ensemble which consists of a short sleeved top and white high waisted miniskirt with baby blue image on the lower front left hemline. There are sizes of each for Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included. I'm pretty sure that's an elephant on the skirt with the floral pattern streaming from its trunk :)

If you need something cheerful for a warm summer day or evening, how about this adorable [TinRoof] "Melon Mood" dress? It has a playful pattern of watermelon slices on pink and white stripes and is wrapped all over with pretty little ruffles. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Legacy Classic, and Reborn mesh bodies provided. The neckline is cut a bit low, at least on my Legacy body, so I'm almost tempted to layer a strapless bra or something beneath for modesty because I don't want to let that stop me from enjoying it :)

My final look tonight is versatile as well as sexy, with extra splashes of glam :) It's the AINOA SET by BA Store, which is short for Black Angel Store. Our bra, panty, and skirt are each provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 25 colors for each piece plus 15 gem colors and 5 metals. You can adjust the shine with the HUD too, very handy! I was intrigued at the way the skirt connects to the center of the bra front, making it resemble a flirty one-piece dress when all worn together. The bra and panty combo could work as a bikini too, so the possibilities are nearly endless.

Whew, what a weekend! It started good, then Friday night there was the medical incident with the houseguest, who is doing pretty well now by the way :) I was still quite nervous about things of course, but they are on their way home now and feeling somewhat better. I had a good therapy session earlier today, and we delved into my childhood some which is not easy but necessary. I've got some plans for outings in the upcoming week, including a haircut on Thursday, so I am going to try to continue the progress I have been making. The weather looks a bit cooler than last week, but just as stormy so we'll see how it plays out. I got a message from my mom earlier that she heard from my younger cousin's wife that she is expecting a baby boy, but she didn't reply yet about when her due date is. I am delighted for them both and can't wait to get to meet the newest member of the family in a few months ♥. A couple years ago she'd mentioned a few potential baby names, but I must confess I can only remember one, Isaac. She is Moroccan so it is pronounced differently in her native tongue, and I feel like the others were similar in that I recognized the English or American type pronunciations as familiar and pleasant names while being fascinated to learn their Arabic equivalents. The fact that we'd been discussing names just goes to show that they had been planning this pregnancy for some time, and the baby will be much loved and treasured :) I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and are enjoying your day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Womenstuff Is Tops

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking a look at more Womenstuff Hunt 2022 prizes, specifically (as indicated in my title) various tops that you can pair with your favorite pants, skirts, jeans, or shorts. I shimmied into the white pair of the Delizio jeans fatpack which are free on the marketplace, several colors in system/BOM layers as well as Maitreya and Omega appliers. These prizes are all free, just for finding the red t-shirts in each participating store. If you are a member of the Womenstuff group ($50L to join) there is a HUD you can pick up at their headquarters, or you can use this list of participating stores which was shared in a group notice by one of the designers. I am so glad this hunt is back after a year hiatus and changing management, as it was always a favorite of mine :)

For my first look this evening, I am wearing the charming MV Apparel - Dolly Shirt prize. It has a flirty wrap style and slit long sleeves that are tied at the cuff with a cute bow. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included, with a 10 color HUD so you can customize the look even further.

I love the summery feel of the Eugenie top patterns hunt prize from !MOoH!. This cross halter top will fit Alice, Altamura, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minimizer mesh bodies. There is also a texture HUD with 10 terrific options, so you can match a wide range of pants or skirts. The slender wrapped fabric covers the essentials while still showing lots of skin, very fun!

Next we have the TinRoof . Zodiac Top w/HUD prize, a black tube top that can be adorned with your choice of all 12 zodiac signs via HUD. I am wearing Aquarius (my RL sign) on the left, and Libra on the right as I have two close family members who are that sign and I love the idea of the scales, balance.

Witch in A Box has a truly magical prize for us, simply called GIFT Tshirt. It consists of Legacy and Maitreya sizes of a close fitting shirt with cuffed short sleeves, emblazoned with a star that holds the sun and moon inside. The black background shows off the light design very nicely, doesn't it?

My final look tonight is the SLC Beautiful Laced Bandeau Top berry, but you will notice that it has a surprise bonus :) When I changed into it, I took a closer look at the contents of the folder and realized that there is a thong in addition to the top, so naturally the jeans had to come off so we could see the pretty black lace panties. Both pieces are provided in system/BOM layers, along with appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. Just about any color looks great with black, but I am partial to shades of pink or purple as its pairing :) 

My day was a little more stressful than anticipated, as I really do not handle being in a car well at all. We got stuck in construction related traffic and I had a few panic attacks, something that has plagued me most of my adult life, and I somehow forgot to bring appropriate medication with me. Breathing techniques didn't do as much as I would have liked, but they usually do not help me for some reason so I wasn't surprised. I share these things here to remind all of you that if you ever deal with anxiety, depression, etc., you are not alone ♥. Standing with Ukraine

 Hiya everyone! Tonight my mind and heart are overwhelmed with sorrow for the people of Ukraine, and my post reflects that. I have seen it mentioned in group chats and blog posts to check the marketplace for gifts and items supporting Ukraine, and as the situation becomes even more volatile I really wanted to share some of these thoughtful offers. Now I am not political minded and generally avoid it on my blog as much as possible, but staying silent is not always the right answer. A simple search for the word "Ukraine" on the marketplace, then sorted by newest first, will show you many choices, then I further sorted by apparel then women's. Some of the non-free items indicate that their costs are being donated, something I definitely appreciate, so keep an eye out for that if you feel the same. I stuck with the free ones for my blog post, but also purchased some charity items that caught my eye. You might also see donation kiosks in various locations as well, so let your heart lead you. I know this is an unusually somber post for me, but I feel it is necessary, and will hopefully have a more lighthearted post tomorrow ♥. 

My first look of the evening is the .MKN. Pray For Ukraine Outfit Gift, consisting of t-shirt and pants each in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The shirt has a handprint in the Ukrainian flag's colors with "Pray For Ukraine" written next to it, and "I stand with Ukraine" in several different languages on the back. Our pants have blue and yellow stripes down each leg, track pant style, and a heart on the front with "I stand with Ukraine" above. 

Next we have two lovely shirts that I paired with my favorite marketplace jeans from Delizio, but you can wear these with many different bottoms. On the left is the BM Ukraine Tee gift from Baby Monkey, which is provided in system/BOM layers and there is a notecard inside with info on where you can donate in RL to make even more impact. The shirt reads #SlavaUkraini and We stand with Ukraine across the front, on the familiar blue and yellow of their flag. The gift from [TinRoof] is called "Stand" TShirt (Women), and yes there is a men's version available as well. This mesh shirt with cuffed short sleeves has a Ukrainian flag colored heart with "Stand with Ukraine" inside, and comes in standard mesh sizes as well as versions for eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

Dark Angel is offering a pair of t-shirts with simple yet powerful images on them, their Pray For Peace Ukraine Tshirts - Free Gift. The heart and peace versions are each provided in eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. It is hard to decide which one I like better, as these are two symbols that have been a big part of my life as long as I can recall.

The top on the left above is the Manikin - No War - Top - Female gift, and they are also offering a male gift on the marketplace so be sure to look for that too. My final look this evening is an outfit you can wear out to a club or date if you wish, while still showing your solidarity by displaying the Ukrainian blue and yellow colors. It is the E&E Eiko Dress Ukraine gift from Ella & Elle, who have provided the dress in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, as well as shoes to fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet. I love how the shoes are each one color lined with the other, and the single dress strap with midriff cutout makes for a head-turning look. 

I have had to take a few quick breaks while typing this post because I was getting teary, if that gives you an idea of how I am feeling about this situation. War is brutal and ugly, although I would rather be empathetic and able to feel hurt for the people of Ukraine than be the type of person who can turn off those feelings or not have them in the first place. My heart goes out to everyone involved, and it is my fervent hope that peace can be found again swiftly and safely. Sending tearful but hopeful magpie hugs to everyone!!

Weekend at Blacklace

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features more prizes from the Boo at Blacklace hunt, since there were so many treats to find all throughout the Blacklace Mall area. Three stores have free gifts hiding inside carved orange pumpkins (samples at the hunt signs) and I was very pleased with what I found. From casual to formal to sexy, there is a little something for every fashion taste, and most are Halloween themed so this is the ideal time to visit :) The hunt runs until the end of the month, so just over a week remaining. I also went hair shopping because I was in need of some retail therapy, LOL, and was craving a fresh new look.

If you saw yesterday's post, I wrapped it up with one of the prizes from [TinRoof], and now I am starting this post with the other two :) The t-shirt on the left is their "Lunar" T-Shirt and the "Libra" is on the right. Each shirt comes in standard mesh sizes, as well as eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. The gilded images on the front are similar but distinctive, with a crescent moon on Lunar and a woman holding scales on Libra. That is my dad's zodiac sign, so I recognized the symbolism immediately :) They both look great with my favorite Delizio jeans, one of several colors available for free on the marketplace in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Omega and Maitreya.

~Blacklace~ is known for high quality lingerie, so their first prize of 8 is just as delightfully flirty as I expected. It is their Trussed lingerie's Halloween version, and the daring bra and thong are each included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. There is also a HUD with 3 colors each for the bows and laces of the bra, and 3 patterns for the fabric of the bra and the thong. This allows for a lot of personalization to get the look you wish. Because of the revealing nature of the laced bra cups, I had to add modesty flowers in photoshop after taking these photos, those white flowers are not part of the outfit at all.

Next I found this adorable ~Blacklace~ Jamie: Boo PJs, another prize that is just right for Halloween. The tank top (which says BOO on it) and cozy pajama pants (decorated in fun seasonal images) each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, while even the matching slippers are included in an unrigged version that can be easily adjusted to your feet. All ready for snuggles!

This tantalizing slip is the ~Blacklace~ Tiane-Halloween hunt prize, especially textured with the holiday in mind. It comes in Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a HUD offering 3 color/texture choices each in sheer or non-sheer versions. The sheer part is the lace of the bodice, which I have as sheer on the right but not on the left. Either way it is still plenty revealing and is quite a treat.

For my final look of the evening, I slipped into the ~Blacklace~ Ava-Halloween hunt prize. Its corset and panties are each sized for the Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and a HUD is included with 2 textures each that you can mix or match. The one on the left above looks to be an old movie poster, and on the right are some grinning monochromatic skulls. Both patterns have the same black trim, which complements them both very well.

Quick hair note of the night: I visited Magika to try on a demo of their newest style, then started trying on others, and wound up purchasing their playful Lyric hair. Its HUD has dozens and dozens of colors to choose from, and options to part the hair on the left or right. There is a barrette accessory that you can hide (as I did) or choose from 2 textures for it, and there are unrigged bangs that I am wearing here because I do have a fondness for them in general ;) The short style is great for blogging since it won't hide my clothing, and I enjoy the loose waves.

It was an enjoyable day here, with good weather and a fun visit with my parents for dinner. I am also looking forward to the farmers market tomorrow, where the lunch this week is Mexican themed with several dishes made by a family from Guadalajara. I'm getting cheese quesadillas with their handmade corn tortillas, yum! I've got my mask all clean and ready, and I have another style mask ordered that I am hoping will be here in time for next week's visit.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we continue looking at prizes from the Boo at Blacklace hunt, which as I mentioned yesterday is a search for carved orange pumpkins all over the Blacklace Mall area. Take a stroll through the courtyard, the stores, and be sure to look up and down for over 20 generous free gifts. I believe I found 25 total from 3 stores, and tonight I will show you more of the ~EccentriciXi~ prizes as well as one of the TinRoof treats.

We start the evening with the ~EccentriciXi~ Riva Orange prize. Beautifully Casual

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post holds more Womenstuff Hunt prizes, either $0L or $1L each, which you can find inside red and white t-shirts hidden in participating stores. We have a few days left before the hunt ends, so time is of the essence. I also have a free group gift to show you, so there are plenty of things to look forward to from this post.

My first look this evening is a cute casual outfit from Artic Storm called *AS* Rhianon Set Blue Series WS 18. It is a mixture of mesh and applier clothing, thanks to the top in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with the pants as an Omega applier. There is a handy HUD for the shirt that lets you choose from 4 patterns all in shades of blue, which makes this the perfect choice to wear while gridwide hunting.

For my final look of the evening, we visit Gimme Gacha in its final days of the November round, where Entice is offering a gift for all Gimme Gacha group members. The most noteworthy thing about my day was finally getting to try my new pillow, which had to be aired out (why do things almost always smell funny when new?) and then filled with water, yes it is one of those fancy ones from the chiropractor that has a water chamber inside. Naughty Bunny and Dazzle

Hiya everyone! Tonight I will be showing off a few more gifts from the Naughty Bunny Easter Hunt, to encourage you to head over to GeMyles and pet all the bunnies scampering about (or napping) to see which have landmarks to give you. Most of the 19 stores have their prizes set up, look for a sign with two panels (like a window) where the top is a photo of the prize and the bottom is the hunt image with a black background. I also have a special treat to show you, a duo of terrific bargains you can find at DAZZLE this month.

My first look is the fluttery Felicity Outfit Blue from TRS Designs. This prize consists of the top and skirt each in 5 standard sizes, 5 fitmesh sizes, Maitreya and Slink versions. I think it looks like I should be dancing somewhere to show it off, maybe this weekend.

Obviously I survived my dentist visit, LOL, and two cavities have been filled so I am relieved despite tender gums. It is a lifelong fear of mine, dental treatment in general, so I am glad to have it behind me. Tomorrow is dinner with the family to start off a busy but fun weekend. Bitter Sweet Symphony

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am still showing off some Womenstuff Hunt prizes for all of you, which is just one of the 5 branches of the All 'Stuff Hunts for the month of January, each in a different colored t-shirt. We are looking for the red shirts at the Womenstuff locations, and they are all either $0L or $1L with some containing an exclusive gift specifically for this hunt.
