Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Wash Cart Sale again, for their Spring is in the Air round that is open until this coming Wednesday. So many things to choose from for the whole family, all for $10L each, so these are deeply discounted selections from dozens of top designers. I am also showing you some of the free gifts that I picked up at the Shop Your Heart Out event, where you can also find up to 50% off selected items from various creators. The event is on two full sims, but all the ones you will see here tonight are from the Gilded sim where the Truth Hair gift I wore last night (and am still enjoying in these images) is located. You can shop your heart out there until the 26th, and since it is in its early days and it's the weekend, it is still very crowded. You might need to be patient before you can get in, but it is well worth the wait.
We start at The Wash, first picking up this fun and funky dress from John Dee's Emporium called Optical Illusion Micromini. It comes in sizes for eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and standard Small and Large versions. While at the Wash, we also visit the Elgund & Nilsson cart where you can find offers like this NIL Marla Winter Blue dress. It is a single piece with the appearance of two, in standard mesh sizes. My final look of the evening starts with the playful Valentina E. gift called Courtney Dress Tiffany, a famous hue on a terrific style. It is included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with smaller bows on the sleeves and bodice with a larger one on the back. I paired this gift with the !Rebel Hope gift, their Valentine's Heart Choker, which comes in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. There is also a HUD provided that lets you choose from 4 colors for the strap and another 4 for the metal. In addition to the white and pink seen above, you can wear it as red or black, so the colors will go nicely with many Valentine themed dresses and shirts.

Tonight there are even more peeks from The Wash Cart Sale, where everything is just $10L and there is something for just about everyone - clothing for men, women, and children, plus accessories, textures, and home decor among other treats. Another hunt that I really wanted to show you is the Silk Road VIII - Byzantium from Historical Hunts (the same folks who organize the Steam Hunts as well) and there are just a few days remaining so I urge you to hurry :) You will be looking for a golden pagoda with touches of reddish purple, there is a sample on every sign along with a hint giver. Most of these prizes are home decor type items, but I found several terrific outfits that I wanted to share tonight and tomorrow. These are ideal for roleplaying but also just for a change of pace, when you want to explore something new in SL or try a different type of look. My tastes in SL are eclectic and varied, since just about anything is possible here.

Exploring the Silk Road, your path will bring you to Thistle Moon Designs where their pagoda holds this Byzantine Phoenix Dress for the ladies in standard mesh sizes. There is also a matching robe for the men. I was quite taken with the rich coloring and the burnished gold trim, and have a personal connection with the idea of rebirth symbolized by the phoenix so I am very fond of them in general too.
Another prize I could not resist sharing is this amazing gift from Miss Darcy, their Silk Road - Amity Gown - Carp Noir. That pattern is so delicate, and I love the deep colors of the flattering bodice and the way they accentuate the koi. It comes in Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes, plus there is a matching men's shirt included in the prize as well. One last look of the evening, this is the Rainy Fey Creations prize called Byzantium Women's Outfit and it includes the gown in standard mesh sizes plus the gold pendant you see here, along with a pair of gold shoes (flats) not shown. As you can guess from the name, they were kind enough to provide a men's prize too, so this hunt is suited for the gentlemen as well as the ladies. Tonight I have a few more deeply discounted deals from The Wash Springtacious Cart Sale, and you only have until the 12th to visit so if you haven't already, I urge you to check it out. There are also some prizes to see from the Womenstuff Hunt, whose gridwide path includes 150 stores who have hidden red t-shirts for either $0L or $1L. Some of the prizes are exclusive to this hunt, so this is a great opportunity to save lots of lindens and get prizes that might not be available next month when the hunt is over.
My first look is from the cart sale, the ABRAXAS Crop Top and ABRAXAS Female Shorts by John Dee's Emporium, just $10L each. The shorts include standard mesh sizes, and there is a male version available on the cart as well. The crop top is provided in standard mesh sizes along with a fitted version, and includes a HUD that allows you to choose from 8 terrific uniquely named colors via a blue menu popup. Two other carts made me smile today as well, let's start with the adorable outfit from Vicarious Youth called Phoebe Lounge Set in Cat's Meow for Maitreya. The top and shorts each have a single Maitreya size included, and just look at those cute designs! I love the kitty ears and whiskers framing the word meow, and the cat silhouettes on the shorts. This outfit can be found for just $10L on their cart, along with clothing for ladies, men, and children, so be sure to bring the family when you visit. I'm sure you noticed the beautiful crate of roses next to me, well if you are looking for something to decorate your home (I think this would look great on a balcony or front porch, depending on where you live) then I gladly suggest visiting the Crys Secret Garden cart at The Wash. They have several varieties of crates including this Crated Roses, which has a land impact of only 3, and a very reasonable price tag of $10L. They aren't even all flowers, as one had some greenery and mushrooms tucked inside the weathered wood planks. RL me does not have much of a green thumb, so in SL I especially appreciate being able to enjoy plants and flowers like this. As I mentioned, there are many wonderful places to visit in the Womenstuff Hunt, one of which is certainly Robot Dolly so you can find their $1L prize called "Isa" Lace Mini in Blush. This sleeveless dress with the lovely ombre of floral pattern comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya Lara, Hourglass, Physique, and standard mesh sizes. Just look for that little red t-shirt, and you can enjoy this beauty too.
This is a sassy look from the prize at [Marquesse], which is named WSH Girls Squad Camo Grey. It consists of the cropped jacket, shorts, and tall boots each in a Maitreya size, and an Omega HUD for the bodysuit beneath. I love the front pockets peeking out from the shorts, and the camo pockets on the rear.
One last look for the evening, this is our prize from BW Fashion called Mindy Short Dress. She includes system layers and appliers for Belleza, EVE, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and TMP, along with boxed mesh skirt panels for Maitreya/EVE, Slink, and TMP/Belleza/Classic. The soft floral pattern is so pretty, and those high slits on each side do show off quite a bit of leg. The red trim really ties things together nicely, doesn't it?
