More Happy Weekend Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got a few more wonderful group gifts to share from the ACCESS Happy Weekend Anniversary event. You'll need the free ACCESS group tag active to be able to click all the pretty kitties sitting atop cupcakes, which are among my favorite gift givers I've seen in SL :) The event is open until the 30th, so we have over a week remaining to pick up gifts and make all our purchases. I've got my folder of demos ready for final selections, lol, and the quality of these gifts have influenced a few of those decisions for the better. Some brands I've already known and loved for ages, so those are no-brainers.

I'm certainly starting the evening in style, thanks to our Yuni - kayle Outfit gift! Its top and skirt are separate pieces, and will each fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We also receive an alpha layer for the skirt to keep our legs from peeking through, since it is a slender fit through the lower thighs and upper calves before flaring out, mermaid style.

The skirt portion helped me share our gift from Kaithleen's, their Latex Ribbon Top - Yellow. It caught my eye as being elegant yet sexy, wrapping around the bodice with just one short sleeve. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh bodies. As you can probably guess, there's a HUD in there too which offers 16 colors each for 2 sections of the top :) You can leave it all solid sunshine yellow if you wish, or play around with the buttons and decide what matches your mood the most on any given day.

Sometimes I just need a pop of pink, and the LEROY - Ester Cropped - Pink top happily made that wish come true :) It reminds me of a strapless bra, with lovely seams to provide support, and the two shades of pink (which look almost lavender or orchid in my lighting) are gorgeous together! Claim this treat and you'll receive Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. It also looks great with the skirt from gift #1 above, but of course you can pair it with all sorts of your favorite wardrobe staples.

Next I've slipped into the stunning ELEVEN - Orion Dress [gift] which is a very pretty pastel purple satin that I absolutely love :) The lace trim on the bodice is sheer, so I'm wearing nipple covers but you will probably get some show-through without them. Aren't those crossed straps in the back beautiful? Our dress even has built in thong panties that can be turned on and off with the transparency HUD enclosed for them, either 100% or 0% transparent. The dress is provided in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I figured this was a good time to share a tattoo gift, so the ONYX. Butterflies Tattoo would be the pink beauties fluttering along my collarbone, upper arms, and upper back. There are faded and fresh BOM layers included, and I'm wearing the fresh version so I'd say they are on the soft and subtle side :) That would probably be my RL preference as well, so I am very pleased with this gift.

My final look this evening is our REED - MAELIE // ORANGE dress. It is another lovely slip dress with built in panties, and it's cut low to show off cleavage. The gift includes Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 12 colors for the panties and a button to take them off. The light orange hue reminds me of a creamsicle, which randomly made me think of how I have never tried a dirty soda yet but that is a flavor that someone mentioned to me that made me really intrigued by the idea :) It's really wild when an SL gift makes me want RL food or drink, lol, but it clearly does happen.

My weekend went from decent to challenging, now back to decent I suppose. The farmers market was startlingly quiet, with many vendors missing, and when I got home I decided to try my new glasses. Took out the old contacts, put on the glasses, got nauseatingly dizzy and could barely see anything other than fuzz and blur. After about 90 minutes of sheer hell, I took them off and took a nap to try to ease the dizziness. When I woke up I put in my new contacts, and after 24 hours without the glasses I was still intensely dizzy. My brain has mostly stopped spinning now, lol, but I'm scared to test the glasses out again. Tomorrow I've got an anxiety support group meeting, so I expect this will come up in conversation there. I'm not saying I will never try the glasses again or anything, just that I am hesitant and have some anxiety about it. Otherwise I am still not sure what my outing for the week will be, and just feel like I need more sleep at this point. Rush To REED

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is an invitation to REED in their new location because their group is temporarily free to join. They didn't specify for how long, and it's been a few days (looks like they posted "limited time" in the group on the 12th) so I am considering this a rush job :) They have several group gifts and two lucky boards above them, which are group only and change each minute. I believe there is also a discount for group members if you have your tag active while purchasing, so that's another wonderful reason to get into the group and stay there if you are a fan of their style.

We start with the lovely REED - MICHU DRESS group gift. It's a great halter dress with swirly teal pattern on perforated fabric with tiny holes. We receive sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Fun fact - I forgot to remove a pair of black panties I was wearing, and you could see them faintly through those holes so I had to take them off so the pictures would show the true appearance. I'm going to suggest white or a tone that matches your skin for your undergarments.

Since I'm tired of winter weather and eager for some warmth, the REED - ISIS PINK romper is helping me daydream about sunshine :) The white trim brings out the cheery pink so well, don't you think? There are Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included. I'm pondering what necklace to wear that the deep neckline will frame so nicely, and if it's one with matching earrings or bracelet, even better!

Next we take a peek at the charming REED - ANDREZA FATPACK gift, which is a low cut minidress with slender straps and a little ruffle at the hem. It fits Kalhene, Legacy, Perky, Push Up, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 16 colors apiece for our dress, straps, ruffle, and built in panties. I love being able to customize a look this comprehensively, so we can fully make it our own. 

Our Reed - Iris Dress gift is a duo of playful strapless dresses with full layers to the very short skirt. The black and pink versions are each provided in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. They also both have a subtle floral design imprinted on the material, so pretty! 

For my final look tonight, I've changed into our group gift called REED - TALISA FATPACK. We've got a sexy tied crop top and low rise shorts, each in Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing, plus a HUD with 8 colors for each. They are mostly pastels so especially nice for spring, and I had fun mixing things up but you can certainly match the top to the shorts if you wish :) The puffy short sleeves caught my eye, and the shorts look like they've been pulled up to the hip bones on each side while dipped low beneath the navel. Slightly cheeky rear view, but not enough to be problematic I think.

The location of the farmers market I go to on Saturdays is at the end of a long row of connected buildings, so when it's windy out, it creates this intense wind tunnel that would blow their tents away (and actually has a few times). This week was a no-tent day because of strong winds. It was also a day for me to get windburn on my face, which I still haven't figured out how to prevent but I was wearing sunscreen so it isn't sunburn. I just have extremely sensitive skin unfortunately. The weather is going to get really nasty here tomorrow evening, with high winds and potential tornadoes, so I might have to skip blogging if I lose power or have to head somewhere safer. REED Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is a little change of pace, as I saw a fantastic new group gift at REED and decided to share it as well as some of their other generous treats. Their group is currently free to join, and the newest gift is in the courtyard you land in while the others are on a wall that my link's red arrow should bring you to if you have beacons on your map enabled. I've appreciate this brand's style and quality for ages, so it was fun to have an excuse to remind you all to visit :)

My first look of the evening is the newest group gift, the REED - TALISA FATPACK. Its top and shorts are each provided in Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, and our gift includes a HUD with 8 colors for each. The sweet pastels really caught my eye, as did the knot on the shirt that gathers the fabric to really highlight cleavage. So flirty, and I can get lost in staring at the pattern to try to determine exactly what it is :)

The REED - JAY FATPACK group gift is a playful shorts set with two variations that are rather like night and day. The top and shorts will each fit Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Juicy Rolls, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 2 textures for each piece. The pink top says to love yourself every day, while the black one declares you are fearless. We can mix and match, but for once I was feeling a bit matchy ;) So is your vibe today butterflies or skulls? 

I love when a brand takes a simple concept like a slip dress, and makes it extra sassy and versatile! The REED - ANDREZA FATPACK is dreamy for the warm weather with the very low cut dress, in sizes for Kalhene, Legacy, Pushup, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy Boobs mesh bodies. Then we get to play with a HUD, lol, which has 16 colors apiece for the main dress, ruffle, straps, and built in panty. We can go all one hue, or make the ruffles or straps really pop.

Next we take a look at the beautiful REED - EVE SPECIAL (GIFT). This duo of high collared dresses with bold cleavage openings includes apricot (left above) and sunrise (right) colors. There are Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu sizes for each. I think the apricot almost gives me a nude look, while the sunrise color is a bit brighter and leans peachy so that is also very flattering :) That neckline just draws the eyes to our chest like a neon sign!

For my final look of the evening, I'm bringing us back to that mushy holiday a few months ago ;) The REED - AMORE V-DAY was clearly a mid-February gift, but realistically the colors are fantastic any time of year. We receive the top and pants in pink and red, plus the belt in silver and gold, all of which are sized for Kalhene, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. That's three gifts tonight that showed that good things often come in pairs, if you ask me. 

I had a decent day and evening so far, with lots to do in the next several hours for SL blog planning :) It always helps to be prepared, just like RL. Tomorrow I'll be doing another outing, a shorter one to a local pizza place to grab a slice or two. I've only tried their pizza once so far and it was pretty good, so I am looking forward to going. Happy Anniversary Reborn

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you to the eBody Reborn Event, which is celebrating its 3rd anniversary right now with special  promo gifts from $0L - $50L. Don't let the name fool you, the gifts are not all exclusively for the Reborn bodies, in fact I am wearing my Legacy body tonight and everything I am sharing works perfectly for it :) There are multiple sizes included in most of the gifts, which are all inside boxes with the event logo on them that reminded me of slender milk cartons in shape. I'll attribute that to the folded tops, you'll see what I mean. No group tag is needed for these, just be mindful of the prices so you don't accidentally pay more than you intend to. My first look is the REED - MICHU GIFT, a steamy little halter style mini dress with tiny holes all over. There are sizes for Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included of this beauty. I'm loving the color and pattern, reminding me of swirling waves in the ocean :) The side cutouts meet in the back to reveal another sliver of skin, very flirtatious.

Another wonderful free gift I found is the .::Supernatural::. Viola Dress Fatpack. The dress comes in Classic, Curvy, eBody, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizing, with a fantastic HUD that has 33 texture buttons and 2 "options" buttons beneath. Each of the 33 buttons has option 1 and option 2, so there are 66 total choices, and you can click to change the trim separately so there is so much versatility here. I did notice a few Christmas patterns in addition to other potential holidays, so this beautiful dress can be worn any time of year.

There were so many wonderful tops among the gifts that I wriggled into my favorite Delizio jeans (marketplace freebie) and then the Galagher - Cassie Shirt Edition 2 gift :) I couldn't possibly resist a shirt with a cool pup in shades on the front, and the background pattern intrigued me too with its gloves, mittens, and cups of hot cocoa. The shirt fits Legacy, Perky, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies.

Next I changed into the charming Bipolar - Demi Top - White gift. I styled it fairly casually here, but I've also got big plans for it and a long full skirt (think hippie/boho) to be determined in the near future :) The intricate straps and bare shoulders captivated me, and I certainly couldn't resist the V hemline in the front. There was not much noteworthy about my day, so I have been thinking about plans for tomorrow both RL and SL. Halloween is quiet here in RL, as the local kids do "trunk or treat" at schools or churches instead of visiting individual houses. I'll most likely be doing a small outing, as my housemate spotted a new-to-us restaurant on the map while we tried to figure out plans earlier. It's less than 10 minutes away, so we are about to find out if their food is any good :) Very standard fare for my area, things like pizza and sandwiches and pasta and appetizers, and I will be trying their calzone. eBody Reborn Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm inviting you to the eBody Reborn event, which as you will see not just for those who wear that brand :) The participating designers do have offers that will fit Reborn bodies of course, but most include other sizes alongside the eBody varieties. Just about every one of them has a special promo priced offer from $0L - $50L in a black bag (shaped like a milk carton almost) with some offering demos of the non-free promos so you can be confident in your purchases. I'm focusing on the free end of that price range as I do, but I definitely saw plenty of tempting choices at many price points. The event seems to be open until the 7th of November, so about a week remains to explore and enjoy.

My first look this evening starts with the free [Din] Gift Reborn dress, a sexy strapless mini with lace bodice. It includes sizes for Gen XC, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy mesh bodies. The lace up top is sheer, so keep that in mind when selecting where to visit while wearing :) I accessorized with another gift I found here for free, the [LUNAFELL] Heart Choker GIFTPACK. There is an open collar version as well as the original I'm wearing, both with resize scripts and a HUD that offers 24 textures each for the left and right side, 12 metals for the clasp, and 6 metals for the heart in the front center. I had a very good time as always playing with the HUD, and the inset shows the heart shaped link that holds it all in place. 

I also stopped by the REED display and picked up their gift called ISIS PINK, which as you can see is a sassy little short romper in cheerful pink with white trim. It comes in eBody Reborn, Waifu Boobs, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The neckline plunges quite low both back and front, and I'm getting a kick out of the slightly cheeky rear view too ;) 

For a bright pop of color, be sure to pick up the free Virtual Diva Rave SKY gift :) There are sizes for Belleza X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy Boobs bodies provided, and I must admit that at first glance I took this for a dress but now am thinking it is a shorts romper like the prior gift I shared. Either way, that is a beautiful shade of blue and looks great as a subtle knit texture.

There is something about pinks and purples that always catch my eye, even if I cannot always tell one from the other...like this Carol's Store- Xenia Dress Pink which is a truly stunning gift that to me looks like an orchid shade of purple :) Could be my lighting or my eyes, but I adore it either way! The halter dress has a sweetheart neckline, shapely seams, back zipper, and lace trim in white to match the halter strap. Whatever your favorite color may be, chances are you can find it in this dazzling EC PopArt Dress RockNRoll gift from Emerald Couture. The design on the front reminds me of the Love statue in Philly, but with ROCK as the letters with "& ROLL" tucked into the opening of the O. It was a quiet day and I'm looking forward to a new month in SL with lots of new rounds of events and hunts :) Things tend to go from very busy in October to calm in November, followed by havoc in December, LOL! Free Dove Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is a bittersweet post, as I am sharing some gifts from The Free Dove, whose owner passed away recently so the store is still there for now but it is unknown for how long. Her partner said that it was Dove's wishes that the store will not outlive her, since she poured her heart and soul into it. He is respecting her wishes, but does not know when the land is paid until, so it could vanish quickly or we could have the chance to visit for a while yet. I also would like to mention that there are several condolence books to sign near the entrances, so if you'd like to leave a few words they will be shared with her RL family as well. As much as this is hurting my heart (literally typing through tears), it means a lot to me to honor her memory and contribution to SL with my blog posts. As you probably already know, all of these gifts at The Free Dove are available for free with the "Blessed by a Dove" group tag active, and the group remains free to join while the store is still there. I believe Dove would be pleased that people are still enjoying her hard work while we can.

For my first look tonight, I am feeling fashionable in the [Vips Creations] - Female Outfit - [Vanessa] gift, one of several on their display. The dress comes in 5 standard sizes and one fitted version for classic avatars, along with Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The matching heels will fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet, and truthfully with their neutral color might find their way into other outfits of mine also :) The glamorous style made me think awards shows, or maybe Met Gala?

Speaking of awards shows, does this remind anyone else of Jennifer Lopez and her famous Versace dress from the Grammys, the jungle green beauty? I know hers had sleeves but it has also been worn without like above. This is the [Vips Creations] - Female Outfit - [Artemis] gift, and like my first look it consists of a dress and coordinated footwear. The gown is provided in standard mesh sizes plus Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh body versions, with black shoes in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high sizing. There is also a HUD with 6 colors to choose from, so we can change the look to suit our mood or personal favorites.

Nearby is the REED display where I selected their charming VIVI dress to share tonight, a strapless gathered mini with sweetheart neckline. This is such a flattering style, especially for curvy silhouettes, and you know I'm loving that floral on the right!

Another display in the same general area is that of FurtaCor, so naturally I had to grab some of their lovely gifts to share :) This one is called :::FurtaCor:::Veronic Dress, and it includes eBody Curvy, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes. There's also a handy HUD with 15 terrific textures, and I was impressed by the variety. The ruched top and pert sleeves are very nice touches, and the lace hem trim is adorable. 

My final look of the evening is the :::FurtaCor:::Jojo Set which is on the same display as the previous treat. This one starts with the playful dress in eBody Reborn, Freya, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original, Flat), Kups A, Kups B, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Flat mesh body versions, and a HUD with 15 ripped textures like on the left above and the same 15 without rips. Then we can add the BOM layer ripped stockings to match, and the bag I'm holding on the left above called chuck short handle POSE. That does make sense as it resembles 'chucks' sneakers and has a built in pose that is affecting both hands as you can see :) The dress is short and has a daring slit on the left side, with smaller notch on the right hip. I'm hiding my feet since without shoes you can see my flesh-toned toenails floating above the stockings, LOL, such a weird look and I keep forgetting to get/use the thing someone sells that hides them. I think it's a transparent applier for the toenails or something similar. I don't go barefoot in socks or stockings usually so it doesn't crop up often.

Whew, I am still feeling emotional and I'm planning on sharing more Free Dove gifts tomorrow so I need to prepare for another rollercoaster ride of feelings. Dove generally went by Pal (short for Palomma) or Dove, and I stuck with Dove since it appeals to the bird lover in me. Many of our conversations were brief, but those deeper ones really touched my heart and I will truly miss them. A few months ago she said her health was worsening, but somehow her passing was still a terrible shock to me. I wonder if being so soon after losing my godmother is making it worse, just this general sense of life being far too fragile lately, and I was unable to go to my godmother's funeral so there is a lack of closure there. It makes me want to contact everyone I've ever cared about and get all sappy on them ;) On a lighter note, Xan is being his usual supportive self, so I'm grateful to him as always. Treats From REED

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting REED, where their group is currently free to join with 5 gifts displayed along the wall and black giftboxes on the table in front of them with several previous gifts. I hadn't visited there in a while, but remembered their generosity and how much I enjoyed their style :) So it was great to stop by and see their new gifts, as well as diving through those older ones. 

My first look of the evening is their REED - ANDREZA FATPACK which I believe is the most recent group gift. It includes sizing for Juicy Boobs, Kalhene, Legacy (Original, Perky, Pushup), Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 16 colors each for the dress, ruffle, straps, and panties which are built in. This way we can mix things up or choose just our favorite color for all, whatever works with our mood or personal tastes.

Just because it is no longer Pride month doesn't mean we cannot enjoy gorgeous rainbows whenever we wish :) This group gift is called REED - PRIDE SUMMER, a flirty bikini with rainbow stripes on the top and matching red thong panties. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies provided. It's beach o'clock somewhere!

Next I slipped into the REED - CHERRY BOMB group gift, and I've already sung the Runaways song at you fairly recently, LOL, so I'll keep that to myself tonight ;) This gift consists of long sleeved crop top and thong panties, each in sizes for Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The top has a tasty looking pair of cherries dangling from the words Cherry Bomb, and the panties are just the right shade of cherry red to match perfectly.

I am a huge fan of this next gift too, the REED - BE KIND outfit, because of a RL shirt I have with the same wording upon it :) The gift's top is much more revealing as a cropped tank with underboob, and it is dusted with hearts as an extra terrific detail. Both top and shorts will fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The white belt is built into the high waisted shorts, which also have cuffs to just the right length. This is one of the previous group gifts from those black boxes I mentioned, just give them a click to receive a bounty of goodies.

For my final look this evening, I chose the REED - LALA group gift which is also from the previous gifts box. This beautiful bodycon mini dress has a single long sleeve that contrasts a bold bare shoulder, and the skirt is gathered and tied on the right hip. The fabric has a geometric pattern that reminds me both of flowers and a kaleidoscope, very pretty! There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies included. 

My dental visit went pretty much how I expected, other than my regular hygienist being out sick and meeting a new one who also did a fine job with the cleaning. Two of the issues I pointed out do need fillings, so I'm going back next Wednesday for more nitrous ;) That means another evening off from blogging. Mesh Body Friends Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are activating our free Mesh Body Friends group tag and visiting some participating designers' stores to claim their generous gifts. What will you find? Well I am excited as always to show you :) I deeply appreciate every single designer who offers any sort of group gifts, as it gives us a great idea of their usual style and talents that we can enjoy as a sneak peek. It also encourages me to return to do some shopping, as I usually grab demos from places whose merchandise I am especially fond of. 

My first look of the evening comes from Brunsen Couture, and is called Meli Outfit Black Grey. The top and skirt are linked so it wears like a one-piece dress, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The dark grey top has an eye-catching sheen, and the skirt is trimmed with two rows of lacing down the front which is just a lovely detail.

REED has a gift that will help you get ready for a visit to cooler climates in SL, their KIARA sweater dress. It is a hot pink knit with snowflakes in the design, long sleeved with a few buttons beneath the V neckline. Our gift comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. Since we never know when any store will be changing their group gifts, I figure it's best to grab it now while we can and put aside for late fall ;)

The *Gloss* Katrina Mini Dress gave me quite a chuckle, as I was always a good girl until well into adulthood when I let my bad girl side come out to play sometimes ;) The flirty tank dress includes sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. In addition to the words "bad girl" on the front, we also see a red keyhole with a silhouette of a curvy lady inside. 

Next we visit ANNE COUTURE to claim their *AS* SONIA gift for Mesh Body Friends. This playful strapless mini will fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and includes a 6 texture HUD so we can change up the look. There are 4 solid colors and 2 choices with images like the one on the left above, both sexy and yet amusing :) The rear view is rather cheeky thanks to a very short hemline, just like the dress above it. 

For my final look of the night, I visited GeMyles and went upstairs where all their group gifts are located along with some lucky chairs and a midnight mania board :) The gift for Mesh Body Friends is their Vanezza Dress & Boots Outfit, and to claim it we need to right click the sign and pay $1L which will be immediately refunded while the gift is delivered. The alluring dress has Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizes inside, and there is similar sizing for the shoes & striped tights combo - Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. Add the 32 color HUD and you can tint the non-black portions of both pieces at once, for a well coordinated look :) 

As is all too frequent lately, my plans got changed (canceled) so I did not go to dinner at my parents' house. This time it wasn't the weather, but something they had to take care of for my grandmother that took up most of their day. It is complicated but they are trying to get the proper forms for a tax rebate that she is eligible for, and will help enormously with her finances which are dwindling due to the cost of in-home healthcare for several years. Tomorrow morning I am heading to the farmers market, where I will be saying a sad goodbye to one of the vendors on their last day in business. Sweet couple, I've enjoyed chatting with both of them every week for a few years now and it's never easy but I'll be wishing them a fond farewell.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we are headed to REED Apparel, where the group is currently free to join and that entitles you to several group gifts as well as the use of a trio of lucky boards. I'm sure you can tell by now that I enjoy the rush from seeing my initial appear on a lucky board, since there are so many thoughtful gifts we can find on them and I don't mind hanging out and browsing the stores while I wait. These three change fairly quickly, so it might not be a long wait for you :) The group gifts and lucky board prizes felt like good choices for the weekend, so just right for a Friday evening post. 

My first look of the evening is a group gift called REED - THAIS FATPACK, whose name made me smile because I have a friend named Thais who would wear something like this in RL for sure. The dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 4 textures. The patterns are vibrant, with solid ruffles at the hem for each, and I am a big fan of the high-low hemline styling.

Another eye-catching group gift can be seen here, their REED - LALA dress with a daring single long sleeve and gathered hem on the right side. It includes Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes, all in the fun kaleidoscope-like fabric that made me smile. Such a flattering style!

Next I changed into something that suits anyone still holding onto summer, or those who visit warm climates in SL like I sometimes do. It is their REED - SWEET LOVE group gift, whose top and shorts are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The sparkly look of the top pattern is dreamy, and the brief shorts are loaded with great details too like the openings on each side that are tied loosely in place. 

The lucky boards are on the wall opposite the group gifts, and one of them will reward you with this playful REED - ALICE GREEN if you click when your initial is displayed. The top and shorts are linked to wear as one piece, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies. They are connected in the front by the ribbons laced through, which I almost didn't notice underneath the long bow and its strings dangling down. The ruffled top with bare shoulders is a nice touch too :)

My final look this evening is a pairing of tank top and panties called REED - LITTLE GIRL PINK. If your initial shows up, you can win this from one of the lucky boards like I did. The top reads "sweet little girl" with a few hearts swirling about that match the one on the front of the panties, and the shade of pink matches the sweet name as well. I was for the most part a sweet little girl, and now I consider myself a sweet lady with girlish tendencies ;) 

I am so ready for the weekend, how about you? Once again my dinner with my parents was canceled, circumstances beyond my control, but I am going to the farmers market tomorrow morning which is one of my favorite places to be. The weather should be mild with no rain, which means I should get to see lots of cute dogs enjoying it too :) There was a gorgeous husky there last week, and a regular visitor brings his Boston terrier who took a liking to my dad.
