SL Frees and Offers

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features group gifts for the SLFO or SL Frees & Offers group, which is free to join making all of these gifts completely free of charge. I have been a group member for a very long time now, and certainly enjoy being kept up to date on the happenings in SL as much as I appreciate the generous gifts. Sometimes I wind up visiting stores that are new to me, others are trips to classic favorites, and all are a fun adventure to explore :) The in-world group chat is helpful too, and you might make a new friend while reading about the hottest offers of the moment. 

First I visited EVOLVE SHOPPING where I claimed this dazzling NONA RED as their current SLFO group gift. It comes in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, all with that daring deep V neckline and gathered skirt. The red has an orangey tone to it that will make it stand out compared to most other reds in your inventory. 

If you want something sporty yet sexy, please visit *giselle* with that SLFO group tag active so you can pick up their Undress me-0509 outfit. Its top and shorts are linked to wear as one piece, in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 16 choices each, so you can mix and match for any look you desire. Curious about the "undress me" part? Well there is also a menu you or anyone else can access by clicking the clothing itself, which will ask you to authorize your/their use, then offer the choices to show one breast, show both breasts, undress completely, or get dressed again. The stripping script is very popular these days, as I am about to show you again...

Next we head over to Gigi Vox, whose SLFO group gift is the flirty Undress me Dana 128 outfit. It is provided in Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Werewolf body sizing, with a HUD offering 11 colors each for the top and skirt. There is also a very similar script to the prior gift, as you or someone else can click this clothing and you will be asked to authorize your/their use, then the options are to undress bra, undress top, undress skirt, fully undressed, or fully dressed. The top portion has two layers as you can see, the large ruffle and the simple bra beneath (right above) so this is certainly a playful gift. 

FABOO has a fantastic gift for us too, their KEY WEST - SOLIDS 2 outfit. The tube top and panties are each included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. There is also a HUD with 16 color choices for each, as well as a % button that lets you adjust the transparency like I have done on the top on the right. My final look this evening comes from Hot Fuss and is their lovely "Mia" Dress. It comes in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. There were two HUDs included that looked identical and said color chain HUD menu, but neither of them did anything when I clicked them. This could have been SL being glitchy, but it is worth mentioning just in case :) I was having issues with landmarks not opening, but other HUDs worked during this login so I simply cannot tell what was going on. Honestly I like the chains the color they are, so if that is the only way I can ever wear them I will still be very happy and grateful for this gift. I am intrigued by the flirty style too, showing just enough without showing too much. 

I am slow tonight because I was distracted by hockey, LOL, which is not all that unusual but I do apologize for running a bit behind. I tend to try to get things started earlier when a game is coming on, but it doesn't always work out I guess. Otherwise it was a chilly and snowy day, and I am glad I was inside for it. The prediction is now up to 14" of snow, so they raised the expected amount by a couple of inches, which is unfortunate. My house generator doesn't seem to function in extreme cold, so if the power fails I might be in for an unpleasant time. Tricks and Treats

Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit a Trick or Treat event at Esalinus, where you can find Halloween costumes (and other seasonal items) for sale as well as many baskets with Trick or Treat in hovertext. Give each of those a click and you will receive a treat for free, like the ones I am showing you in this post :) The event is open until the end of the month, so plenty of time to enjoy this popup sale.

My first look this evening is the treat from Hot Fuss called "Phoenix Outfit". The top is included in standard sizes plus Freya,Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, while the skirt comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. There are two versions of the Maitreya skirt size actually, one for a wider waist, which fit me better even though my shape is on the slender side.

I kept the skirt from that last gift on so I could show off a top, this time from Evil Cupcake. Their EC- Horroraholic Top comes in a single fitmesh size that fit me very well as you can see, and features the words "I am a Horroraholic" across several stars of horror movies arranged in a heart shape. I personally am not big on horror movies, yet I watched Nightmare on Elm Street and its sequels many times, and one Halloween I watched a marathon of Friday the 13th movies with my best friend. Yes, that is an odd choice for a Halloween marathon, LOL, blame whatever random local channel did that ;) 

Two more tops meant that the versatile Hot Fuss skirt stayed put, to enable me to give you a glimpse of these fun treats. On the left is the gift from BLONDEQUEEN named BQ ::Halloween Purple Tank:: which comes in a Maitreya fitted size. To the right you can see the TSB Halloween Ladies  Tank - Witch (there is also a mens gift) that comes in standard mesh sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. The witch in the picture on the front is riding a motorcycle, sounds like a speedier upgrade to a broom for the 21st century.

Thistle Moon Designs has a gift basket for us to click too, and the treat it gives is their TMD Daughter of the Red Song outfit. The jumpsuit comes in standard mesh sizes plus a Maitreya version, and the optional sleeves are provided in standard sizing. This could make for a really fun costume!

My final look of the evening is an elegant gown and matching stilettos from Just 4 Fun. Their J4F Julia Halloween Outfit starts with a detailed mermaid style gown in 5 classic sizes and 5 fitmesh sizes plus versions for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The shoes fit Slink High feet, and included but not shown (because my hair simply wouldn't cooperate) is a hat with a wide spiderweb brim. This is such a generous treat, and that's no trick!

I am trying to get myself organized for a very busy weekend ahead, with a visitor who will be here for 3 days with plenty of associated plans. My time online will be limited, so I will see as it comes how that affects my blogging schedule. Come See What the Hot Fuss Is About

Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting a single store, Hot Fuss, where the group tag entitles you to several different gifts plus the chance to win on the lucky boards upstairs. There are gifts and prizes for men and women, so everyone can join the group for free and benefit from hanging out there. Their creations are mainly clothing and jewelry, and some items have HUDs with color or texture choices for added variety.

My first look this evening is the Hot Fuss "Tiffany" Dress, a group gift that might have been released around Halloween but is subtle enough for year round. The dress comes in a bevy of mesh sizes (5 classic, 5 fitmesh, 5 busty, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and has intricate straps in the back for a great rear view. 

Another group gift just waiting to be claimed is the Hot Fuss "Mia" Dress, a very open style held in place by delicate metal chains in two places. There is a HUD included to change those chains to gold or silver, both of which look sharp against the various shades of grey. Time for More Womenstuff

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have switched gears once again, back to the wonderful Womenstuff Hunt. It is one of the 5 paths of the All 'Stuff Hunt for January, each of which has a color coded t-shirt to look for (Women = red, Men = blue, Home = brown, Pose = green, Kids = purple) for $0L or $1L. There are hints and locations on their website, which is very useful to have it open while you are working on the hunt in case you get stuck. The prizes are obviously worth far more than a single linden, and some of them are even exclusive for this hunt (the website has them marked) so you can see why I get so excited about each round. I am an avid gridwide hunter, and usually have my partner Xan helping me since he is really clever with the hints, and having company while hunting makes it even more enjoyable. Teamwork FTW!

If you are still experiencing chilly weather in RL, or enjoy visiting cooler climates in SL, you should appreciate the cozy look of this free prize from BLOSSOM, their Woolly Hoodie. It comes in standard fitmesh sizes plus Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP S, and TMP L. There is even a handy HUD provided with 8 texture choices, which happen to be 4 color varieties of each of the designs you see above. As an animal lover I was drawn to the reindeer, but the snowflakes (poinsettias?) have an appeal too. You might find your favorite color among the possibilities as well.

I have another fun top to show you, this free prize from Le Fashion Whore called Eden Jumper Fatpack. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya provided, and a fantastic HUD that has 30 patterns and 17 solids for the body of the shirt, and the same 17 colors for the sleeves and the hem/collar. I am showing two patterns here and they are all fairly Christmas based, but the solid options let you wear this whenever you choose. You can get so creative with a HUD like this, it is remarkable! In this and all prior photos in this post, I am wearing the same pair of jeans, a marketplace gift from Delizio that I have blogged before (and surely will again) that includes several colors in system layers plus Omega and Maitreya appliers for each.

Dressing up for the final look of the evening, here I am wearing the prize from FashionNatic called Samy Dress. Find the $1L red t-shirt to claim this sexy strapless number in sizes for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with a HUD that offers 10 main colors and 10 for the sides. You can match them as I have on the left, or change them up a bit like on the right, where I added the plummy pink sides to the black dress. So many possibilities, I always appreciate the versatility of HUDs.
