Hiya everyone! How was your Monday? If it wasn't too thrilling, perhaps I can make the end a little brighter by sharing some wonderful bargains found at the Wash Cart Sale "Spring Freshness" and a couple more prizes from the Kiyomizu Hunt, both longtime favorites of mine.
My first look is a striking dress from Artic Storm, their Skylar in Maroon from the Wash Cart Sale. For a mere $10L, you can find this on their cart along with several other choices, some mesh and some more traditional (system layers). Skylar here is provided in standard mesh sizing, and I love the style along with those bright pops of color. This beauty just whispers of spring, doesn't it? Almost said that it screams spring, but it's too delicate for that ;) This lovely Spring Fever Dress from Ms. B Designs can be found at their cart at the Wash, and I was drawn to the soft colors and the flowers scattered across the neckline. Over to the Kiyomizu Hunt, this flirty slip dress with skyline print on the skirt is our prize #37 from Hapi*Rabi. The name is Fredericka, and when you find their hidden ninja kitty you will receive it in standard mesh sizes.
Our last look of the night is the prize from Crystal Dreams, #52 in the Kiyomizu hunt path. You'll receive this cute mini dress in XS and S sizes, and the optional scarf that has some eye-catching colors on it. There are even system layers of underwear included, probably just in case the alpha layer doesn't quite cover everything.
Nail note of the night: I am wearing another Rad Designs pick from their Cart Sale selection, tonight being their Butterfly Kisses HUD. I'll show a closeup tomorrow :) In other notes, my skin is the newest group gift from WoW Skins, there is a fee to join but all previous group gifts are always available. My hair is another find from Elikatira, whose moving sale could be ending any day now so be sure to hurry if you're interested!

Hiya everyone! Much like yesterday's post, today I am sharing a variety of goodies from Midnight Manias to freebies to a dollarbie again from the Birds and Bees Hunt. Most of the hunts that are running right now are $1L per prize, so I'll probably feature them here and there even if my main priority is completely free items. We all deserve little splurges on ourselves though when we can, and a single linden isn't so bad :)
Yesterday I mentioned when blogging the Midnight Mania prize from Nerdy Girl that it had changed to a Tardis dress, well here it is! Cute pattern, same lovely style as the Star Trek dress from yesterday. I didn't get to the store in time to slap for the one that will be delivered in a few hours, but hopefully I'll be there right after midnight tonight to see what prize is available next.
Another wonderful Midnight Mania prize I get to share with you tonight is this apron dress from Sugar Button Boutique. The colors reminded me of Neapolitan ice cream, milk chocolate and strawberry and vanilla, so I headed to my kitchen to pose in it. In the rear view, you can see the adorable bow in the back to match the one at my waist in front.
Here is the Birds and Bees Hunt prize I mentioned, this lovely spring dress is the $1L gift from Beautiful Dangerous.I love the floral pattern, and this is one of my favorite colors. The studs adorning the neckline give it such a fun edge, too.
Finally, I stopped at the FabFree Headquarters to pick up a couple of new gifts there, and they are well worth sharing :) The beautiful mesh top is the gift from Ms. B. Designs and the shimmery satin look with the delicate hearts is made even better by the heart charm on the back! You know I couldn't resist this one :) I needed something for the bottom of course, hehe, so I was really glad to see the new gift from ViSion, these fun leggings that come with an applier HUD and a TMP installer along with system layers.
A note about my nails in all tonight's photos...you can find the Slink applier HUD on the marketplace for FREE courtesy of Hello Dave, whose goodies I have blogged before and raved about :) There are other free gifts in their marketplace store, so be sure to peek at them all!
I hope you all had a decent Monday, and that you found at least one good reason to smile :) My goal is to try to make someone else smile each day, be that a friend or total stranger. My own smiles have been found by looking out in my backyard, where there are 5 new groundhog babies playing with their mom as they emerge from their den beneath our shed. Hiya everyone! I have been working my way through more of the Camping Trip Hunt and have goodies to show you. I can definitely appreciate the beauty of nature, and SL provides such creative ways to experience various designers' versions. Plenty of wonderful outfits and accessories for camping too, as you can see.
This scene makes me giggle, as it is abundantly obvious that your big brave camping blogger is a few meters away from all the comforts of home. I am actually enjoying the camping trip scene from the Happy Hat (prize #035) while wearing the comfy looking jumper with attached belt from Toxic H which is #030. The hand warming animation is from the stump closer to my avi.
How cute is this cutoff sweatshirt and shorts set from Ambient Fashion? Both parts are mesh, and look terrific together or paired with other things if you prefer. This lovely gift is prize #036 in the hunt. You may be noticing that my usual brown eyes are looking quite different, so how about a closer look?
Amazing, aren't they? It's very subtle but those are actually different colors, thanks to mesh eyes, and are from InkHeart #039. The left eye (right side of the picture!) is Field - (Size L) -L so left and large, and the right eye is Sky - (Size L) -R so also large. You will receive sizes small, medium, and large in this gift, along with the traditional system eyes in 3 sizes. Please allow me to repeat how gorgeous they are!!!
This third photo makes me laugh almost as much as the first, but for a different reason...at first glance this is a fun casual mesh t-shirt with a tie on the side, and system layer shorts, great for the outdoors. But if you look more closely at the shirt, yes that IS a giant marshmallow, roasting some people! We get to thank WinTeRwooD Designs, #034, for this delicious dark humor :)
One last look at some hunt prizes, here we have a very cute shirt from Sparrow by Design, #043, which says "Keep Calm it's Virtual Camping", and I wore those cute shorts from Ambient Fashion again (see photo 2 above). I am admiring the stars from the prize by Ms B. Designs, #041, which is both the blanket and the firepit. There are no poseballs but it's meant for two, so you can enjoy this with your partner or a really good friend :)
