Hiya everyone! I am excited to show you another assortment of prizes from the Twisted Hunt Fall 2016, the hardest hunt in SL. Tomorrow I will be showing you a few prizes from their End Game, but for now these goodies are all from the main hunt path. There is such a variety of prizes to be discovered, clothing and accessories and decor and more! Some stores are offering a male and a female prize, others are inherently unisex, so everyone can enjoy this hunt and teamwork is quite helpful.
My first look starts with the very alluring Roped Passions Nalani Corset & Bra, prize #17 in the hunt path. The corset and bra are separate pieces so can be worn apart or together, and are each provided in 7 mesh sizes. The tarot card I am nomming on is our prize from #23 Acios, which comes with a HUD for 15 texture changes which are the first 15 of the major arcana, The Lovers is shown. The HUD has other features as well, resizing for example, so this is quite enjoyable.
I seem to have encountered two death cards at once on our prize #38 from Curvosity, and my avi seems a bit distressed ;) This is their Cardomancy Prediction and is a single piece with the table, cushion, and cards all attached, and a single built-in pose appropriate for the cards flipped over. Truly twisted, this brought a well-earned giggle.
Here you can see our prize from Shae's Designs, #86 in the hunt path, Lina Ladies Tank Top with Hud. The HUD they referenced offers your choice of 9 solid colors, so your top can match anything you fancy, and it is included in standard mesh sizes. I decided to accessorize it with the Twisted Divination Necklace from #90 Grogo's Gadgets, which is a substantial chain adorned with a caged orb and a replica of our favorite cube ;) At least it is easy to find this one when it is dangling from our necks...
Our final stop in the hunt path is #91, Creepy Twins, and they have several decoys out but a few have prizes hidden in them so I recommend poking them all to see what falls out. The main prize is this delightful Off Shoulder Crop Top & Pleated Skirt - Divination, with 8 fitmesh sizes for the top (including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink) and 5 standard sizes plus a fitmesh version for the skirt. There are HUDs included too, 6 colors for our top and 6 patterns for the skirt, and I am really taken with how detailed that skirt is. There are buckles and metal loops on one side, bullets on the waist for the other side, and I love the asymmetrical look.
You know by now that I love dressing up my nails as well as the rest of me, so I was thrilled to visit stop #58 Tykhe and find this "Twisted Runes" nails set for Slink. There are 5 runes to select from, and when applied they said in local chat they are air, earth, life, darkness, and holy but I have no idea now which was which. Since the base color matches (and matches those cubes!) perfectly, you can mix and match subtly or just choose the one that speaks to you the most.

Hiya everyone! As the weekend comes to a close, I have more prizes to share from the Twisted Hunt. This round seems particularly tricky to me, so be prepared for a challenge :) It's good to know that the prizes are worth the effort though, isn't it? I have a few more goodies to show you all tonight, main prizes and mini hunts, so enjoy!
First up is this very sexy Grecian Camisk from #31 Arcadia. Find the cube and you'll receive this beauty in standard mesh sizes, with its lovely white trim and gold Greek key design. It looks amazing from the back too, as you can see.
When you find the cube at #39 Enchantment!, you can claim your copy of their Nemaine dress in our stunning theme colors. This is another gift with that Greek key design adorning it, and another with a terrific rear view. I really enjoy the unique style with the hint of a collar and that fun train.
This prize from Dekute Dekore is actually one of their mini hunt gifts, as they have a main gift of decor and extras for males and females. Their gift for the gals is this toga (same mesh as one I showed yesterday) that drapes over one shoulder and around the hips very seductively. They have included a bra in system layers, almost a bandeau style, that matches the toga wonderfully. This is stop #41 in the hunt path.
My last prize for the night is this alluring Open Back Dress from ..elation.. called Touch of Gold. It is provided in many mesh sizes including 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. Like all the prizes tonight, this sure looks amazing from the back as well as the front! The theme colors of black and gold also prevail in prize #47 here.
My nail note of the night is the same as last night, selections from the main prize at #21 Tykhe from their "Twisted Gold" nail HUD for Slink. There are 5 designs to choose from and I am enjoying all of them.
Well, the peepers outside are singing their little froggie hearts out, and I am about to prepare for the week ahead by making sure I've got all my plans laid out for both RL and SL. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more prizes to share from the Twisted Hunt, the tantalizingly challenging free gridwide hunt with lots and lots of gold and black boxes. Many stores provide additional mini hunts, sometimes in mazes or additional challenges like that, and the gifts are truly worth the trouble. Prizes are either unisex or female and male, so get your friends of any gender, size, or species together to help each other though this one!
My first look is the dramatic gown from {Acios} who are #24 in the hunt path. Their gift includes the alluring mesh dress draped over one shoulder, across one breast, and around the waist, in standard sizes. There is also a system layer shown with bra cups, and appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. I love the subtle pattern on the edges, the cube itself making an appearance.
Next we have a stunning little number from Independent Objects #25, the *IO* Kassandra Dress. I couldn't help but notice the shoulders having intricate feathers adoring them, one of a host of terrific details to be found here. This simply comes in 3 sizes: Classic, Maitreya, and Slink. I'm wearing the classic and it worked out wonderfully.
For another glimpse of Greek mythology brought to modern SL, we head to Mishmash Fusion for a tongue-in-cheek mini hunt inspired by the legend of Circe. She was said to have used a potion to turn men into pigs, so the store is currently home to dozens and dozens of swine. Apparently Odysseus was warned that she may steal his manhood if he didn't make her swear on the names of the gods not to do so, and this is referenced by the mini hunt here since you'll be looking for two, umm, manhoods ;) One of them contains this gorgeous toga and the stiletto sandals shown for Slink high. Each are provided in several sizes for a great fit.
My last look of the night can be found at #30, GET FROCKED, and is their Twisted Hunt Retro Dress FitMesh. 5 different sizes are included, and there are plenty of charming details to catch the eye here especially that gorgeous texture and the sharp attached belt.
Nail note of the night: I am wearing a few different options from the Tykhe main prize, Twisted Gold Nails for Slink, which has 5 different designs to choose from. I say main prize as there is a mini hunt here as well, so enjoy your visit to the generous stop #21 if you'd like some pretty new mani/pedis.
Well it has been a full, busy day here but definitely an enjoyable one. I went to several different places, then had one of my computer gurus (aided by another guru, LOL, teamwork!) try to resolve my tech issues so my fingers are crossed that updating everything and cleaning things up will get this clunker running smoothly again :) Fingers crossed, toes crossed, ankles crossed, whatever helps!! Hiya everyone! I have plenty more prizes from the Twisted Hunt to share, and tonight I am showing some gifts from mini hunts at individual stores as well. That seems to be a tradition among the participants, so it's important to click the Twisted Extras sign whenever you see it to find out what bonus goodies they have for us, from extra prizes to themed gachas to exclusive items at incredible low prices. I haven't found a list yet of all the previous rounds' themes, but I love this one Qi and all the black and white treats.
One location where you can find a mini hunt is Goth1c0, who paired with their neighbor (the store across the landing zone) Entity, for a combined total of 9 additional prizes from their mini Energy hunt. Goth1c0 is stop #006 and Entity is #039, but there's no reason you can't look for both cubes while looking for all the energy prizes as well. The female prize from Goth1c0 is the Black Uniform, skirt and shirt each in standard mesh sizes, with some great touches like the lovely buttons and epaulettes. Curious about my glowing energy sphere on the right? That's Mini Hunt Prize #2, Energy Sphere Channelling, and the pose is built in. I can see that I probably should have edited the placement a bit, but you can certainly get the idea of how lovely it is :)
Dark Matter (#031) has a maze as their Twisted Extra, and there are several previous Twisted hunt prizes awaiting. This was a fun maze because you have to jump to get to platforms above you, making it more 3D than a traditional maze. There are male and female goodies to be found, and this is prize #9 on the left (Bitten Dress Twisted Lament) and prize #16 (Sleeveless Lolita Twisted Lament) on the right. I did find out that the cubes are called lament cubes, from Hellraiser, and that is the source of that pattern you see everywhere during Twisted season including these dresses.
For more stunning dresses, you'll want to visit store #106 in the hunt, Sweet Peach. They are the last stop and provide the location of the End Game, which I have not tackled yet because it takes a lot of logic and brainpower. These dresses are both named Satine, Twisted Edition 1 in the silver and Edition 2 in the red. They come in standard rigged sizes plus standard fitted sizes, so you're certain to find the right size for your shape. There is a third prize there as well for the ladies, those gorgeous matching Slink high shoes that look fantastic with both dresses. There are 2 prizes for the men as well, so we can all benefit from their generosity.
Finally we see a closer look at the nails I've been sporting last night from ++Tykhe++, along with their bonus mini hunt gifts. In the left image you see all 5 designs from their "Ying Yang" Slink nails, and on the right are Twisted Special 1, 2, and 3, which are a red, brown, and purple crackled designs that I believe are either a leather or marble texture. This store is stop #077 in the hunt.
No nail note of the night is needed, but I do have a hair note of the night since I stopped by Truth hair again to pick up some demo's and couldn't resist peeking in the discounts room yet again ;) This is their Auralee hairstyle, which comes with an optional mesh addition with 2 sections that drape over your shoulders and down the front a bit. As an older style, it comes in separate colors (5 shades per pack) instead of a HUD, but I was glad to be able to take advantage of the savings offered. Blogging makes me very picky about hair, always needing something that will show my ears or neck (in case I want to blog earrings/necklace) and not hide any of the outfit I'm trying to show off. It's worth it though :)

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features some more gifts from the Twisted Hunt, and its intriguing theme of Qi. If you are persistent enough, you can tackle this extremely challenging hunt and find some great prizes! It has the well-earned reputation as the hardest hunt in all of SL, so grab something caffeinated (not booze, you need a clear head!) and seek out some spinning cubes.
The cube at store #047, Facepalm, holds this sexy outfit called Amita. It includes the mesh skirt in standard sizes, and a system layer top with appliers for Maitreya, Omega, TMP, and the Slink one that I used for the ends of the sleeves (glove layer for the Slink hands) very effectively. Even those cute strappy shoes are included, suitable for Slink high feet.
Here we have an alluring little number from ..elation.. who are #027 in the hunt. This is their Mesh Spikey Dress in Stars n' Stripes, shown without the spikes and then with each of the 3 varieties of spikes: flat, long, and mixed. The dress and the spike add-ons each come in standard mesh sizes, for a perfect fit.
I was able to show you two different prizes here, well it was helpful if I wanted my top and bottom covered ;) The vest and tube top are our prize from Sinfully Seddy (#057) and is one mesh piece called Ch'ing Ch'ang Black Tweed Vest and Tube. Standard sizes are included. The pants are from Ambient Fashion, who are #72 in the hunt (listed as Horr Menswear) and are called Twisted Stretto Pants. They're a lovely deep shade of purple and very detailed, standard mesh sizes included.
Final goodie for the night is this Chi Shrug from :{MV}: who are #003 in the hunt. This is a mesh tunic type top in standard sizes, and I love the off-the-shoulder styling as well as the flared sleeves, and let's not forget that intriguing pointed hemline. It is a bit short for a dress for my everyday wear, so I would team it with something simple like skinny jeans or leggings, maybe bright tights for a pop of color. There are no wrong answers :)

My day was sidetracked by a broken heater, as soon as it started to get chilly around here the boiler went and broke down...not bad during the day when it stayed close to 70, but getting down to the mid-40s at night means we really need the heat. Plus I do occasionally find that hot water is useful, hehe. It was fixed pretty promptly though, so I am feeling lucky and grateful. I do wish I had a nice big dog to snuggle with like the huge Leonberger I saw yesterday, or his friend the Bernese, what gorgeous creatures they both were! I'm a bit jealous of all their warm fur.
