Enmeshed Deeper Into Spring

Hiya again everyone! I have some more goodies from the enMESHed Into Spring hunt to share with you, and because I was feeling in a 'pastel' sort of mood, I slipped into my LNS lucky chair hair as well as several wonderful prizes.

Starting off, we have prize #8 from B&T Mesh Studio, a very pretty pencil skirt that can be paired with either the matching shirt on the left, or the sweater on the right. I accessorized it with an adorable necklace from Gachapon! who are #10 in the hunt, and then decided you truly need a closer look at this one...

Yes, that is a sweet little duckling swimming inside your umbrella necklace, and it comes with a HUD to change the umbrella to a few different patterns and the chain can be gold or silver. So much detail in something so tiny!

It may be hard to persuade me to take this dress off, it's just that pretty. From the fluttery skirt to the ruched bodice and beautiful colors, this just blew me away. Thanks to #6 Fi's Creations for this amazing prize!

If you're looking for something casual that still says spring, this is a perfect choice. Ayva's Attic is lucky #13 in this hunt, and give you this mesh shirt and shorts in several sizes each. Mix and match with other goodies in your wardrobe, or just soak in the floral pattern in all its glory.

Finally, try not to get confused that store #20 in the hunt is called 20.FIVE :) It is an outlet store of Ducknipple clothing where all the items are $25L so the name does make sense. Their generous gift is this flirty romper in several colors: Baby (shown), Blue, Green, Lime, and Red. Each has a contrasting color striped top attached. There's the hard part, choosing the color!

Kiyomizu Treasures

Hiya everyone! For a long time now, one of my favorite places to find a variety of bargains (and a slew of lucky boards!) is the Kiyomizu Mall. Now is a great time for you to discover it if you haven't been there yet, as they are having a really fun hunt there. I think of this as a sim-wide and beyond hunt, as some of the stores hide their prize in the store on the sim, but others send you back to their main store for it. This is the Spring round of the hunt, and they do hold one for each season. Usually I start by wandering around the sim itself, and finding the cute ninja cats in each store that has a sign indicating the number it is in the hunt. The plain signs have no numbers on them and are usually an indication that you'll need to visit that shop's mainstore, and usually have a LM giver with them. Here are just some of the lovely things the ninja cats on the main sim itself gave me when I found them...

This kimono is a work of art! The vibrant colors, the beautiful pattern, it's quite amazing. This is from #41, White Shell. The matching sandals shown are included and are for system feet.

This one gives me a 60s vibe I think, with the ruffles and the mini skirt and definitely the color. It's the prize from Hapi*Rabi which is #32 in the hunt.

I really felt you needed to see the terrific HUD that accompanies the prize from SHOP KERO #63. The top row is for the fabric, and the bottom row is for the binding (piping?) along the neckline and sleeves. As you can see, you can match or contrast it in a wide variety of ways.

Finally we have the prize from Kit-J, #13 in the hunt. Only the size Medium mesh dress is included, with a notation on the enclosed picture that the other sizes are available on the marketplace. The hat shown is included, not shown are the scarf and shoes which seem to only fit the included pairs of feet in 3 shades. The texture on the dress is beautiful, so if you wear a mesh M then you're in luck! You can see my chest has a bit of extra room there...okay a lot, LOL...

Hair note, I decided I wanted to use a hairstyle from LNS lucky chairs, and those all come with HUDs for pink and purple. But Dawn, that hair is black, you say? Well yes, apparently that's the default color for this Imogen style before you use the HUD. So I made a copy to keep the original black, which I really liked with the skin I'm wearing and for a dramatic look. 

Helpful information about the hunt, it's easy to get lost among all the wonderful stores at the Kiyomizu Mall and what about the ones that aren't on the sim but at their mainstores? Well you'll find some large floating boxes in the sky placed around the mall in various locations, and if you click it'll take you to a website that tells you not only which cats you've already clicked, but where the others are located! I can't even begin to tell you how much it improved my already high opinion of the organizers of this hunt :) I always check back a few times before the hunt ends as well, to see who was added and who put their ninja kitties out late. The signs have scripting to keep track remarkably well.

Fishing for Fashion Part 2

Hiya everyone! I fished some more at Sn@tch and got some more wonderful wardrobe fillers, a variety of treats so you're bound to fish up something you'll enjoy. I'm grateful to my partner Xan for having the patience to fish with me there, even though he can't make use of anything we catch, and he was kind enough to fish too so he could share what I still needed. Did I mention the items are transferable? So bring a friend and trade extras to complete your collection faster!
Here are some more Sn@tch fishing prizes, and I'm wearing a lucky chair prize hair from [LNS], whose chairs I have blogged once before but really should do so more often. 14 lucky chairs, so many pretty styles in pink/purple, and today I went with Solstice Deux in purple. As yesterday, the grab bag prizes are labeled in each photo.

I love these shorts, I'd probably have called them capris but they're right up my alley either way :) The shirt looks so comfy, need one in first life.

This is one of those shirts that is cute but edgy and can go with anything from a long flowy skirt to your favorite jeans.

Ooohhh, pretty corset top! I know I say this a lot about Ivey's stuff, but the texturing is amaaazing. The tattoo, I'd noticed before in the vendor photos at Sn@tch and if you did too and always wanted them for you own, here's your chance!

There's nothing quite like a great tank dress with a terrific design, and with this pose you can get a better look at the tattoos being on both arms. Win-win! :)

Finally, please enjoy the beautifully sexy tank dress from bag #2. The lace is exquisite, isn't it? 

I do have enough pieces I didn't show you yet to make a part 3 of the Sn@tch fishing, so that's my plan for tomorrow, and then I get to do some hunting from the new March hunts! I expect lots of green, hehe, and clovers galore, but will try to make sure I get a nice variety nonetheless. I love spring hunts too, pastels and lighter fabrics and florals too. Wild Jungle Adventure

Hiya everyone! Each hunt I do seems to provide some adventures, and I have a glimpse of two different hunts for you today. One is the Cute Cat Bowl Hunt, a very small one with really nice free prizes. The other is the Find Your Wild Side hunt, another one on the smaller side but fantastic prizes. With all the animal prints and such, I felt the urge to release my inner wild side, which brought me to a gorgeous jungle...

Exploring in my sexy shirt from Trashed from the FYWSH and a bright pink 'do from the lucky chairs at LNS, I stumbled upon part of a shipwreck and paused for a photo. With the sounds of the animals and the heat of the jungle riverbank, I wandered a bit before feeling the need to rest for a few minutes...

I really needed that moment to soak up the sun and the clean air. All that humidity made me feel I needed something lighter to wear, so I slipped into my VIPs Creations outfit from the Cute Cat Bowl Hunt, and couldn't resist another photo opportunity...

Is that a tiger I hear? I look apprehensive, that's for sure. I decided I'd had enough escapades in the jungle, so I headed home to reflect on what a beautiful time I'd had. 

I changed into a comfy casual outfit from a lucky chair at NoName, shoes from another chair there, and went back to my usual auburn hair but still felt the urge for a splash of color. Variety is wonderful, and being a bit wild is definitely a good thing!!
